Even after atending patiently to the daily irritating cust care calls related to my number portability, below message is being sent. Instead of sending rep to attend the complaint, actions items have been assigned to customer. The lady called me last was super irritating, could not understand the plain english and kept asking same question multiple times even after answering the same.
Message received below that shows how much responsible airtel is towards cust complaints even after wasting my time with daily calls —
"dear customer, regarding the network issue with service request no. 84976426 on your airtel no., we could not take any action as we were unable to contact you in spite of multiple attempts. To check network coverage in your area, click airtel.in/opennetwork. Thank you."
What a way to run away from responsibility, superb servise i must say... This company billed me ₹500 extra each month for nothing without my consent.

Hot chillies service was activated at 4:18 am 29/04/2018 without my knowledge and RS 75 has been deducted. I want a thorough investigation and I'd like to have my money back. If I get a disappointing reply then I'm gonna switch to Vodafone.
I want to change mail id instead of info i need [protected]@eliteengg.com to be send bills and payment receipts and any other information.

    My Airtel Number is [protected]
    My tariff 509 ( Validity of 3 months with unlimited call and 1.4 gb/ day) is active from past one month.

    By mistake I have recharged once again by Rs 199 on 30.4.18.

    I know this a mistake on my part, However I request service provider to look into the matter and kindly either refund or extend my validity.

      On 20th April I did a transaction ( txn#[protected] of Rs. 249 to recharge my airtel number, this transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. After this failed transaction i did another recharge of Rs. 549 to sustain my service which was successful.
      But when I gave airtel the details of my transaction telling them about the deduction from my account they said that the recharge was successful despite the fact that it wasn't and i had to recharge with another Rs 549. Initially they kept delaying the timeline for automated refund, from 5-7 days to 7-10 days.
      In my email i got this transaction number

        I have been using airtel broadband for around 2.5 year, in past one year the speed quality (2mbps) has suffered and i have raised multiple requests to rectify it which went in vain. Since last one month Airtel is promoting its new plan in my ares (100 mbps), when i called customer care they said such speed upgradation is not reflected and cant be entertained. I have waited 1 month for them to upgrade the existing plan which never happened. although my neighbours has enrolled to new plan and getting 100mbps speed. Now that i am completely disappointed and have raised disconnection request Airtel is Harassing me by calling every day with some proposition. They are brazen enough to now send a technician to my house without my knowledge and permission. Is there a way i can sue this company for cheating me of my money and trust when i patiently waited for them to upgrade their services and my plan and now harassing me when i have very clearly raised disconnection request.

          I have ported my mobile number from aircel to airtel on 21st april but still no service available i am missing my business calls due to this issue and also i can't able to receive any text messages only tower is showing but service is still not available because of this issue i was missing many important call please clear it asap.

            Our entire family is using airtel eventhough we are not getting satisfactory service in recent days. On april 25 — 2018, at 10.35 pm when i try to recharge internet amount of rs.98 to mobile no [protected], my bank ac is debited, but internet amount not credited to the mobile.
            I have been trying for more than 30 timesto complain to your airtel no 121,
            I could not. At the time of connecting to customer executive, it is disconnected. I think you also know that fact. It is very very bad.
            Arrange to check the problem, and arrange to give credit of internet amount of rs.98 to the mobile no [protected] immediately.

              Kindly send the bill Invoice for the lanline no-[protected].
              Bcoz we didnot receive any bill invoice since December.
              Please make some arrangement on higher priority as it needed for Company work.
              We tried so much for getting our bill invoice but every time we faced the difficulties regarding this.
              And we didnot received bill even on registered mail addresss.

                Sir,
                I am completely dissatisfied by airtel service. On dated 27th april 2018 i have done my airtel mobile recharge of rs 42 (In which a person get benefit of subscription of hellotune and also get additional benefit to change hellotune with any cost) but sir i am completely dissatisfied with service. I couldn't choose or subscribe a hellotune.
                I always use airtel hellotune application for choosing a hellotune but i have tried hundred times but i am couldn't subscribe my hellotune although i called customer care for 4 to 5 times but they also couldn't help me in this.

                You are requested to help me in this otherwise i sue on the company.

                  I have 5 connections (Cug) in the name of subarna engineering works. Numbers [protected]-1, 2, 3, 4 & 5. But this numbers outgoing and incoming we're been blocked due to non payment for one month only. But now from your airtel office some employee of yours are threatening me over phone, using very rough tones. This is to much regret that employers behave so rudely. I am really very astonished to deal with such rough behaved employers of your company. These people from this numbers : — a girl who doesn't hear our complains rather behaves so harshly that you can't bear it at all :[protected] & this number (Zahid) has gone to much extent as he uses slang itself while talking :[protected].

                    I called to your customer care person today in the morning around 8:30 from the number [protected] and i clearly asked him about unlimited airtel to any other networks amount details he told me, for 149 their is offer for unlimited aitel to any other network for any airtel number. Again i clearly mentioned him that i have to do recharge to my dad's number. He told me that this offer is for any airtel number. I have call recording also. Then i recharged to my dad's number but it only get airtel to airtel unlimited calls offer. This was second time i am facing this issue. I called to your customer care again but they are simply saying their is no such offer to your number and its not our mistake. This is not the correct way of providing service. This made me to loose my cool. So i request you to solve my issue as early as possible.

                      I am using airtel since 3 years. From last 2 months i am suffering network issue and internet issue. I treid to compalain airtel costomer care. But that bafoons not responding properly. They are telling my mobile is not good. As per govt law they are upgrading network. Like that. They have taken compalaint also. Complaint nu84262958. Till now no work.

                          Last month I have called Axisbank customer care.

                          U have charged that number as special number calling Charge.

                          But in Jio they didn't charge anything.

                          How is it possible.

                          From jio it is not chargeable, but Airtel charging as special number charge.

                          Need explanation and refund for that charges.

                          Or otherwise I will complaint on TRAI and RTI act.

                            I want to report a complaint against airtel telecom, that my phone number has been charged for the following services without my knowledge:
                            1) kids zone - from[protected] @35 rupees for 7 days and also been renewed twice without my concern
                            2) ayurveda - activated for @5 rupees per day and renewing daily without my concern. From dated - 29 april 2018

                            I want the amount credited back to me.
                            I have multiple airtel sims in my family, and i would switch to jio or any other operator if this isn't solved as soon as possible.

                            In the attached pictures, you can see the transaction number and date, and for any other information you may contact me.

                              In india all cellular company making fool to peoples. I don't know tri are also involved or not. Everyone can realise that before to 4g. 3g speed was awesome and after 4g come in india suddenly 3g lost his speed. Mean is that 4g became 3g and 3g became 2g.
                              One more interesting think is that company's sell 3g on 4g rate and say that we give 4g for 80 days.
                              Something big wrong in this scam

                                  Yesterday, I bought a new Airtel recharge coupon from the local market to do some important work. Today's morning I entered the coupon number as usual but it gave the message that coupon is invalid, so I complaint to the store from where I bought the coupon but they said that it's right coupon. I called to the Airtel customer care executive and they asked for the serial number of the coupon I told them they said the serial number of the coupon is invalid. I informed the store but they said to report at Airtel store, so I want to registered a complaint and please inquire about this and take action it's not a small amount of money but it represents the image of the company.

Several times i had complained regarding this but there is no proper response from the airtel and issues has not resolved. Would like to escalate this with higher level. Can some one help me please.. Planning to switch to other network if this not resolved shortly.

                                      I had complained about technical defect in airtel dth reference no 73785108 and I was asked to wait for 24 hrs but there is no action. Again complained reference no 73860227 again I was asked to wait for another 24 hrs again no action. When contacted customer care again they said that they raising complain again and I have to wait for another 24 hours.

                                        Icon service (I have no idea what it is) got activated a few minutes back on my cell and rs 40 deducted automatically. I donot need this service.

                                        Kindly deactivate this and credit back my money.

                                        Message which i got says "thanks for choosing icon on your airtel mobile. You have been charged rs 40 for 15days. A/c balance: rs 09.19at 14:10. To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223"
