Even after atending patiently to the daily irritating cust care calls related to my number portability, below message is being sent. Instead of sending rep to attend the complaint, actions items have been assigned to customer. The lady called me last was super irritating, could not understand the plain english and kept asking same question multiple times even after answering the same.
Message received below that shows how much responsible airtel is towards cust complaints even after wasting my time with daily calls —
"dear customer, regarding the network issue with service request no. 84976426 on your airtel no., we could not take any action as we were unable to contact you in spite of multiple attempts. To check network coverage in your area, click airtel.in/opennetwork. Thank you."
What a way to run away from responsibility, superb servise i must say... This company billed me ₹500 extra each month for nothing without my consent.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
