My name is rashmi. I had requested for a new airtel broadband connection on 9-apr-2018 (Cef[protected].
Airtel collected address proof documents and cheque for the same.
Later they denied the request saying there is no feasibility.

In this case, can i please get the documents and my cheque returned back.
The cheque is of 500 inr and the bank statement as address proof costed me 200 inr.

about poor network

airtel payment wallet statement

unable to send or receive sms. urgent help needed

Hi i have a prepaid airtel number [protected].
It had stopped working and i got a new sim on 16th april. I am unable to send or receive any sms. It keeps failing.

Without the sms, i am unable to do any financial transactions.

Have tried reaching out to 121 multiple times but none of the call center options fit the category. There is no option to talk to an executive either.

sms blocked on replacement sim

Airtel plzz solve my issue regarding sms problem that is i'm not getting any messages also unable to send any messages since i got a new replacement sim. Kindly allow sms service for [protected] number.

I call 121 but there i'm unable to get any customer care assistant still my problem is not resolved.

expiry of plans in 7 days instead of 28 days

On 10/04/2018 i got a sms from you about unlimited calls & 100 sms per day for 28 days with rs 93 recharge. On the same day i recharge rs 93/- & got approval sms from you with the plan details & validity of 28 days. excess billing and cheating

deducted balance without any reason

Whenever i recharge my account my network operator (Airtel) deduct my balance and that time i call to customer care support he said i activated any services... not having network of data card

As i have complain before also that my [protected] has having network problem. It is not solve till now. And not not given solutions and temporary working process also.

network unavailability at sector 41 noida since 2 weeks

This is to inform you that for about 2 weeks have passed & the network of airtel is continuing to have completely no signals in the a block area of sector 41, noida. I have visited your nearest airtel store in sector 50 noida 5-6 times for the same issue & hoping for a solution.

connection and network issues

I was experiencing network issue from several month. So i contacted to customer care. They advise me to wait for one or two months there is a network upgradation is going on. complaint on miniplex service subscription without my request

automatic activation of value added services

I have been using airtel for 10 years and it has provided decent services until a few weeks back when it automatically activated multiple value added services on my number and drained all of my mobile balance (About 300 rupees) in a matter of 4 days. balance deduction by automatic activation of unnecessary services without prior notice

voice break while calling

Am facing problem when i enable my mobile data and make outgoing calls using normal calling mode.. The calls are getting dropped very frequently and i am thinking this was due to my handset but later i came to know that it is with mobile data and calling issue.. Also, there is frequent voice break while talking.. The other person not able to get my voice properly... If this issue is not resolved i have no option left to port to other service...

unauthorised activation of the international roaming

I requested only 10 days roaming packages in airtel and clearly informed to your customer care team call charge should be as per roaming charges.
For 11th and 12th day, total usage amount is Rs 1725. Change my bill amount as per usage. Total amount should be Rs 7220.

I am a regular customer of airtel. On 16th april 2018 some services get activated on my number without my permission and balance has deducted.
