Yesterday, I bought a new Airtel recharge coupon from the local market to do some important work. Today's morning I entered the coupon number as usual but it gave the message that coupon is invalid, so I complaint to the store from where I bought the coupon but they said that it's right coupon. I called to the Airtel customer care executive and they asked for the serial number of the coupon I told them they said the serial number of the coupon is invalid. I informed the store but they said to report at Airtel store, so I want to registered a complaint and please inquire about this and take action it's not a small amount of money but it represents the image of the company.

    Hi, am using airtel network and since from last month onwards am facing lots of issue with calls and data as well. Several times i had complained regarding this but there is no proper response from the airtel and issues has not resolved. Would like to escalate this with higher level. Can some one help me please.. Planning to switch to other network if this not resolved shortly.

      I had complained about technical defect in airtel dth reference no 73785108 and I was asked to wait for 24 hrs but there is no action. Again complained reference no 73860227 again I was asked to wait for another 24 hrs again no action. When contacted customer care again they said that they raising complain again and I have to wait for another 24 hours.

        Icon service (I have no idea what it is) got activated a few minutes back on my cell and rs 40 deducted automatically. I donot need this service.

        Kindly deactivate this and credit back my money.

        Message which i got says "thanks for choosing icon on your airtel mobile. You have been charged rs 40 for 15days. A/c balance: rs 09.19at 14:10. To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223"

          I got some call on my post paid no [protected] from [protected] stating that he is talking from airtel service center named as Ashish Sharma.
          Insisting to reply some message and was unable to explain the reason to do so.
          Later on he started abusive language on which i also replied in abusive way.

          In last he threaten that airtel will disconnect above said no in 1 hour.

          My complaint is about authenticity of this call.
          If it is authentic then about the employee who was addressing this call.
          He is not clear about the process for which he is convincing customer to do so.
          And third his arrogance behavior

            I several times complained my network is not clear at particular location but still the problem was not solved. My mobile number is [protected].in that particular location i am not getting single point signal in my mobile phone and i cant able make calls and internet also.

                I have recharged (Inr 1199 plan for international roaming) my airtel mobile number [protected] for international roaming on 28th april 2018 as my family is travelling onshore. Please find the payment reference number below.

                I found that none of the airtel mobile related service is working via airtel sim, as i am unable to either make or receive call from this number even after recharge. Could you please check and share details about the issue asap.

                Fyi, i have restarted mobile couple of time to get the service.

                  In spite of constant complaints from last 3 months, the network has not been reformed so far in my village. Airtel does 90% of the people in the villages, and even then only 2g service is provided here. And for the last 3 months, the problem of call drop was going on, now it has become difficult to talk. Even if you go to the roof, it does not sound properly. If it continues in the same way, except for airtel, i have to port in another company because other company tower is under construction/ installation.

                  I hope that this complaint should be considered and we will also be allowed to stay with the airtel family. And airtel also provides 3g / 4g service. We also know this!!

                  But the problem has not yet been resolved.
                  Just repeat the same language in the mail and nothing else. And maybe the call did not go well because their is no network coverage in my area.

                    I ported my number [protected] from vodafone to airtel i given request on 21 april on 25 my vodafone number converted in airtel but am not getting any signals on airtel sim i went to airtel store they said they cant do anything i called multiple time to 121 even they are speaking polite at all.                       I am using airtel cellular phone service for last seven year, but now a days especially when try to make a call i am hearing a sweet voice telling that "all the lines in this route are currently busy" more than 10 times. According to the trai regulation (If am wrong kindly correct me) i don't think it is acceptable and i am ending up in wasting just trying. Why this kind of bloody hail service airtel is giving... I just not getting why mister sunil mittal has falling down there company reputaion like this... Sometimes its feel like airtel is bloody damn cheater. Plz solve this issue.

                        Today i am very humiliated and pissed off with airtel dth services,
                        I am having my corporate connection with airtel, my three other mobile connections but the services given in dth are pathetic and my confidence that airtel is a best service provider is broken.
                        The issue was that my dth was not getting proper signal for which i have logged a compliant in the call center with a trust that they will provide best services on friday. They told me that engineer will visit on saturday, when engineer was not visiting i have again called on the call center, they convinced me that the engineer was trying to contact you and as contact was not established that is why visit time is postponed, i have taken the phone number if engineer and he spoken to me in not a correct manner and told me that he will close my complaint without resolution,
                        I have again called call center and after continuous follow-up if 5hours engineer visited for 10 mins corrected something i have given 150rs as service charge but once he went away my dth was again not receiving signals
                        I have called your engineer 50times and requested to visit and check as my father is a handicapped person and he cannot live without tv.
                        The engineer did not come
                        In the evening when i have called call center, they told me that pls recharge by 100rs more then besides i have done a recharge of some 3000 last month
                        I have done that and requested him to connect to his supervisor but he was not ready, when i have shouted him in loud voice and told him that i will not diconnect my call then he connected me to mr jitendra, he again taken my request...
                        I want to ask that how an engineer or call center executive cannot have complete knowledge and they are fooling us day in and day out.
                        I will not stop here, if seniors will not listen then i will raise a compliant to nodal officer, mp govt and consumer cell

                          I am using my postpaid connection since 2006. Last thursday 26-04-18, i have taken a add on sim [protected]. Stilk it's not activated. Showing message that "child sim is not linked".. I have been requesting to the executive about the same, but he has no idea about it!!!
                          Being a existing customer for so long period i expect a immediate solution.

                              Dear sir/mam
                              This is to bring to your notice that i bought one new postpaid sim dated[protected] and sim issued in malakjgiri airtel office being the concerned officials there said the executives will be visiting for address verification. So i waited for 2-3 days but no executives visited the address and they marked as address not traced in their records i have clearly mentioned the address and everything on call but they did all this sort of idiotic things and that number i have issued to many of my well wishers and relatives. Being i had visited airtel store for 5 times keeping my work aside and they are asking to wait for one-day... But later on that became 10 days up to now but no response from them. This is too bad how you are treating your customers..

                                I have add sony ten1 hd channel for 1 month but it is not displayed got stucked.
                                I have called the customer care they told me that technical person will come for check the issue for that rs.150 will be charged liked that. Why should i pay that amount if the channel is not displayed. You are cheating me.
                                Worst customer support. Unnecessarily i lost my money. Don't cheat us.

                                  I had taken a saudi arab 30 days for international roaming pack at rs 3990/- for my father mobile-[protected]. They left to saudi on 12th april and we been tried to reach them but their phone not connected and call is been diverted to someone in maharashtra. We called orissa pre-paid team to register a complain but they told that it's a 2g sim and pack can work for only 4g sim and you should have get this from an airtel center. As i was not aware of this and nowhere anyone inform me before taking this package, and now parents were stuck there and not able to contact anyone so they have taken a local no: after 24hr of struggle. I raised this matter with orissa airtel and their head office as well and get response on 19th april confirming that data was activated and working but when my parents checked nothing working from the mobile.

                                  Hence i request airtel that you fail to provide the service and hence refund my money which i have paid for activation which they were refusing. Plz help us in getting our money back.

                                    I have made payments for Airtel Mob. No. [protected] of Rs. 243/- and [protected] of Rs. 239/-on 27.04.2018 through citrus pay via internet banking. The amounts were deducted from my SBI bank account but the bill remain unpaid. the message flashed on screen was unsuccessful transaction Please refund the amount deducted from my bank account.

                                      I have ordered mobile device from online store on 22-apr-2018 which supposed to delivered 28-apr-2018 today. I was keep on tracking the status of order through website and got notified with message that out for delivery and will be delivered today. Waited till evening for delivery but it didn't delivered, so i checked status of order in portal. Status of order showing as undelivered without mentioning of any reason/cause for nondelivery nor even i didn't notified via call/text. This kind service i didn't expect from airtel which keep advertising that values their customer on priority. I want to know what is reason undelivered status for my order.

                                        I am not able to call bsnl landline no which is std from past 2 months.
                                        I registered so far 3 complaints with airtel. Initially they said they will resolve it. Later when contacted they asked me to change the handset and try from different phone which worked obviously.
                                        When i raised complaint again they said there is no problem from their side.
                                        I am not sure what to do now.
                                        It was working so far from so many years.
