It is to inform that kiddie club service has been activated on my mobile with out any request and rs.99 has been deducted from my account on 25th april. It is not my fault please rectify this as soon as possible and my balance give back in my account. It is very disturbing in addition to financial loss. I hope immediately corrective steps could be taken

    Were sad to say that you are loosing one trusted customer feed up by taking *n* number of follow ups on (121, open network team and local branches and on social media twiter) about network call drop issues from 4 months. If i have sufficient signal why i will not use data.103gb is unsued till this month you can check on my number [protected]

      Please send the bill details of my prepaid mobile number [protected] for the month of july and august 2017 to my email id : [protected]@rediffmail.com and oblige.
      My credit card was used for some fraud transactions amounting to rs, 138388.00 by some miscreants and the cyber police authorities require the call details received / sent from my above number for receiving a complaint at their office. Hence kindly help me at this crucial juncture.

        disconnection of phone without my knowledge

        My number got disconnected without my knowledge. I live abroad so no option to go to a store. I have this number for more than 1yr. I asked to get all communication in english but airtel does not respect my question. I can t call or receive calls anymore. My number is maybe given to someone else. Without asking me about it. If i go to india now i can t connect with my friends n family when i arrive. Very annoying bcs they have to pick me...

        Hi,
        I took airtel broadband connection about 2 weeks back. The sales person promised that, if i take 6 months advance rental plan, i should get the amazon prime subscription free for 1 year. Now its been more that 2 weeks, i still didn't get subscription. My repeated call to airtel customer calls went vain. I have requested to register my complaint which they did finally on 18th april with request no 95287592. Today its 27th april without any resolution. I tried to call the customer service, they made me wait on call for 15 min then they disconnected. Not sure if the true customer service they providing. Feels really sad. What should i do?

I have neighter requested for this service nor they sought my permission to deduct this amount .how can a service activated without my permision or knowledge.deduction date 28.4.2018.

            not deactivating my airtel number...

            I had and airtel data card number last year in 2017... After using it for 5 months... I requested them to deactivate this number.. But still this people didn't do it... N kept on sending me bills... Later again... After 2months airtel person calls me to pay bills... I again requested to deactivate this number... So they told me to pay the bill we will deactivate immediately but it will take 24hrs n u will receive a mail regarding that...br...

            Mobile is disconnected without notice and i'm in abroad and was using roaming i wanted that number at any cost because my bank details are connected to it hope i get the number back and recently it was recharged and called too
            I'm really worried about the disconnection of my number

              While porting in from vodafone to airtel the process was initiated on 14 apr yet the sim is inactive saying tele verification is incomplete. Since there is no network the process cannot be completed. After visiting airtel gallery for 3 times in-person and called customer care several times they haven't taken any action to resolve the problem. Everytime the request is done they give a time of 24 hrs still the issue is not resolved. There is no follow up response on the complaint registered on this issue.

                Received a call from [protected] at 12.48pm, may be a marketing call from airtel.
                I said i am not interested in any sim changeover with any offer & please don't call me & disturb me in future. He started arguing & abusing in marathi.
                Also there was other person accompanying the caller, started abusing & threatening.
                I said i will complain this matter, there upon he started threatening & also tells that "whatever you want to do, do it"
                These people should be taken to police custody.

                  recharge fail, balance deducted . mostly people not able to connect to my number

                  I Have 3 issues:
                  1) Recharged my no:[protected] . recharge failed and balance deducted.(Rs, 399).
                  In the past also similar problem occured a lot of time while onilne recharging.i have to go to the airtel store to get recharge. But none could solve my basic issue.
                  2)Most of the time when people call me. it says wrong number or not able to connect.
                  3) Your customer care says its a vodafone number.

                  This complaint is regarding not resolving the query and issue and disconnecting the call, talking rudely.
                  I have called for a query on 28th april 2018 around 11:50 am for the first time without solving my query the call was disconnected intentionally, when i called second time and asked the second person to raise a complaint and ask the complaint number again my call was disconnected. Telling that complaint cant be raised, when i asked to let me talk to the senior person since they are not resolving my query and they are not ready to launch the compliant my call was disconnected intentionally again. Third time again i called they did not resolved my query. I request you to help me registering complaint against them and please provider me complaint number. Please do not put anybody on the call at least they should have decency to talk to the customer and listen them with patience. Hope airtel will help me here.

                    This is seriously an unfortunate situation where a company like airtel spends crores of money in publishing and advertising to get customer from other telecom sadly i have been a victim, i was useing vodafone for appx 10yrs where in their services and network became worst untill i decided to move to airtel just fewdays back and i consider it has my biggest mistake airtel is far more worst than vodafone in terms for network issues inspite their system says i have many signal tower around me it does not help me considering im useing a lastest smartphone samsung s9 i have been faceing netowrk issues, call drops, low network signals from the time i have ported i have attached screenshot of my area below. I hope some thng can be done on this

                      Airtel has activated super store in my number in November. They have been deducting 99 Rs every month. Today I shouted at CUSTOMER CARE representative called Sankaran. He deactivated the service but he has given back only the last 99 Rs.

                      He said "it's a third party service and they don't know what is super store!". What liars these Airtel are? They want us to believe Airtel balance is deducted for 3rd party service!!! He said "you only activated the service". After I told there is no such message in my sent items he gave flippant answer "may be it was activated in a 3rd party website". Are they thinking we are ### to believe this "story"?

                      I want refund of all the 99 Rs that has been deducted so far. I will definitely file a case if it is not done - a simple google search shows Airtel has cheated lots and lots of people with this super store fraud. It could be lakhs of crores of customers' hard earned money. Airtel, give me back my money or face the consequences.

                        Sir /madam,
                        I had a post paid connection of airtel no [protected] last eight months I am not using the service. I approached airtel store at veraval to close the connection but they denied to close and said system problems every time. Mean time the SIM and mobile lost from me. I blocked the NO from customer care.if I did not use the services why I pay the only plan amount due to airtel system problem. Please waive the plan amount due on the no [protected] and close the connection.

                              Icon service (I have no idea what it is) got activated a few minutes back on my cell and rs 76 deducted automatically. I donot need this service.

                              Kindly deactivate this and credit back my money.

                              Message which i got says "thanks for choosing icon on your airtel mobile. You have been charged rs76.0 for 30days. A/c balance: rs8.79 at 18:37. To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223"
