Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have one airtel sim bearing the number - [protected], which i have lost & when I went to Airtel store in bareilly they told me that they will not issue me fresh sim with the same number as my aadhar is not linked with my number, ratther i can get the same number in postpaid segment.

Sir, as we all know that linking of aadhar with mobile number is not mandatory as per honourable Supreme Court of India then how the company can harrass me by not issuing me the same number in prepaid segment & force me to convert my sim into postpaid.

I request your goodself to kindly intervene in the matter and redress my grievance at the earliest so that I need not go to T.R.A.I. for redressal of my grievance.

In Banaswadi Airtel express is charging for sim amount 25rs, my SIM card is new but some error is coming SIM card not installed.

    It's about more than a year i complaint about network coverage, but yet the problem is not been resolved, don't know why. On advertisements you are telling that leh and other rural ares your network is super duper fast, but in delhi the metro city your network fails to reach customer end..
    I am connected with airtel more then 10years but this is the way you are treating with your prime customers..

    I am have cash receipt Rs.3000/- paid swapn r.k.nagar newdelhiand send the air teltelecom towers ltd (has no telephone numbers, cin or tin number, asked for your air personnel denied my request.

    Air tel tower erection is made possible without land owners agreement, not to visit site your personal again asked for cash Rs.23, 500/- for noc tax for personal
    name has not idproof. why payment shall be made company name paid to me is
    not accepted . I have doubt all the doucument slime gprs certifcate, cash receipt, noc tax document are found in same address. pls clear my doubts

      How can you do this to your users, activating a service and you think you can get away with that and to add to that no direct way to contact the customer care. I want my money back, deactivate the whatsmob service immediately and i don’t want any unauthorised service to be activated by itself, if you want me to keep using your network.         Am facing network related issue. Reference number is 84825570. My contact number is [protected].

        For that am going explain to costumer care executive on dated 21/04/2018. My expectation are as per the below.

        1. 21/04/2018 as per the dated i am trying to call costumer care. But the call got force fully disconnected.

        Why its happen.in case of feature to whom i need to contact. Because i am unable to contact.

        2. And the same day 3rd time i contacted floor supervisor. As he promised i will arrange from manger. But i did not get any call.

        Why?

        3. For the same network issue your network people is asking some more day to resolve. Am losing my business. Am getting loss more the one lack per day.

        Who will fill my loss? Because while taking your services your people promised as we will provide good services ¿. Did you mean by its a good service.

        4. Yesterday your floor supervisor promised me as we will investigate why the call got disconnected. We will let you as investigation report through mail.

        Why am not got any mail for the same.


        5. Today i called executive and told, he is informing me as the network related is got resolve for that it will take time.

        So need port code to use other network. But as he informed porting request not available up to 3 months.

          I am not able to send or receive sms from my airtel sim card since last two weeks. I was using micromax d200. My mobile number is [protected]. Please slove this problem as soon as possible, 04 days back i contacted customer care they promised me within 48 hrs it will be activated soon, but till now they has not responded.

            Dear sir

            This is ref. To my no. [protected] transfer from reliance network in january 2018 on plan rs 299/- per month and following information was given to me :
            1. Unnlimited local calls
            2. Unnlimited std calls
            3. No roaming charges
            4.20 gb internet

            It was confirmed that it is a good plan in comparison to plan what i am using in reliance network.

            In the believe of their words for such renowned company (Airtel) i put my consent and depositing my dues from january 2018 onward but recently i got a message for dues of 1800+ and now it is 2400+ approx.

            I am shocked and on quries, find out that plan does not cover any outgoing call from outstation, it is coverd in rs 400/-. Plan

            This is a cheating with me and my phone transfered by passing incomplete and wrong wrong information.

            You are requested to remove such wrong charges applied on me and continue my phone services.

            I shall be highly thankful to you.

            You have the worst network I have ever experienced.. To be in tough competition u spend a lot on advertising but honestly speaking provide a better service and stop wasting our money on stupid ads..

              Hi,
              I use 2 connections of airtel since almost 7-8 years and airtel broadband connection since 2.5 years. I have added one of my number (Which is used by my mom) for automatic bill payment with one of my credit card. Earlier whenever the payment was not made i used to get call to my number also which was provided as an alternate number. Since there was no call so i was thinking that payment was done through my credit card but suddenly number got barred and there was no information provided on alternate number. If i ask customer executive he was stating that we use alternate number for database but we don't inform the payment due details eventhough the primary number is not reachable.. Which used be earlier.. My question is when i receive call for my broadband bill payment why wouldn't i go my alternate number and when i requested for reducing the bill by removing the late fee charges atleast the support staff was stating he can't do it as my number is barred and if he had to check with his superior i need to call from same number and he wouldn't consider request from my other number although both sims are registered on my name.. If you can't make use of alternate number why would you even have it in your database and with this type of work around kept in place for your system. I think i better quite from the service from all my sims and broad band connection, port myself as it's useless to be a loyal customer to airtel.

                Maine 3 month ka unlimited pack liya tha jiski validity 19.06.2018 tak hai... But internet ki speed 4g ke naam pe 2g jaisi thi... Abhi 1hr before maine port ka message send karne ke liye rs. 20/- ka recharge karaaya because main balance zero tha.. Recharge ka rs.14/- ka balance mila.. & immediately rs. 5/- & rs. 7/- deduct ho gaye.. & spuulmovies & silkvideo ke naam se unknown service apne active ho gayi.. I m still surprised...

                Airtel's service has been shut down by Airtel Network for more than half of the airtel service band which has warned me against using the network.

                I was recharged for an amount of 449 for 82 days but the network is very very low even the tower is located near my place. Please give some solution for this problem.

                  My Airtel number is [protected]. On 5th April my number was port in from Vodafone to airtel and the network signal came on that date. Till from the date I am trying to recharge any amount of FRC or other amount. But couldn't successfully recharged.
                  1. From 6th April customer care is telling me that "there are no problem on your number. you can recharge any amount on your number." they told me to recharge Rs.100, 178, 229, 448, 499. I have tried everything many times but it was unsuccessful. I called them 100 times but the problem is same. The senior executive they also have no idea about this. They also refuse to take any complain against this problem. The number was 121, 198 and 12118.
                  2. I went to Airtel Store(Brookfield) on 13th april he couldn't recharge any amount on this number. He took a mail and told me to come next day. I went there next day, but the problem was in process but today 24th april till this date the problem is remain same.
                  On 23rd april also I went to another Airtel Store(Marathahalli) they changed my sim with new one. After few hours new sim has been activated around 8pm. I went to recharge my number but problem remain same. 8pm to 10 pm I was trying but there was same result.

                  So this is a impotent number to me, using 7 years. I have to on this number 24 hrs. All people connected through this number. If I lose this number I will be almost finish. At any cost I can not leave this number.
                  Now, 1. I want to recharge this number, airtel should shot out this problem as soon as possible.
                  2. If airtel can't provide the service after taking responsibilities and giving sim card then airtel should give penalty for this. And airtel have to take responsibility to make my number port out to vodafone. Whatever I am using it for three month or not.
                  I am really tired and frustrated. Please Help Me...

                    After order date only update came on 23-april-2018 that your product will be delivered today. And no details about delivery agent. Nothing at all.

                    Delivery by airtel vulcan is really frustating.
                    Agent visited my home - i was inside - no bell - no call and message from airtel that delivery was unsuccessful. Very weird.

                    I have a complaint against delivery person and bad service by airtel-vulcan courier - they should have called me before even attempting delivery of product.

                      वोडाफोन नम्बर पर 10-15 बार लगाने पर एक बार फोन लगता है। यह परेशानी पिछले 2 माह से है इससे मुझे बहुत नुकसान हो रहा है कृपया आपलोग जल्दी कुछ निर्णय करें।
                      इससे में ही नही पूरे एयरटेल वाले परेशान है
                      यही हाल जिओ के नंबर का भी है
                      हमेशा लाइन बिजी लाइन बिजी बताता है
                      मेरी पूरी पढ़ाई और बिज़नेस इसी नंबर से चलता है
                      और मेरे घर वाले भी इससे बहुत परेशान है
                      अब ही लोग कुछ हल निकाल सकते है
                      प्लीज मेरी मदद करें।

                        Took ir for bhutan from 1st april for 10 days and paid rs.3999.
                        I took ir from 18th april for 10 days for singapore by paying rs 1999.

                        In both these cases, my experience was very disappointing. I was able m ake and receive calls. I. Was not getting data signal at all. I think you are cheating your customers. It has happened in both my accounts.

                        When i repeatedly complained, i was told to switch phone off and on and remove sim card and switch on and off. Nothing worked. I tried to connect to other service providers. None got connected.

                        Why is airtel fooling and cheating. You can check my account and see how much data i have consumed during my stay abroad.

                        Data is most useful when you travel because you need gps. You need google maps. You need chrome search.

                        You have got me into a lot of dificulties during my visit abroad. I should have purchased a local sim, as i normally do. But i got fooled by trusting your company.

                        I will be posting this letter on facebook. I shall use social media to expose your false promises.

                        I want you to refund 3999 and 1999.

                            Dear Team, My number is [protected], My Name is narendar reddy Julakanti, i am complaining to your customer care executives since august 2017 for network issue in my home place its a champapet Hyderabad problem not resolved ill now, i am facing this problem daily increased. that's why i planned to move another network i try to port 2 times reject from airtel network with silly reasons. than first i choose to move postpaid to prepaid.i submitted my documents in my nearest airtel franchise store in champapet in 4th April 2018.i think it will be take 4 days to change. but suddenly Saturday 21st 2018 my post paid connection was disconnected but prepaid sim was not activated till now(23rd April-2018-18:30).i am feeling very disturbing with your network.finally i want to give a complaint in consumer court in Hyderabad.

                                Its regarding one of the worst experiences i had with one of the reputed company Airtel who is best known for their services till date as i have been using their mobile services for past 7 years.

                                I had visited Airtel Showroom in Sarjapur road second time today ( 23 April ) for converting my postpaid connection to Pre paid connection after they asked me to come 2-3 days after billing cycle when i visited them 2 weeks back.

                                They asked me to stick to postpaid with alternate options even though i said clearly that i don't want any other options which was the start of the bad thing.

                                Next is even bigger. I gave the photo copy of my Aadhaar copy as address and ID proof which has been declined stating the photo is not clear ( That was the best photo copy i can get ). Initially the customer care person said that it will be rejected if he process it with that copy. Though i said i am ok with that, then he changed his statement that he has to pay Rs.50000 as fine if the form is rejected ( which made no sense to me).

                                Also when i inquired about online verification of Aadhaar which would give clear image of mine, he said its not possible. So i am not very sure what you will do when i link my Aadhaar with my mobile number.

                                I had to come back with lot of frustration and look to port my connection to a better service provider. But wanted to give this feedback to your team to take some necessary action.

                                  My airtel prepaid mobile number got activated with the following unwanted services over the last 20 days:

                                  Ayurvedha - rs. 49 on 5-apr-2018

                                  Connecttheclock - rs.75 on 14-apr-2018

                                  Miniplex - rs.35 on 23-apr-2018

                                  I've not requested/registered for any of the above things. Totally, i lost rs.159 over the last 18 days. Please do the needful and credit the money back to my account.

                                  Also, please make sure that this does not happen any further in future.

                                  Expecting a reply and a faster action.

                                    Humbly and respectfully, it is to request that I have been enjoying the esteemed Airtel prepaid connection services via no.[protected] since 2004 but the same has been deactivated without any notice. On contactin your good office at Hoshiarpur, I have given to understand that there is a problem with SIM and is required to be issued fresh. Therefore, on some payment, a new SIM has been issued but to my dismay, despite of best efforts by your Hoshiarpur office the SIM and number[protected] could not be made functional and activated till this date even after more than a fortnight period elapsed.

                                    You are requested to be kind enough to solve my problem and oblige since I want to retain this number and your best services, please.

                                      I am using my number in 176108 location from past 10 years but now if someone call me they hear number switch off and I recieve message after couple of hours I had call from this number.past two months I have complaints so many time. Advised to change sim and mobile phone but problem same most of the time customer care disconnect call or no issue complaint number.its very disappointing on your every call or msg it tells fastest network of India don’t make people fool if in even two months you can not provide network for calling how can people get good service. Also customer service very bad of Airtel. Hope you will resolve my problem if not I will change to another company and put all details on social sites about ur bad service and all the complaints which I registered after too much trouble.

                                        Hello sir/madam
                                        I am airtel dish tv user...my id no is [protected]...I take package of my dish tv for 1 month with xtra 2 channels..ur company call me more time and says ''sir, activate channels in free of cost..not any charges u pay to airtel company''..but I says no m not intrested in ur scheme but they are force me and activate the channels''..then I check my balanc of my dish..my account balance was low and 7 days minus in my account...
                                        Then I call to airtel customer care but there are not responce of my answer..

                                        sir/madam, I request to u give me refund of my balance immidiatly...otherwise i will change my set up box company and I will take action on ur company...
