Hi, i am not receiving any sms from any network i am not getting messages from various banks, irctc, makemytrip etc. This problem started from 11 april 2018 and i have contacted customer care atleast 20 times since then, everytime they tell me that the complaint has been logged and will be resolved by such and such date and time and i never get any response. This is really frustrating as i am unable to do online banking at the moment and this is impacting my work big time. My number is [protected], please resolve immediately. My no is [protected]

We recharge in paytm but our recharge don't there wat a network is this I'm very angry no customer care service vry bad netwotk
Network keeps fluctuating. From 4G to H and I don't even get a 800kbps of speed. It is not even effecient in browsing pages. So poor and they claim that they are the fastest in india. If you want to be more succesful than Jio then please improve the network quality
I don't know why but my internet is not living up to the 4g speed. Previously I had done the 3g recharge and it was way faster than this! I even changed the apn but it still sucks!!!
Really Frustrated by the service provided by airtel. Facing alot of Network Issues. Unable to connect to calls. Calls disconnecting automatically, taking almost 3-4 calls to connect to an outgoing call.

Earlier was a best network but now a worst network.

    Absurd network in my area (Mj avershine apartment, near rayasandra lake, bangalore-560099). I have purchased both postpaid and wi-fi hotspot but all goes in vain. Jio network is quite better than airtel. When using ookla for speed test, it is not going beyond 1 mbps. There is no airtel broadband presence also in this area. Please send your network team and resolve our issue at the earliest

    I really sorry to inform you that your service has been worst... I have ever used... The service I use is claimed to be 4G network but I sorry to say is the worse than earlier 3G.
    The company must look into the matter or stop advertising it's 4G network which you claim to be the best. You must also make your staff accountable for such service.

      I have been having problem since january, as airtel keep activating random additional channels on my digital tv. Everytime i have to call and ask to them to discontinue those channels and refund the amount that they have charging for no reason.
      Now, they have done similar thing with my phone. I have paid rs 30 for the subscription of gaana khazana, though i never requested.
      I would like to know if this new business model that they have implementing, i. E. Defrauding money out of their customers.

        Hi,

        My number is [protected]. Airtel citrus has deducted an amount of rs 199 from my hdfc account. The transaction happened on 25/04/2018. But airtel is saying transaction failed.
        If this continues then i will change my sim to some other company. Please look into the issue. Kindly refund the amount to me as soon as possible.

        Going by the other complaints it looks like, it is normal for you guys to do such a thing, ie deduct people's money and not recharge them the valid amount. Is this some sort of scam?

          My mobile number is [protected] wherein last time i recharged with offer amount of rs 98 for 28 days which expired on 23.04.2018. Previous to that i was getting an offer message of rs 99 for 28 days. Accordingly on 24th i recharged for rs 99 but i got a message stating that the validity only for 10 days. How it is happening and it is merely antognizing the existing customer and misguiding the patronage customer. Kindly correct the validity to 28 days and confirm

            Sir the shopkeeper had done wrong recharge of rs 199 to [protected] instead of [protected] my number... He is blaming me... It was his fault he typed wrong digit... Instead of last digit 7 he typed 4... Plz recharge mynumber... I recharged on 24th april 2018 at around 8:30 pm... I bargained with the shopkeeper but he said it was my fault... Instead it was his...               Namkeen pack and glamour zone services have been activated and renewed without my consent & balance of rs-35/- has been deducted each time when renewed and while activation billing a total of rs-350/- extra on my plan.

              I have never subscribed for this service.

              Want to file a complaint for such unnecessary deductions made by airtel. Such instances have happened in the past as well. They activate certain services and charge us any amount as a subscription fee.

                For out landline complaint number[protected]And 10s of other complaints also)
                We have paid for 6 month advance for out new landline/broadband connection by cheque. As it was new connection airtel collected cheque and got form filled at our home on 16th jan 2018.

                Now cheque got debited on 29th jan 2018 (Pfa passbook image) to bharti airtel, buit money was not credited to our airtel account.

                We raised issue to customer care but nothing happened and they close ticket without any resolution and saying they have refunded the amount.

                Till now we have not got any refund from them.

                Also from past 2 months (March - till now) we are being harrased by airtel collection team for payment (Although we have already paid and no refund we got).

                Desired resolution -
                We want refund

                  This is regarding my new connection request, caf 4510814. Job id[protected]. I was promised the connection would be setup by monday eod, there was no call or any communication.
                  Tuesday one of your field tech supervisor by name prem (+[protected] calls me and says the connection will set it up before 9pm and shares the contact for the installation person kadhar (+[protected], who gives his work to another installation person by name kavi (+[protected] who tells me the connection would setup before 9pm.
                  Around 8:50 pm another tech calls by name veerapandi selva (+[protected] calls me and says we will do it by wednesday 9am on priority.
                  I am trying to call all the people involved and non seems to take my calls nor respond. If airtel cannot keep up to its commitments why do you even advertise your services. Now tell me, will i be getting the connection installed today or should i take look for local cable internet operators for my needs.

                  with no response from Airtel, I have now taken up a connection with a local cable internet provider. I have asked for a refund of the installation charges as they did not do any installation.

                    Airtel is deducting balance without user notice, new kind of fraud.

                    The service name is gamepind. I called they are talking like they are not responsible. Very irresponsible. And a new kind of fraud invention.

                    For uneducated people in villages, they dont know why the money is deducting. And when i asked what is gamepind, the custome support reported that they dont know. This is cheating

                      There was a life style service activated on my airtel number from last 3 weeks and i noticed it today(25/4/2018). without my initiation to start the service, it has started and costing me 35/- per week i.e about 105/ for 3 weeks and i'm at the loss of it.
                      cheap tricks by airtel to gain money.

                        I am experiencing a huge network issue. Even tough signal is showing as full i am not able to call. Getting error server unreachable. I don't understand the real issue with airtel tough i am staying in mumbai/pune metro city i am still facing network issue in making calls. When it comes to internet this is another hell i see it is 4g on display but net speed is slow than 2g. If you can't provide good internet pls don't advertise about it. Stop fooling customer. Planning to switch from airtel. Very disappointed with network service

                            3g network is very slow on national roaming. I am using this airtel number more than 6years. From last 1year i am staying in rangapahar (Nagaland). Android 5.1.

Such a useless # garbage company useless # fraud company snail network. If i had a power i must destroyed whole airtel towers in india and kick these #s out of india. Useless company useless network. I request everyone to never ever buy airtel service because they are better known for looting and luring us and providing # service. I think terrorist must attack these types of # companies and destroy them why they kill innocent peoples? Why they kill us? They must target these luring looting companies to destroy them in order to save us from looting and lured by them. Our india is stucked in middle of the development path due to these # # telecom companies. Airtel must be removed kicked out from india in the case of traitors asap. Our india needs to develop with excellent service providers by kicking out # traitor network company.

                                Dear Airtel,
                                Based on the trust you have built in public I have shifted from Vodafone to Airtel a year ago but now I am realizing that I did a hell mistake because from past 2months I am experiencing a huge network issue. Even tough signal is showing as full but people are not able to connect me and they are getting a voice message as 'All lines are busy' . I don't understand the real issue with airtel tough I am staying in Chennai metro city I am still facing network issue in making calls. When it comes to internet this is another hell I stopped using airtel data from past 2months because of the poor connection, I am not even getting 2g speed when connect to Airtel data. I am expecting someone to look into my issue and do the needful. I look for 2days to get the issue resolved otherwise I will go back to Vodafone and will suggest my friends to not take airtel.

                                    I did a recharge of rs. 509 first on[protected]. Due to network error the transaction was not completed and i did nit get any message. So after waiting for 2 hours i did a second recharge of rs. 509 and this time it was successful. Unfortunately after 3 hrs i got the successful recharge message of the first transaction!! It was a double recharge. Please kindly make a refund of the first transaction. It has been more than 14 days since the complaint was made but no action taken

                                      Airtel is cheater company.

                                      they sends fake offers about recharge and channel pacakges.

                                      after recharge will be done, they will not provide same offer and same channel packages.

                                      i am user or airtel digital TV ( consumer id : 3oo3664930)

                                      they given me offer via sms that if i recharge with Rs 1499 (for 6 months) then i will get 6 months free.

                                      but after i recharged with same amount i did not get any offer.
                                      in addition they removed many existing channels from my package.

                                        I have purchased a New Airtel 4G Wifi Hot Spot along with post paid Airtel Data SIM No.[protected] against 6 months advanced Rental paid for Rs.3, 600.00 as on 09.04.18 and got the Receipt also.

                                        Totally I am not able to use the above purchased Airtel 4G Hot Spot due to very low Data Signal Strength in my House during the date of Purchase on 09.04.18 onwards to till the date.I have complained the Airtel Customer Care, Chennai, Tamil Nadu vide Complaint Number 84652300 dated 10.04.18.

                                        But There is no use against my requested the above complained because till the date neither any Technical Team of Airtel are not visited to our House and nor improved the Signal Strength and also not practically realized my problems of purchased Airtel 4G Hot Spot against no and Low signal strength.

                                        The above Airtel 4G Wifi Hot Spot along with SIM I have purchased from the Airtel's Own Show Room, NGO Colony, Adambakkam, Chennai 600 088, Tamil Nadu, they are also totally not taken care of my several calls simply rejecting or refusing the attend the calls-Ref: Show Room Mobile Number : [protected]. I am not able to frequently visit the above Airtel Show Room because I am working as a Finance Manager in the reputed Private Limited Company due to lack of times.

                                        Finally I have requested to refund the money against advance rental paid (from 09.04.18 to 08.10.18) for Rs.3, 600.00 after deducting the fees of one week utilization whatever may be. But I have received the email communication from Airtel Customer Care, Chennai, Tamil Nadu has stated that not possible to refund the amount because I have paid for the Advance Rental Plan. This is really hurt my mind and annoying my self how they are saying like this without giving proper service or How to myself digest the paid amount of Rs.3, 600.00 against without using their Airtel 4G Wifi Hot Spot.

                                        I have already decided to claim the amount through legally or using the help of TRAI. So I am requesting you kindly arrange to get the refund amount of advance amount paid to Airtel, Chennai, Tamil Nadu or kindly arrange to improve the Signal Strength to continue use the 4G Airtel Wifi Hot Spot without any loss of Signal Data in my house please.

                                        Finally I have requested the Airtel Customer Care, Chennai, Tamil Nadu to refund my advance payment of Rs.3, 600.00 after deducting the current 15 days whatver may be. But I have got email communication from Airtel Customer Care, Chennai stated that not able to refund the amount because your Plan is Advance Rental Plan. So this communication very much hurt my mind and myself is annoying against the such communication how to I can digest my self without using their service after paid the Rs.3, 600.00.

                                        I am requesting you kindly arrange to get the refund of my advance paid amount of Rs.3, 600.00 (through the helfp of TRAI) from the Airtel, Chennai, Tamilnadu or immeditely to improve the Signal Strength to use the Data without signal loss in my house .
