Hi team,

I got this MODELMANIAW service activated in my Airtel prepaid connection without my intervention.

Please deactivate this immidiatly, I believe Airtel is the best over all other connections. But if you make these cheep tricks it will loose it's fame. I am staying out of country hardly baring the charger. If you active such nonsense services with out coustomer request, we need to contact consumer fourm.

    excess charges occurred 4th consecutive time even after nodal officer escalation

    This Airtel is sucking people money and they don't care about any moral values. This is what happened with me with Airtel postpaid.

    1. All the post paid bills are coming with Excess charges, even after i have raised the request to stop all services which i never opted for. Please refer the attached Image for proof.

    2. Last month-March-2018.I got irritated and escalated the issue to Nodal...

        I'm using airtel from very long time about 7 years now. However i'm facing low/no network issues in pune.
        I had registered a complaint for the same but they are not able to solve the issue. I did everything they suggested me to do to get good network and speed but the conditions are still the same (Worst).
        Same thing are happening with the people in bangalore.
        Maximum time we get a 1 bar out of 4 airtel network. Even if network bars reach to 4, we don't get the 4g speed. Speed is like 2g or 3g.
        This is the conditions of all over pune.

        I paid more than approx 400/- rs per month as a airtel postpaid bill.

        No improvement after lots of complaints.

        Complaint for someone get fraud with me and stole my number [protected] it's VIP number someone is ported out my number to another operator without my permission please assist me [protected] please my all working source is dumb please get a suitable action on this
        Game arena activated on my mobile without my consent on my airtel number.
        received a message that it will be Rs 35 per 7 days.
        What kind of stupidity is this?
        This is open loot.

        Please stop this immediately..

          I had been using bsnl from last 15 years, few months ago i port to airtel for better services but i feel i shouldn't have port to airtel.in my area there is no network, a complaint is already pending from 2 months with airtel.
          I request u to kindly resolve the issue asap as i am suffering a lot.

          My plan is 499.

          Call drop problem in my area since Five or six days. We use 4 airtel sim in my family and all are facing same problem.
          We can not talk on your network more than 40 or 45 sec.
          Could you please revert back my airtel services which are automatically activated.
          In the expectation of getting better services i had opted out from vodafone to airtel, but still no luck.Airtel network is so much inconsistent that you can accumulate as much data as you wish but you will never be able to use that data. Hats off to Airtel and other service providers.
          I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through PAYTM for Rs. 149 on 13th April 2018 and received an SMS with Transaction reference [protected]. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

            I am, sudhanya roy choudhury, 4g dongle holder no. [protected], of your company. Although i have taken the dongle under the plan 499, still my bills for the last 3 -4 months are coming to more than rs. 700 a month. This is not acceptable to me. I want to know the reason of such increase in bill amount. Kindly check the matter and take an early action. I am not going to pay the extra amount in any case when i have taken it under a fixed plan. So please look into the matter and update me.

            14.04.18, I have recharged my Airtel prepaid no. [protected], for 448 Rs. and transaction was successful but recharge not credited to my account. Please credit the balance.
            My airtel mobile no [protected] i rechaged rs 199 plan at last 25 /03/2018 velid till 22/04/2018.Unlimted call and 1.4gb data every day till 28 days, it promised to give 4g but data net 2, some 3g maximum no data service.
            Many times called customer care but no responses.My whole month rechaged gone.
            Please to take action.

                  My number has been charged for renewing askadoctor and game arena which i never activated. Kindly get the problem resolved and get my money credited.

                  Rupees 30 for askadoctor.

                  Rupees 35 for games arena.

                  It has happened twice. I am willing to get d problem resolved as soon as possible. I have noticed a lot of complaints regarding the same. Looking forward to it. Thanks

                    My case details are as follows:

                    1. I made payment of ₹ 5541 on 29th march 2018 against my airtel landline bill 080 – 4216 7097.
                    2. The payment has not been reflecting in my account since then till date.
                    3. I have contact the bank & got the following details as well:
                    A. 274932 - auth code number /transaction number.
                    B. 210192 - reference number.
                    C. [protected] terminal id number.
                    4. Every time i have contacted the customer care regarding the same, i have been informed that they are escalating the same to billing department & they will get back to me.
                    5. No one has called me ever, until i call to ask for the status & the standard reply i receive is please give us 48 hours of time.
                    6. When i escalate the same to the managers there, i receive the same response from them as well. Names of the managers whom i have spoken to are:
                    A. Sagar
                    B. Amit
                    C. Tanuja
                    D. Ayapan
                    E. Nitin
                    7. Today when i spoke to mr. Nitin, he said that it is not mistake of airtel & asks me to talk to him in a calm & peaceful manner, otherwise, they would not help in resolving the issue.
                    8. After 20 days, where airtel has never asked me to raise the dispute with the bank & have asked me to wait, when the dispute period has been closed, today, nitin is asking me to raise a dispute with the bank as they cannot help in resolving the problem as it is not airtel’s mistake.

                        I am writing this on behalf of my mother since she doesn't speak, write or understand english, i recharge her number too. Her airtel number is [protected]. Her balance got deducted multiple times due to value-added services which got activated on her number without her prior knowledge. When i called the customer care to resolve this issue and asked if any refund is possible, they simply refused without understanding the customer's point of view. Your customer support is pathetic, first of all its very hard to reach them, they put me on hold multiple times without informing for how long they are going to put me on hold. The tone of customer support representative is very rude, when i asked how can i submit my grievance to airtel, they simply ignored my question and simply said thanks for calling and disconnected the call. I seriously thought that airtel is the best service provider in my area but know after this pathetic experience i would surely opt for jio. Not getting a refund is acceptable but the way you guys address customer is not at all acceptable. If you guys continue with this kind o[censored]ntrained and unprofessional employees that too in customer support team then your company's image is surely gonna get affected. I wish you guys luck and recommend that you seriously reconsider changing your present customer support structure and process.

                          Iam using airtel digital tv for the past 6 years recently as per your customer care guidance i purchased additional set of box (Dual connection) they said if you recharge rs. 450 you will get in one connection all hd channels and another connection you will get existing plan but now i recharged rs. 460 on 14-april-18
                          Now 2nd connection is not working and i complained regard three times about this issue they all are simply saying sorry sir it will resolved soon nothing has been done till now iam fed up about your customer care executives.                               My airtel number is [protected]. I tried to reacharge my phone through airtel app on 17th of april at 12:00 noon. The transaction was unsuccessfull.                                 I have done porting from jio to airtel on 13-april-2018 and bought airtel sim. Since then i have not received airtel tower in my mobile. Porting id was generated and submit aadhar and requested documents to airtel, but till now i did not received tower. Also the people who are sitting in airtel stores are not responding properly. I have been frustrated by airtel now. I request to solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                  I want to change this system & i will want to use two set-up-box / two tv with a dish, for this matter repeatedly apply to airtel customer care but did not get any result.
                                  For this reason, i have decided that i will stop the two airtel connection of my house as soon as possible, make alternate arrangements.

                                    I havent come across such disgusting experience from any of the service providers in india, i have been using airtel since 1 year, i got pissed off. Airtel has looted all my hard earn money, by attracting the post paid plans, for 399 plan. They used to charge 1200 per month. If i call to customer care some times they reduced my amount once. But for the other month, they use to make poopy reasons for that.
                                    They cant justify to our queries, and will hear all the f*ng scoldings, pity on when i asked to forward the call to their higher authority they will never do that. After few days i switched to prepaid, later i faced the new issue,
                                    The network coverage in my area is so bad that i dont get any incoming calls. (That too in the city like bangalore (Electronic city area). I have to walk all the way to my terrace to make an outgoing call.
                                    But one suggestion for airtel is "try to make money in the best way, don"t ruin peoples money for your sake". Dont get cursed from heartbroken people like me.
                                    Bloody poop-eater airtel. You ruined my day.

                                      I have ported my number [protected] from vodafone to airtel. But there is no signal at all. When contacted the customer care in february they told that there is technical issue and would be solved by feb month end.

                                      This is april and kept a message to port when the team immediately called me and are saying the same thing that by april end the problem would be solved.

                                      This is how they are fooling customers

                                      I lost many business calls and this took a great hit on my career

                                      And tooo many call drops with this network

                                      I do not know which department takes care of this call drop but certain action has to be taken in this regard

                                      Worst service
