Hi,
One month back i changed my network connection as Airtel Postpaid to Airtel Prepaid.After chanaged, no issues in my network.More than one month exactly [18.04.18] itself there is no outgoing call in my mobile if i tried to call it shows Call ended.But i able to receive Incoming call and having internet connection.
On that day itself I call to customer care, they told there is network problem in our side and it will recover after 3hrs.
Next day morning [19.04.18] same issue exist.Again i call to customer care, they told there is a SIM problem so u can get the duplicate SIM and check it.
I get a duplicate SIM in Airtel store and checked.But same issue exist in that SIM also.Again i call to customer care but they not give a proper solutions.
I don't know what i do. Pls help?
I'm using Redmi 3S Prime mobile.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Raghu@94 Above issue happens on [18.04.18], but still today [23.04.18] they can't give a solution.
One day I tried to download a file of 1500 mb with my cellular data at 12:01 AM. This is the time at which you got your 1500 mb of daily data refreshing every day . Then I download the file and it downloaded only 80% then a message comes from airtel that you have used 100% of data then where is the rest data is gone. IAM Seriously dissatisfied with Airtel service very poor.
