I recently ported my sim from tata docomo to airtel and whenever i use google services or products like gmail or tez app it sends a sms but i am unable to recieve any of them till the day i ported my mobile number. I tried to call airtel customare care they said you will be recieving the messages later but its been a week and i am still not recieving any sms from them....

Regarding previous complaint (Docket number: 673569), airtel service provider did not do anything on my compliant they simple called me and my said the same story what they said earlier and didn't give any resolution and simple closed the issue. For the interest of time, i spent some more money (Rs. 199/-) to renew my plan and i am not happy with the action there are taken.
