Hello sir,
I am shiv kumar sah, and im using airtel prepaid mobile no i'e [protected],
On 15/4/18 8:03pm deducted rs. 3 from my mobile main balance against super store service, but i didn't request for this service, if request for this service then generate the request no. But no any request no. I have because i didn't request any type of service.
So i request to u please return my main balance otherwise i porting this no to another network.
Thank you.

      Hi this is sachin an airtel user since last 10 years from last few days i m getting msges from a$-tfarot dat [call cost is 0.00 duration 10.30 bal. 0.00] this msg came twice or thrice in a day and at dat time i m not at all using my cell den also i m getting dis kind of msg. I m worried dat my cell no. Is been hacked or something, so plzz help me out n get me out of dis problem n also block all the telemarketing msges, i dont want any of dat.

      Hi . I m shravani .I m an Airtel user from 5 years but from few days I m getting msgs from A$TFAROT day (call cost rs 0.00 and duration 0.00 and I had blocked this but still I m getting message .I m so worried that...my cell no. Has been blocked or something plz help me out if this.

        Respected sir,

        I have received a call from mr. S. Ashwin on 5..2018 ([protected]) to offer air tel tower proposal and asked for me to sent my id proof like aadhar card, pan card, voter id, ration card, bank pass book front page and land documents submitted by mail info. [protected]@gmail.com.

        Again he called you land selected air tel tower commissioning, i feel very happy. Again he called me to pay rs.3000/- only for swapna for doucments
        Charges a. C. No:[protected], canara bank, r. K. Puram, sec-12, new delhi.

        After my payment i have received a cash receipt from air tel telcom towers ltd (Not containing phone nos, cin to tin numbers).. Again he called phone for making paymnent in the name of mr. Akash tyagi a/c. Number :[protected] (Bangalore.)

        I surprised why you are asking for payment on personnel name deposit (No proper id like aadhar, pan card or bank pass book front page). I request your personnel the payment to be made company account, he is denied my request.

        Meantime i consult my auditor, lawyer asked me are you meet the air tel
        Personnel directly. (My answer - no). I feel that there any mistake will be made who will be contact the above said problem.

        Kindly let us know the right person contact phone numbers, mail id,.

        I am ready to pay rs.23, 500/, for any air tel company or branches. But my doubt may be cleared by your personnel as soon as possible.

        Meantime i have pending my payment for your reply

        Again he called you land selected air tel tower commissioning, i feel very happy. Again he called me to pay Rs.5000/- only for Advocate fees for doucments, Charges Account No [protected], , Name ASISH, KODAK MAHINDRA bank, IFSC CODE-KKBK0000205, BRANCH NEW DELHI.

        I think this is Fake and Fraud business doing in the name of Airtel.

        Kindly take legal action against this Mobile and accounts.

        Otherwise you are recogonised to do this type of Fraud groups from your concern.

        Kindly verify - Enclosed

        1.Central Govt Approval Letter for Tower Installation and
        2. AIRTEL-ID Card for VELMURUGAN FROM Tamil Speaking guy.

            Hi team,

            On feb 2018 i paid inr 500 for broadband connection in my area for 40 mbps plan, but after some days airtel people said that they can't provide 40 mbps plan in that area, so i asked for refund. I'm still waiting for my refund money but no step has been taken.
            I have already raised complain that has been closed, please take the necessary steps.

              I had done my airtel recharge my no [protected] of rs. 149 for 28 days in which i am getting unlimited calls, 1.5 gb per day, 100 text messages per day. But you give me only 1 gb per day but as my offer i have 1.5 gb per day.
              In future i will never get this problem airtel. As comparatively jio is the best.
              Airtel is the fraud connection

                  This morning i received message at 4.24 am that lifestyle service activated and rs 35 deducted, on my airtel mobile [protected] (Ravindra bhasme)
                  I immediately deactivated this service as this service was not activated by me.
                  Please refund my money immediately.

                    Got a message from airtel on 4
                    16th april 2018 1:53 am mentioning that namkeen pack services has been activated on my phone for 3 days and they deduct 15 rs from my balance for a 3 days and this would be automatically renewed after 3 days. This is very cheap trick to earn money.

                    My concerns are
                    1. What is that service all about
                    2. How did the value added service got activated without my consent

                      4:45 am in the morning my balance was deducted by 49 in the name of mastipack which i nevee subscribed. Is this some kind of joke. What makes you think it is okay tto deduct money without even asking. Is this some new way to earn money by cheating people. Please rectify it as soon as possible. This is very wrong airtel is becoming one of the worst networks due to frauds like this

                        I had requested upc code of my airtel mobile no [protected] via sms to 1900 since i wanted to port out of airtel due to poor network coverage in my area.

                        But still i haven't received upc code, i had also talked to customer care executive but didn't help..

                        Airtel is getting worst day by day, didn't expect such cheap behavior from airtel, totally frustrating.

                            When i got a call from airtel for port in, they will commited me no data charges will be applied when you see ipl matches from airtel tv. I know that only subscription is free from airtel then i will ask minimum 5 times but they continusly saying will confirmed no data charges applied when you surfing the same, if you don't trust me then ask my senior also. Now i am not geeting the service. That is the calling no, date & time when i got the call [protected], 11/04/2018, 12:44 pm.
                            When i called in customer care for the same the will disconnect my call (Calling time 12:15 to 12:22 am.
                            Please help me

                              Airtel Billing system is totally fake. as according to my plan 399. National Roaming was free but airtel charged very great amount I was shocking to see my bill detail include with international sms charges but I never use to international sms these are total fake charges.

                                On 140418, i completed the formalities to upgrade my
                                Mobile no.[protected] of airtel thru a mobile store at tirupati from
                                3g to 4g.
                                And in confirmation to that, i received a message from the airtel service provider also. But till now, they not only didn't upgraded the services of 4g, but blocked the services of 3g also.
                                An account of this, iam experiencing a lot of inconvenience. Please look in to the matter immediately and do the needful

                                  Airtel services like gamearena and lifestyle have been activated on my phone without giving any prior requests. My balance was rs114 but because of all this nonsense it has been reduced to rs14. Can airtel stop cutting my balance without sending me any requests first and at least do me the decency to refund my balance back to its original number. If you don't want to loose a customer than take action quickly.

                                    Yesterday[protected] one massage direct coming, you have activated CINEMASTI and Rs. 15 less in main balance. Today I call to customer care[protected]@10 pm but Mr. Deepak not properly talk. I ask to he, why activate directly cinemasti pack he said sorry I have deactivated this pack. and massage coming your cinemasti pack deactivated, but I ask to he why should less my Rs. 15 I have returne refund, he said not possible. and roughly talk to me so I complaint airtight and Mr. Deepak. I also attached files activated pack and call to customer care so please take action. I wait.

                                      I used that airtel sim for 5 years recently i did'nt use that sim for calls
                                      I used that for verfication perpose for bank, atm, online transactions, gmail, etc,,
                                      But airtel suddenly blocked my sim and they issued my number to the another person!! They even not gave any sms alert!! They have my proof and adress but they not inform me!!
                                      Im hasitated of airtel company behaviors!! Because

                                      Its a senstive and its very personel thing of a person in country!!
                                      What can i do now!! My every verifiycation are lost!!
                                      Now anyone can misuse my identifiaction!!

                                      Please someone hep for me???/!!!

                                        Airtel is cheating all its old customer by charging more for a offer. And that same offer is given at less price to new coustomer and to those customers who doesn't recharge Airtel number.

                                        I m having many Airtel sim in my family out of which some are 10-12 year old Airtel customer but they don't get any special offers and when we complain that u only provide offer to new coustomer and not to your old coustomer they just simply say sorry and say when we will have offer for you we will provide you.

                                        I just want to ask you that when will I get an special offer. You give us offer of 448₹ which give 82days unlimited calls and data to old coustomer but u give same offer at price 399₹ to your new coustomer.

                                        I m definitely going to port my all Airtel number to Jio bcoz they provide best offers and there customer service is much better than Airtel.

                                        Airtel is Worst company. It only wants to earn money.
