I have been using airtel since 6 years. There was good coverage and call signals until last month. I had taken the same number's 4g sim in my android phone since last october-17.in the month of march -18, i suscribed for the combo package for both data and calls. Since that day the signals at my home location got so worse. Few normal calls when dialed, we can hear siren and loud disturbing noises. The 4g signal for my data usage is not at all good, that i'm forced to use wifi of another network. I could only use around 5gb since then. Please kindly do the needful network updation in my area and relieve me from this trouble.

    Airtel company jise combo pack deta dete hai jo jise ek din ka 1gb our 1.4gb and others uske wjae company plans ke hisab se pura ektha deta dena chieae company ko ese costmer be happy hoga aur company ko be jada banifat hoga... Jise ke gharak pura deta plan pura hone se phile he deta ko khatm kar dega 4g lte deta wise be ek din me computer, laptop and mobile par use kare toh ek din ka 3_4 gb tak use ho he jata hai aur jab pura deta khatm ho jai ga plan ke hisab se toh gharak phir se alag se deta ka recharge karvie ga thankyou...

      Used Airtel payment Bank to pay my electricity bill (bescom). The app asks for the customer ID through which it fetches the electricity bill automatically. It showed 1866 rupees which I paid. Then later understood that the actual bill value was 891 rupees from receipt from the electricity board. Paytm also showed 891 rupees. Have sent all the screenshot to [protected]@airte... But they don't give any proper response.

          Hi I am Using Airtel network from last 4-5 years. Recently I am facing an issue called "All lines are currently busy " when making a call to my friend. What the hell happening to this network . No proper signal these days. And now this issue. Can you please solve this issue. This is the best network I know and you should stand on your quality. If this same happens for sure your network will be shut down

              I recharged an amount of rs498 to the number [protected] by mistake.already complained to the customer care they cancelled the recharge amount n told that amount will be refund with in 2days. 2days was over but the amount not refunded up to now. Plz look in to this n solve as early as possible sir so that I will be thankful

                Sir, i have ported to jio after 15 mar 2018 and i have all cleared the below amounts in excess and also shared by bank statements to airtel as proof of below payment. They have promosed me refund of 425 rs but later not replying to my mails.

                Airtel money rs 325.00 on 15 mar 2018 (Netbanking payment)
                Airtel money rs 100.00 on 17 mar 2018 (Netnanking payment
                Airtel money rs 324.52 on 18 mar 2018 (Auto payment by hdfc bank)

                  Airtel has started deducting rs 35 from my mobile account for some modelmania w service. I haven't subscribed and heard the name for the first time.
                  I have messaged them regarding this and they stopped but 35 rs is a small amount. My balance is 60 rs before it. Now it is 25 rs and my rate cutter has been expired so they want me to recharge again.

                    Mera balance kam ho raha he ek rs roj me bahut paresan ho raha hu fokat hi mera ek rupiya ud rha he to aap meri madad kare mere balance kam ho raha he use kam hone se roke or kabhi kabhi sara balance bhi kam ho jata he mai balance dalwata hu or sab balance khatm ho jata hai to ye balance kam hone ki jhanjhat se mukt kare hame nahi to me suside kar lunga bs.

                      Hi,

                      One month back i changed my network connection as Airtel Postpaid to Airtel Prepaid.After chanaged, no issues in my network.More than one month exactly [18.04.18] itself there is no outgoing call in my mobile if i tried to call it shows Call ended.But i able to receive Incoming call and having internet connection.

                      On that day itself I call to customer care, they told there is network problem in our side and it will recover after 3hrs.

                      Next day morning [19.04.18] same issue exist.Again i call to customer care, they told there is a SIM problem so u can get the duplicate SIM and check it.

                      I get a duplicate SIM in Airtel store and checked.But same issue exist in that SIM also.Again i call to customer care but they not give a proper solutions.

                      I don't know what i do. Pls help?

                      I'm using Redmi 3S Prime mobile.

                              Bangalore uttarahalli mantri alpyne location, the airtel mobile network signal level is very weak/some time no signal at all.

                              Inside the flat no body will get the signal, due to this we are loosing so many business.

                              Kindly sort it this problem due to biz of weak signal many of the users are switching to vodofone network.

                                I would also like to bring out that airtel customer care at prabhadevi airtel gallery is giving wrong information to extract exhorbitant amount without any base and cheated the customer, also causing mental and physical harassment and made us to run from one place to another. They have taken rs.490/- from me for 6 days for porting out my number. Please arrange to refund my amount and take stern action against the staff especially mr. Shashank - supervisor of airtel prabhadevi gallery for abusing a loyal customer of airtel.

                                  I am a loyal customer of airtel for over 10 years. Yesterday when i visited the prabhadevi branch of airtel gallery at mumbai seeking information about changing my plan from postpaid to prepaid, the staff and one mr. Vivek abused me and my daughter in law and behaved rudely. They just refused to divulge information and told me to not to come here. Sir, i am a senior citizen and this behaviour is highly unacceptable. Please take appropriate action against the entire staff of prabhadevi branch of airtel gallery.

                                    My mobile number is [protected]. I am able to make outgoing calls, but am not receiving incoming calls since today morning. When tried, i get a message as 'mobile switched off'. I tried restarting my phone multiple times, but i still get the same message when called my number from other mobiles.

                                    Also, the network in this area is very poor. Our calls get disconnected in between due to poor signals and sometimes they don't even connect.

                                      I received a sms for 399 recharge valid for 84 days. After recharge, it is 70 days only. When called the customer care, they asked me to login a complaint on www.airtel123.in. which when googled does not show any search results.
                                      Customer care officers were not at all friendly on the call. I was on wait for almost 15 minutes in 28 minutes call. The officer was not at all transferring the call to his officer though available and was bluffing. At last he connected the call. I am not sure why such foul games by airtel. Why do you send sms and after recharge why deny that offer is not available on this number. Moreover when my number is not in the offer category, why you send that misleading advertisements. Is it because i have been your customer for so long time though jio offers the best in industry. I think its time now.

                                      NO update yet. Its almost ready to expire. better quit from Airtel and switch to JIO as my friends suggested.
                                      even the signals are NOT as good as they were earlier with Airtel.
                                      Airtel or Airhell. Lost hope and trust on you.

                                        I have got ported my mobile no. [protected] from airtel to bsnl.

                                        Before accepting port request, i had paid all previous bills to airtel even additional payment till port request is accepted. The detail is as under-

                                        Bill plan during airtel service - rs. 99/month

                                        Bill generation date by airtel[protected]

                                        Last bill paid rs. 150/- agaist bill amount rs. 131.71/- (Excess paid rs. 19.29/-) on[protected]. E receipt no. [protected]

                                        Rs. 50/- was additional paid for using airtel service till acceptance of port request. E receipt no. [protected]

                                        Port request is accepted on –[protected]

                                        Bsnl service start from –[protected]

                                        My due amount was in minus rs. -69.29/-

                                        Even then i received massage from airtel about due amount rs. 586.01/- while it was already in minus. How would it be possible that much due amount at having plan of rs. 99/- per month from 13-03-18 to 27-03-18 and it was already in minus.

                                        Kindly inquire into the matter and provide justice and get it waived off.
