I have submitted documents to convert from airtel postpaid to prepaid but the prepaid is not activated even after stipulated time. Airtel store representative asked me to call 59059 to activate but the call to 59059 gets disconnected every time and the number is not getting activated.

Airtel seems not to help people who convert from postpaid to prepaid. While submitting the form itself the airtel representative cautioned me that i will lose many services but i didnt expect that the connection itself will be put on hold.

Pathetic service by airtel

    I have deposited Rs. 1600 on dated[protected] around 5:49 Pm in my Airtel Bank Account linked with the mobile No. [protected] with Tnx ID.[protected] from KUNCHAM BHOOPAL Shop, VIKARABAD District, Telangana State, India.

    On[protected] around 6 Pm I have transferred Rs. 1500 from my Airtel Money Account to another Bank Account State Bank Of India, Savings Bank Account No. [protected], IFSC Code: SBIN0018549, Account Holder Name: Arepali Pavana but unfortunately the cash was not deposited in the above said State Bank Of India Savings Account.

    On[protected] around 7:54 Pm I got an SMS stating that Hello your IMPS transfer of Rs. 1500from your airtel payments Bank A/c No. XXXXXX4581 to a/c No. XXXXXXX0709 is in process. We will inform you shortly. Tnx ID IMPS[protected]. Please note effective 13th Feb charges will be revised to 1% of transaction amount.

    After that, I have logged a complaint to the Airtel Money people by dialed 400 many times and done Emails many times to resolve the issue.

    On Saturday around 7:54 AM I got an SMS that Your complaint Reference number 1817293 is registered with us. Your complaint will be resolved within 2 Days i.e. up to Sunday[protected].

    After that when I contacted Airtel Money Customer Care people on Monday[protected] Morning many times by phones and Emails they said that again we need 2 days.

    After waiting 2 days again I have contacted Airtel Money Customer Care people on[protected] Evening many times by phones and Emails again they are telling that we need extra 3 more days to resolve the issue.

    These Airtel Money people are playing with the Customers and Customer Hard Earn Money. Like me, thousands of people are suffering in all over India. As I request every one to be very cautious about this Airtel Money People and don't lose your hard earn money in any manner.

    I advise the Airtel Money people at first you please rectify all the problems in the software then only you please give the apps to the public and I request not to play with the public and public Hard earned money too.

    I request the concern authorities to do justice for me immediatly. Thank you.

      We are completely shocked and appalled that even after paying the recharge subscription for the tv connection of rs. 14510/- (On annual basis for my multiple connections) via your airtel app, following the instructions exactly as given therein. Even so airtel digital have not activated our connection... Even 10 days after the payment was made! The bank has already debited that transaction, clearly indicating the payment made to airtel

      This is nothing short of theft of the most terrible magnitude... By supposedly a reputed company like airtel and disgraceful... To say the least!!!

      Airtel digital is urged either to activate the connection... With additional credit for the missed days or refund the entire amount asap!

        Hello,

        I have raised complaint twice this month, Following are the complaint numbers:
        COUTL[protected] - on 7th april, 2018
        COUTL[protected] - on 12th april, 2018

        against pathetic voice quality and i cant even understand what the other person is speaking. I have raised complaint twice and some temporary fix happens after one day and today (17th april, 2018) the problem is back.

        I am frustrated on how many times i have to call airtel and report this issue.
        I stay in yemlur area in bangalore and my number is [protected].

        Didnt expect such a thing from airtel or should i migrate to other vendor.
        This problem started from VOLTE and i dont understand i cant even make a call if i switch off VOLTE in mobile.

            Many of my friends and family have been complaining to me for quite a while that whenever they try to call me, an unknown person picks up the call. Last week my phone broke down as a result of which my phone was switched off for the whole weekend. Instead of giving a message that my phone is switched off, it automatically redirected my number to (May be the same) unknown person. I also heard that this man got really pissed off and even threatened to file a police compalint if he gets a call in my name again.

            This has been causing inconvenience to me and people who call me for a while now. Please try and resolve the issue asap.

              Airtel opened saving account without my permission and then gas subsidy start transferring in this account instead of my sbi account.
              After some days i got message that airtel is closing your saving bank account and your subsidy is transferred into your sbi account but it is not transferred actually.

              I wrote many mails to airtel but they did not replied initially and after so many mails they replied and said that they have transferred it to your account and we closing this issue.

                I received new sim for existing mobile number from my company with corporate plan, as per the procedure i submitted all required documents, old sim deactivated 5 days before and new one is not functioning till now. I am following up with concern team continuously but still not resolved. As assured, it should happen within 4 hours of old sim deactivation. I have been facing issue without any access and this is very crucial, if transfer to cocp is not possible i requested to activate to my personal account itself. Still no update.

                  I am an idea user since last 10 years at least. I have been getting 3-4 calls daily from airtel customer care for new airtel plans and changing my mobile carrier to airtel. I have told them every single time to remove my name and number from their calling list.
                  In return i get rude responses from airtel telecallers.
                  Please look into this and i dont want a single call from you guys. Or i will have to raise complaint

                    This is tirthankar basu, i'm an airtel postpaid user. I got a new sim card for getting internet only for 399 pack. I got a call from one of their customer care executive named jane (+[protected] to meet a person and get the sim. I have done the same as suggested. But 24 hours already passed but i didn't get any activation in my sim, i have a critical condition for medication, now i can't able to mail even my office. I have requested the same number many times but she didn't pay any respect to my request. I would like to cancel this connection and stop the postpaid manner. This is not acceptable at all.

                        Recently i am going through very bad and disappointment experience with airtel.

                        A airtel sale girl was called me every-day for to exchange my docomo dongle with airtel mifi and to take 399 plan.
                        After lots of phone call i have agreed to take that plan.
                        But a person is came to official address and taking 50 rupees after giving the new airtel mifi sim on 31st march, 2018, and do not give the mifi dongle as he requested me to wait for next day, he will deliver the device on sunday which is his responsibility.
                        Next day i called him after waiting for the given time, and the person told me that sunady is not working day, so he will deliver it on monday.
                        Next day same for me i called him after waiting for the given time, and he replied that was his holiday. He was not joined in office.
                        After that every day i called the airtel sales lady for last 2 week and everyday she told me that the device is out of stock so she is unable to deliver the device, this informations is not told me previously when she requesting me to take that device-this is first checting.

                        Secondly everyday i used to followup with every person who are involved in this case as it is my liability where as i am a customer.
                        Last friday after so may called i device is reached to my official address which is not working at all and it was checked by the delivery airtel engineer (Avijit chakraborty -[protected]).
                        He gave me the faulty device and taking my previous photon dongle as giving me that assurance next day my device is changed.

                        And also he was informed the same information to his higher person amit das ([protected]), the lady - swarnali ([protected]/[protected]), kunal ([protected]), perveen ([protected]) (All are responsible for sector v delivery center). But no one are is responding this serious issue.

                        I am a working lady. I have purchased this device for my work purpose, but i am unable to jused that for last 17 days. Today is 16th april, 2018

                        Even when i am telling that lady that i will go to consumer forum for this fraud case. She aws telling me to go that place and she will look this matter on consumer forum.

                        I am very much disappointed with this type of service from airtel and i will send this copy of mail to consumer forum.

                        I don't want to use mifi and i will want my previous dongle and my money.

                              I hold an airtel pre-paid number and have just re-charged it with 399 plan. Had opted for 399 = unlimited local/std/roaming and 1.4gb data per day for *$ days...! But when the message received the plan duration was showing only 70 days...? What happened to initial package of 84 days which i applied for? Why i was charged 399 for the plan but given 14 days less.

                                Hi team,
                                I was using airtel services from nov'17 to nov'18 using mobile number. Due to very bad network coverage, i switched over to another operator.
                                I was waiting for the last bill from airtel, which i never got at my communication address or email id ([protected]@gmail.com)
                                Now airtel has blocked my outgoing services on my current operator via trai for pending bill.
                                The question is how can i pay the bill without received from airtel? And is trai is advising to operators to block customer services for unpaid bills without informing them and without sending bill to them? Will customer get a dream how much the bill :)?

                                I called 121 (Customer care) and they tell me to contact cheryl pereira (Nodal officer) to resolve my problem. But she doesn't received my call. This is a stupid service provided by airtel.

                                I have written an email to them ('[protected]@airtelindia.com') and nodel officer (Nodalofficer. [protected]@in. Airtel.com) but no response till yet.

                                I am ready to pay the pending bill but should received my bill at least on my communication address or email id but sill not received.

                                Very pathetic service by airtel.

                                  I am using airtel for long time. I changed my post paid plan in oct'17. According to the plan every month i am eligible for 4 gb data. But this data is always showing 0 gb and i complain every month to claim the data that is guaranteed by airtel. I have been complaining for the part 5 months and there is no permanent solution. Even i changed sim, reinstalled app 100 times. Still issue is not getting resolved. It has become a routine that i complain to airtel about this issue beginning of my billing cycle. I am really unsatisfied with the way the customer is treated. Also i am surprised a no.1 service provided don't have technical capability to solve this simple issue. Also i see airtel is not worried about the customer. I am not asking anything free. What is entitled to me in not given which is cheating the customer.

                                    On 14.04.2018, at 1807 hrs, i initiated recharge on phone number [protected] for rs.509. The process of payment through hsbc credit card was gone through. After entering the otp, waited for over 15 minutes and the recharge was not reflected in the account. But the amount (Rs.509) had been charged to my credit card account.
                                    When i contacted hsbc this morning, i understood that the transaction had been through. The reference given is 003136.

                                    Kindly check and arrange for either refund of the amount to my credit card account or complete the recharge of the phone [protected]. (After the transaction seemed to have failed, i made yet another recharge for rs.249 valid for 28 days)

                                    I was log many complaint against this issue but no response. I was totally frustrated to this issue no network coverage in my home location. Please look in to this issue and give me better solution.

                                      I did not activate any services. But they are deducting rs.35 from my account every week. My mobile number is [protected].
                                      I am getting messages like thanks for choosing lifestyle service on your airtel mobile and they deducted rs.35 like 3 weeks already.
                                      When i try to contact customer care every time my call is getting disconnected.
                                      I want the airtel company people to return back my amount.
