Dear sir/madam,
I am a loyal customer of airtel for over 10 years. Yesterday when i visited the prabhadevi branch of airtel gallery at mumbai seeking information about changing my plan from postpaid to prepaid, the staff and one mr. Vivek abused me and my daughter in law and behaved rudely. They just refused to divulge information and told me to not to come here. Sir, i am a senior citizen and this behaviour is highly unacceptable. Please take appropriate action against the entire staff of prabhadevi branch of airtel gallery.

    Hi,

    My mobile number is [protected]. I am able to make outgoing calls, but am not receiving incoming calls since today morning. When tried, i get a message as 'mobile switched off'. I tried restarting my phone multiple times, but i still get the same message when called my number from other mobiles.

    Also, the network in this area is very poor. Our calls get disconnected in between due to poor signals and sometimes they don't even connect.

      I received a sms for 399 recharge valid for 84 days. After recharge, it is 70 days only. When called the customer care, they asked me to login a complaint on www.airtel123.in. which when googled does not show any search results.
      Customer care officers were not at all friendly on the call. I was on wait for almost 15 minutes in 28 minutes call. The officer was not at all transferring the call to his officer though available and was bluffing. At last he connected the call. I am not sure why such foul games by airtel. Why do you send sms and after recharge why deny that offer is not available on this number. Moreover when my number is not in the offer category, why you send that misleading advertisements. Is it because i have been your customer for so long time though jio offers the best in industry. I think its time now.

      NO update yet. Its almost ready to expire. better quit from Airtel and switch to JIO as my friends suggested.
      even the signals are NOT as good as they were earlier with Airtel.
      Airtel or Airhell. Lost hope and trust on you.

        I have got ported my mobile no. [protected] from airtel to bsnl.

        Before accepting port request, i had paid all previous bills to airtel even additional payment till port request is accepted. The detail is as under-

        Bill plan during airtel service - rs. 99/month

        Bill generation date by airtel[protected]

        Last bill paid rs. 150/- agaist bill amount rs. 131.71/- (Excess paid rs. 19.29/-) on[protected]. E receipt no. [protected]

        Rs. 50/- was additional paid for using airtel service till acceptance of port request. E receipt no. [protected]

        Port request is accepted on –[protected]

        Bsnl service start from –[protected]

        My due amount was in minus rs. -69.29/-

        Even then i received massage from airtel about due amount rs. 586.01/- while it was already in minus. How would it be possible that much due amount at having plan of rs. 99/- per month from 13-03-18 to 27-03-18 and it was already in minus.

        Kindly inquire into the matter and provide justice and get it waived off.

          Hi sir,

          I have done recharge on my mobile no [protected] with 399 amount (Date : 19-april-2018 12.15 -12.20 pm). The details of this recharge are 1.4 gb per day for 84 days. This is mentioned on your website. By choosing this offer i have done the recharge but i got 1.4 gb for 70 days. (Confirmation through message). It is very ridiculous. Please take necessary action and please all mentioned offers on my mobile no i. E data for 84 days.

            Text message:
            Gamepind was not renewed because of insufficient balance. Reply 1 to renew the pack now by taking advance talk time (Toll free). For best talk time offers dial *121*1#
            Then i check my balance, my 15 rs. Also deduct. Please refund this money & deactivate gamepind.

              I am using mumbai sim, currently i am in bangalore and getting the same message for the whole day. # all lines are currently busy. When i called airtel customer care they are asking me to change the handset.
              Discussion happend in the below manner with airtel cc
              1) when i raised issue they said it is a ringtone of the number that you are calling to.
              2) they said this is happening because of the number you are trying to has diverted your call to another number.
              3) they said we are facing network congestion, please try after some time (Trying from the past two days)
              4) they are not at all accepting that we are facing the issue. They are keep on saying problem with your handset and blah blahhh.

                I recently bought Airtel 4G dongle with 399 plan were I was promised to get 2GB 4G data per day but insted of getting that I am getting 1 GB data per day.I complained to Airtel Customer care couple of time buy they still not resolving it.I am still getting 1 GB data per day instead of getting 2GB data.As per the plan which I got from Airtel 25GB per month plus 2GB per day.

                  I fail to understand why my monthly mobile bill is not being send to me on my registered e-mail address v. I. Z ss. [protected]@sbi.co.in
                  The payment receipt should also be e-mailed to me as and when payment is being made by me.
                  I have registered my e-mail address also at airtel selfcare website.
                  The recent bill and receipt may be emailed immediately.

                    I haven't choosen masti pack, still my card was charged for activation of such pack overnight night. How can they do such a thing?
                    They might be doing it with many people out there. Please find the details about this as soon as possible. It's shameful that they are offering such poor services
                    Kindly look into the matter and if possible refund all my money back.

                      I am not able to access my number since 2days and after 2days, they are providing me procedure for troubleshoot which i have already done numerous of times instead of resolving it. Service is working from their end but it is showing no service at my end so is the problem resolved?? Secondly i have already been to airtel outlet in morning for sim replacement whereas this is not at all customer fault if sim stops working without any damage and i still paid rs.25 to get it done and its been 14hrs but still end up with no help except no service. I am facing loss financially due to all this. And i have input my sim in different phone as well but still no service is reflecting whereas other sim is showing working in both phones. I am attaching screenshot of no service and will look forward to resolution. I have never came across this thing before with any network so unable to digest how airtel network is sitting quiet on customer problem's and claiming to be best network.

                        Worst network, which will give ads and say they are the best network in india

                        I have been the loyal customer for airtel for more than 5 years and in recent past, i am seeing everything is not, as they say, plan costs more and gives out little, as most of the time there will be no network and even i am trying to cancel my 4g lte connection number [protected], but none of the airtel customer care numbers is accepting the closure request, they are passing calls here and there but of no use.

                        Please help me in cancelling the connection

                          Hi,
                          I am outside of india, i have the sim card with me, it was working fine, but just after 90 days, it stopped working. It looks like the sim card has been deactivated. I want the sim reactivated.
                          Could you please activate the sim? Also please let me know how i can continue to keep same number for long time even if i dont use, i will use only to receive sms. If there is any monthly recharge is required, please suggest. My no. Is [protected] (Kolkata)

                            Subject : bill generation delayed and customer care resolution not satisfactory.

                            I have looked into my email and coudnt find my latest bill and called to customer care on 15-apr-2018. As per the customer care executive, they are facing some issue at bill generation department and it is delayed and given me 48 hrs of time.

                            Called them on 18-apr-2018 as my bill not yet received. The customer care executive still requesting 48hrs to generate the bill and resolve the issue. Spoken to floor in charge (Nimisha - [protected])

                            Customer loss: company reimbursement can't be processed after 18-apr-2018. Obviously i lost the amount.

                            This is not the first time it happened, first time when it happened i am not much bothered. But if repeating again and again i can't accept it.

                            I request the justification on this and my compensation.

                            But still the caller has denied to give me SR number I requested, even then j asked her to mention the same in the mail. But still she just mentioned as we are following ur request only.

                              I have recharged my mobile number ([protected]) twice with 509 plan (On april 13th and 16th) by mistake, when i spoke to customer support people they are saying that
                              They cant refund, they cant extend the plan on same number finally happily they keep my money without providing any solution
                              They are saying that extending plan can be done if it is 199 plan or 448 plan but not for 509.. What the hell is this

                              They did not even take any complaint when i asked to rise a complaint.. Need a solution for this.. This is not fair at all,, if some mistake is happens there could be some solution for it... Finally i decide to port my number if they dont resolve this

                                Airtel which claims to be one of the biggest networks are now not able to even give suitable answers to there customers the customer care executives don't even know how to talk like livilized beings they have stopped all my calls for 4 hrs and only one voice speaks out loud every time i make any call saying all lines are busy, it's not a reliable network at all as you don't know when your network will not help you at times of need .

                                  Dear customer care,

                                  I have been repeatedly charged for services activated in my sim for which I have no clue when and how it has got activated.

                                  On 29th March 2018, I was charged with Rs 5 for SHORTFILMS service which I have not activated. And I have not checked this until this service is renewed on 12th April 2018 and I have charged with Rs 35

                                  Again today ie 18th April 2018 a service is started called GAME ARENA and I have been charged with Rs 25

                                  I had to stop all these services by sending a message STOP to 155223

                                  This is happening frequently now and it's very annoying. I have not started any of the above services but they are Auto-activating and I am charged by debiting from my Account Balance which I have added for calling purpose.

                                  This need to be corrected and the account balance debited should be credited.

                                    This is to inform you of the disappointing service airtel has provided, initially the carelessness of the sales guy who verified and confirmed that the broadband connection would be available, so i paid an amount of rs 500/- and submitted my documents, after reminding the guy for 3-4 days, he being the neglecting one ignored the matter, and then later stating that the connection won't be possible, i had my important office work pending depending on the same, later after finding out that the connection won't be done i was promised that the money would be reflected in my account in 9 days, it's been more that 25 days. This careless attitude is not tolerable and i called the guy 2-3 times for reminding the same and he again ignored the matter.
                                    I want my money to be reflected asap and i want a reply to this feedback if i am not getting one i am raising this complaint to consumer court.
                                    Airtel is the worst network and the worst service ever provided, i would never use airtel in my life after this horrible experience.

                                      My airtel dth set-top box stopped working suddenly. I raised a compliant with customer care. An engineer visited my house and checked, he informed set top box is faulty. He said this old model settop box not provided. And a new HD box set for you total cost 600rs for replacement. I am not sure why i have to pay when the services and devices are provided by airtel.

                                      I paid rs 3000 for their box during initial connection. Why should i pay again when they provided such poor quality box. This is not acceptable and not happy with this kind of service from airtel

                                      If this can be fixed without any charge i will continue to use the service, otherwise i will cancel the service.

                                        I already have a bsnl number and i took a airtel sim 2 months back. Today 18th april 2018, i got a call from an unknown number from mumbai. That person is repeatedly calling me saying that i had called him several times and disturbed him when he was at work. He saying that he will file a case.
                                        What nonsense is this??
                                        I don't even know that person nor i have called him ever or messaged and i am getting this stupid threat for not doing anything.
                                        I had been getting few unknown calls when i had bought the sim.
                                        Please note
                                        Airtel can't manage the issue of new sims
                                        Please make sure that there aren't two sims having the same number
                                        When issuing a sim to a new person please ensure that the previous connections are cut and the person cannot call from the old sim anymore
                                        This is totally creepy
