I have submitted the following mobile numbers for porting since 12th march 2018 earlier they said it takes only 25 to 30 days now they are saying 35 - 40 days... And till date it has not worked.

Why trai and technology in india is so backward why did they lack vision they know that it is a 1 billion country and yet plan for small capacity!! Which results in call drop, and all kinds of problems.

    Sir/ma'am,
    My mother (Shalini pradhan) and i the undersigned visited the airtel city office, jhansi (U. P) on 17th of january 2018, for aadhar linking to our respective prepaid airtel numbers. As both numbers were earlier registered on my father's name who is no more, we were been told by your representatives at the office that we need to convert it into postpaid for getting it transferred to our names and subsequently can be linked to our individual aadhar numbers, so we did that and paid the required fixed charges of rs 250 each on[protected] for post-paid connection.
    At that time the prepaid balance of my mother's number was around rs 500 (Don't remember exactly) also in my prepaid account there were approximately rs 30-40, we were been told by your representatives that this balance is going to be adjusted in the post-paid bills of forthcoming months, but sadly even after three months bill there was no amount adjusted. To ask for this when i visited the city office again the representatives straight away rejected this and asked for me to tackle this on my own by giving me the customer care number, they said that they do not have any record of our prepaid numbers.
    When i contacted the customer care for this, i felt betrayed after knowing from one of your customer care executive that there is no such provision and he told me that the city office representatives told a lie about this.
    Sir the problem is now i don't even have any written proof of what the office employees said to me (On 17th) and also of my earlier prepaid balance.

    Kindly look into the matter and help me out in this.

      We have cug connections and having 26 connections. From last august 2017 we submit complain about mobile network... Within office premises no one able to dial or revived any calls... Even we submit for portability request... From your end take some time to resolve the issue...

      But hope less service...
      No one contacting after that... No improvement... Only false commitment...
      In view of this we are facing tremendous business loss...
      If you don't able to resolve this issue with in 3 working days we don't have option to take legal action agents airtel

        Being an airtel subscriber since last ten years, recently i upgraded my dth to hd, during the installation, the person who had completed takes the charges and committed that its will work within 2-3 hours. After one day when it was not working i called some numbers which was shared by the engineer, and after many calls they told me that it will work within 24 hours, when 24 hours was completed, nothing works, again i called those numbers and a lady told me that it will take 48 hours to upgrade into hd, after so many calls when 48 hours completed again no response was committed. Again i called the service engineer and he confirmed me that next day means forth day o[censored]pgradation process, he will come at 10 am to check the issue. When i called him at 11, the service engineer told me that he went to some other place because he was told to do that, and said that it will take some times to reach my location, after so many calls he informed me that after two hours he will come to mu place, and still i am waiting for service engineer to come and rectify the issue.
        Why airtel fooling so much to their customers, and doing such things so that their loyal customers get attached to other service providers. I had made more than 50 calls but still no response from anywhere? I am thinking of filing complaint in consumer court.

          I have wrongly recharged my airtel prepaid number through syndicate mobile banking app, i need reversal and need my money back. I have recharged the plan of rs 399/- trans id is[protected]. Recently on 09.04.2018 i have recharged the same no it has the validity of 28 days. Unknowingly i recharged it today too. What is the procedure for refunding the money? I need to cancel today's recharge

            My dth id: [protected]
            I was in pune. Where we have a common dish antenna for airtel dth. So, i was not given the "free" dish antenna and 10 meter cable wire. Now i have been relocated to navi mumbai, where we do not have a common dish antenna for airtel dth. I need my "free" dish antenna and 10 meter cable wire. Please provide it to me. I tried calling customer care, but they don't know how to give.

            Airtel very bad show.

              As airtel has been saying that their's network is the high speed network due to this reason i switched to airtel but now i regret my decision as there is neither 4g nor 3g or 2g speed available to me. I have made a recharge of 349 and i am not at all happy to spend this amount of money as it is not fulfilling my needs. I hope airtel may pay attention to it and try to solve my problem. I will be looking for positive response.

                I have re-charged my mobile phone on two occasions at short intervals recently. You have, on your own, dragged me into the so called services, i. E classy and glam videos and gamepind services and charged me without my consent. Thereby i have lost a good amount against my balance which now stands at a very low level. It is not unfair on your part to debit my a/c for such services, wherein i am not interested, without my consent.. I use my mobile phone (Being an 85 year old senior citizen) only to communicate with friends and relatives.in future please do not deduct any amount for such games which i do not and would not wish to take part in. If you do so, i will be compelled to come out of airtel, with which, not one or two but many years, i and the members of my family, are related.

                  Ayurveda service started on my no [protected] at 14 April 2018, 12:47 AM without any application or request or subscription, and 49 Rs deducted from my main balance i have deactivated it at 14 April 2018, 10:16 AM. But i want 49 Rs to be refund on my main balance account. otherwise i will go to the counsumer court.

                      Hello i am harsha tahiliani... I lived in jaipur raj.. Where i purchased airtel 4g sim about one year ago but now i am living out of country so my no has changed... Ths sim is not using... But this no91 [protected] i was using it only for whtsup... Today i updated my no with belize country but someone is misusing my old no and sending weirded message to my contacts and mi’s use my identity... It’s a humble request plz trace him or her and block the all no of ths sim registration... Thnx and help me

                        Hi, i ported my tata docomo number to airtel number last month around march 15, the shop retailer said it will take a week time but after a week my docomo number signal went away and my airtel number got activated to somebody whos on other district and i got so much disappointed and i went and complained to the shop retailer and she gave me a new sim with the same number saying it will activate within. A day and i waited nothing happend i went and asked them again they gave me a new sim again but when i put the sim on the phone it always says no service and i complained to them and they said the sim is active you need to put to manual mode i tried manual mode and changed the sim with 5 mobile (Android, ios, java, windows and ipad) nothing worked and if i call to the number it says the number doesnt exist and the retailer asked me to apporch the airtel prepaid office in town and i went and asked the person she gave me a new im with that number and she said it wil active in few days and noting happens still no service i went again and complained she said she will write a mail to airtel support to sort this probelm out, but nothing happend that person was so irresponisble and didnt esclate my issues and she said the regional manager was not rechable i got so much angry i was travelling around 10 miles daily to sort this issue out and these person dont know how to treat or esclate and issue finally i got hold of the regional manager and he too gave me a new sim but still no service finally he said me to give my aadhar card and photograph to send to airtel office but he didnt send untill i called him and follow up and im shocked by thier irresponsibility and mostly that person was not avilable in his office its been a month now, im facing so much troubles im missing my freelancing projects and i cant recive otp from my bank or make transction and mostly my visa process is going on and the concere d person has my mobile number which is doesnt exist now i got so much stressed out with this issue and i faced a financial loss and i missed my clients im so much troubled by this network the number i used for a decade now but its not working please somebody help me sort this issue out

                            This is regarding claim no.3019370
                            You guys rejected my claim stating that my handset was damaged under mysterious conditions as far as i know phone falling down in an accident is not that mysterious
                            You just want a reason to reject my claim and the worst part is you stating i was not being able to reach as you didn’t contact the primary number provided and was calling the secondary number provided what a lame reason
                            Secondary what does it mean why don’t you call the primary number why do we even have a primary contact and you are least bothered about the mails we send that’s what was said by your representative when he called me to say that my claim was rejected why did he call the primary number this time and not when it is actually required
                            Cheating customers by all these services is it required for airtel

                              I recently ported my sim from tata docomo to airtel and whenever i use google services or products like gmail or tez app it sends a sms but i am unable to recieve any of them till the day i ported my mobile number. I tried to call airtel customare care they said you will be recieving the messages later but its been a week and i am still not recieving any sms from them.

                              Service is of no use..wanted to add child number when 1 called to customer care they said they did it but no resolution was provided..secondly again I called to I was informed information provided is incorrect on 1 call...also it amazing to tell the my Airtel app also does not shows anything.such a worst service ... email :2vishal.[protected]@gmail.com

                                  I didn't activate any service called bollywood scoop but airtel operator wantedly started such service and they deducted 90+ rs from my account. I don't know how to react to this stealing. I can't do anything except quit from airtel. I check with airtel customer care operator, they said i started bollywood scoop service in the middle of february 2018. I recharged my number on 12 april, after successful recharge with in few minutes they deducted 90+ rs from account. I am very ashamed of airtel operator.

                                    I have been facing indoor mobile network coverage issue at my flat since 5 months when i have shifted here at c-253, flat no. 104 shapoorji pallonji, sukhobrishti, new town action area - iii, kolkata. Dispite of lot of complaints. No resolution has been provided. Seriously why the hell they say india's no. 1 network. Not only me, everyone is facing the same issue here, not even a single signal inside flat. Looking for a quick resolution, its a severe issue.

                                    Customer Care number has a boring and irritating message being played for the entire duration of being on hold and then finally the calls gets auto disconnected, never reaches a human.
                                    I had requested for a data recharge, but while in the transaction process it just stopped and it even debited money from the bank account without recharging the data. Absolute garbage

                                      Sir i am receiving calls from airtel office that valid id proof given by me is not sufficient please produce valid proof immediately. I have approached nearest airtel store five times. They simply replied that aadhar already registered. No need for further verification. If that is true then why i am receiving unnecessary calls and messages. Please stop such type of harassment. My mobile no is [protected]

                                        I was visited at your ambawadi airtel store for the my working sim was not worked i am surprised then i was visit and ask to check your executive. They were checked and inform me your card was delayed you will change the card same i was process. That time he told if you provide the adhaar card then your card will be activate 4 hours and if you don't have the adhaar card then your card will be activate 24 hours.in our company set this process. I was provide the adhaar card to your executive for the new card. That time they are processed all the necessary thig. Then he is provide new card but not return the old card. Then he told me you will restart the phone after 4 hours but my card is not activate i was waited to long almost 20 hours but my phone is not activated then again. I was visited to your ambawadi airtel store for the inquired of my new card that time they told me this card is not processed this reason. Card was not activate. Your ambawadi team was cheat me my old card is not given back and new card. It was my second time experience last time same experience we had faced at your ambawadi branch only.
                                        This my mobile no register with my office and my all the hnw customer is called me on this no. I am a banker and my so many customer having financial lose becuase of the my phone was not working also my customer has put a complaint against me

                                        Who will bare the losse.

                                        Currently my old and new card with your ambawadi airtel store.

                                        If any cheating and thing happend all liabilities your only.
                                        If you will activate my card with in a half an hour then call me on my another no [protected].

                                        If you are not able to activate the card then i switch the company to vodafone or idea only.
                                        I am almost 13 years old customer of airtel it's pathetic service and bad experience repeated from your end.
