    I am extremely disappointed to inform you about the irritating and pathetic response to a customers complaint.
    I raised a complaint that my set top box is not working.4 days passed and no one attended my complaint.
    Today again when I complained to your company customer care and they told me that they dont have any spare set top box. I was shocked to hear that you irresponsible dont even have a spare set top box with you and claiming indias best network.dont you feel ashamed? My customer id is [protected]

    Today when i called the nodal officer he assured that my problems will be resolved today itself and the area manager will give a call back . So far nothing happened and nobody even called me and no technician visited to check my set top box

    The telephone number given in airtel website for Maharashtra is not even working. Airtel s technology dont even have the facility to check thier own phone numbers are working

        I am using Airtel from last 2 years now. But from past 2 months, when i am trying to call my home on any other number like Idea or something, everything it says “All channels are currently busy”. This keeps on happening for 15-20 times and at last I couldn’t make calls. But whenever i will dial from another mobile or number, it will get connected. I raised a complaint to Airtel’s customer care also but they say everything is fine. I don’t know what to do. There’s something wrong with Airtel. Why are they doing this??..i have got tired of facing the same issue. Please help me.

[protected] from jio to airtel hoping that i will good speed than jio but when i port my no. I am unable to use it since 4 days. so I tried contacting airtel on 121 and i spoke to Mr. NITIN RATHORE (senior supervisor) he said that everything is fine from there but still my sim card shows no network so he suggested me to swap the sim again from the retailer/airtel store. Then i swap many times but all my swaps failed. Then i went to airtel store which is situated at 18, PUSA ROAD KAROL BAGH DELHI-110005 and met with MR. RATAN LAL whose computer id is A.CHALLENGER .He swap my sim card again and said it is failing and He cant do anything . Then He gave me sim which was failed in swap whose sim no. Is given in photos so plz kindly look into the matter and try to resolve it as soon as possible If you cant able to do anything kindly give me the porting code so i Can port in vodafone

            I have recharged my mobile number ([protected])twice with 509 plan (on april 13th and 16th)by mistake, when I spoke to Customer support people they are saying that
            THEY CANT REFUND, THEY CANT EXTEND THE PLAN ON SAME NUMBER FINALLY HAPPILY THEY KEEP MY MONEY WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY SOLUTION
            they are saying that extending plan can be done if it is 199 plan or 448 plan but not for 509..what the hell is this

            they did not even take any complaint when i asked to rise a complaint.. need a solution for this.. this is not fair at all, , if some mistake is happens there could be some solution for it ... finally I decide to port my number if they dont resolve this

              I don’t have a words to tell about Airtel people stories since those are never ending.

              I am a customer of Airtel from Benglore city, I am facing coverage issues from 2nd October 2017 and till now it din’t resolved.

              Coming to the story, I spoke with Customer care regarding coverage issue on Oct 2017, Airtel did physical survey and they said we need to plan a new tower in our area and it might take 90 days of time. So I believed Airtel and even I paid postpaid bill without usage of network. Earlier we had only indoor issues but now I am facing both indoor and outdoor issues simply its a worst now.

              As per the Airtel they said 90days of time to fix this issue and now it took 200 days but till now it din’t resolve.

              And Coming to the Airtel care executive stories, they always says lies first thing what ever you ask we doesn’t have that information sorry answer we will get, If ask to transfer your floor manager and senior executives they said they are not avail. I think they don’t work, since 20hours in a day they won’t avail to speak with customers. If you ask any thing more to the executives they doesn’t have answers and will take 48 hours to update please call after 48 hours and if I call after 48 hours same story repeats… Its a never ended recursion story from last 200 days.

              Finally one good day by god grace I found one sr.executive to speak, I asked same question when ever I call customer care i.e. how many days do you need to resolve the issue since I wanted to go with temporary solution for time being but I received the same answer- sorry sir my team still it is working hard…. I asked you people doesn’t have any deadline to work because from last 200days you people are saying same answer. And I don’t understand that even they doesn’t have a common sense to get that information from other teams since am keep on calling for that information only.
              And Sr. Executive said, we will take high priority and will get back to you by calling from our side after 48 hours(I spoke on 6th April 2017) reg. how much time need to fix the issue, now 240 hours gone no update received.

              I have four Airtel Connections at home, And because of their wrong promises I paid postpaid bills and I purchased hotspot I recharged that sim as well. And airtel never provide proper service but they will follow the rules if it belonging to their sides. For example if I won’t recharge my hotspot number (since no signal getting right), they will block the SIM card and deactivate the 4g services. I faced this issue earlier. To reactivate the service I need to call customer care again.

              I din’t understand, what airtel higher grade people are doing without check the teams, I understood that there are no followups, no priorities, no feedback checkups. since as per the airtel to resolve the issue 90days but 200 days also not resolved, I don’t know what they are working….

              I don’t know what to do .… please help me

                I have done mnp switch to airtel from aircel on 11 april 2018.
                And also have paid rs 199 to airtel official personal at aritel gallery pp chambers dombivali for first recharge.
                Sim activation done after 10 days.
                This is not done yet after 20 days.
                And gallery people are not helping.
                The person prtidnya whom payment is done is on leave and gallery person are saying they don;t know this girl.

                  Ordered an S9+ 128gb . Order id: Order ID: 10025642
                  It was supposed to be delivered by 13th April, it's 16th today and the phone has not yet arrived.
                  Vulcan, airtel's delivery partner does not have any contact number and neither does Airtel have their contact number (how dumb is that?).
                  Now, the tracking shows that they arrived at my doorstep and still couldn't deliver it even when the doors were open (me eagerly waiting near the door).
                  Moreover Airtel online team seems least interested to assist me in this case as they havent replied to the numerous emails I wrote and did not bother to contact me either.
                  The only dialogue they tell is we "we assure you sir, you will receive it. If you do not receive it by today or tomorrow contact us and we will resolve the issue". The next time I call they repeat the same dialogue.

                  Can someone genuinely do their job and help me get my handset?

                    Not getting 4g signal in santaldih areas of purulia district in west bengal. It is very poor. Any how early in the morning we get it but very slow and after 7am no response. It is very irritating.
                    We customer are paying full amount to company then where is value of our money? What is the quality of service being provided to us inspite of full payment from our side? We have taken airtel sim with a expectation that this company will look after our interest and provide quality service but all gone in vain.
                    Hope our grievances will be looked into and we shall get good signal of 4g.

                      My airtel sim is showing 'no service' from past two days. Send a complaint email to airtel but no reply. Using airtel sim from past 9 years but now its time to port.

                      Please stop calling yourself the fastest network in india. As soon the network resumes i will hardly take a minute to port my sim to another service provider.

                        From last few days/weeks the network become dead slow. Previous generation 2g service was far better than this. Downloading speed is hardly 15 kbps and that is also not consistent. And the problem not only in my phone. All the customer in this area are facing the issue. Companies are busy to advertise their offers but the existing service become more and more poor.

                          I received data use alert from SMS AK 650009 which I have not used.Further

                            On 9/04/2018 i applied for porting number[protected] from reliance to airtel. This was done at airtel store near to sindhi college hebbal bangalore - coffee board layout. No bill was given even after request and insistence and she said it is sim charges and no bill will be given

                            The lady collected rs 560/ and the porting got done from 15/04/2018.

                            Today i am trying to make calls and no currency in my account. What happened to the rs 560/.
                            This is absolute deceiving from airtel. Need justice

                                  I have a vodafone no [protected]. I am willing to to port from voda to airtel having porting code. But customer executive mr subendu som of 10 bentink st of kolkata of airtel store refused to port without first recharge 178/_. L am willing to do so but he informed it will be recharged after 7 days. Then i demanded a receipt for deposits money but he refused. So i could not port my no. Now i have a grivance how he can take money without receipt?

                                    I have ported my number from vodafone to airtel. Since morning, the activation status is "pending for activation". When i spoke to customer care executives, they told another 4 hours, it would be active. It has passed almost 14-15 hours since past morning. Still, there is no progress. I can make outgoing calls but no incoming/sms. I can't even generate an otp for any transaction. I spoke to 6 people in the customer care for to find a reason for "pending for activation". I am really frustrated with your service even before starting using the service. Your customer care people don't even know to explain what is happening and what went wrong in the activation. I have never seen this much delay in the activation process. They even said that it is escalated to activate it real quick. But still no response. Do you people think that we are fools to hear the same reason every time?

                                        I read many blogs which mentioned airtel call reverse recharge or transfer recharge.
                                        Please help with above.. This is first request to airtel for any such incidence
