    Dear sir,
    When i got a call from airtel for port in, they will commited me no data charges will be applied when you see ipl matches from airtel tv. I know that only subscription is free from airtel then i will ask minimum 5 times but they continusly saying will confirmed no data charges applied when you surfing the same, if you don't trust me then ask my senior also. Now i am not geeting the service. That is the calling no, date & time when i got the call [protected], 11/04/2018, 12:44 pm.
    When i called in customer care for the same the will disconnect my call (Calling time 12:15 to 12:22 am.
    Please help me
    Airtel making full to all customers.
    Only you are my last hope.

      Airtel Billing system is totally fake. as according to my plan 399. National Roaming was free but airtel charged very great amount I was shocking to see my bill detail include with international sms charges but I never use to international sms these are total fake charges.

        On 140418, i completed the formalities to upgrade my
        Mobile no.[protected] of airtel thru a mobile store at tirupati from
        3g to 4g.
        And in confirmation to that, i received a message from the airtel service provider also. But till now, they not only didn't upgraded the services of 4g, but blocked the services of 3g also.
        An account of this, iam experiencing a lot of inconvenience. Please look in to the matter immediately and do the needful

          Airtel services like gamearena and lifestyle have been activated on my phone without giving any prior requests. My balance was rs114 but because of all this nonsense it has been reduced to rs14. Can airtel stop cutting my balance without sending me any requests first and at least do me the decency to refund my balance back to its original number. If you don't want to loose a customer than take action quickly.

            Yesterday[protected] one massage direct coming, you have activated CINEMASTI and Rs. 15 less in main balance. Today I call to customer care[protected]@10 pm but Mr. Deepak not properly talk. I ask to he, why activate directly cinemasti pack he said sorry I have deactivated this pack. and massage coming your cinemasti pack deactivated, but I ask to he why should less my Rs. 15 I have returne refund, he said not possible. and roughly talk to me so I complaint airtight and Mr. Deepak. I also attached files activated pack and call to customer care so please take action. I wait.

              I used that airtel sim for 5 years recently i did'nt use that sim for calls
              I used that for verfication perpose for bank, atm, online transactions, gmail, etc,,
              But airtel suddenly blocked my sim and they issued my number to the another person!! They even not gave any sms alert!! They have my proof and adress but they not inform me!!
              Im hasitated of airtel company behaviors!! Because

              Its a senstive and its very personel thing of a person in country!!
              What can i do now!! My every verifiycation are lost!!
              Now anyone can misuse my identifiaction!!

              Please someone hep for me???/!!!

                Airtel is cheating all its old customer by charging more for a offer. And that same offer is given at less price to new coustomer and to those customers who doesn't recharge Airtel number.

                I m having many Airtel sim in my family out of which some are 10-12 year old Airtel customer but they don't get any special offers and when we complain that u only provide offer to new coustomer and not to your old coustomer they just simply say sorry and say when we will have offer for you we will provide you.

                I just want to ask you that when will I get an special offer. You give us offer of 448₹ which give 82days unlimited calls and data to old coustomer but u give same offer at price 399₹ to your new coustomer.

                I m definitely going to port my all Airtel number to Jio bcoz they provide best offers and there customer service is much better than Airtel.

                Airtel is Worst company. It only wants to earn money.

                  Airtel without my authorization activated GAMEPIND service and charged me RS 30. I never requested this service. They should immediately stop this service, refund my Rs 30 and in future stop automatically adding services unless specifically requested. My efforts to contact Airtel directly have not been successful

                    Hi there, i am barun kumar, my mobile no is 966167*86. Its breaking my neck very day. I have recently moved from jio to airtel for better network but its my biggest mistake. I al2ays get network problems. Even slow internet and disturbed voice quality. I must say vodafone is better. Please book complain against the this so called 4g network.

                      I applied for mnp ([protected]) from aircel to airtel on 19mar upc dd275326 on 8 april i got to know that request is rejected reason unknown & then i applied again on 12april & on 15april i called 198 they said it is again rejected bcoz i have applied for this with multiple providers.
                      How is that possible its been more than a month & i am harassed mentally and physically both making rounds again and again to their store.

                        Dear airtel staff,
                        An amount of 5₹ is being deducted daily from my balance and a message of "lifestyle services has been activated" shows up everyday.
                        I am pretty sure that i haven't opted or activated any such services. I even tried calling to customer care but your services have stopped my number from customer care. I emailed to your email id but didn't get any response as expected.
                        I have already lost more than 50₹ of balance since last two weeks.
                        I request you to refund all the amount deducted from my balance due to this services which got activated from your side.
                        If not done, i will have to take some other action as i am left helpless.

                                We have taken airtel broad bond connection and airtel agreed to give a speed of 40 mb/s. The speed was ok initially. Later the speed went less than 15 mb/s and one day it was 0.04 mb/s. Our complaint is they have not given proper service support in case of connection dead. The main complaint is we couldn't contact through their fancy number 121on 12.4.2018 and 13.4.1 8. On 14th april onwards the fancy number promoting their products like t20 offer, 6 lines offer and there was no option to select customer care support. Our wifi and landline were not working from 12th april and we couldn't reach them. Airtel intention to promote their product and not care about provided service and their problems. We are paying for their service in time. Now we decided to disconnect their services and informed over the phone when they called to us. We request indian consumer complaints forum to analysis the customer problems and help us customers to get good service from big companies. These big companies are having higher level political support and they are not given respect to consumers. Mainly they are not considered our problems. If we fail to pay the payment, the big companies disconnect the connection immediately without any communication. If possible, pl punish these big companies from your end because we are very poor consumers and we can not fight against these big companies.

                                  I have called customer care for coverage problem i am facing since yesterday. But they are not at all replying well. They said to visit airtel gallery to change the sim. I have checked 4 galleries which are closed today and still the issue remains the same, again i have called customer care but the lady is not answering properly and after explaining thorough problem, she is still asking me the that which connection i have and are you calling from different no. (It is totally understandable if i am facing coverage issue how can i call from same number) she denied to forward call to her senior and didn't register my complaint.

                                    I ported my number to airtel in feb'2018

                                    Instead of saying that there is poor network i would rather say that there is totally no network in our vicinity at khandeshwar which is bang opposite khandeshwar railway station st navi mumbai. Airtel calls itself the best network. I feel pity for such operators who boast about their network without even knowing their competitors network coverage. Even jio and idea are really better than airtel here.

                                    I have spoken to various people including the network team and acquisition team but to no relief. The perception that i had about airtel being the best telecom operator has now vanished post i experienced their services and like to bring to everyone's notice that do not port or get airtel sim post which you would regret as i am today regretting as you can not port for next 3 months.

                                    The network team is very well aware of the issue however no one wants to actually resolve the issue.

                                      An airtel broadband service boy contacted me on friday morning for taking airtel's broadband service and told me that if i would give the activation fee and the documents now, he will activate the connection within same day.

                                      First thing is even after two days there is no connection activated at my home. Moreover he is not picking my phone and in case i call from different number he makes some excuses like 'technical issues are there in your area and i will surely make it today'.

                                      Now i want to cancel my request and get the refund of activation fee.

                                        Dear all,

                                        This is just to share a pathatic experience with airtel company.

                                        Till date i was being informed by my friends, collegues that airtel service providers are pathatic. However this experience of mine will proove the same. I am going to post this blog on my facebook wall & twitter account, let the world know this.

                                        However here i would like to narrate the incident as below:

                                        1. My post paid number [protected], i am using from more than 10 years. Without changing the service provider. (This might be enough to show my loyalty towards airtel.
                                        2. Last week i got a good offer from vodafone and hence i thought of changing the service. So i have submitted the request to change from post paid to prepaid at the airtel outlet.
                                        3. They have confirmed that they will change the service only post my confirmation, and for this, i will get a confirmation call from [protected]
                                        4. He gave me a good post paid offer (Better than what was my current plan) hence i was 50% ok for that offer and i asked him to take a confirmation from me by calling me at 5.00 o'clock on thursday.
                                        5. He did gave a call back, however i was unable to receive as i was in a meeting and i missed his call. After that i called back, but was unable to call him back as the above number did not have that service.
                                        6. I was expecting a call and i waited for 2 days and all of a sudden, my post paid sim card was blocked by them. It was blocked on 14th april 2018 at 4'olcock and it is not yet activated.
                                        7. I tried calling call centre from yesterday however today i was connected on call and i spoke to ms. Mumtaz bohra and her senior ms. Savita parmar.
                                        8. They have confirmed that my number is already converted into airtel prepaid on the basis of the documents submitted at the centre.
                                        9. Now here, i would like to tell you, that if you have accepted my request, why was the call for retaining the customer made? And if i agreed, why was the number changed without my confirmation on call.
                                        10. Request you to personally looked into this and make them understand the sensitivity of the number being blocked for a day.
                                        11. Mumtaz was very good in terms o[censored]nderstanding the problem, however her senior ms. Savita parmar was very arrogant and she informed that this is what we have done now and we cannot do anything else, you write a mail to our customer care email id.
                                        12. She was in a hurry to disconnect the call, rather than handling an irated customer whose mobile number is blocked from 24 hours, as today is sunday and people on floor might not be willing to work.
                                        Just put yourself in my shoes and tell me what all you might have done.

                                        Just need clarification on below points:
                                        1. Why was the call given to me for retaining in the post paid service, if you people don't care to retain them.
                                        2. Why was my confirmation on call was not taken before blocking/converting my number.
                                        3. The customer care staff is useless, why were issues not taken care by them instead of sharing the escalation email id.
                                        4. My number is blocked now, so what do i do???
                                        5. Is this the kind of service you give to the customer, if you take service charges from the customers. I am paying the service charges since 10 long years, one problem occured and all in vain.
                                        6. Do they even care for their loyal/premium customers?? I think its time for change now for me...
