I had dome my airtel recharge of rs. 399 for 84 days in which i am getting unlimited calls, 2gb per day, 100 text messages per day. But the internet services that airtel is providing is very poor. I had my most of the work on internet only but due to the very minimal speed i cant get my work done on time.
As airtel is providing 2 gb data per day acc. To the above mentioned pack but i am unable to use whole data per day due to low speed.
In future i will never get this poor airtel connection. As comparatively jio is the best.

    Due to pathetic network service, i had given a port change request on 27-mar-18. Post that i received a call from airtel technical dept (Dutta). I specifically told him that you can resolve the issue but my porting request should not go on hold. Till now i didn't get any update from airtel whether the request is approved or declined. So i called today at 12 pm to airtel customer care and spoke to (Rajan singh). Post discussion with him, i got to know that technical staff (Dutta) who spoke to me has put false comment in airtel system that customer wants to hold the porting request.
    I was experiencing unethical behaviour of airtel since last 3-4 months but this time it was height o[censored]nprofessionalism and carelessness.
    As i am busy in routine schedule till 10-apr so i can't take action but on 11-april i am going to police to file a complaint against this. I have informed this to customer care executive rajan singh today which he must have updated in airtel record if he is honest as an exception otherwise...
    Even after i informed him that your technical staff has cheated by giving false information, he was reluctant to resolve my query. This is the speciality of airtel. With this pathetic service i am paying monthly bill of avg inr 900/-

      I have ported to airtel from vodafone expecting good network coverage, after poring 1st couple of months it went well but now i am not even able to browse, it's a postpaid plan and i have 100 gb data left which i am not able to use due to their crappy network. I complaint to airtel and they claimed that the issue will get resolved within a month but its 3 months now, i have never missed to pay the due amount but no idea why airtel is cheating me.

        Im using airtel 3g/4g pack but due to the great connectivity of your network im not even getting benefit of 2g service. Day by day your network is becoming poorer than other network. It takes me more than 2 minutes to load a webpage. Im facing this problem from past two weeks. So better resolve this problem else i will switch to some other better network.
        Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        India is still backward for 3G & 4G. Airtel 3G & 4G is very bad in my circle MH & Goa. On my 3G phone I only get stable 2G. The moment I switch to 3G I get almost zero or very poor network. Call drops and internet times out. On 2G needless to say the internet speed is going to be slow.

        Calling customer care does not help as they say I should try with another phone and they blame it on my phone and run away from their responsibility.

        Try changing to Idea.

          Today i. E. On 08.04.2018 at 17:54 pm i have received fun games service activated message and rs.35/- has been deducted from my account i. E. From my airtel mobile number. Now my balance is rs.5.64. It was told by a written message that to deactivate this service you may call on 56789 which is a toll free number. I have tried to call this toll free number and tried to deactivate this service but there is no reply from this service number... Only hello tune servics are available on this service number (Time 08:41 pm)...

          By doing such things, the reputation of the company is looking bad and in such a manner this is a fraud done by the airtel company...

          The airtel company should remit this rs.35/- into my account. I tried to call to toll free no. But no response is there and the call cuts automatically... Therefore, the airtel company is requested to kindly remit rs.35/- into my account and do the needful at the earliest...

          The aforesaid amount i. E. Rs.35/-, if not remitted, a legal action may be taken. Kindly note the same...

            I had recharched in my airtel sim rs997 but i wanted to recharge rs99 on 6/04/18. As i had done a mistake so i complaint in airtel customer service. There they asked me to
            Forward a mail at appellate. [protected]@in. Surreal.com.
            So i did that but i don't get any reply still now. Thenafter i have called so many times in customer service. Eachtime they
            Said that they can't help me. So i want your help to get back my money because on
            Rs 997 there was nothing such special offer and it was just a roaming pack just for 1 day only and i couldn't use it so my money was totall wasted.

              I live in banglore city. But after 4 pm, airtel is the worst network. Neither i get calls nor i receive properly. I need to dial a number atleast 10 times min to connect a call. Even after dialling so many times also, chances of getting connected is very less. And the messages thing, each message i need to try sending 3-5 times and then only it will be sent. And coming to internet i get 0.67 kbps. And this is metropolitan city and can’t you provide proper services either? I attached the speed test pictures and i did speed test in the same app oakla which you people regarded that it given a result as speediest network. I called customer service but no use at all. Very pathetic service from a big name company.

                  Dear sir/ma'am,

                  I am writing this letter to bring your attention that, i had enrolled for a new broadband connection cef no.[protected], airtel receipt no: [protected] on feburary 24th, 2018 and was assigned your executive saveer ansari, whose contact no.- [protected]. He told me that my connection will be done by tomorrow that is by[protected]Sunday). But, on sunday he called me and told me that there was some document which was not uploaded by your staff so my enrolment could not be completed. He further told me that, it could not be done today i. E.[protected] and have to be wait till tomorrow i. E.[protected] and he will come by 10:30 in morning and install my connection. On[protected] i called him around 10:30 and he told me that he is nearby only, installing another customer's connection and will be their by in 20 mins. I again called him after half an hour he told me that my connection could not be done due to some technicalities. Then, i told him to cancel my registration and refund back my installation charge which he told me that will be done within a week after he files for the cancelation process. Its been more that a month neither i got my refund back nor your executive is picking up my call.
                  I have uploaded all the relevent documents below. I would be grateful if you could cancel my registration for the same and refund my money back.

The link asking three questions outof that we have to entertwo correct answer and i followed the same but after that also its not working.

                    I have been deducted with 6times charging for vemes on my airtel number [protected].

                    If i do not get my money i will take it forward to file a case against your organization for activating unauthenticated debits / vale added services without my knowledge.

                    I have been with airtel since 2010. I always wondered why my bill is getting higher every month by month.

                    Please do the needful on priority.

                      Airtel always wants profits that’s true when my daily limit is 1.5gb post fup speeds are worst 12.2kbps and before completion of 1.5gb daily limit why you people will slow down alert:100 mb after that message even my google page stops to reload... Not at all satisfied with your customer relationships issue with your cell towers also very less voice coverage data is fluctuating between 3g and 4g.. Iam a student of sreenidhi college all of my friends suffer in area of yamnampet ecil flyover... Please solve network coverage issues soon

                        One big shameless cheater and fraud company i changed my dth [protected] pack yesterday to bollywood pack but despite changing pack and deduction made as per new pack the channels are not active yet as per the pack and no customer care is reachable no emails are replied by these cheaters so i am missing all my ipl matches jut because of airtel a fraud company shame on you airtel this is how you repay your customer who trusted you

                          I submitted my application to airtel service centre in karunagapally kollam kerala, addar copy, photo and rs 550. To convert my postpaid sim ([protected]) to prepaid but the customer service centre didn't pay my bill and now that are telling that i have to pay extra 550. One of lady is working there she don't know how speek. They give one sim card for activation and until now nothing has happened to my sim. One of customer care executive called me then also nothing has happened.

                              There is a discrimination between prepaid and postpaid charges in airtel chennai circle. The post paid charges for unlimited calls, unlimited roaming for a month is ₹399 +18% tax whilenin prepaid the charges are ₹199 including taxes for 28 days. This is 50% lower than postpaid which is abnormal. Help needed to direct airtel to provide even offer to postpaid too.

                                I've been facing service disruption (No service outgoing voice & sms) on my postpaid mobile # [protected] since last one month. Multiple complaints has been logged and both support & technical team closes the tickets w/o providing solution saying no issues at their side. The issue escalated to airtel appellate team and nodal office however no solution to fix my problem and not sharing the upc code for porting out.
                                This is completely frustrating the customer.

                                  Hi, my number mnp not activated till now. Its been 18days from deactivation from parent idea network. So many times called to customer care and given complaint from through personal mail id and twitter also, contacted arc where i submitted documents but all saying "further reviewing". How many days you people will review for details. Its been harassing situation for me to get activation of my number. All my banking, cards, office contacts are with this number. I need proper reason and need urgent resolution for this issue.

                                  Adding up: ix272744 - generated on march 8th 2018 and got message from airtel on march 18th 2018 that "porting requested to my number validated by idea and number will be ported in to airtel by[protected]:00:00" but till now its not activated.

                                    Despite of my several request to customer care center anna nagar west no action has been taken so far every time iam recharging 4g pack but gets the speed and network of 2g. I think enough is enough this time if you are not going to take any action then i have to file a consumer case against it even i have all the evidence with me and going to swith to idea network.

                                      My aitel dth set of box is not working. I am raising the complaints for multiple times. Technician in not attending.
                                      1. After so many ads the call center person either pretending that they are call is not audible or the airtel signal is not correct... I am using airtel number...
                                      2. The communication is pathetic
                                      3. Most of tthe times they are not registering the complaint
                                      4. They say the arrange a callback — in 5 days i have not received any call back
                                      5. No local technical visited
                                      6. Every time taking as new complaint and taking 2days tim

                                      The Aittel people after multiple calls, replaced a swap set of box with the 350 ruperes charge and it does not have any of the features. and does not work yet times.
                                      I have raised a complaint on April 15 the complaint number is 73325871 . The local technicial visited multiple timees promised that he will replace the box. Waited for a month after listening to technician words.
                                      Today i called again to the customer care raised a request no .74478779.

                                      Now they are not willing to replace the set of box not they are ready to upgrade the box even i was ready to pay the the extra money. I have subscribed for one year package. I asked to refund the remaining amount so that i can go to other service provider.

                                      They are not ready to do any thing and clearly said they dont do it.
