Is there any update or resolution time available for my registered complaint via Reference number[protected]? I have been waiting for a minor issue from Airtel for nearly five days. I would request you, people, to go through the customer complaints issues before asking for payment or sending a notice. I have sent many emails to Airtel to resolve the payment issues. But till today there is no single mail from Airtel. Please go through the trail mails and attachments also.

I would request to Airtel respond to customers and give some value to customers.

    I made recharge on a wrong number and the company is denying to cancel it or to refund my money . they are even denying to transfer it to the ZZcorrect number.

      Airtel WIFI is worst

      My Airtel Xtreme fiber is not working from past 2 days and now I have come to know that there is no place where I can complaint on call for that. This is the worst operator. Tried so many numbers from internet that says AIRTEL but none is working or responding....

      We have taken a new broadband connection on 4th july 2022. when we we requested for a new connection at that time service person told us is with in 1day they will give connection based on that we paid the amount after that we got connection appointment msg on 4th date only. at that time they came for connection and they said it is non service area so that need to wait for more days to 1st fix their connection this thing they dont informed us when we are taking connection. and today is 6th supposed to given 2nd appoint date to fix the connection. there is no calls from those people we are only calling for those people to take updates. Already its bean 3days late i am facing issue for my work.. and we have requested to no connection and need refund. right now again airtel is saying need to for 24hrs i am asking questions here
      1. how many 24hrs need to wait for connection.
      2. if your not having service means why your giving trouble to customers. and their works.
      3. they didn't provide any kind o[censored]pdates we only need call and beg for updates.

      How can i trust these people to continue connection with these people we don't need any kind of connection worest service we never expected and we are doing work from home why giving wrong promises and giving risks to our jobs.

        Hi sir, In my area Airtel network is very poor. One or two signal point only coming. Not only me aroung 30 to 40 house same problem. We raised so many complains, but no response.

        We hope you will try to solve our problems...We so much suffered on while online classes, zoom meeting's.

        So kindly help to provide additional tower or booster or increase frequency...

              Hello

              Kindly note my phone number [protected] using Airtel service is being intercepted by unknown people.

              1) Calls are being cut off
              2) Calls being diverted to faulty voice recordings
              3) Calls being diverted to some call center trying to get personal information and representative the intended source person or service by impersonating
              4) Unable to make any calls especially urgent calls personal to me
              5) In case of real emergency I would not be able to make any calls for help if this continues
              6) The intentional network jamming and misrepresentation is a real threat and a violation as a citizen or a human being by unknown non identifiable people continuously pretending
              Kindly help in this violation of human rights as an adult and a single woman from these stalkers

              A call to the courier blue dart was repeatedly cut off and when got through it went to a woman asking for details of courier but unable to check the customer request sent by email trying to make me call the bank for change of address without providing valid information from blue dart of the regional officer email I’d for the excuse of not changing the courier address.
              Calls given in the website is cut off stating invalid phone number or network congestion etc.

                I recently bought an iPhone and my FaceTime and iMessage services are not activating with my phone number, yet it’s working fine with my Apple ID.

                I tried calling apple support to look into it, but all the settings were fine with the phone, so it’s definitely a technical snag at the carriers end.

                They said that an amount should’ve been deducted from my account to activate the service, but no amount has been deducted from my account yet.

                  I am in Australia having Airtel Prepaid Mobile Number [protected]. My network is showing Optus AU/Airtel & on roaming. I am able to connect Australian mobile numbers but I am unable to call any number in India.
                  Kindly restore call facility to India.

                    Last year only i was bar of network and call and was asked to submit verification so i did it. Even my existing validity was not valid anymore and I need to recharge it again.And just yesterday i was bar for call again an when I ask the customer support they told me I need to submit my verification again.And when I ask Do I need to this every year? They can give me no answer and keep repeating that i need to submit document in the nearest...

                      There has been a recharge done to wrong number with the details as follows:

                      Date of recharge: 01 July 2022
                      Time of recharge: 8:05 p.m.
                      Recharge Amount: ₹2, 999/-
                      Wrong phone number: [protected]

                      I have contacted the Airtel customer care through mail and mobile, but I have not received help of any kind. The wrong phone number user is not capable to pay us the amount of ₹2, 999/- but he is ready to cooperate to get the recharge undone and so that I get my money back. Please help me as it is a very generous amount. I expect such a big company must have its way to do the reversal and help me.

                        It has been over 6 months we have been facing issues and airtel has failed to provide any resolution or solve our problems. The customer service ivr seems to fool you around to nit have to connect to a person on call. Without wifi being connected it just shows no network even where other network show full reception. This seems like a fraud technique used by airtel to promote use o[censored]pcoming 5g whereas 4G has downgraded to even worse than 3G.

                            I recharged my prepaid mobile from the airtel thanks app through phonepe upi. I received a message stating my request has been processed and I'll recieve the confirmation within 4 hrs. It's been 4 days and the money also got deducted from my bank account.
                            I tried to contact airtel support but they were not of any help. I would like to request you to do the needful as early as possible & oblige.

                              On 17th june, I inquired for Broadband connection at my house (address- E-10/1003, Siddesh jyoti, balaram street, mumbai- 400007). So your sales agent told (Roshan- Mob no.- +91 [protected]) told me to google pay 1, 000 Rs, on some random person's personal account for installation charges. I did send him google pay on that number but later realised that airtel don't charge anything for Installation. I asked him so he told me that you will get refund in working 7 days. It has been more than 7 days but still he is just delaying the process.

                              I have attached all the proof chats with him and my payment screenshot, please find it. I hope that airtel can help me in getting my money back. This leave behind a very negative image of airtel as we as a consumers are getting scammed.

                              If I am not able to get any help from Airtel regarding still I’ll at least post it on my social media like twitter, Instagram & facebook etc. so that other people can be saved from this scam which is being done by airtel sales agents

                                  I've ported my no. [protected] from jio to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.
