On 10 april 2018 morning i received the sms from airtel informing that 'super store service has been activated on my number and rs.99/- has been deducted from my main account. Thank you for choosing super store, ' while i never chose or requested or gave consent for that super store service, and i am not at all aware either about this. So this service was activated on my number fraudulently and without my knowledge and consent. Hence, i request to airtel to refund my money deducted by mistake and reimburse the same in my account. Otherwise i shall be left with no option other than to complain to trai.

    I have ported my number from aircel to airtel on 26th march 2018 and they said that a person from airtel will come for the verification and the sim will be activated in 7 days. Now, the person for the verification didn't come to the address and he didn't even call before coming or if he did come to the address then he should have called on the alternate number. Now, they are saying that the verification is negative so you have to come to the store again to submit the documents and then we'll initiate the verification process. Now it's been more than 2 weeks that i'ver ported and the sim has not been activated and they want me to come to the store again. I don't understand the point.

      Sir i have 1gb/day data plan on my no [protected]. From last two days i am facing problem to using internet that speed is very slow and without usin net as i used before my 1 gb daily data finished so that i am unable to use internet further more.
      I called on ur no 121 also but get any setishfactory answer they told me to check my phone data setting etc. But sa i already told them that this problem i am facing since last two days only. I alsi checked my phone data uses setting also. Now i wants to plese fix this problem. There may be some error in ur system for calcutaing of my daily data use.

        Dear sir, i use a airtel number last 3 year number is [protected] and this number i do link with aadhar bank and lot of other important things but last one month company lock my sim card without any information now i am out of india and not able to come india before july 2018
        I have already send to my parents in airtel office along with my documents and aadhar card but company say to that without my fingerprint thy can not unlock my sim card
        Please take action

            Facing severe network issue in my area pfb proper address - sambhar lake jaipur
            I have recharged 4g but you have provided worst service no call quilty no data speed its hurresment of me i m sick of that your service

            At the time where mobile service providers are in competition and airtel clamming to be the fastest 4g and available every where we are not even getting proper 2g services, where as idea, vodafone and jio is available in our area
            Please look into it as i am not the only customer there are around 400 people living in my area and still no 4g tower of airtel.

              I am tired for trying to contact the customer complaints department on 198 or [protected]. I am Sher Singh with mobile number [protected] was very happy to opt airtel as my service provider while I ported from Reliance Communication. However today I lost my faith while trying to understand why you have deducted my prepaid balance without using any service. I wish j could get a proper response from you guys as soon as possible so that this could be resolved. Please get in touch with me.

                Currently I shift my room in Shakti khand 1 Indirapuram Ghaziabad (very poor network)
                I converted it into prepaid to postpaid connection but now I am really frustrated from your network. I am going to port this connection very soon.
                I contacted to airtel customer care they told me in foolish manner that your data pack has been expired while I have 102GB remaining data.
                Other mobile network is strong like Vodafone and idea I tested in these network so how can you say that we provide smart and fastest network in india.

                  My issue: Post consumption of base plan data, i was not getting the per day data that is 6 GB.
                  As per my plan - i will get 6GB/per day, but i see data balance is 0.i was not getting my 6 GB data per day basis when i called to the customer care they told that they are working on this issue why data is not added into your account.

                  More than 15 days is over but this issue is not resolved .
                  but when new cycle start base plan data is reset so 6 GB data is also added.but actual issue is still not resolved.

                  Because of bad service i need to choose the alternative option for internet service.So i want my bill refund for previous bill cycle for worst service although i called/emailed customer service daily but they are replying the same thing without any progress.

                    I have still not received any solution to my complaint from Airtel. its being long time since I have been struggling with this payment not credited issue. Looks that customer care is not taking care of customer grievances.

                      Hi Sir/Madam,

                      This is worst experience i have ever experienced in my life,
                      After porting request Vodafone approved and disconnected network withing two days and from that i have inserted my new AIRTEL sim till now, i m not able to get the service for the AIRTEL, i have been calling customer care more than 10 times everytime they say another 24hours ..i have spent almost 60 hours and still not able to get the network on my sim.

                      Due to which am struggling like anything, Without mobile its horrible situation for me to handle my business and office stuff .

I take this new sim with my aadhar verification in lucknow city from the retailers and i don't know about the bills and all... So please short out my problem immediately...

                          MY prepaid no. [protected]. I am in Trichy. I can't receive calls. Every one calls me the network says my phone is switch off. But I am not. I also book a complaint in your office on 7.4.2018 wide no.CUVLT[protected]. But still today the issue is not solved. Please help me to solve the problem.

                            Green acers society, wakadi village, new panvel, morbe road, near swapana nagari film city.
                            I have been living since last 3 years and there have been no network from aircel for the first 2 years.
                            For the last 1 year we are barely getting 2g range from airtel that too is unavailable most of the time.

                              Dear team,
                              I live in indirapuram, ghaziabad area where the airtel network is so pathetic that we had tonthink about getting changed into vodafone or jio. Indirapuram is the area where most of the time electricity get fluctuated due to low supply of power.in a day we face more than 10-15 power cuts. Thanks to the power back which we have in most of the apartments. We have been using airtel since decade. We never faced such problem. When we shifted ti indirapuram we started facing this issue where whenever power cut takes place airtel gets no connection for 5-6 secs. And whatever we are doing get cancelled. Call get disconnected.. Internet get disconnected. By the time i types all these i came across 2 power cuts. Kindly fix this problem. The next step which i would be taking is to file a complaint with trai.

                                I ported my cellphone number to airtel 45 days back since then im facing network issues. I couldn’t use phone internet, whenever i called it shows call failed issues.                                   Ported from docomo prepaid to airtel postpaid connection in october 2017. Been facing call drops when called or received in my airtel connection for the past 5 months. I have been paying for no usage at all, month on month. Here are the solutions tried out,

                                  1. Changed to 3 different handsets (3g / 4g)
                                  2. Changed 2 different sims from the store
                                  3. Changed location from whitefield to indiranagar for a week

                                  Nothing seem to be working. Not able to call 121 / [protected] / [protected].

                                  Everyone who calls are getting "not reachable" message.

                                    I have shifted to k-1101, amarpali princely estate, sec 76 noida since 15th feb. Since then i have faced consistent call drop and signal problem from airtel.                                       I have recharged for the offer rs. 399 which includes unlimited calls, 1.4 gb/day 4g data, 100 sms/day and validity is for 84 days from the airtel app. But the scheme that was processed is rs. 399 for 70 days.
                                      I want to know which scheme exactly is activated and if not the 84 days one then do cancel the scheme and reverse my transaction.
                                      I also have screenshots for you to investigate. I can share it.
                                      If the scheme cannot be processed, i hope some company executive will give me a call for rectification and clear understanding of this glitch.

                                        I'm kapil kumar, prepaid customer of airtel since last one year. My airtel no. Is [protected].
                                        Sincle october 2017 i'm facing so much network problem no signal at all around my residence. I have to go out of my house for calling purpose and there is no call & signal inside my house. I have requested for porting three times before in airtel but airtel has not even ported my number. Now again i have sent the request of the port in airtel 7 days before, but again as before there are not any response by airtel. My port no is ad484383. It's our right to port any number then why airtel is not porting the number. Now i'm suffering from big network problem due to this unprofessional and unethical behaviour. Now just i want airtel port my number as soon as possible.
