I am Debashis Pattanaik. My Concern is that I had a transaction yesterday (5thapr2018) in airtel money(Airtel app).So my concern is simple, i did try to add Rs.448.00 in to my airtel wallet through my idfc debit card. after transaction failed why my Rs 448.00 deducted from my bank account, Please Airtel Money answer me .why you doing this type of bad things with us.i am very unsatisfied with your service.
that time was urgent because i wanted to recharge my airtel number which i was recently port in to Airtel ([protected])but i really very bad experienced with Airtel .
when i contacted to Airtel Money customer care They said me please wait for 5 working days . but why this stupid things you doing if transaction failed, if amount deducted so, do refund that amount within 24 hrs .
->Please Refund My amount(Rs.448.00) fast.

I have just recharged my airtel prepaid acount with the rupees of 8 via my debitcard. But the tarrif is working still.
