L had a no [protected], had taken a international roaming facility of 3999/- in zone b, facing issue in latching from last 5 days, complain registered on 121, no solution given by the technical team and airtel stores, inal it was said by airtel store that the sim is bad, hence cannot give the solution, unfortunately i had to close and stop my airtel service

I have received a msg from airtel that a servies name "GAMEPIND" has been activated on the cost of 10rs. For 2 day for which i didn't ask
They deduct 10 rs. From my main balance.
Pls reslovevthe issue.

    My airtel prepaid mobile no.[protected] and online rechagre was done throgh indian overseas bank net banking on 28.03.18 for rs.448/ and the txn id[protected]. The sum of rs.448/was debited from mysavings bank accountand recharge was not doen by the airtel mobile provider on 28.3.2018.
    So i request to refund the amount of rs.448/- to my bank account

    Recently bought a new number [protected] but the same is not working for making outgoing calls inspite of having balance in SIM, I have visited the company office twice but they have not provided me any solution. I have also written an email to the company but I have not got any response

      I am tired of this connection now want to just get rid of it. I don't get the signal anywhere and when i try to contact the customer care, the line just doesn't get through... And how ever after 10-15 tries when i get to speak to the customer care they easily just say it might be a problem from your end.. I have a cug connection with 4 numbers and cant just connect from anyone... Anyway there are a whole list of complains against this network itself.. My problem here is that my landline number is not getting any signal.. So please see and let me know what to do.. But before all this make your network better and then give adds saying your the fastest network because as of now its the worst network i have come across.

        My airtel dth no is [protected]

        I roshan ansari from mumbai

        Signal is not coming in my airtel dth box, on complaint executive calls and asking money for to solve issue. Are they not suppose to check first what is the issue instead of directly asking for money, in this way they are looting customer by creating issues and charging. Why they are not telling during time of purchase.

        What if my connection does not start for no of days, but airtel will charge on daily basis who will bear this loss.

        Action must be taken against them and transparent system should be maintain to avoid such issue.

          Dear sir,

          I would like to inform you that i applied to convert my postpaid sim to prepaid sim on 7th february 2018 at airtel store in unnao-209801, near to ibp chaurah. They charged my 120 rupees extra more than my bill amount. And gave me an new sim, and informed me that my new sim will active in next 48 hours, but 2 months have been passed, still my new sim has not active. I have made so many complaint on 198 & [protected]@airtel.com, but no one helping me in this matter.

          I have already paid all the bill amount, when i applied for postpaid to prepaid. But they are sending me new bills regularly, i have not maid a single call after applying for prepaid sim.

          Today i got a call that my incoming call is going to off due to not paying bill amount. However, i have not maid any call, and i already applied for prepaid sim. And they informed me that i will not get any bill.

          Please look in this matter, and solve the problem immediately.

            unable to use talk time balance to renew existing airtel plan

              I have submitted my documents on[protected] to portout my no. From aircel to airtel. And after 10 days the executive said porting code given was wrong amd i have given other porting code before 8 days till now airtel didnot port my no. It had been 5 days till now u didnot complete my mnp process. I[censored] r incapable of providing service cancel my mnp process. I will portout to other network. And i have given many complaints to them but they are not even responding now. Worst service

                When I try calling any of my contact the call gets hung even without ringing..and when I try sending a message it says *message not sent, phone number formatted incorrectly* and even my cellular network isn't working and this started happening after 10 pm last night...it's been 4 hours since the problem started... please kindly help

                    It's very poor network compared to jio, i am using both airtel and jio but airtel 4g is very slow at my location, i've recharged for daily 1gb internet because of slow connection near home couldn't use 1gb weekly. So i'll choose jio for my next recharge and port airtel to other network. It's been an issue from long time but not resolved, nobody is taking responsibility.

                      I would like submit that today morning i recharged my prepaid no. [protected] rc 248 & i got only 3gb data instead of 1gb/day for 82 days as flashed on my airtel app (Attached screen shot of the page) i felt deceived by my airtel app. Since i spent rs 248/- and only meager 3 gb data that also without unlimited calls for 28 days. According to me it unique method of deceiving the airtel customer.

                        Am in ambala cantt thopkana bajar, here network speed is very very slow since january 2018, here network speed is like below 2g, while am using 4 g handset and 4g sim 4g net pack but speed of downloading, browsing is 9kbps and below only please please resolve this problem very quickly.                           I stay at raheja vihar, powai, mumbai. I have a nearly no network at my home. Due to this i am not able to use my mobile data and even calling is interrupted. This causes great inconvenience especially when i have to make or receive calls. When ever i have to make/receive a call i have to stand in specific place to be able to hear the person. Else the call drops and i have to reconnect again or the person is not able to hear me.
                          Although i have wifi at home. But just in case if i have to use my own mobile data then its not possible at all. Because of the low network cannot use data at all.

                                I have purchased a Samsung S9 Device through Airtel Online Store via Airtel EMI Plan worth 2499*24 months and a down payment of Rs.9999/- which was made on 21st March, 2018. Initially, I was promised that the device will be delivered by 27/3/2018 and Airtel has been extending the delivery date since then citing technical issues. I have spoken to their call centre in Hyderabad on 3 ocassions and the names of the executives are Hussain (floor supervisor), Rita, Teja Reddy. After 10 working days of successfull placement of my order, they sent me a msg on 3/4/2018 saying that the order has been cancelled without any explanation and despite they promising to deliver the device on 3 ocassions but failing to do so on each ocassion. I have faced a lot of problem due to this, and would like to take legal action against Bharti Airtel for duping and cheating a customer for fraudulent means of acquiring money to deliver a service/product and on failure to deliver, cancelling product/service without any communication and cheating the customer by asking them to make down payment of Rs.9999/-.

                                  I lodged complain of mobile set damage on 30th march vide service request # 3040043, i uploaded all required documents. I got a call from mr shashank for further one declaration which i send on 01-apr-11.56am. Again i am receiving mail that document is pending..
                                  Now no one is reverting by when the same will be closed.
                                  I am paying 49/- monthly since long back for insurance coverage.

                                    I recharged 448 plan using airtel money. As shown in the add for the first time registration and using money from airtel money i would recieve flat 50% cash back which is not happened.

                                    Secondly, my previous plan had 3 days more to expire the validity. So i recharged in advance with 448 plan. Instead of getting activated after 3 days it got activated instantly and hence loosing my 3 days validity of my previous plan.

                                    I am very much disappointed about the process and fake ads.
                                    Kindly assist onn this.

                                      Today I have recharge my mobile number [protected] with 248 INR. Which shows offer as unlimited calling with 1.4GB data per day for 82 days in Airtel APP.

                                      However I received only 3 GB one time data instead o[censored]nlimited calling and 1.4GB data per day for 82 days.

                                      I have contacted customer care and they are saying this recharge is only for new customers who purchased new Sim. But in APP there no single word mentioned it is for new customers only.
