This with regards to a airtel junction box which has been installed in front of our apartment without our permission.

This box also obstructs our apartment name board and needs to be removed and shifted somewhere else immediately.

    I was asked to port out the number as airtel network was issue were not resolved. Later i was billed for the data i had used... The data i was given as free against the app download. Despite of all the emails i have sent to nodalofficer. [protected]@in. Airtel.com, they call me on my blocked phone number..

    I've not been able to use my phone number for long time... Can anyone help me out... I've got proof o[censored]sage and details of charges... Thanks...

        I have recharged my mobile no [protected] with rs 549 on 28/07/2017 on airtel app using state bank internet banking but i couldn't get any message to my no. I tried again to recharge the same no. Again with the same amount. This time also same problem arises but my a/c debited twice the above said amount. I called airtel customer care and asked about the issue. They told that there is no recharge done on my no. And advised to give complaint in the home branch. I gave complaint in sbi tellapur two times but no improvement. I lodged complaint in consumer forum two times and they rejected the complaint with out proper reason. Pls do the needful.

          I am using 999 rs post paid plan of airtel which comes with 4g hotspot dongle. I have not been getting my daily 3gb data since two days. I am living in dehradun. Even airtel app in my phone is not showing any data. It is to be noted that i have already used my base data of 15gb for this month. I was expecting better services than this. My work has got affected because of this trouble.

            Dear airtel team,

            As a airtel loyal customer, i want to say we are getting one of the poorest data services since last 1.6 years. We are paying avg. Rs.2200/- every month for 5 family mob connections & dth service since long years. Now we are too much frustrated for the service and we have complained more than 8/10 times in last few months. But sorry to say except some calls we have not received any resolution.

            Since last 25/30 days we are not able to do our basic work by this data speed.

            We are paying our hard earning money for bill payment and recharge for this bad network.

            We do not want to continue with this pathetic service. Kindly arrange to refund our last 1.6 years paid amount.

            Since last few weeks we are watching best 4g speed advertise in tv/ social media but for us this is totally wrong.

            Till today we are not able to use 4g service at our home. Kindly go through my registered complains.

              Hello
              Your network is becoming worse day by day. Couldn't get atleast a 2g speed network from a week. What you guys are doing just claiming fakely that its india's best netwok. Already my parent changed their network. I too willl change to other network. As cant do anything in developing the network. The unlimited package is just a scrap. Don't uncessary claim its the best network, just admit that its the world's worst network

                My airtel prepaid mobile service stopped working from morning due to the error simcard registration failed😓. Tried using a different phone but never worked🙄. I tried contacting airtel customer care (It took 42 min to connect to customer care by dailing 198 and 121 to reach them) one lady was very rude in answering my queries and finally they are asking to buy new sim 😡

                This is 3rd time i changed my sim by paying 150 everytime within 3 months but this time gonna change network... Hell with airtel😡 👿

                    To whom it may concern,

                    My name is gurinder sandhu

                    I raised a complaint and request using the airtel secure accidental insurance as my mobile broke from the edge because accidentally it got slipped from the bed. All the necessary documents and photographs have been submitted timely and i got a response that the claim has been rejected & the reason which was shared with me was so-called "negligence"

                    Negligence, are you serious, what the definition of accident & negligence? I am not paying & have not taken this secure services from the insurance provider to hear their lame excuses. I am going to proceed with a legal option if not taken my request seriously.

                    If the device slipped and cracked, i think this is what we call an accident as this was not done intentionally & accident does happen with no intention.

                    I am feeling cheated as airtel did not keep their promise & i am not getting the service i have paid for. Request you to please review and have this sorted for me or else i would be left with no other option but to seek assistance and help from our consumer court.

                    I hope someone will review and look into the problem and help me in resolving the issue.

                      Dear team airtel,

                      I am a loyal customer of airtel and we in our family trust you a lot. I have applies for a new broadband connection on[protected]. Your person mr sanjay yadav (Contact number :- [protected]) visited my place and collected a amount of inr 1000 for the connection stating that we will be getting the connection on[protected]. I understand that there might have been some problem due to which it was not possible for him to get that done, but at least we as a customer expect a call back or answer to our call. Mr in his 1st place has not contacted us. When i contacted him from my number twice followed by my wife number today morning he did not even answer our calls. Later today afternoon some how he answers my call and stated that it will not be done today and hanged up the call without giving me a appropriate answer.

                      I need to understand what kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior is this?
                      Is that airtel has so many customers that they are not able to handle them?
                      Do you people think that you have recruited the correct people in correct portfolio?

                      Kindly find my contact number in the signature and ask someone from your team to contact me on immediate basis

                        I have raised complaint in 121 and i have asked went to customer care centre to change the bill plan to 499 infinity family plan. They are unable to change a plan for last 8 days. My service request number [protected]

                        This is really a bad for reputed company not able to change the bill plan. They was says it showing system error and unbale to do so

                          On 27/3/2018. I blocked my phone/sim with the airtel for the lost mobile.

                          I got it unblocked iafter purchasing a new duplicate sim from airtel. But even after,

                          6 days. My sim has not been activated.in spite of several complaints with the airtel though they gave many assurances for activation. Kindly do the needul for me getting my mobile immediately. Thanking you.

                            As i'm using airtel prepaid simcard [protected] last 2years i'm not getting the signal inside my home. Problem is mobile data is on 4g to 2 g come and voice call is break. So please do clear my issue as v three persons are using airtel in same home it as became a big issues with our relatives, friends, so please try resolve this issue.                               This is pathetic service given by airtel, i have done recharge on 28th mar till now i am not able to use data service.. There is no refund process and compensation what kind of service is this! You should take an action. Money get wasted paid by consumer. I call to customer helpline they were saying we don't have any timeline for your resolution and there is no refund policy however they will forward this concern to network it personally. No complaint number has been shared only interaction number

                                    We as non - resident indians (Nri) on a short visit home found the purchase of prepaid mobile plan very difficult in the absence of an aadhar card. I believe that it is only the ‘residents’ who are entitled to obtain an aadhar number (Section 3 (1) of the aadhar act), and we do not fall under the definition as provided in section 2 (V) of that act. As such, insisting on aadhar as an identity from nris, when they are not eligible to enrol for aadhar, is incorrect. Passports with visa should be an alternative means of establishing an identity and an nri status, and this has been reiterated by the authorities through various circulars.

                                    We had visited a bharati airtel office in bangalore (The one near christ university, probably bannerghatta main road and the store manager, sandesh kumar p insisted on aadhar card even from nris, which is against the rules.

                                    I wish to hear from you your views and interpretation as this ignorance on the part of the company has caused much inconvenience to us.

                                      Airtel store on s d raod, secunderabad is doing big cheating with customer who come for port their nos to airtel. They are asking 500₹ for porting as it is free from trai. Some shrikant kohli who is sitting outside the store with airtel t-shirt is doing this # with store manager.
                                      Saying i[censored] will give 500 than only porting is possible and for that you will get recharge. They are forcibly doing this bloody cheat.
