I have raised complaint service request number 72790915 for disconnect permanently for airtel digital tv i'd [protected]-005.

Email communication reference number [protected] has not resolved along with per day basis charge deduction till yet.

Kindly take immediate action with valuable care about this matter otherwise within expiration date: 23/apr/18, i will be switched to other digital tv connection without any further interaction.

All the time you peoples are dingdong during disconnect permanently connections.

      Dear sir

      I would like to take only few minutes of you’re kindly help me solving my issues

      When team and managers of airtel say that they will discuss your issues with their nodal manager and get back to you so it means they should get back to me and should not call time and again and harass me for paying bill,
      Airtel always over promised and under deliver

      There are several time when you (Airtel) keeps changing their words

      This was my problem and till now no solutions

      Regarding our payment of mobile number [protected] and [protected] when we had a word with one of their representative for roaming plan nothing was mentioned to us later the following was the communication.

      When i had a word with airtel representative they said that for the over charged bill rs 3000 per person amount will be adjusted (As they will wave off the said amount and to my surprise again i got a mail with the revised amount wherein the adjustments amount is mentioned nowhere. (No adjustment were made to any of the number)
      Yesterday while on call i told by one of the airtel representative that while doing roaming the customer care person never told be about add on package which was activated on my phone also on which she mentioned (Ok sorry its a mistake from our side i really apologize for that i will wave off that rs550 addon. I have a question when it is a mistake from airtel end its ok they will wave off the amount otherwise they will keep a person on a gunpoint and take out the money.
      If we are on roaming plan so how the data got used so much isnt roaming plan has internet usage also. Do you think if person is traveling they ll not take a roaming plan.

      As mention data usage on my bill i disagree on the usage which is mention in the bill i dont know how it is mentioned because we where on islands where there was no service was available and we lived on wifi even at mumbai airport and even on srilanka airport. While at mumbai and srilanka airport i receive a message of 7000 and immediately switched off my data package and i believe you also know that all airports provide wifi and phone need to be switched off or have to be on flight mode when you are at flight i am not denying that we mustn’t have used yes we have used but not more than the message what we got 6000 to my husband and and 7000 to me. I can afford to pay the limited payment not more than that we will not pay this huge amount. Because of this wrong billing i am willing to pay only the message what my husband and me got for the usage that is 6000 and mine 7000.
      All the calls have been recorded for the training and quality purposes i request you to kindly see how many times i have had discussed my issues and how many time i have got fake promises of getting back to me with a solution it’s been a month and i a still awaiting reply
      Also i received called from the higher end manager where he was very rude and he said the reading of data usage for my bill is correct and its accurate. He was forcing me to accept and pay this huge amount of 30, 000 for me and 9000 for my husand
      Sir if you go and see in airtel gallery there are 120 people arguing and fighting only about excess bill
      Sir airtel people is chor and liar

        I have recently recharged for rupees 248 as airtel app showed me that if i recharge for 248 i will get 1.4 gb per day and unlimited call for 82 days but when i recharged i got 3 gb only for 28 days.. Airtel has cheated me and sir i request you to respond as soon as possible.. This recharge took place today by me through airtel app.. I got all proofs and screen shot of my bill and transaction and all the details that airtel has provided me about the 248 recharge. I hope you will understand and take action on this issue as soon as possible.. My airtel number is [protected]

          I did a recharge today on airtel using my airtel app. Value displayed was rs 248 and the benefits were 1 gb data per day, unlimited calling etc for 82 days. When i completed the recharge, 3gb data was credited to my airtel account balance for 28 days. I refreshed the page again and found that the benefits i was looking for were available for rs 448. I refreshed 3-4 times and found the same benefits were available for rs 248. I took a screenshot of the same.
          There is a bug in this app that sometimes it shows wrong amount for different benefits.
          Please get this resolved as soon as possible.

            Airtel app, transaction failed, but money deducted from debit card
            Hi,

            Today (30/03/2018) i have done the recharge of 1398 (Two times) for mobile number [protected] from airtel app through the debit card. Transaction showing failed and also showing time out error, but money for debited from my account. And this is the second time, which was happening. Please help me in this. Return that amount asap

              First i got a message saying lifestyle services has been activated on your number for 1 day for free. And when later i recharged my mobile for ₹50 for an emergency purpose i got a message saying ₹35 has been deducted for lifestyle service and i still am unaware of what this service is. How you airtel people can activate a service on my number without my permission and straight away deduct my money without my consent. Is this your new way of cheating people? Really disappointed.

                This is regarding portal change issue i am using an idea postpaid network due to network issue i wish to change my number for your network plan under 399 in postpaid. I went and changed on 24th of march it is in ethiraj salai mount road chennai but it is more than 13 working days gone to change a simple network portal and today again i went and asked your team they told that idea company is not approving your portal change so they cancelled your upc request so again we are reboosting your request to them in front of me if i called CUSTOMER CARE number in idea they are tell such different ### stories do you guys think i dont have any other work and again i have to wait for another 7 working days itseem i need to be finished within tomorrow evening i least bother about your procedures you people dhould take action on this kind of issues. I am hoping that it will be sorted out please.

                    Sir,
                    My phone number is [protected]. Today I recharged my balance with 50 Rs. When I came home I got text message that Modelmaniaw service is being activated for 35Rs due to which 35Rs were deducted from my account. This service was activated without my consent. I never requested for this service. I have deactivated my service.So this is my request for refund of 35Rs.

                    Please take this matter into consideration.

                      W are using airtel prepaid for the past 13 years. From last 3 months we are not getting the signal inside our home. So please do clear my issue as four persons are using airtel in same home. It has become a great issue with our office, friends and relatives. They think that as if we are purposly rejecting calls.                         This is bhaskar kundu, one of airtel postpaid customer, using airtel service since 2009. My airtel postpaid number - [protected]

                        Last thursday 29th march - i got a call from airtel call centre and they told, they are offering me 2 sim free of charge. These 2 numbers
                        Airtel mobile numbers [protected] and [protected].

                        They told they are offering free to test airtel network by existing customers. I told them very clearly (Also sent a mail on that day 29th march) that i will use it if and only if it is free (Otherwise please cancel it)

                        Now today airtel replied me that it is not free and i told them cancel immediately (As i already told) and i will not pay anything however they told to pay pro rated rental. (See below mail)

                        I never asked for any additional connection from airtel and still they forced activated these 2 number in my name and surprisingly told me to pay prorated bill.

                        Please take necessary action

                          Hi airtel dth,

                          I am naresh Kumar, actually I raised complaint multiple times, issue is not coming dish, I will call and give the complaint technician tried something not came, finally told me issue with the set box, that is new setup box, which is I got for new connection, he is changed setup box, now its working, but compare to my first setup box, this box video clarity and picture not up to the work, I given complaint about this issue, technician not came, simply they closing the complaint with out solving the issue. With out solution how they are close the complaint.

                          Please if you able give good service than only appoint this type of technicians

                          I need new setup box, which is I got when I got new connection, I want same features

                          Or else please refund my amount, if not I will go with consumer complaints

                            Unable to reach customer care my data was not credited i tried calling 198 half and hour no body on phone. After getting fedup i changed my service provider . When will these companies learn customer centric approach.

                            Still reaching these people is mess . I think anyone can call 198 and reach no body half an hour of faltu plans .

                              I have ported my number to airtel postpaid and paying the bill on time and without fail. And the services i receive is not worth the bill amount i pay. My callers are frequently complaining me about the disconnection. I am using a good phone and the network is making it very bad. I have to dial twice or thrice to get connected to a number. And even though that too not more than 2 minutes the caller can listen to my voice, and the quality of internet i receive is also very poor. Hope this will get resolved.

                                They keep updating my plans without knowing me and there is no 3g nd 4g network in my area from whenver they have launched near by Mumbai. As well customer care person make fool to us this time they told me they are going to wave off my bill but they haven't and they are still looking for more frauds agian and agian airtel is only making money by making bogus ads and marketing tricks please stop these and please make us happy everything they say is just fake.

                                    Ours is a corporate connection through sireesha geo granites .
                                    we pay a bill of almost 60-80k per month.
                                    out of many connections 4 numbers we are using at tirupatri.
                                    Me being director of the company, made many complaints to airtel that we donot have network neither at home properly nor at office .

                                    Our house is located at heart of the town ( New balaji colony, but the reason told by your executives surprised me that may be tower issue.
                                    If that is the case how could your advertisements show that your network work even in mountains???

                                    Even through 121 I coudn't hear properly. That's the reason I am filing complaint online.
                                    I just need one single answer whether it can be rectified or should we drop all 40 connections and move to other network.
                                    Actually another 10 connections we took fr0m idea recently due to the issue.

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      I had a reliance number [protected] which i applied to airtel for porting it from reliance to airtel.
                                      I had submitted all the required documents and was provided with porting code. I did send sms with porting code as per the process.
                                      However my number never got activated. Once checked, it was found my number was allotted to some other user by airtel.
                                      How can airtel allot my existing number to someone else when i had applied it for porting. On complain with airtel customer care they deactivated that number but never returned it to me which actually belongs to me. So many mails to airtel appellate and visits to airtel gallery is yet not giving any results.
                                      Such act of misuse of my number and lapse in the service by airtel is to be taken a note of and to be resolved without any further delay.

                                        I have received a message stating that 35 rupees have been debited from my account for activation of airtel masti pack on 2nd april, 2018. But i didn't opt for this service and this service has been activated without my consent. So i request to return my money as soon as possible and stop harassing people like this. I also request to deactivate this service as soon as possible.in future i would like to avoid this kind of harrasment. Please take the required steps in this regard.
