I think beauty is the only criteria for selecting employees at the airtel stores.
I ported my jio number [protected] to airtel and services started from 23/3/2018. From the day my services started i am just able to use net and incoming calls are coming on my number but i am unable to make any outgoing call. The call simply ends up as soon as i dial the number.
I made complaint on airtel customer care number, but no proper support provided to me. I went to airtel store, ratanlal nagar, kanpur office from where i applied to port my number to airtel, but from there also 7 days have come to an end but no proper support have been provided and now even network have gone from my mobile and it is just showing (Emergency calls only). I have even checked the sim card on other mobiles, but it shows the same problem each time. The two lady employees working there gave me a new sim card and said that it will start working in next 4 hours. But now 2 days have come to an end but the sim is not working and those ladies are continously telling a lie that they submitted all the details but when i talked to customer care, it clearly said that no sim upgradation request have been submitted.
I have made a recharge of 230 the day my services started and have additional balance of 14 rupees but still i am facing this problem. Is this the way airtel works than frankly speaking reliance jio is much better than airtel and i will switch back to it again if my problem is not resolved as soon as possible.
Not only this, in response to your poor service you provided to me, i will also port my other airtel numbers which my family uses (2 prepaid and 1 postpaid).
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
