Actually it is one of my relative number so i had recharge for them but it is taken by another person so in that case u can send me the details. So that i can ask them
Can you send me the details it has been recharged so that i can ask them for return of money.
Please give the details as soon as possible.

    Hi team... I have airtel hotspot connection with me... Sometimes the network is very good and sometimes not. Last night i connected to my laptop, it was showing “no network, connected”. Could you please help me out. Everytime i think of working from home this happens. This needs to be resolved asap otherwise will think of switching to other service provider

      I have a fixed line & broadband plan from airtel which was working normal till eom - jan, 2016. But airtel pushed me to go vfibre, first they promised that you get 24 mbps speed in heart of bangalore.

      Things seemed to be good for 10 day's and since feb, 2016 till date it has gone worst. First they don't have good infrastructure, good technicians and reliable service. They only are good in paid media advertisement.
      They sell connections, but to pity they have 0.4 mbps download and 8 mbps upload plan. The good part of airtel is their billing, inspite of no services they definitely expects you to pay.

      Infrastructure wise, they are still using old copper cables, boosting the n/w to provide services, which every alternate weeks breaks down. Have spoken with multiple airtel subscribers and all complain of the same issue.

      I have numerous complains, but they close the same with out consulting with me. On one occasion one of the customer service manager of airtel told me - "airtel policy states that customer feedback is not necessary to close tickets". Which literally means customer in india doesn't matter to airtel.

      This is a fraud company, please friends - if you have better options look for it first. Doesn't revert or choose airtel incase you have alternative.

        My number is not working in the usa for anything sms, incoming and outgoing. Please let me know how to get it activated. My number is valid and was bought less than 6 months and brought to usa with the intent o[censored]sing in international roaming for incoming and outgoing calls and messages. It says sim is not provisioned. It used to work initially when i came to the us. Recharge is also returned and not successful.

        I have wasted my money on Airtel SIM card hoping it works and has lost trust in this connection. I need an answer quickly as I need to use roaming while traveling next week. Shame on this service!

          I have forgotten mpin of my airtel app. I can not use my airtel money. I tried to find out the mpin. But i am not able to find. Is there any simple way to find out the mpin besides going to the airtel customer care store. Please help me to find the mpin of my airtel app.. I shall be very thankful to you.. I can not even recharge the phone with other company sims.. Because they are asking for mpin.. So kindly help me out

            Airtel is the most fraudulent company in india. Every company knows by the services and product. Airtel customer care service is very poor and as per my case, all customer care are not doing there duty honestly. I had many discussion in my company also about this type of culture. This culture starts from top to bottom. If company senior employees are not doing job seriously/honestly then i am 100% sure it will affect those company juniors also. I start complaining from 24th march and call to customer care but everyone is asking please give us 24 hours. It almost 14 days and my small case to migrate the sim from postpaid to prepaid is still pending. Airtel gives only one training to all his employees to say sorry every minute and asks for wait next 24 hours. Airtel doesn't have good software for customer issue tracking or case management. Every time i have to explain all thigs and they ask the silly question seems they don't have any software or very poor quality software.
            All airtel employees are poorly trained and they got this training to make money only not wants to do any work. All airtel employees are master in shifting the calls and they don't want to work on any complaint or issue. Maybe this also can be a region that why all airtel customers are migrated. The company knows by its services and product, so please stop these frauds and change your mind to earn quality name and do some work. I would like to point out that there is nothing wrong with making money and to have sustainable business growth so as to provide better service year by year which may ultimately be beneficial to end user.

              Hello,

              My airtel 4g hotspot no is [protected]. I could not understand the data usage being shown in airtel app and called to understand the same. The executive, vivek, who attended the call, isn't only purely trained but rude and out and out has a bad behaviour. As per my plan 699, i get 8 gb per month and 2 gb per day. I couldn't understand the consolidated data amount shown. He informed me that 30 gb extra is being provided for 3 billing cycles. Previously, when it wasn't, in a regular billing cycling i could see the per day data added each day, i asked him, he said that it cannot be seen. I failed to make him understand that it could be seen without the free data that is being given to me. When i said him repeatedly that i cannot understand him, he said 'he is giving right information, it's my problem that i am not understanding'. I do not understand with what audacity he says that when he is under trained and fumbling!! For this attitude and a list of things i am mentioning below, i can sue airtel. This is just a reminder for that.

              1. Your employees are badly trained and do not understand customer issues. I have repeatedly said that. If one is not comfortable in english, why don't you change the calls they receive, they should take calls in regional language. There is no harm in speaking in other languages, but any language they speak, please train them properly in a particular one.

              2. Last month i complained about network issues, your engineer said me its device issue and asked me to change it. Unless i would have persisted that its network issue, you would not have worked on upgrading the network site. It was wrong information and it was trying to mislead the customer. Plus i had loss of work.

              3. A customer has work and is not irate without reasons.

              If i want i can send you a legal notice for misbehaving and harassment with the customer (Which you can check in your recorded calls) including loss of work of the customer.

                I have raised a complaint in the month of august with airtel customer care and they have informed it will be resolved in 90 days. I have been regularly following up with the team. But there is no follow up from airtel on the issue. We are still facing the issue. Mine is a postpaid number and i am also making the payment regularly but airtel is not ready to compensate. I have an unused data of 164 gb as not able to use internet at my home and the advertisement given by airtel says they are selected as fastest network by okhla.in which i think they have a tie up with okhla to give them this certificate as when i'm in office also people say my number is not reachable where in my airtel prepaid is reachable. As the internet is not working at home, i had to install a local internet facility at home

                  Dear sir i have data connectivity problem. I have 4g phone with multi sim
                  When i start data connection on sim no.1. Network gone. If i connect data on sim no.2 network has been come. I register my complain on 1st april (Complain no. C4gsp[protected]. And said by airtel team he resolved this problem on dated 5th april. But problem not solved on this date. Whenever i call to airtel team today he also said the problem solved on 9th april. What's this. Today gave me complaint no. C4gsp[protected]. Please resolved this issue asap.

                    Not able to receive incoming calls from other mobile phones. Outgoing is working,
                    When others call me at airtel mobile number [[protected]] they get message "invalid number" also not receiving any message.. I think the port process was was not completed. Please help me.. Many time i called customer care they just saying some stupid answer like turn off and on or else remove the sim and insert.. Pls fix the issue

                      Service request for my airtel digitaltv id [protected] towards relocation request is not serviced by the company. The sercvice engineer is demanding more money for reinstallation and his upline is also supporting him. I have also contacted customer care and filed a complaint with airtel against service engineer. Engineers and office staff is misbehaving over call and customer service not able to do anything. I have requested for rellocation three times and they have generated service ticket two times. But my problem has not yet been resolved. Please help me regarding this matter.

                        I have bought an airtel sim recently about 3 month back. The vendor provided 3 months of free internet and calling. After the 3 months are over, the balance and data pack went to 0 and so i recharged with a top-up of 199/- twice, one via airtel website and two via paytm website. But on both the ocassions, balance had been detected and recharge not done. So, i have payed a total of 398/- an still has 0 balance on my phone and no refund. My number is [protected]. Please assist. Thanks

                          no incoming calls after port from jio to airtel

                          Ported from jio to airtel (My cell no [protected]) after porting... For some time incoming calls were recd and outgoing calls could be made but sms s were not recd
                          After about 2 to 3 hours of porting started getting sms but incomming calls are not recd. Now the present status is outgoing calls can be made (Ok) sms send /recd is (Ok) but incomming calls not recd. Calling party is getting response that
                          Number does not exsist...

                          One employee is asking to call on 121 when called on [protected] and another employee is asking to call on [protected] when called on 121 for gujarat prepaid query..

                            I have taken airtel postpaid no on 03.04.18 however no is still not activated. I have provided airtel adhaar card copy, i have received call from customer care but still it is showing no network emergency mode only
                            It really sucks! Such extremely poor and 3rd class service from airtel!
                            They even confirmed for postpaid plan 299.00

                              I have tried sabkuch and now i can say that you are right airtel is most stupid network ever. Airtel claims that it is fastest network. But can someone tell me that why this so called fastest network is not even able to make phone calls on at top location like udyog vihar phase 4 gurgaon. And why it shows 3g sign in notification bar and works like gprs on old tata mobile network.
                              And why just they don't reply on complaints.
                              Now i can say that my rs.584 recharge for airtel is worth for sh#t.
                              If anyone want to listen more praise about airtel can call me on this no. [protected] if this stupid network allow to connect calls.

                                I had link my airtel no. [protected] in the month of november 2017. As per the new rules of govt of india my gas subsidy will be transferred to that account which was last updated by aadhar. As i last had link my airtel no. So the three subsidy amount automatically transferred to my airtel account the amount is approximately 750 rs. I also wrote 10-15 mails regarding this but no action they had take till now when almost one month passed away. Sir i had mentioned that please don’t call me at [protected] as this no. Is in bihar and i m in delhi so i am unable to pick ur call and the my grandmother is there who can’t even know hindi language and i also give below no. To contact me but didnot contact me at all [protected], [protected]. I also try to share my problem with 400 and [protected] but they show any options to talk with your executive. Today i had tried to send my money through my airtel app but your company had freeze my debit option. Therefore i request you to credit my subsidy amount in my bank account or enable my debit option so i can able transaction my amount. Please take some immediate actions regarding it. Immediate means within hours only else my 12 year trust on your company would totally broken.

                                  I have moved from chennai to karnataka, so i wanted to change my postpaid airtel to prepaid airtel karnataka circle, on feb 26th i gave request for porting, i got network after 2 weeks, they have not given incoming calls or msgs, i have mailed so many times, and i went to the airtel shop where i have submitted for porting (More than 5 times), really its disgusting,
                                  Still i am facing the same issue,
                                  1. First they asked us to wait for 7days to port, it took more than 15days
                                  2. They removed postpaid sim network, but prepaid sim network was not there
                                  3. After complaining they said that have to pay bills, we paid — even though same issue continued
                                  4. They asked us to buy hlr sim — no use
                                  5. They asked us to get duplicate sim — while buying its gave error that circle dint matched.
                                  6 again gave complaint, no use,

                                  I thought that airtel customer care people resolve the issues quickly, its really high time now, i don't want to continue with airtel anymore, and i port all my family members mobile network to some other network,

                                  I am really frustrated with this issue,
                                  Always they will call and ask for 24hrs of time, so many 24hrs went like that, still i am facing the same issue

                                    Made a call for transfering my Airtel broadband from Bangalore to Kerala contacted on [protected].. but the noob executive put my call on hold for over 15 minutes en kept on mute saying will transfer the call to some other person for my query (you can see the screenshot attached with this mail).. this really a cheap action ever done by an Airtel executive, shocking. Really disgusting.
                                    If Airtel has stopped caring for its customers, I would prefer going with some other network.
                                    You can see I have recorded the call as well as have the screenshot with me. If I don't get any respond in regard with this I would love to post it on consumer court en disconnect all my Airtel connection asap. Really irated.

                                      A person claiming to be from airtel office visited our house and had done porting of our tata docomo sims. We had reminded him continuously that we want pre-paid sims. The person assured that the sim was pre-paid but now after one month we have got reminders of our bill due towards our postpaid sims. This is a total scam and dirty business tactics from airtel and since we are on the receiving end of it, we feel betrayed. Kindly look into the matter.
