Dear service provider

My number [protected] - bsnl to airtel mnp on 02.03.2018.

Activated on 09.03.2018,

09.03.2018 to till date and time incoming calls not activated.

I speak to 121 customer care in past 20 days above, but not solve my problem.

2 times i change my sim as per your 121 engineer advise but problem not solved.

2 times i am conduct in local airtel store in chennai and coimbatore. But not solve my problem..

What can i do.?

    I am using a airtel number with the tariff plan of rs.999. As per the tariff plan i got one child plan free of cost. Last month i gone through the itemized billing i came to know that in the itemized billing the tariff plan against my number was mentioned 700 and against the child connection plan of 299 was mentioned.

    When i made a complaint to airtel, they accepted the mistake but not ready to correct the previous bills which were wrongly generated.

    Actually this is a case of wrong representation of the data to the customer and government both. This is for the information and necessary action.

        My airtel balance was deducted saying the below.

        Gamez4fun service has been renewed @ rs 35.0 for 7day (S) from your airtel mobile. To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223. More services, click http://56789.airtel.in

        Only god knows when i have activated the so called service. As soon as i received the message i deactivated the service expecting more foul play from airtel. I called the customer care (Took me 15mins to contact) to enquire about this and they replied they cannot check the details as the service was already deactivated.

        This is not the first time that this kind of fraud happened to me from airtel. Even last month they deducted 15/- saying that i have activated something that too around 2.30 am in the night (When i am in deep sleep). I checked that message next evening and was busy with my work and forgot to raise a complaint.

        Customer service is a joke in airtel. Worst network in india.

          I hate taken this data card no [protected] as advance rental in 10/08/17 closing date to 09/02/18 in between this period i hate use this data card service the had promise to me above 10 mbps so but i received only 4 mbps so i am not satisfied in this service so i had given cancellation request on 26/03/2018 ref no 84322238 my conformation without my knowledge the advance rental plan had been renewal on the to 2018

          I hate taken this data card no [protected] as advance rental in 10/08/2017 closing date to 09/02/2018 in between this period i hate use this data card service the had promise to me above 10 Mbps so but i received only 4 Mbps so i am not satisfied in this service so i visited between in this period to air tel showroom to closing this service in the sales person in the air tel near sourastra high school kamarajarsalai Madurai they had inform me this advance rental plan cant able to close this service at this time so the had requested me to come on the after six month so cant able to visit the air tel showroom closing time so without my conformation without my knowledge the advance rental plan had been renewal on the to 2018. i cant able to make the payment of rupees 5712 i had given cancellation request on 26/03/2018 ref no 84322238 so complaint still in open condition only so i ready to make the payment 1582 rs from the outstanding amount so i needed the cancellation immediately i needed permanent solution

          So no ready to make the payment i utilities your service so i ready to make the payment of 1582 i want stop your service right now not ready to make the payment of 4130

          sorry i cant able to attend the call from the cancellation team due to my busy work

          And i am your best customer i used the broad band service[protected] at 4 years i transfer request given your team but impossible in the new area
          my air tel number [protected] number also postpaid and my whole family used only air tel for long time.

            I have done the mnp process on march 17 th 2018, from idea network to airtel, still now my sim is not registered under airtel network. How did i get my sim, when i call my number it shows that number does not exists, please check the number you have dailed. I will suffer for the mnp process. All my bank accounts will be linked to that number bro. Can you please advise me how can i get the number. Thank you soo much. If you want any details regarding sim last numbers like that kindly reply to this mail. Waiting for reply as soon as you saw this mail reply me please. Once again thank you soo much for your network.

              Ear nodal team,

              I would like to bring it your notice that i have ordered my phone (S9+) on 24mar2018 through airtel online store which was scheduled to be delivered on 30 mar2018.

              While checking the status on the delivery in the online portal, the phone was out for delivery on 29mar. Later in the evening the portal showing that the order was returned to the facility for no reason. I tried retrieving the contact details of the executive but couldn't. Later the next day on 30mar, the order was out for delivery again. Till late night nobody contacted for delivery. Around 1930, got a call from 1 of the executive that the order cannot be delivered today as the phone is still at the facility. I insisted to deliver it on the same day as we have plans to go out my personal reasons. Later he didn't turnup for delivery.

              I tried contacting him today i. E 31mar2018, he is stating that the cannot be delivered in the morning as the server is unable and shall hold the delivery till the server is back online.

              I have ordered the phone according to my feasibility and availability at home. Now things are turning up out of control and we are moving out of town. The executive is answering in unprofessional manner and has given some number for escalation. Whereas in truecaller that number belongs to third party agency for online shopping.

              I tried contact the nodal office and the appellate team, but nobody was answer the call, the customer service team of 121 are saying that they require 24 hrs for the escalation and look into the same.

              I am getting reasons that the issue of some other department and shall look into it. All i am concerned is that i have ordered my phone through airtel and airtel is answerable for me. I am no were concern which department the negligence is happening.

              I had applied for Airtel Samsung note 8, and paid 9490 down payment with order number 10037605 against mobile number [protected] on 12th June.Today the delivery person came and after doing KYC and signing NACH form he told me that the migration of prepaid number to postpaid is not possible so the phone cannot be delivered. My question is ...are you making fool o[censored]s.If was really so then before making the down payment your system should rejected it..even you took 4 days to deliver..in this time span you should have informed this to me.I am waiting for about 4/5 without a handset I would have purchased from outside..This is very unprofessional act of Airtel..

                We have been trying your local office since a month for surrender of our connection but could not get any response fron thier side.
                We have been facing service issues since long time and expressed our dissatisfaction many times.

                We request you to proceed for the surrender our landline connection[protected] from immediate effect.

                It should be noted that if the connection would not cut by you and we get bill for this period we will not pay any amount and have to go to consumer forum.

                  From 28th of march 2018 my airtel number has been deactivated without any intimation or such,,, though had been to kh road airtel customer centre where i got reply that sim needs to be changed and took 25/- for a change of sim and assured sim will activated on the same day ie 28th, but till date it has not been rectified though after registering the complaints to airtel customer support and did rounds going to their customer support office in divya shree tower btm layout., opp jayadeva hospital.

                      From more than 4 months i am calling to the airtel customer service that i am not at all getting 4g lte service.
                      Always the customer service members are say some or the other reason!
                      I am living in the main city, now only i am not getting the service properly.
                      What the hell service, i will get if i go out of the station or anywhere in the forest.
                      The worst ever service and more over no proper response from the company after complaining about the issue.

                        wynk not working

                        I was using wynk app for last 2 months and had a yearly subscription. Suddenly it stopped playing or downloading songs which were not downloaded. I restarted my phone but the problem continued. I reinstalled it but now it won't even open. I have a wi-fi and airtel 4g mobile data. Please provide a solution aa i was loving the app and using it daily. I will eagerly wait for the reply and hope the issue gets resolved.

                        It takes a minute to open browser. When payment is not made they harass by calling multiple times. Finally after 4 to 5 complaints they say change sim from there outlet. Very poor service only bothered about payment. No customer satisfaction. Marketing is good get customer ported n then disappear. Suddenly stop there services which will put you in difficult situation in emergency.

                          I have taken airtel 4g hotspot dongle vide model e 5573cs-609, ime [protected] with mobile
                          No.‪[protected]‬ in ex change of tata photon number ‪[protected]‬
                          On7.3.2018 with a plan of799 per month. Ever since it started functioning there is no speed and internet wifi is not functioning properly. The internet speed is very poor downloading is very poor in my house locality c v raman nager with pin code 560093 near bagmane tech park bangalore. I complained through customer care tel:[protected] they did not provide complain number in the first time but there was no result. Again i complained on 23.3.2018 they provided a complain number ‪84254694‬ and asked me to wait for three days after three days they informed me they need some more time to rectify it. Yesterday i. E on 29.3.2018 again when enquired about my problem they said they require 120 days to rectify my problem. Now it is going to be a month ‪on 7.4.2018‬ a bill will generated for ₹799/- plus gst which i will have to pay without a single day sevice from the airtel 4g hotspot.
                          in the meantime my tatadocomo photon no.‪[protected]‬ is also generated bill and they are also pressuring for bill payment. This should have been stoped at your end.
                          Now it is clear that in my locality airtel signal is weak and airtel 4g hotspot will not work 4 g speed is not possible hencei request you to stop my ₹799 plan and airtel 4 g hotspot dongle to be withdrawn so that i go for some other server with good wifi speed.

                            I added money in airtel money of rs 100 in account [protected] at 8 am on 30 mar 18. The txn id[protected] but it is not credited in account.
                            When i asked customer care representative he told that i have to verify my card no expiry and cvv no but i denied to give cvv. This is not legal to ask all this no to refund the money. Why my account is suspended while ekyc the account with aadhar. Either refund the money in the account by whom it was paid or credit in the account

                              I was airtel cutomer for 6-8 months, ut due to bad service i had ported my number back to vodafone. While porting i had done all my settlements in bill. After 3 months i am getting harassment calls from legal department that i have to come to court for not paying the amount.
                              The company did not provide me any bill on mail nor a hard copy of rs. 675 and they filed a case on me without even informing me. They say to goto nearest airtel store and do the settlement
                              As per consumer law which i have studied is never pay your amount unless the bill isn't provided
                              My issue is why should i do a settle mentunless i am not provided with the proper itemised bill of remaining amount. Why is airtel so afraid of providing the bill and asking to settle the amount

                              And why was my number ported if the bill was not settled properly. Why should customer goto the airtel gallery and do the settlement rather company providing proper bill to the customer.
                              For extra usage of 7 days how can my bill come to 675

                              I had then called the customer care and asked for the bill. The agent said that the bill will be sent in 10 working days. Now i am repeatedly getting calls from legal department giving me dhamki and also from deepak joshi the lawyer of airtel that he will cause my life into mess. And they can't wait for 10 days. When customer service has given me 10 days of period for bill,
                              This is pure fraud and harassment from the airtel company.

                                This is sri rama reddy from ravulapalem east godavari district andhra pradesh. I have been using airtel science 2006. All these years i have been happy with airtel but for the past 1 year i have been facing lot of problems like voice cracking and call drops. It is very irritating cause i can't even hear a single sentence properly. I raised a ticket few months back and they said that they will send someone to rectify the problem. But till now no one came to even look into the problem. From last 2 months it's been worse. So if you guys don't rectify the problem i have no other choice than change my service provider. I hope you appreciate and value your customers enough to take action right away.

                                  I contacted airtel customer service (Date 12 march 2018) and created service request for mobile number is not working and it has been assigned to another person and was told that nothing could be done about my problem.
                                  I believe that this response is unfair because they take 1 week to resolve this issue. I got same issue (Assigned my mobile number to another person) again on march 26, 2018
                                  I called nodal team and sent email to customer care requesting for reopen service request or to create new ticket. But they did not do anything one entire day.
                                  Finally, they created new service request by 27 march. They closed this service request without informing me and created one more service request by 28 march. I came to know my number is allocated to some one else. This number is update in all my bank accounts, pan detail, aadhaar account, bank acounts, and credit cards, and other utility bills.
                                  Now the other person who got my mobile number is getting all my bank information and all other confidential details.

                                      Found it today (30/2/2018), deduction of amount rs 35 from balance for some vas called whatsmob which i never activated and another deduction of 75 rs on the same service on 15th march 2018. Than i deactivated it and called customer care and requested and then enquired, but they have no idea and tried to tell me that they are deducting this amount from my balance for some pages i might have visited on google as pop up and accepted, which i didn't do and even don't know when the services got activated. They are not refunding the amount. How many times it has been debited also we don't know.
                                      What an irresponsible answer form customer care. I have never used data on airtel sim for long years.

                                      This is happening in specific location only. We have 4 numbers at our home and every one is facing same problem
