Sir,

I have airtel money account no [protected] and balance rs.1050/-
I tried many times make transactions but all transactions failed
I make compliant thru mobile, email to airtel but they are not responding
They send mail to me it will take 4 work days but not yet told correct reason
I waited from 26/02/18 to till date my problem not yet cleared kindly look into this matter solve as soon as possible

    Sir/madam, received a call from no.[protected] introducing himself from sbi manager stating that my atm card will deactivate on 27/3/2018 so in order to reactivate he asked the card number for verification, soonafter a text came.. Thank you for using your sbi debit card no.[protected] for a purchase worth rs.10, 000, 15, 000, 20, 000 & 4, 000 on pos [protected] at airtelmoney txn#[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] respectively. So please cancel the delivery because the disputed purchase not order by me but from fraud person/ agency. Pls refund the amount

      I took a postpaid airtel connection last week for 500 rupees a month.
      I was told that the benefits i get with the plan is that i get mobile insurance which cover the cost of any accidental damages.
      3 days back i dropped my phone which resulted in damaging the back panel of my phone including a liquid leak on the display.
      After availing the airtel secure i was told that sorry we cant process the request as the back panel is damaged.
      At the time of joining the representatives behave nicely and make sure you take the connection but later dont care about the customers.

      Complete sham.

        I got my aircel sim ported to airtel. But its not yet activated.. Guys what is the problem.? I need the same number and its not just these 10-12 days its more than that.. Please find a solution for this. I have already paid an amount to activate the plan and the person told me it will tak 7-8 days max... I need a solution for this asap.
        I only got it into airtel as i thought its a trust worthy company.

          Airtel charged rs. 5/- towards sms international for the above number and same happened in the january month and charged rs.10/- for two sms messages

          This is fraud without sending sms messages how biling is done. Airtel can investigate and take necessary action to stop charging for the above and also request to take necessary action to refund the amount

I complain in airtel payment bank so many time. But no result found. I have so many case id 1230119, 1152400 and many. But they only diverted me. Please take the quick action against them.

              I recharged on wrong airtel number. Number is [protected]. When i called that number it is showing as invalid. I recharged for 200... Paytm saying you have to contact oeprator. Airtel is declining my request. But if wrong number is of airtel company. They have to revert the transaction... Help to get my money back

                Last few months my airtel number not working propperly. if i need to call some one i call that number more than 5 time afrter that my call rached the bace station.this is really upsets mine.i tried to call customer care thats also not able to connect i need to change my network. before that i put a complaint.pleace make concentrate on this issue.thanking you.

                  Had been complaining a lot about this issue till now to their customer support.

                  The Issues :

                  1) There is network coverage (4G/3G/2G) but no calls get connected/ Call getting jitter even at midnights.

                  2) 0KbPs Internet speed which is Unmatched! The irony is that Airtel calls themselves the best 4G Network in India.

                  3) Entering a Roaming zone disconnects network and it won't come back unless you go search manually and register it! Feels like 1990's all of a sudden! they cant even handle seamless roaming!

                  Now Am struck in Airtel since I port in last month!

                  Now I can't even port back to any other network for 3 months!

                  Call drops and no internet is what they give their postpaid customers.

                  The resolution provided by their so-called open network team is that, they have a site upgradation in mind, will do that after 6 months!

                  Whichever customer support I call, they say the same. they have not even had the courtesy to come check the area and see the issue!

                    Currently i am in qatar. Here so far, my airtel sim was connected with local network in qatar. But since 10-mar-2018, my airtel unable to connect with local network and its showing network connection failed.!

                    Kindly guide me how can i connect with local network as i have linked my aadhar number with my sim. I do not want to loose my number. Please support to resolve this issue.

                      As i'm using airtel simcard [protected] from 2 years (Before the same number was with aircel and i did port to airtel the same number)

                      But again from last 2-3 months i'm not getting the signal inside my home.

                      So please do clear my issue as we 4 persons are using airtel in same building, otherwise your less attention will force me to port with other client

                      Whenver we do start calling the all network will be disappear (Singal tower collapsed)

                        I have received a message from your team below the details and did recharge for the same. however I have not got the offer below said. kindly look in to the matter in serious and get the below offer applied in my account.
                        Your customer care is very very pathetic and very negligence answer nobody has courtesy to address my concern.

                          Airtel bangalore - i have raised a relocation request on march 16 and got message from airtel that your request will be resolved in 3 working days. It's being 12 days but no update from airtel.

                          Complaint num: 94263562.

                          #disappointed i am really unhappy with the support and services provided by airtel.

                          I have posted it in social media page and from last two i am getting same respose "sorry for delay, we will update you shortly"

                            I was promised 10 gb for 12 cycles from the retentions team at airtel and they added 10 gb for 6 cycles.

                            When i emailed they said they can't add it as its not compartible.

                            Im utterly unhappy and will port out my my company number, my dads company number and my sisters number to another provider.

                              The person jignesh as a store manager.
                              In fort. Is telling me to convert postpaid to prepaid number. 120 days has to completed. But it was not righted any ware such role. And also he was not in a manner to with customers. And at last he told me that. Sir there are given target of postpaid is not achieved. That's why we are unable to do. What rabbis is going on in airtel..

                                Today i.e. on 28.03.2018 at 04:04am I have received whatsmob service activated message and Rs.35/- has been deducted from my account. Now my balance is Rs.4.61. I have deactivated this service at 11:52am but up till now the airtel company did not remitted Rs.35/- into my account. Also tried to call to toll free no.[protected] but no response is there and the call cuts automatically... Therefore, the Airtel company is are requested to kindly remit Rs.35/- into my account and do the needful at the earliest

                                  Dear sir/madam,
                                  I have recharged my airtel no at 09:54 am with rs.509, but it is observed that the transaction was initiated and further no message o[censored]nsuccessful or successful transaction was reported. Considering first net banking transaction to be a failure, i recharged second time with rs.509 at 10:46 am and it was successful but the issue here is that the money got deducted on first transaction as well as for the second transaction. I have both transaction id for reference and kindly refund the amount rs.509 at the earliest.

                                    I've ported my no.[protected] from aircel to airtel and i've also inserted new sim as advised by customer care team of airtel, but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time i try to call to 59059 it automatically get disconnects also I have registered in airtel network manually but unable to register .

                                      I am a airtel postpaid user and i m using this connection from a very long time approx 5 years. Last year i was using a booster pack of rs 99 which gives the facility of one number free calling which i deactivated after switched to unlimited 599 plan, but the booster was still activated and rental was added in my next bill then i register a complain to deactive the same. after complaning so many times the service wasnt get deactivated. then finaly they deactivate the booster after long time in oct. this year in jan month again they activated this booster while my all local and std calling is free. when i did not make payment they called me and ask for the issue, i explained each and every thing to more than 7 executives and one sr executive named 'KARAN' who deny and said that this service was activated by you and when i ask him to transfer my call he said he cannot transfer as he is the only senior and there no floor manager available.

                                        I have been with airtel for past 3 years and still the network is very bad.
                                        Under corporate plan.
                                        Mobile means connectivity during move however there is no connectivity at all.
                                        Call gets dropped in middle. Mobile internet speed is not at all 4g. However money being charged every month as it is a postpaid one. No standard regulations set yet? Can trai remove these kind of cheaters from markets?
