Hi dear all iam here to lodge a complaint on airtel mobile services 8 months back i gave my number as a reference to contact number in postpaid connection even though there is no need for reference number i gave my number as reference number today one to airtel postpaid executive called me and informed me that your number will be going to barred i ask why they are saying the customer whom you referred is not paid the bill because of that reason they were going to bar my number is this the way you treat with the customer who refer to take your airtel postpaid connection how pity is this by given alternative number of mine you going to barred my number what an awesome strategy is this hats off to you upender ([protected])

    4 ago i just buy 2 new sim card for me and my wife.[protected] and [protected] after 1 day of buy sim card i am inserted sim card in my mobile and check account balance one sim card show just 5 rupees and one sim card show 0 rupees. Then i recharge [protected] and next day the account balance just 1 rupees. And i never get any call or sms for activate any services. This is airtel trick to get money from airtel users. Why this happen i get back my balance. Airtel 198 not to recive customer call when i call 121 then call not be complete for minimum balance issue.

          I have been frustated by the Airtel Service. Now i want to port out to other company. Now i am not able to send the Port Out message to 1900 from my phone. The Airtel Company banned my number to send sms to 1900. I have complained to customer care and also airtel store but they are giving nonsense reason. They always says "You will be able to send sms to 1900 by late evening". I have complaint 3 times. I want to complain this to TRAI.

            My compalin regarding fraud i called airtel customer care representative in delhi afters few hours they call me from a mobile number they said that will provide me airtel dongal for rs1200 in place of my tata max wifi.But in reality they have to gave it to mefree because it sceme given by tata indicom for converting tata dongle to airtel.They fraud me 1200 rs .They are from some cannaught place banch i dont know exactly because they came to my home.Airtel please take some action i will not disclose my details as of fear of my identity.

                I enrolled in airtel secure plan in feb 2018. On 13th march night, my phone incurred some damage but i discovered it only on 14th march & called 121 on 16th march for raising a claim. Meanwhile, i also tried to initiate the claim using the app which never worked!

                Airtel secure rejected the claim stating that i had not contacted 121 within 48 hours of "discovering" the damage, which isn't right because i discovered the damage on 14th.

                I've tried to resolve it with airtel without any success.

                Airtel doesn't provide receipt for duplicate SIM cards. The MRP on the pack reads INR 5 but they charge INR 25 without any receipt. I experienced this in Kamahanahhi branch of Airtel. When I questioned them, they refunded INR 25 to my account but that's not what I wanted.

                  As i have applied for porting from vodafone to airtel.

                  As per my visit to both the gallery vodafone and airtel, final came to know the porting has been done in airtel.

                  On 26.03.18, i visited byculla airtel gallery. They had taken rs.: 300 for activation of my mobile no.

                  Due technical error in the system, i had to bear a sum of rs.: 300.

                  Request to please look in to it at earliest, and request to please start my mobile no on pirority.

                    There is a very slow network, as well as not for any technical help. Only the customer's time is wasted by giving false tuition. No one solve my issue.                       Hello team,

                      I was using airtel network for more than 12 years and i have been using the same number
                      Recently, i changed the network from airtel to the idea and i used it for two to three months and changed it again to airtel

                      I paid idea bill on october 3rd and submitted the port request the same day
                      But idea took 7 days to port and (My internet was stopped for these 7 days)
                      Now, suddenly idea has sent a 470 email to airtel asking them to block my number stating i have not paid the bill
                      I did go to idea office to investigate and as have to pay 470rs for 7 days

                      They don't have a statement showing how many calls or internet i have used.

                      This is cheating and i am not paying any money to idea

                      But what disappointing is that the airtel agents are keeping calling and texting me saying your number will be blocked

                      I am very frustrated on airtel for not listening to me

                      If my number is blocked then i will change both my number and network, i will not pay airtel bill as well

Then calling if any ladies hold then begins rough language & miss called often & often. So please do some thing above mentioned airtel numbers. All are low grade family boys.                               Which is near dhampur uttarpradesh.
                              There is lack of tower in this area.
                              And i think they don not have any future plan to improve network in this area.

                              I am using airtel network. I am facing a problem of slow 4g network connection and call does n' t connects while making a call very poor connection. Resolve this as early as possible..
                              The amount has been deduced from my account but the recharge have not made
                              Please disconnect no [protected] bcoz i lost the sim. i m receiving every month bill without any use its deducting payment from my credit card.

                                  I have received wronge bill with additional payments to be made, however the customer care team is not accepting to be wronge and they forces me to pay the bill amounted 4 times extra as of my bill
                                  Very bad network in the world if any emergency i can't call to others and if it is connected immediate call drop problem
                                  Unable to make call since 3 days from postpaid Airtel mobile number. Kindly take this issue on priority.

                                        I had ported my number [protected] from aircel to airtel. After verification my number was verified and got activated on 20/03/2018 at airtel authorized showroom, sarabha nagar, ludhiana. After confirming the status from the airtel personnel, i recharged the phone with rs. 495/- on 20/03/18 itself. The transaction id is[protected] which confirms the receipt of payment at airtel. Since thereafter, my number has been deactivated with no network. Despite repeated visits to the airtel showroom, the staff has neither given me any satisfactory reply nor has got my number activated. At times they say that my number has not been ported and on the second moment they say that the number has been successfully ported but has been deactivated by the authorities. I fail to understand that if the number has been ported they why it is deactivated and if not ported then why the airtel has received rs. 495/- from me vide the above transaction id. Previousely, i filed a complaint in this regard on dated march 21, 2018 on this site as well as with airtel. As a result, in furtherance of resolution of my grievance, i received a call from airtel from ph. No. [protected] on dated march 25, 2018 at about 11:24 am whereby i was assured that the said amount of rs. 495/- (448 + 47) would be recharged to my new/alternative number [protected] (The plan of rs. 448/- and the balance amount of rs. 47/- to be credited to this number) maximum by march 26, 2018. But, so far the same has not been done at the company's end. I sent another reminder mail to airtel on march 26, 2018 in the afternoon but to no effect. I, hereby, request you to look into the matter and kindly do the needful as committed at the earliest so that i may be able to use my phone at the earliest....                                         What the hell is this gamepind service. It just got activated all by its own. Tried calling customer care to speak to manager but of no use. Airtel this days have become worst service provider.activated DND but still services get activated all by its own. Very done with Airtel. Kindly credit back my rs 60

                                        The bill of March 2018 was paid twice' first time by bank internet and second time through automatic system through bank.I request airtel either refund the extrapaymet made by me or assure to adjust the extra payment made by me against the subsequent bills.
