I have paid bill of my airtel number [protected] amount got deducted but the payment is unsuccessful, either refund my amount or pay the bill as soon as possible if you can refund it this would be great and if not then recharge my postpaid number with the amount i paid

I was actually switched from airtel postpaid to prepaid in the month of december 2017.

And i cleared all my dues then and there itself in the airtel store for my postpaid account. And recharged with rs. 448/- for 70 days pack something. Then after the pack is completed, i was trying to recharge online and it did not allow me to do that and all the money got wasted in prepaid wallets of paytm, freecharge, mobikwik.

I am not sure if your team is working on my issue my frustration still continues and even after 2 days of my speaking to mr yatin sharma (Someone from corporate office) no one has contacted me back or given me update on the issue i have been facing when ever i call your appellate customer care they tell me to give us some time it is more then 10days i am not aware why i am not able to make and receive calls pls give me feed back...

I would be discontinuing the broad band services provided by airtel no. [protected] reason being extra unknown charges which are included in bill though usage is not that much..I would like to go with other providers which are offering more on nominal charges.Please send your executives to remove setup from my home....

My porting request from mumbai circle to bangalore was completed and when i changed to new sim provided by airtel, got an sms saying setup in progress. Now i am getting number doesn't exist message even after 2 weeks - my number[protected]

I faced network connectivity issue and got replacement sim card with my existing mobile number :[protected]. On 17th march, 2018. I was advised to use the sim after 24 hours. But till now haven't got connectivity and it shows as sim card registration fails. The sim card no. Is[protected]u.

I am now using airtel services since last august (2017), but since my last recharge of 1.5 gb per day the net speed has attained a new low. The data never catches 4g signal, always runs on 3g signal and that too at the speed of 2g.
Being a college student i am in a constant need of high speed internet.
You (Airtel) claim yourself as the fastest internet service provider. But the situation makes it hard to believe you.

Aietel have been a pain with my postpaid service no which i have been using for quite a few years no. Have been facing loads of problem in past few weeks. However this one is epic. When ever i receive a call for any caller details available or not it show as unknown for all the incoming calls and the call log also show as unknown with out any details.

I wish to bring your notice that there is a airtel broadband junction box infront of my main gate. The junction box was installed without my knowledge. The installation of junction box is such that it is infront of house main gate. Now the junction box is causing a lot inconvenience to me. So you are requested to remove or shift it within week after that we will not responsible for that....

I gave a mnp request at airtel showroom sembium (Airvoice) on 10th march - customer care explains that the request got denied on 12th march but the showroom people claim that information from customer care is wrong and are not initiating the next process-worst showroom needs action. Changed airtel sim from 3g to 4g sim. Sent message of sim no. To 121 and got confirmation. Sent "1" for confirmation all messages with my old sim. Then received message that sms services will not work for 24 hrs. The old sim got deactivated. After two days, new 4g sim is still not working. Not sure whether it got activated. I am facing issue my mobile number [protected] during recharge. This number was bought has prepaid from thane-bhiwandi-kasheli (Maharashtra circle). I have started facing this issue since a month now. Earlier i was able to recharge my number.

1. Unable to recharge from airtel wallet. Message that i get is ‘invalid mobile number, please enter valid mobile number’. It is working fine with other airtel number.
