Last 3 months, i am facing problems with airtel. First they charged me for my add on no, which was absolutely free in bill plan, when i went for port they convinced me to waive of my current bill. Again i decided to continue with airtel because i am working i don't have so much time to go gallery and do formalities. Same again they charged me for my add on no, again i contacted them, again they waived me unnecessary charges which was free.
Now, when all data consumed, every mobile services provides at least 2 g data for what's app, but these people totally stopped my internet. Again after contacting them, they provided me 10 gb without any charge for 6 month, and committed that will start within 1 hour, but even 5 hours went, again i contacted airtel, the executive saying that you have to do request again.
Disappointing all these services of airtel, i decided to move from it but i want to do complaint against airtel that not proper service providing to consumer and charging over amount with very poor and bad service.
