I had ported my number [protected] from aircel to airtel. After verification my number was verified and got activated on 20/03/2018 at airtel authorized showroom, sarabha nagar, ludhiana. After confirming the status from the airtel personnel, i recharged the phone with rs. 495/- on 20/03/18 itself. The transaction id is[protected] which confirms the receipt of payment at airtel. Since thereafter, my number has been deactivated with no network. Despite repeated visits to the airtel showroom, the staff has neither given me any satisfactory reply nor has got my number activated. At times they say that my number has not been ported and on the second moment they say that the number has been successfully ported but has been deactivated by the authorities. I fail to understand that if the number has been ported they why it is deactivated and if not ported then why the airtel has received rs. 495/- from me vide the above transaction id. Previousely, i filed a complaint in this regard on dated march 21, 2018 on this site as well as with airtel. As a result, in furtherance of resolution of my grievance, i received a call from airtel from ph. No. [protected] on dated march 25, 2018 at about 11:24 am whereby i was assured that the said amount of rs. 495/- (448 + 47) would be recharged to my new/alternative number [protected] (The plan of rs. 448/- and the balance amount of rs. 47/- to be credited to this number) maximum by march 26, 2018. But, so far the same has not been done at the company's end. I sent another reminder mail to airtel on march 26, 2018 in the afternoon but to no effect. I, hereby, request you to look into the matter and kindly do the needful as committed at the earliest so that i may be able to use my phone at the earliest.... What the hell is this gamepind service. It just got activated all by its own. Tried calling customer care to speak to manager but of no use. Airtel this days have become worst service provider.activated DND but still services get activated all by its own. Very done with Airtel. Kindly credit back my rs 60

The bill of March 2018 was paid twice' first time by bank internet and second time through automatic system through bank.I request airtel either refund the extrapaymet made by me or assure to adjust the extra payment made by me against the subsequent bills.

      Hi,

      It has been really sad to observe the worst ever services from airtel. I bought an airtel secure plan in the month of nov'17.
      I never have been careless in my handling of the phone,. However, i was never aware that slipping of phone i heard that my claim has been rejected due to mishandling when i complete my call and i am putting my phone in my pocket and but instead phone slip and drop on floor and screen broken it and i slipped due to y carelessness. What a rubbish statement ever...

      I have been told that claim is rejected.

        I have ported my number [protected] from Vodafone to Airtel. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already. I am loosing my official calls and I am going to consumer forum against it.
        This is such a bad service for prepaid users like us. We wholly depend on our phone. I urge you to start my number immediately.

          I have registered for 1909 to start 0, i. E. To stop sending all your promotional activities such as mentioned in the subject. Despite the same, every day i have been nuisance messages like the above informing that my account will be debited rs.../day for such services.

          I have been repeatedly telling airtel not to send any such nuisance messages to my airtel no.[protected].

          If the above services are not stopped immediately by airtel, i shall be constrained to file a case in the consumer court for causing such mental agony to me.

            I have written this email to nodal officer airtel north zone but haven't received any response.

            Hi,
            My name is gajendra singh ([protected]).

            Why this email to you?
            It’s been 15+ days i am facing network issues in noida sector 15 up (Pin-201301) area.
            I called your team at 8:30 pm on 26 march 2018, monday. My total call duration was 100 minutes approx.
            I had words with these people in series based on their level of capabilities to answer my queries but all got failed to resolve it.
            Anupam chauhan : senior manager zone – north zone
            Sahas nischal : manager– north zone
            Satish kumar : supervisor– north zone
            Kirti kumari : executive – north zone

            My concern :
            I am paying for 4g network and good quality network and from last 15 days i am having 3g network only with 50% call drops everyday.
            In today’s call - anupam chauhan : senior manager zone – north zone told me that you have to enjoy the same speed and network till end of april 2018.
            Why this information was not shared on email or call before?
            Why would i as consumer should pay you for that past and upcoming bad downgraded services?

            My demand:
            Send a mass email to all your user that you will take fix the network issues in next 40 days or end of april 2018.
            Or
            Wave off next 03 months bill from my account due to downgraded services and no prior information or no final information about this issues resolution.

            Mr. Anupam Chauhan : Senior Manager Zone – North Zone Says

            "We are planning to install a new tower in Noida Sector 15 - But Noida Authority is not allowing us to upgrade tower + installing any new tower- So You have to enjoy the same speed of 3G on the payment of 4G pice..."

            No written email is allowed from their side as per his wording...

              I got message on 1:26 am that i have activated masti pack on airtel number and deducted 49 rupees. The pack was not activated by me. When i called airtel customer care they told me that the service was activated by message service but at the time of pack activation the mobile was not in use. I saw this type of many complaints done against airtel and after calling them they show that it's our mistake that the service is activated. I want my full refund.

                Hi,
                Two years back i left from country and got my number changed from post paid to prepaid from two airtel stores.

                One of the rep from these two stores allegedly gave a postpaid connection on my name to[protected].
                One store at tilak nagar-jail road delhi
                Another one at - district centre janakpuri delhi.
                I did updated them that i am leaving country that’s the reason for converting to prepaid.

                Allegedly took advantage of confidential information and gave the sim to unidentified person.
                It’s violation of section 420 ipc by inducement of sim card to unidentified person.

                Came to my notice via airtel app.

                Please have this resolved.

                  I opted for mnp from tata indicom to airtel prepaid connection. Due to incorrect info taken by store lady, im facing isues. I had been to the airtel store in madhapur 7 times till now, how ever i still did not get my prepaid sim activated. They keep giving false information that it will be done in few days. Don't make a fool of the customer. Horrible.

                    Please fix the problem as fast as possible it's an emergency i'm not able to contact anyone network issue is worst in kothanur, bangalore for the pin code 560077 please fix it. I'm not able to hear anything while call from other end. When i'm out of this area everything falls into place. Only in this area i'm finding this issue. Im trying to contact airtel customer care no one is responding.

                      I am using airtel sim and i located in bangalore, karnataka. When i call to any number it is line busy or all channels are busy. I tried lot of times again and again line is not getting. Sometimes important calls also not able to connect. So i planed to change airtel network to any other like vodafone. My friends are saying same problem they are faced and change the network to vodafone now vodafone is working very nice

                      I am using 4G mobile with airtel sim. i am using internet regularly the airtel internet is very slow.i think it is less then 2G speed so i am planing to change airtel network to Vodafone.

                          Today[protected] near about 1 pm ...I recharged with Rs 99 (by phone pe), benifit o[censored]nlimited calls and 1GB data for 28 days...which I found in my offer by dialing *121#...I also got message of successful recharge...and messsage of conformation of plan activation at 1:08 pm...After that I called 3times...my main balance was deducted...I called customer care ...told about everything...They told that today no recharge is done in my mobile number...plz...help me...as soon as possible...plz refund my payment

                              Truly unlimited
                              Unlimited local, std+roaming calls +100 sms/day on rs 399 with 1gb/day for 84 days 0r on rs 149 with 1gb/day, 28 days non-commercial use, call 505

                              I have recharged for 149 i have got an offer like airtel to airtel ulfor 28 days

                              What has gone wrong with the service of airtel what a bad service you are providing to your customers as per ur mentioning we got sms and done that still why its going wrong.

                                I have moved out of country trusting airtel will be available. I kept my number active so that it will be useful later on. Now i have a issue my number was deactivated as it was not in use. They charged me for reminder call as well.
                                Now, i have to send money home and i'm not able to receive otp. My father cannot access my account. Its pathetic service that only demands money. I revisited my past bill just to realize that airtel charges rampantly. I have always paid 500 extra every time previously. I have generously paid my bills without any complain still they haven't activated my account.

                                  My airtel no.[protected] having internet speed problem to my area.
                                  The speed of internet access to my area is slowest one... I am paying for 4g speed & getting 2g speed or slowest one. All youtube video, hotstar, pages opening slower, etc are main problems also downloading speed is very slow.
                                  Also several times complained but problems same to same to my area.
                                  Plz having a request that plz solve the problem of speed of connectivity of internet to my area. Asairtel gives speed only for 1a. M to 4. Ammorning other times very slow.

                                    I am suffering from last one month due to your worst ridiculous network it's may work slow then 2 g unanimous call drops how can i solved my problem there call centre member said that yes it is not so big problem few days problem its happen with all user call drops irrited is please put some pressure on company and solve our problem.                                     Hi sorry to tell i have very bad internet speed in my home. i am and my wife using iPhone mobile, its not working even 1 Mb speed.. if come to office i am getting 15 to 20 mb in same mobile.
                                    An amount of 830/- INR was paid through credit card on 12th Feb 2018, it is not reflecting in my bill. I have raised more than 5 requests through customer care email complaints with details of credit card transaction and credit card statement.

                                      Bogus message received from AX 650003, after recharging its showing only 50mb data per day. In message it is clearly shown that 1gb data per day for Rs149/ + unlimited local calls, std etc. The message screen shot is attached. Airtel dont cheat like this. And immediately change this data plan on my no. As per your message.

                                        I was paid my postpaid bill yesterday of Rs. 900 as per offer i.e. pay by airtel bank then airtel have to cash back of Rs. 15 or else. Many of time I am getting the same problem, its not concern of INR 15 or else its concern of the offer by airtel app.you people have to take care of it and does not face this kind of issue by the users if you not able to solve the problem you have stop the using of airtel app, please do the necessary action on that.
