I had an aircel sim which i ported to airtel on 6-3-18, i completed the process by submitting the details and other verification documents and received the airtel sim and was expecting that the sim would start to work after 7 to 8 days but it has been more than 12 days and there is no signal in the sim yet. There is no network in the sim now.

    I converted my aircel sim with the same number to airtel on 19/03/2018. But, still the airtel sim is not activated... How many days it will be activate? After buying airtel sim they told me it will be activate with in 3 days...4 days was over stil the sim is not activated... Please sir activate my sim as early as possible... It is very important for me.

      I have activated international roaming on my number [protected] on 18th of march 2018. My travel date is 19march18 to 22 march 18.

      Since yesterday i am struggling to get connected to network. My network keeps disconnecting every 10 mins and i have to keep switching to singtel 3g network.

      I have logged a comlaint yesterday and today as well. The complaint number is 248046 and 60389826. So far no progress in my case.

        This bank is a total fraud to indian people. I have added big amount to my airtel wallet but now getting error when transferring amount to my other bank account. Interested thing is that i am able to transfer money with charge option where 10rs/ 1000 is charged by airtel but getting error transaction failed when i am trying to transfer with upi that is free to transfer. It shows clearly that airtel want transfer charges thats why they shows error when transfer using upi. I have complaint in airtel and sent mail but they are making fool on call. Its a preplanned scam.

          My father received a phone call on his mobile no: from some unknown person pretending himself to be a sbi bank employee. He asked my father to share the details of the message received on his mobile (To activate the card) to which my father responded positively. Through this information this person made 2 different transactions totalling to an amount of inr 4, 000/-. Details of the transactions along with the bank statement is as detailed below.

            Sir/mam
            I had link my airtel no. [protected] in the month of november 2017. As per the new rules of govt of india my gas subsidy will be transferred to that account which was last updated by aadhar. As i last had link my airtel no. So the three subsidy amount automatically transferred to my airtel account the amount is approximately 750 rs. Therefore i request you to credit my subsidy amount in my bank account.
            And i also want that my subsidy will not be credited in airtel account in future. I had already filled a complaint about it at your website [protected]@airtelbank.com with complaint no.1704072 but they calling me at [protected] and this no. Is in bihar and i am not able to pick up the phone the person who is there can't even know hindi language so it's my humble request to you that please contact me at this no.[protected], [protected]. And i had already sent you my proof of address at the website. Please resolve my issue as nobody (121, 198, 400customer care executive) helped me
            Please take some immediate actions about it.

              I have not requested for post paid sim. I was using idea sim and got ported to airtel thru an executive. I have requested for prepaid sim but the executive cheated me and given post paid sim.
              The sim got activated yesterday now i want to convert the sim from prepaid to postpaid airtel otherwise i'm ready to throw the sim outside because i do not want postpaid.
              Please send an email to me stating i can convert it so that i will change in airtel store.
              Loosing respect on airtel.

                  I had ported my number [protected] from aircel to airtel. After verification my number was verified and got activated on 20/03/2018 at airtel authorized showroom, sarabha nagar, ludhiana. After confirming the status from the airtel personnel, i recharged the phone with rs. 495/- on 20/03/18 itself. The transaction id is[protected] which confirms the receipt of payment at airtel. Since thereafter, my number has been deactivated with no network. Despite repeated visits to the airtel showroom, the staff has neither given me any satisfactory reply nor has got my number activated. At times they say that my number has not been ported and on the second moment they say that the number has been successfully ported but has been deactivated by the authorities. I fail to understand that if the number has been ported they why it is deactivated and if not ported then why the airtel has received rs. 495/- from me vide the above transaction id. Please help/

                    1. It is submitted that i have been charged in excess as roaming charges without any fault of mine for the above mentioned mobile number.
                    2. I have taken a plan in which i have been told by your represantative that in this plan roaming is free. When i received the bill for feb 18, i was surprised to see my bill amounting to three times.
                    3. I contected cust care of airtel but they told me that only incoming roaming was free. I never new that i was cheated like this.
                    4. Being an army officer, i am generally in roaming. So there was no question of having a plan with only incoming free. Igot another number from airtel i. E [protected] and on this i am having both incoming/outgoing free. Ihad taken this plan for more rental because of additional net data.
                    5. I request you for refund being an very old customer of airtel, otherwise i will per force transfer my all numbers to other service provider.

                      Today i have changed my mobile operator from jio to airtel. When i received airtel they have charged me rs.50 for porting charge. I have asked that proting charge is max rs.19 fixed.
                      But i have to pay rs. 50.

                        There is network issues in my area from Friday(16/03/2018)to till date, Contacted customer care executives and for network issues called several times 12118, but there is no proper response till now, I have taken unlimited plan but unable to make call voice is completely breaking and they send us a url for checking open network, but mobile data is of no use, fed up with the network, some serious action to be taken.

But i call to 198 for know the information then the customer care said that it is free of cost. But the Airtel office's man not returned my money.

                              Kindly check this invoice and mail from your side.
                              As per this mail we made payment of rs-6862 after adjustment of 2171.89 (Wrong sms charge).
                              Now in new invoice payment amount is-6087+2172=8259 rs.
                              Now what will we do?
                              After again and again complaint no one is answering for this matter. Now we have solid proof that the airtel people mail us from their official mail id but now they change their commitment.

                                Important calls are not going and somebody or third party are interrupted the phone calls. The network is not properly worked. I call my husband but not going to that phone number. Some times i call the number but wrong person or third party number interrupted that call. Same problem occured in daily. How to call the important phones. Please provide the proper network convenient.

                                  My airtel no. Is [protected]. Arround one month ago mazaa tv activate on my no. And deducted as well. But didn't say any that time and deactivated this that time by sending sms stop to 155223. But today on 22.03.2018 this service renewed on my no. Again even i didn't request this service. Even i m not using ur outgoing service since 14.03.2018.
                                  If you people do this kind of cheap activities for money. I will not use service any more and i will request to port out my no. To other fair network. Even ur internet service in shastri nagar ghaziabad u. P very poor. I use 70 days ur service and did not complain yet. But this time you people broke my passions. I request u to revert back my rs.35 as early as possible. Otherwise stop my services and port my number pls. I have tried to contact ur customer care but i people are very smart didn't connect the call when there was asked to press 9 no response even pressing 9. Tell me when i stop this service why u people renewed it. If money not reverted i will complaint to the complaint board and also to ur higher authority as well. Don't let it be foolish. I will be.

                                  In sundargarh district a place named as Koira having PIN code ;- 770048, the network is of 2G with its least performance and demanding for up-gradation to 3G network for our smooth running of day to day surfing the network at our utmost pleasant.
                                  My sim card was lost and I got new sim card but outgoing calls are not made so please start it early . I blocked my sim card and I got new sim card from Airtel store, pancgsati circle Bikaner.
                                  In sundargarh district a place named as Koira having PIN code ;- 770048, the network is of 2G with its least performance and demanding for up-gradation to 3G network for our smooth running of day to day surfing the network at our utmost pleasant.

                                    I recently ported from idea to airtel in mumbai area. However since then my calls to mtnl are not going through and it says that idea number cannot be reached. I tried looking for directl complaint numbers of airtel but thats the worst part. It just takes in you in loop of n number of options and no where i could find option to talk to customer service. Not sure how it can operate without this option in today's time.

                                    No action was taken by Airtel which was the worst part. It seems the numbers do not get refreshed in some database due to which for MTNL, the mobile number is serviced by old provider. These are basic issues and they do not have clue of how to handle / resolve these issues

                                      I had on 17.03.2018 recharged rs.448/- in my above mobile for 82 days plan, however there is no/minimal internet connectivity in my area for which complaint was made at 121 but there is no improvement. Thereafter on 20.03.2018 i visited your sonipat office where in was informed that the same is due to non availability of 2-3g services in my area and as i am having handset which is 3g compliant i have no other option but the recharge the almost similar plan from bsnl. As i am not using your services from 20.03.2018 onwards under the above plan i request you to please refund the proportionate money and if the same is not possible credit the similar amount of talk time in my above telephone number.

                                      There is no response except one message dated 24.03.2018 thanking and giving reference no.84272209 by duly promising that their Netwodk team will work on the issue within 3 days by those those 3 days are yet to be completed even after lapse of 12 days.
