I live in delhi near pitampura. I have mumbai airtel postpaid sim ([protected]) provided to me by my employer. Most of the times there is no network in the sim. I have tried to use the sim in other mobiles, but the problem stil persist. Since it is my offical number, so i face a lot of difficultes, because most of the time the number is either not reachable, or switched off. Therefore i request you to plase do the necessary to resolve the above problem.

    Hello,
    I have been harassed by airtel to an extent that i'd like to file a suit against them.
    Here is the series of events / issues of the latest one.
    1) at 11:00am on 20th march 2018 my sim card stopped connecting to airtel network and my phone started to show no service.
    2) i visited the closest store in koramangala, bangalore and without checking anything the executive blamed the sim card and replaced the sim card and said it will take 4-8 hours to get activated. This was at 3:30pm on 20th march again.
    3) i waited and nothing happened, the state of my phone / sim remained at no service
    4) all this while all my personal and business callers who were trying to reach me apparently reached to some unknown gentleman called rakesh. And that’s when i realised all my calls were getting redirected to his mobile. I don’t even want to mention the kind of privacy breach and issues this can cause in today’s world. Where you can access half of your online accounts with a simple otp.
    5) apparently 11:00am on the same date this gentleman rakesh applied for some mobile number change and that triggered this issue and i was the unlucky one whos account gets messed up because of some unknown person applying for his mobile portability change. I don’t know why (He didn't use my number for change) and funny part is neither does airtel know how did that happen. They have no clue and 48 hours have already passed as i write this email.
    6) i have called customer care many times, waited on long holds for upto an hour every time, visited the store personally, spoken to 5-10 executives, 4-5 supervisors and 4-5 managers and in 48 hours no resolution. Everyone says the issue is escalated and will get resolved in 4 hours. False promises.
    7) my phone calls are being received by someone else and airtel does not see any issue in this they have just been giving me deadline after deadline to resolve the issue. Still with no solution
    8) i’d like to file a suit against airtel for the mental harassment i have gone through waiting for many hours to talk to a supervisor/manager, for the business loss i have had because of no access to my phone and the potential risk of loosing a lot of money if the gentleman receiving my calls chooses to misuse.
    9) i hereby hold airtel responsible if any financial loss of any amount that might happen because of this cross connection of my number with someone else. I'll drag you all to highest of the courts in india to compensate me for this.
    10) this is utter non sense. Airtel customer care has no sense of how long will it take to fix the issue, they still don’t even understand the issue and i’m left in this state because the it system of airtel got messed up.

      Dear sir / madam,

      Not a good time to talk to you but here i am facing serious issue about our airtel network at my pre-paid mobile number [protected].

      My problem's are:-

      1. Call drop issue. Last one month
      2. Network issue, people complaining that my cellphone number showing always busy or out of network area.
      3. Internet facility is very poor or third class.
      4. Either internet or calling facility workin at a time.
      I'm not complaining about the same things first time, i have called you many times and mailed you no of times but your un-educated officers replies that it is out door and in door network issue.

      Don't give me the same answer this time.

      Don't loose my faith, and resolve my all the query before the tat.

        This has not reflected on account, i am unable to use internet
        Myairtel app also does not show balance

        Please activate internet and update the amount balance, and refund my rs.10 into my main account.

          I have upgraded airtel normal set up box to hdset up box yesterda after noon & i been promised hd services will resume within 24hrs, but he service not yest started it is almost 30hrs passt & spoke to several people on call center but every time i received different solutions & one agent disconnected call @ customer care. I requested to speak with available team leader but he said he is busy on other call & they kept me almost 5mnts on hold

            Airtel digital t. V. Guys are purposefully shutting of many of the channels like hbo and many hd channels at night after 10.30, but during morning time they are available,. It is happening for almost a month now. Two times i have raised the issue but nobody is responding properly. I have taken one year subscription of all the channels. This is unacceptable from my end as a consumer. Please take proper against responsible people.

              Dear sir i have recharged my airtel no with 149 but i got only 1 gb data and calls it s data not 1 gb per day but same recharge done my friend he got 1 gb per day with unlimited calls and 100 sms per day 28 day but i got only 21 day same company airtel. So please reply me and give me same offer otherwise i will transferred to another company. My mob no is [protected].

                  I am not satisfied with the service given by airtel. infact worst service in these days. Call connectivity issue is really very worst in compare to other service provider. Even when tried to call to customer call not connected. I am totally dissatisfied with the service of airtel. Short out the issue soon. When try to call any number its only giving again and again network busy and cut call. if my issue get solved soon then its okay otherwise i have to change the service provider from airtel to other.

                      Its been more than 15 days that i have opted for my aircel number porting to airtel but still my line is not active. As the retailer said it will take only 7 days to port but still there's no network on my airtel sim. As airtel promises to be the fastest but is responding slow.

                        For last few months this sim not worked. I think this might be deactivated by air tel due to my non continues utilization. But my casual verification today found that sim is working may be used by somebody. I kindly request you to verify the facts and arrange to get back my sim or deactivate it.

                          I had link my airtel no. [protected] in the month of november 2017. As per the new rules of govt of india my gas subsidy will be transferred to that account which was last updated by aadhar. As i last had link my airtel no. So the three subsidy amount automatically transferred to my airtel account the amount is approximately 750 rs. Therefore i request you to credit my subsidy amount in my bank account.
                          And i also want that my subsidy will not be credited in airtel account in future. I had already filled a complaint about it at your website [protected]@airtelbank.com with complaint no.1704072 but they calling me at [protected] and this no. Is in bihar and i am not able to pick up the phone the person who is there can't even know hindi language so it's my humble request to you that please contact me at this no.[protected], [protected]. And i had already sent you my proof of address at the website. Please resolve my issue as nobody (121, 198, 400customer care executive) helped me
                          Please take some immediate actions about it.

                          It's almost 10 days passed away but no action would be taken about it even your executive didnot contact with me please resolve my issue and credit my subsidy amount in my bank account else i would no longer be the costumer of airtel and i will immediately deactivate my both airtel sim ([protected], [protected]) and also advise others to avoid to purchase sim of airtel. Please contact me as soon as possible at [protected].

                            I have an airtel prepaid connection ([protected]) since 10 years, i was done a
                            Recharge by a retailer on 17.03.2018 & offer on my number is rs.93.00 with benefit o[censored]nlimited all local, std, roaming calls, with 1 gb 3g/4g data & 100 local/std sms per day for 28 days.

                            On 25.03.2018 i was received a alert that your rs.93 pack with unlimited calls & data benefit will expire in 2 days. How can it is possible? When retailer check offer on my number then validity of
                            This recharge is 28 days but suddenly validity of this recharge 10 days. Third time
                            From your side i have face same problem. I also have other companies connections but there was no error in any company numbers.

                            Kindly check what is the error & why my validity change again and again and again.

                              I am rahul using airtel service last one years. My complaint number [protected]
                              Problem on[protected] i requested to port out from airtel. I got a call from airtel mnp team they told me 399 they will provide me 84 days offer. But my balance got deduction 450 rs same day. Again on next day 24 march i did the recharge of 559 which provides me 3 gbper day. I got nothing. Again i recharged 399 i am unable to see my recharge. Plzz check out the same.. Call me alternate mobile [protected].

                                When i dial 121 or 198 customer care number computer says push 1 and push 2 but when i want to choice other option like data and call detail pack or any other service push button not working,, i push 10 time 4 button for complaint but switch not work,, there is no any option for talking with custmer care repersentive,, im very upset i tried 100 time 121 number but no any direct option for submit my complaint even 99 time switch not work for choose any option,, other compnys vodafone and idea is better customer service then airtel,, there is one direct option for talk with exsective,,, very very bad service

                                  On 23rd march post 8pm, when i was in aurangabad, i had stopped recieving or could not dial any contact from my airtel number. I was travelling alone and i really needed to contact the cab to go as it was night time. A harrowing experience for me, i got so scared because till 11 30pm my airtel sim was dysfunctional. You do not deserve airtel to be a telecom company. I have screenshots to show how desperately i was trying to contact different numbers from my airtel sim, but all in vain. I dont even know this complaint would be seen by anyone or not.

                                    Airtel wifi hot spot number [protected]

                                    I am working from home and the wifi - network is just not stable, its constantly weak and network & call drops continuously. Not a single website site is opening because of such poor network

                                    Can you please let us know when the network would be fine and stable.

                                    I have been following up since october 2017 and its 6 months – there is no respite.

                                    Team - please don’t check the limits of the consumer.in your mail itself you have admitted that there is poor network and business approvals are awaited. All this written complaints i will take it to the consumer court – if you continue to play with consumers belief.

                                    Its over 2 months, and the network at my place continuously drops to a point of frustration.

                                    I dont see any change in the network whenever i work from home, there are so many call drops, network connectivity stops, the webinar i am attending or the video calls i came come to a complete halt. Mornings are really miserable with so many call drops. I have to go to the gate to receive calls. Its become miserable day. Wifi hotspot turns green very frequently and i have left with no choice to keep cursing your miserable services.
                                    On the contrary jio wifi is so stable that there has been absolutely no issue. I am stuck with your services and completely regret the day i invested in airtel.

                                    Let me know when can i see improvement in the service and are you serious about your line of business. Please be honest enough to tell me to port out to another service provider but dont give me false assurance just to suck the money out of me.

                                      Sir, i got my mobile no.-[protected] ported from idea to airtel. My number was attached to [protected] (Already airtel mobile no.) under family plan, which was done by airtel showroom staff at sector 11 rohini delhi.
                                      Sir, sorry to say that even after lapse of 15 days my number has not been activated. After sending 3-4 mails no action has been taken.

                                      This is the worst experience i met with and i will never recommend for airtel connection to anyone.

                                      Sir, i think with your intervention, my problem will be solved.
