Dear Sirs,

I've been an old customer of airtel and am sr. citizen (dob 9/9/47). Today I observed that a hefty deduction from my balance on 12/03/2018 has been done. I dont use data-pack, hence am surprized to find this large deduction. Kindly reverse my balance and oblige me to continue airtel.

I forgot my mpin number, due to this i am not recharge my own airtel number and not able to reset my mpin number. I called customer care, they told me that they are helpless. I also dial *400 # but they give me only two option one for airtel wallet and other for airtel payment bank. When i choose airtel wallet i didn't get any option to reset my mpin number. Its been more then a year. They haven't solved my complain. When ever i call the customer service and i have visited the airtel gallery many times. They give a new sim card and tell me that the problem will b solved later. After complaining many times, they gaveme a reason that new towers will b coming and your problem will b solved.
