Dear Sirs,

I've been an old customer of airtel and am sr. citizen (dob 9/9/47). Today I observed that a hefty deduction from my balance on 12/03/2018 has been done. I dont use data-pack, hence am surprized to find this large deduction. Kindly reverse my balance and oblige me to continue airtel.

forget my mpin number

I forgot my mpin number, due to this i am not recharge my own airtel number and not able to reset my mpin number. I called customer care, they told me that they are helpless. I also dial *400 # but they give me only two option one for airtel wallet and other for airtel payment bank. When i choose airtel wallet i didn't get any option to reset my mpin number. sim swap issue

I made sim change request on 7th march 2018 for mobile number [protected]. However, till date my sim hasn't got activated and unable to detect airtel network.

My balance was deducted twice from 6th march to 9th march 2018 without any reason. After conversation with customer care, i came to know,

Its been more then a year. They haven't solved my complain. When ever i call the customer service and i have visited the airtel gallery many times. They give a new sim card and tell me that the problem will b solved later. After complaining many times, they gaveme a reason that new towers will b coming and your problem will b solved. auto deduction from balance for whatsmob service
