I am a very old customer of your esteemed organization. I was using my prepaid airtel number from 5 Years ([protected]), but due to some very personal reason and circumstances, which include me shifting to other states for a while, I wasn't able to use my number for some time. When I tried using it again, I discovered it is not just working but has been issued to someone else. It came as a shock to me because following is the places I was using my number at
- Government Documents ( Pancard, passport etc)
- Bank
- School
- College
- Friends
- Profesional links
- Social Media ( Facebook, Instagram etc)
- Websites and software registration ( GoDaddy )
- eCommerce and payment gateways ( Flipkart, Amazon, paytm etc)
and countless other places.
That number is like my identity, I am in a huge trouble, so I humbly request you to resolve my issue and provide me with a solution, as soon as possible.
If this will not get resolved, my privacy and countless other things will get at risk.
I hope you understand and will come up with a solution so that I can have my number back.
