I recently (i.e., on 17/03/18) got a 4G SIM replacement for my mobile number [[protected]] and since then I am unable to send or receive SMS. Also the USSD service *121# gives error every time I tried using that. I tried calling their customer care however it seemed there is nobody to attend my call. Now that I can't receive any messages I am unable to complete any online transactions that require OTP through SMS as this is my primary number.

    I am an old customer of airtel since 2010. As per the advertisement of airtel, airtel is giving high speed internet with full tower in rural and urban area both. Last week, i traveled in a rural area of west bengal (Loleygaon-rishap-lava-kolakham).in those area, we discoverd that airtel is giving as low as possible quality signal. Particularly, the internet is far away from our reach for those days. We were separated from our family, friends and others as we were travelling. Our trip was awesome, but we were disconnected from the remaining world in those days.

    So, please either stop advertising those type of things (Take challenges o. W. Get your money back) in the advertisement or give my money back for the five days.

    I have raised a complaint in Airtel for three times. They are just saying will be resolved. 'm having trouble with internet speed in my location.

      I recharge My mobile no [protected] on 4 March 2018* for 448 Rs through internet banking but due to some technical issues web page didn't go for next step so I refresh the page and do it again all the step this time it was successful. But to my surprise my account balance was deducted twice for the same amount. I check on my bills statement with reference no[protected] it is showing fail transaction i am attaching bill copy of fail transaction below . I contacted to my bank for the same and they are telling me to contact the Marchant to refund. I Register a complaint [protected]@in.airtel.com on 15 march 2018 with ticket no PR[protected] and PR[protected] on 17 march but till now no response i need my 448 RS refunded in earliest stage. its been 15 days i made that recharge but no refund i used other service provider like vodafone and Rcom this type of deduction happened with them also but they refund the money with in 10 days where as Airtel customer service people not even responded to my complaint . In the mail they are telling to respond within 24 hours but its been 4 days but no response from them.

        I have called airtel tv customer support on sunday 18th march 2018 arround 6:30 pm. And asked for a upgrade in normal set top box to hd set top box. I was told the charges will be rs.350 only. I confirmed twice the price. I asked whether they can send the engineer on sunday, they said for that i need to call on saturday for that. Today when i called to raise the request i was told the price will be 599. How can the price increase by 250 rupees in 19hrs only? Or they do this to everybody whom they finds interested in upgradation. Do they think us we are helpless that we have already taken airtel and now changing into a new server costs us more so they can cheat us in any way?

        I lost my mobile. later i got the new post paid sim, but it is not activated for 4 days. in between i swapped the sim 3 times. no hope for me.

        will i get new sim get activated or go for other network

        I have made to pay 2600 rupees and I have submitted documents to convert to prepaid, but still even nearly after a month my sim is not converted to prepaid. airtel is over charging as well harassing by delaying the conversion to prepaid

          Hi, i installed ur airtelbank app to pay my Electercity bill but i couldn't be possible cuz i didn't have an idea how to pay & i tried a lot to pay but it wasn't possible cuz that otp i got from ur side maybe i filled wrong & that mpin i was about to fill it got uncorrect to then after i tried a lot so it was blocked kindly focuson it make it correct so that i can use ur facility.

          Hi, i'd installed your airtelbank to pay my electercity bill but i didn't have an idea how to pay at that time there was rebate u'll pay u get back money i tried to pay cuz it was mine first time the opt as well mpin provided by ur company side both of one was incorrect thenafter i tried a long time & my account was blocked from ur side .             This tuesday my airtel sim got deactivated. It says no service, i tried to call customer care but there is no response. I went to airtel store and asked them to examine the problem, they made me wait for the whole hour and didn't solve my problem. All my bank accounts paytm and every single one is linked to my mobile number. I couldn't receive sms's, otp's etc., day before yesterday i got a new sim of the same number, they told me it would get activated by yesterday. It got activated but the problem is i can't either send or receive sms through this number and data cannot be accessed but i am receiving calls. I live in anandbagh, secunderabad. Various call drops in this area for the past 4 months. Data issues too. I tried to call customer care, the automated system isn't responding properly. I have my data plan till next month i got a message stating that my data plan has been expired. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

              I was not able switch airtel postpaid to prepaid.
              I am chasing airtel store/customer care for past 1 month to switch airtel postpaid to prepaid, none of the person completed the task. I have raised several complaints to process this job. Airtel service is very very poor on this.
              My airtel number is [protected]. And i'm not any any proper response from airtel, they are giving false promises like issue will be resolved shortly but till now the issue is not yet resolved.

              It's very sad to say that the Airtel mobile network is very very poor. Datanecting services also up and down.and network is vanished form my phones. If you are not rectify the problem we will portable to any other good network.
              After talking with customer care people I realized the issue with those who have recharged with 399 unlimited calling pack.
              I am unable to send/receive SMS as well. Internet is working.
              My airtel number is in Delhi/NCR circle but since the new pack includes free roaming, I was using it in kolkata as well.

                Recently my airtel sim stopped working it says no service everytime. I went to airtel store and asked them to examine the problem they made me wait for the whole hour and didn't solve the problem. So i took another sim of the same number, they said it would be activated within 24 hours. It got activated but i am unable to send or receive sms through the number, even data cannot be accessed. I tried to call customer care, the automated system didn't work properly. I can't even file a complaint regarding this issue. I live in masab tank hyderabad. Here the signal is worsssttttttttt. I have to wait for 10 minutes to receive otp sms and whoever calls me they get not reachable after 2 minutes or so i receive a message saying that i have 2 missed calls. I live in city goddamn it not even a remote area. Why the # am i paying 399 a month for? And coming to data issues even google page can't be opened here. Every time i complaint to the airtel store, they keep telling me they have network issues here. How long will these issues continue a year, two, three how many years? Its the worst network i have ever used in my life. I heard a rumour airtel is working on 5g networks. What the hell? Not even 4g is working properly they are into 5g. Wowwww. It's such a greatest regret in my life subscribing to airtel service customer care is worsstttttt. I will port my number to jio once my issue is solved.

                    I am a very old customer of your esteemed organization. I was using my prepaid airtel number from 5 years, but due to some very personal reason and circumstances, which include me shifting to other states for a while, i wasn't able to use my number for some time. When i tried using it again, i discovered it is not just working but has been issued to someone else. It came as a shock to me because following is the places i was using my number at
                    - government documents (Pancard, passport etc)
                    - bank
                    - school
                    - college
                    - friends
                    - profesional links
                    - social media (Facebook, instagram etc)
                    - websites and software registration (Godaddy)
                    - ecommerce and payment gateways (Flipkart, amazon, paytm etc)

                    And countless other places.

                    That number is like my identity, i am in a huge trouble, so i humbly request you to resolve my issue and provide me with a solution, as soon as possible.
                    If this will not get resolved, my privacy and countless other things will get at risk.

                      I was actually switched from airtel postpaid to prepaid in the month of december 2017.

                      And i cleared all my dues then and there itself in the airtel store for my postpaid account. And recharged with rs. 448/- for 70 days pack something. Then after the pack is completed, i was trying to recharge online and it did not allow me to do that and all the money got wasted in prepaid wallets of paytm, freecharge, mobikwik.

                      Then i went to airtel store again and recharged with 199/- and the executive told me that from next time onwards.

                      But again now, i could not able to recharge online. This is frustrating as a user they are not allowing me online recharge from last 4 months. When i try to do it from airtel app it says enter a valid prepaid number.

                        I am not sure if your team is working on my issue my frustration still continues and even after 2 days of my speaking to mr yatin sharma (Someone from corporate office) no one has contacted me back or given me update on the issue i have been facing when ever i call your appellate customer care they tell me to give us some time it is more then 10days i am not aware why i am not able to make and receive calls pls give me feed back on this issues or let me know if you want me to disconnect my airtel bb i am willing to do it along with my 4 cell phone connections.

                        I am very disappointed with the way my complaint is being handled and i thought airtel was known for it's quality service but nowadays really pathetic services are being provided by customer care team. They opened a request number 83965192, 83970055, 84042725, 84045711 of my complaint, then closed it without resolving the problem. I called again and they raised a new request number 84090639 opened on 16.03.2018 was also closed without resolving the problem. My problem was that i am not able to make and racived call on my number [protected]
                        I got a call from your executives mr yatin sharma customer experience executive of bharti airtel limited but looks like he is one of the best and promised to resolve the issues by 24hrs but till today nothing has happened they are not at all interested in solving my problem (Are they hired only to waste time?). They are asking me to submit my aadhaar card copy and one photo to airtel store which was done on 16th i did but it didn't resolve the issue. This number i am using from past eight years
                        When i called customer service on 16th evening, and asked her what happened to the compliant lodge, but, the shocking thing is that she told me that number is under suspaenction which i was not at all aware when i previous called to customer care and asked why i was not informed she told me that my request has been picked up today only. I asked her that from 9 days you didn't even consider my request not able to make and racived call on my number [protected]and she proudly said "yes". (That means i was given false promises by all 8 executives to correct the problem within 1 days of time.) i was with airtel due to it's quality service but now looks like there is no reason of being with airtel why should i be doing running around and making call for past 10dayfor the mistake that has been done from your side. Please check and activate my number

                          I would be discontinuing the broad band services provided by airtel no. [protected] reason being extra unknown charges which are included in bill though usage is not that much..I would like to go with other providers which are offering more on nominal charges.Please send your executives to remove setup from my home.

                            I visited my nearby airtel centre in ghatampur kanpur nagar to convert my airtel no. [protected] to 4g as i requested by airtel through sms but when i get new 4g sim, man in centre ask for 50rs. And i told that airtel informed me that it's free he start misbehaving i warn him to complain in consumer forum but he didn't bother about this.
                            So i request u please do needful and instruct that person to return my money and an apology letter to me.

                              My porting request from mumbai circle to bangalore was completed and when i changed to new sim provided by airtel, got an sms saying setup in progress. Now i am getting number doesn't exist message even after 2 weeks - my number[protected]

                              Aadhaar card verification was done at airtel service center in bangalore and new sim issued.

                              Right now i am outside india and unable to use the phone at all.

                              Can the number be activated please?

                                I faced network connectivity issue and got replacement sim card with my existing mobile number :[protected]. On 17th march, 2018. I was advised to use the sim after 24 hours. But till now haven't got connectivity and it shows as sim card registration fails. The sim card no. Is[protected]u.

                                Please consider this as a priority and solve the issue.

                                    I am now using airtel services since last august (2017), but since my last recharge of 1.5 gb per day the net speed has attained a new low. The data never catches 4g signal, always runs on 3g signal and that too at the speed of 2g.
                                    Being a college student i am in a constant need of high speed internet.
                                    You (Airtel) claim yourself as the fastest internet service provider. But the situation makes it hard to believe you.
                                    So please take necessary actions to improve my network speed,

                                      Aietel have been a pain with my postpaid service no which i have been using for quite a few years no. Have been facing loads of problem in past few weeks. However this one is epic. When ever i receive a call for any caller details available or not it show as unknown for all the incoming calls and the call log also show as unknown with out any details.

                                      Have tried changing the phone as well but still the same problem following up with airtel store as well as customer care but for almost 15 days, they have been good for nothing.. Could we please escalate the issue?

                                        Dear team,

                                        This concern is for my mobile no: [protected], which i used for past 3 years and for my personal reason i make it switched off on 15th feb 2018 and on 18th feb 2018 when i put sim card again into my cell phone it showing invalid sim.

                                        Then i go and visit to airtel store at karol bagh and meet with mr. Sunny kohli on 03rd mar. 2018 and he said that this number is issued to another costumer on 18th feb 2018.

                                        If my aadhar was linked with it how it could provide to another person.
                                        This number is linked with my every personal data and if any think goes wrong of any misuse happen with it so who is the responsible for that i want this no back again if you can't do anything then i will take a legal action.

                                        Airtel is such a fraud company they don't resolve my concern yet. Here someone used my aadhaar card by my number ([protected]).

                                        This number is belong to arun and aadhaar number is ending with "9644" is issued to another costumer with the name "kundan raj".

                                        Now i have to go for file an fir in the name of airtel and kundan raj for the legal action.

                                        This number is belong with my bank account, my pan card, my aadhaar card or much more my personal details check it's details and provide me back this number asap.
