I go in airtel store for upgrade my sim. The executive charge me for rupee 40 and said that the charge provide by company airtel. But i call to 198 for know the information then the customer care said that it is free of cost. But the Airtel office's man not returned my money.
That person name is Bhola.

    Kindly check this invoice and mail from your side.
    As per this mail we made payment of rs-6862 after adjustment of 2171.89 (Wrong sms charge).
    Now in new invoice payment amount is-6087+2172=8259 rs.
    Now what will we do?
    After again and again complaint no one is answering for this matter. Now we have solid proof that the airtel people mail us from their official mail id but now they change their commitment.
    Please resolve our problem urgently.

      Important calls are not going and somebody or third party are interrupted the phone calls. The network is not properly worked. I call my husband but not going to that phone number. Some times i call the number but wrong person or third party number interrupted that call. Same problem occured in daily. How to call the important phones. Please provide the proper network convenient.

        My airtel no. Is [protected]. Arround one month ago mazaa tv activate on my no. And deducted as well. But didn't say any that time and deactivated this that time by sending sms stop to 155223. But today on 22.03.2018 this service renewed on my no. Again even i didn't request this service. Even i m not using ur outgoing service since 14.03.2018.
        If you people do this kind of cheap activities for money. I will not use service any more and i will request to port out my no. To other fair network. Even ur internet service in shastri nagar ghaziabad u. P very poor. I use 70 days ur service and did not complain yet. But this time you people broke my passions. I request u to revert back my rs.35 as early as possible. Otherwise stop my services and port my number pls. I have tried to contact ur customer care but i people are very smart didn't connect the call when there was asked to press 9 no response even pressing 9. Tell me when i stop this service why u people renewed it. If money not reverted i will complaint to the complaint board and also to ur higher authority as well. Don't let it be foolish. I will be.

        In sundargarh district a place named as Koira having PIN code ;- 770048, the network is of 2G with its least performance and demanding for up-gradation to 3G network for our smooth running of day to day surfing the network at our utmost pleasant.
        My sim card was lost and I got new sim card but outgoing calls are not made so please start it early . I blocked my sim card and I got new sim card from Airtel store, pancgsati circle Bikaner.

          I recently ported from idea to airtel in mumbai area. However since then my calls to mtnl are not going through and it says that idea number cannot be reached. I tried looking for directl complaint numbers of airtel but thats the worst part. It just takes in you in loop of n number of options and no where i could find option to talk to customer service. Not sure how it can operate without this option in today's time.

          No action was taken by Airtel which was the worst part. It seems the numbers do not get refreshed in some database due to which for MTNL, the mobile number is serviced by old provider. These are basic issues and they do not have clue of how to handle / resolve these issues

            I had on 17.03.2018 recharged rs.448/- in my above mobile for 82 days plan, however there is no/minimal internet connectivity in my area for which complaint was made at 121 but there is no improvement. Thereafter on 20.03.2018 i visited your sonipat office where in was informed that the same is due to non availability of 2-3g services in my area and as i am having handset which is 3g compliant i have no other option but the recharge the almost similar plan from bsnl. As i am not using your services from 20.03.2018 onwards under the above plan i request you to please refund the proportionate money and if the same is not possible credit the similar amount of talk time in my above telephone number.
            Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            There is no response except one message dated 24.03.2018 thanking and giving reference no.84272209 by duly promising that their Netwodk team will work on the issue within 3 days by those those 3 days are yet to be completed even after lapse of 12 days.

                  My vodafone postpaid number has been deactivated and the new airtel connection has not been activated yet. I’m losing business calls which are highly critical for me to attend in my line of work.

                  This is absurd and illogical. Unless one sim is activated, how can the other be deactivated?

                  Really unprofessional service and i think i have to reach out to higher authorities to bring this to everyone’s notice unless it is immediately resolved.

                    Hello.
                    I wish i could scream and yell to you through email.
                    You guys keep sending us messages to buy airtel 4g hotspot at rs.999. That is okay.
                    But i wish you could put that much effort in making the network good and smooth. I have been using airtel 4g plan of rs.448 i. E. 1.4gb/day but good for nothing. I think you guys know well what 4g speed is like.
                    I have complained you guys about the network several times and you just keep on telling that it would be fine soon but when its gonna happen??
                    Tell me one last time.
                    Will you make the quality of the network good or should i port my sim??
                    I hope you answer quick.

                      I have ported the above mobile numbers to airtel, but they are not active as yet.

                      When i today checked again at your burkit road, t. Nagar kiosk, i was told that both are already active.
                      But, they are not working still.

                      Airtel has caused me a lot of inconvenience by not properly activating the mobiles. Now i am
                      Unable to port out of airtel for another 90 days.in short, airtel has killed my above two numbers.

                      Airtel has no business to keep my numbers without activating them. Or, they should release these
                      Two numbers immediately for me to port out.

                      If this issue is not sorted out immediately, i will, much against my wish, be forced to take up the
                      Matter with the district consumer redressal council in chennai.

                        You also proved that you are number one fraud cheating the customers

                        Why the hell you are issueing the sim card against aathar and finger print
                        Are you helping the frauds of the nation to escape or helping any terroriest

                        The sim has to taged only with one aather and finger print (If the same given to multiple person) which is happened to me where using the service for long years (Like family card) you are helping the frauds and terroriest to miss use of it

                        Kindly assist by way of phone call or by mail to activate my [protected] without further delay

                          Please find the attached Documents requested to unfreeze the account to utilize the payment of Rs. 5000 in our Payment bank A/c.No: [protected].

                          My earlier Case id which is received from Payments bank below mentioned:

                          [CASE:1587432] : Dated 24th Feb 2018
                          [CASE:1590656] : Dated 26th Feb 2018

                          we upload the amount of Rs 5000/- on 18/03/2017 still now unfreeze the account .

                          We have already the share the documents to wecare payments bank team on 24th Feb & 26th Feb 2018 and till as of now unfreeze the account which is unacceptable and not even received any formal call from Customer care representative from Airtel Payment Bank team in repeated calls from us. This will create a negative belief on the service provided by the Airtel Payment bank.

                          We once again requesting you to resolve the issue ASAP to continue with Airtel Service.

                          Note: The amount was added by CitiBank Credit card which is my friend card, statement has been attached below.

                            I complained that a moviemazza service had been activated without my consent and ₹99 has been debited from my account.
                            On sending stop sms on 155223 it was deactivated and again within no time the same service has been reactivated and again money is deducted from mu account.
                            So please credit all the amount which you have debited from my account balance. Do it as soon as possible. This is too bad and i am totally disappointed. So please do the required as soon as possible...

                            My name is Sayed I recently bought an airtel sim card no. [protected] but I am getting regular scam calls. Somebody calls and ask for a lady or sometime a thick accent guy calls and ask for lady. I request you to block this number as I want to discontinue this number.

                              Dear Team,

                              3 months before I got message as my data uses as exceeded and due to that they have disconnected my service to resume service I have to pay at lease 400 RS. I spoke with customer care they told me as there is problem with their server and app which uses data is not reflected on app, aslo they told me if there is any discrepancy they will refund my amt after bill generation. After bill generation I have continuously taking follw up for my refunded amount which is not yet done. almost 4 month is done, and every month they discontinue my service stating that your data uses has exceeded however I have 64 GB data on place and same I already inform them on mail but no luck. Their behavior is not well and service is worst.

                              Please help me to get my amound and permantly fix this issue.

                                  I haven't activated any services but i shortly received a message showing that a service have been activated and ₹50 have been debited from my balance. So please credited the amount you have debited from my balance as soon as possible. Iam totally disappointed with you. This has not happened before. So please check this out and kindly resolve.

                                    I have ported my number from vodafone to airtel, however its not done and my phone displays no service there has been escalations made and there is no proper response and my number is still not active and i am loosing my business because of this. Airtel just says we will get it done in 24 hours, however its not been resolved. When i called them up they sais its been activated however my phone still shows no service.

                                    Please help me to get this resolved.

                                      I am not able to see any of the channels on airtel digital tv since last 8 days.

                                      When i have put a complaint to airtel digital tv, they say i will be charged rs, 150/- for the airtel company's technician's visit.

                                      As per my understanding no company charges anything for the technician's visit if there is any problem with my any of the...

                                      Airtel is very useless and garbage company it's a traitor company known to consume money and provide 1G network in the name of 4G which is against TRAI ethics. its the worlds most useless ### company. i have airtel tower in approximately 100 meter away from my house but still it's sucks and company is totally fraudulent by spreading false claims and commitments all over india to lure us to buy airtel ### garbage piece of waste dustbin. i think airtel must get ban TRAI must cancel its license and companies all Services must be given to the network which is GENUINE by the commitments. i personally Request indian government and TRAI to disqualify airtel from indian market for frauding us by false commitments and claims. its company is totally useless garbage piece of ###. i request my all indian fellows to never buy airtel never switch to airtel in future. they are fraudulent money suckers.
