When i dial 121 or 198 customer care number computer says push 1 and push 2 but when i want to choice other option like data and call detail pack or any other service push button not working,, i push 10 time 4 button for complaint but switch not work,, there is no any option for talking with custmer care repersentive,, im very upset i tried 100 time 121 number but no any direct option for submit my complaint even 99 time switch not work for choose any option,, other compnys vodafone and idea is better customer service then airtel,, there is one direct option for talk with exsective,,, very very bad service

    On 23rd march post 8pm, when i was in aurangabad, i had stopped recieving or could not dial any contact from my airtel number. I was travelling alone and i really needed to contact the cab to go as it was night time. A harrowing experience for me, i got so scared because till 11 30pm my airtel sim was dysfunctional. You do not deserve airtel to be a telecom company. I have screenshots to show how desperately i was trying to contact different numbers from my airtel sim, but all in vain. I dont even know this complaint would be seen by anyone or not.

      Hi team,

      Airtel wifi hot spot number [protected]

      I am working from home and the wifi - network is just not stable, its constantly weak and network & call drops continuously. Not a single website site is opening because of such poor network

      Can you please let us know when the network would be fine and stable.

      I have been following up since october 2017 and its 6 months – there is no respite.

      Team - please don’t check the limits of the consumer.in your mail itself you have admitted that there is poor network and business approvals are awaited. All this written complaints i will take it to the consumer court – if you continue to play with consumers belief.

      Its over 2 months, and the network at my place continuously drops to a point of frustration.

      I dont see any change in the network whenever i work from home, there are so many call drops, network connectivity stops, the webinar i am attending or the video calls i came come to a complete halt. Mornings are really miserable with so many call drops. I have to go to the gate to receive calls. Its become miserable day. Wifi hotspot turns green very frequently and i have left with no choice to keep cursing your miserable services.
      On the contrary jio wifi is so stable that there has been absolutely no issue. I am stuck with your services and completely regret the day i invested in airtel.

      Let me know when can i see improvement in the service and are you serious about your line of business. Please be honest enough to tell me to port out to another service provider but dont give me false assurance just to suck the money out of me.

        Sir, i got my mobile no.-[protected] ported from idea to airtel. My number was attached to [protected] (Already airtel mobile no.) under family plan, which was done by airtel showroom staff at sector 11 rohini delhi.
        Sir, sorry to say that even after lapse of 15 days my number has not been activated. After sending 3-4 mails no action has been taken.

        This is the worst experience i met with and i will never recommend for airtel connection to anyone.

        Sir, i think with your intervention, my problem will be solved.

[protected] is not being used at all as network in our area is extremely poor and naturally my purpose of having internet facility in my desktop through router by the sim is not being served.Hence please generate the bill with the cancellation of the sim and confirm me at my e-mail id

            Dear concern
            This is to informing you that i am postpaid user of mob no [protected] and i have also a child no. [protected]. Some days before i have lost my child no. And i had reissue the no. From lalitpur airtel office and i have submitted all the formalities 8 days before but they did not start my no.
            Yesterday i submitted my id and photo to the airtel store of lalitpur and they said that your no will be start till evening. But till now my no [protected] yet not start. Customer care said that lalitpur airtel store not submitted any documents regarding this mobile no. So i want to register a complaint regarding the poor service and fake commitment to the customer. If my no yet not start i will port my no to other service provider. This is very poor and bad experience with your airtel. Kindly do the needful.

                Hello Team,

                I am registered to Airtel DTH network.
                For the past few months (2-3 months), I am unable to recharge Airtel DTH payment from Airtel website, be it, from my computer or from any of the mobiles.

                Please resolve the issue at the earliest. I reached out to customer service as well last month regarding this. They are not even aware of this and not having a solution for this. Its frustrating to go to a shop to recharge in this digital world.

                I have attached the error as well.

                  Airtel — mai balance looting by the airtel for data even after stop request to 1925.

                  When i have used my data pack fully then without my permission u r deducting the net data pack amount from my account without my knowledge. And that too 4 times u hv done this. I m fed up with ur services. Im an mnp customer o[censored]rs. Bt i hv to rethink of opting back to vodafone. How can u guys cheat ur customers like this. Either u give my money back for all four deductions or i might have to shift to other service providers.

                    Yesterday, my working sim card suddenly started showing no signal. After waiting till today morning (24th mar), i have walked in to an airtel express store (Hsr layout, bangalore). They gave a duplicate sim with my aadhar, and promised it will get activated in 4 hrs. It's been more than 12 hours, i still haven't got signal on my phone. I visited the store, they kept saying it's an issue from server. Due to no fault of my own, i had to suffer for more than a day without sim. What a pathetic, consumer agnostic company is airtel.. I am really disappointed.

                      I have order samsung s9+ from airtel online store and on 24/03/2018. I got a call from airtel vulcan delivery name asif he told me that sir i have lots of work so i cannnot delivery your phone today if you want u can come to our office what’s kind of service is this airtel should deliver the phone at address that provided by customer.
                      Then i went to vulcan office there i sat for 3 hours because there was issue with the system not working properly. It show my kyc is still pending and they said without kyc we cannot delivery the phone i got the verification
                      Message from aadhaar department but still in airtel system it’ shows kyc pending i waisted bloody 3 hours there n i did not get the phone

                      Yes, true. It is happening with most of all airtel customer who ordered products from Online store. Very frustrating.
                      I have faced the same too. They always say that they are busy and we have to go somewhere to connect it. Pathetic service.
                      Did anyone get the mobile phone finally? I have also preordered a device and it shows "KYC pending" on their website.
                      Yeah i have also preorderd and showing kyc pending will i get my mobile plz help

                        I have been facing issues with the dth for the last 6 days and 4 technicians have visited so far but the issue is still not solved.

                        Last 3 days there is not signal, when the technician is here and does some settings, all channels work fine only for a short period of time then no signal

                        The service provided so far is not good and i have been charged for replacing some cable parts like the cable itself or the connector and so on

                            My brother had applied to port from vodofone to airtel on feb 17th. It's has been over 5 weeks and nothing has happened so far. We have been running from one head office to other small airtel offices with no response so far. What's worst we have also written to the appellate authority with some rather unprofessional responses. They keep saying we will get back to you at the earliest and yet nothing so far. The airtel number we are trying to port is [protected]. We are planning to go to the customer and grevences court if this doesn't resolve in the next week.

                              I want to change aim to 4g me and it was maharashtra circle sim i have got changed sim from your mega store and the commitment was the new sim will get activated in 2hrs but after 5 to 6 days also it is not activated yet and when i visited to my area normal store they behave arrogantly and said we don't have any concern with this go to mega store this is very pathetic service by airtel and i feeling like to move to other subscribers so i recommend to other also not go with airtel anymore and i will also port my no. To other you guys are promoting ur services for digital india nd this type of service u provide to ur customer shame on you...

                                I, sagarika mukhopadhyay, is user of airtel having ph no. [protected]. Today received a message from airtel about activation of modelmaniaw and airtel now flash. It was activated without any consent from me. An amount of rs 35/- was deducted by airtel. I felt like being cheated and was not expected from a renowned co. Like airtel. With great difficulty i had to get it cancelled. I tried to contact 121 but all attempts were futile. Pl return rs 35/- as the service was not initiated by me. Please see that unwanted activation of such links need to be stopped forthwith. Thanks.

                                I, sagarika mukhopadhyay, ph no. [protected] lodged a complaint on 24th march, 2018 in respect o[censored]nwanted activation of modelmaniaw and airtel now flash by airtel. The services were never asked for. Requested to return the amount of rs 35/- to my phone balance. Airtel, it seems, that they are not justifying their reputation. Almost 24 hrs passed and no reply is received. This type of services do not provide any interest to me and activation of such services without notice is undesired and unethical. Thanks.

                                  I had made payment my last bill of Rs.124/-, still the Airtel has suddenly barred outgoing services today stating I need to pay amount of Rs.507.83 immediately.

                                  This Amount of Rs.507.83/- includes last month and current month bill (Rs.123.68 +Rs.38415/-)
                                  The due date of the Current bill is 8th of every month. But they have included previous month bill showing overdue and barred my services.
                                  They have done this inspite of the previous bill Rs.124/- paid through My airtel app. and they are insisting that I have to pay the current bill too for getting my incoming services back.

                                  I am feeling frustrated as this is nothing but harrasment at no fault of mine.

                                  Even after making the payment my services is been barred.
                                  This was the automatic message received from Airtel after making the payment on 20th March 2018.
                                  "Bill payment of Rs 124.0 for your airtel mobile [protected] has been processed successfully. Txn ID: 681468. The amount will be credited to your mobile account within 48 hrs. Now pay through myairtel app and get discount coupons every time. To download the app, click airtel.in/myairtel"

                                    I was not using internet in this airtel prepaid no. [protected]. I had a main balance of around rs. 90 in this no. Today morning, i switched from my old mobile to new mobile. But i find preferred network being used by default from airtel network and balance being deducted from my account. Please inform airtel to refund this amount at the earliest.

                                      I am an user of airtel network for last 10 years. My number is [protected]. Originally it was postpaid but i got port in prepaid for last 02 years. Presently i am residing in gali no. 4, chalera, noida up. For last one month i am am facing acute problem with network for voice call as well as in data. I called the airtel executive on 12118 for lodging complaint but he replied that we don't have information about prepaid. Hence he given a number [protected]. I have tried several times this number but call could not matured.
                                      Company is not providing the proper complaint site or contact number. Itr means there is a problem with company's network.
                                      It is therefore requested to ask the company's officials to resolve the issue immediately.
                                      Company may also be directed not to make public fool by giving base less advertisements.

                                        I was used airtel dish tv from last two years unlimited plan for year with paying huge amount to you. Mainly this amount pay to you for all channels and your company simply massage me (Due to price hike by star network thier channels withdrawl from your pack).
                                        Sir, how you withdraw these channel from our pack, we already paid you for one year and how you people decided that these channels are withdrawn at this important period of ipl.
                                        Due to this we are very disappointed and want to change dish connection this is very horrable you people advance take money from public and change of pack as per your convinience.

                                        This is worst service i was seen ever.
