All of a sudden yesterday i received amessage from airtel that in your mobile [protected], modelmaniawservices are activated and rs 30 /- was deducted from my mobile balance.
I do not understand how the company can activate such services in my mobile without my request.
The company does deduction without any confirmations to the customers. And customers are suffering.

I request the company to return my deducted money in my mobile balance.

    On 15 mar 18, i received a sms from 650003 indicating that "truly unlimited! Unlimited local, std+ roaming call+ 100 sms/day on rs 93 with 1gb/month, 28 days or on rs 995 with 1gb / month, 360 days non-commercial use, call 505.

    On the same day i recharged with rs 995...

    प्रकिया एयर टेल कार्यालय भाटापारा से करायी गयी थी किन्तु इस एक माह में मेरी सिम चालु नहीं की गयी अत: आपसे सादर अनुरोध किया जा रहा है कि इस सिम को चालू किया जाय | जिसे कंपनी ने यह कह कर date 09/02/2018 को यह कह कर बंद कर दिया कि आपके documents सही नहीं है, चूंकि यह नंबर 12 साल पुराना है तो किस किस आधार पर उतने दिनोंसे सेवाए दे रही थी जबकि मै इसे नियमित रूप से रिचार्ज कर रहा था |

      Gamepind services is automatically activated on my number and inr 60 was deducted from the balance, kindly credit back the amount as soon as possible. The request to activate this particular service was never made from my end, requeat you to resolve this at the earliest and credit back the money deducted without any reason. Also deactivate the gamepind services on my mobile.in future don't activate any of the services automatically.in case i need any of the services i will do it my self. [try to resolve the issue as soon as possible

        Two times I tried to do an online recharge on the website http://airtel.in/. I used debit card and the redirection to the bank. Both times it took INR 509 and both times the recharge failed. I want a refund, immediately. Transaction IDs are[protected] and[protected]. I tried a third time using the one time password sent to my phone, and this recharge worked. But doing a 3d-secure payment does not work, it just takes the money and does no recharge. So please refund those two transactions. Thank you.

          Hello,

          My daily internet usage is 1.4gb which was finished and i needed more internet usage so i reacharged my phone with 49rs one day 1gb 3g/4g pack. Recharge was successful but i cannot use internet and also data didn't add in my account it seems. My transaction id is:[protected]. I contacted customer support, but they said i can use my internet and usage has been credited. But i cannot use internet in my phone. I have an active signal and there is no problem with my mobile.

            Sorry, but hijacking the security of online payment is a very bad idea. You must redirect to the bank website after i enter the debit card number. But i have to press an extra link which then redirects to the bank website. Then i can do my authentication there, and after it redirects back it is always saying that the transaction failed. Please change the interface back to the way it ought to be. Also debit card should be default, not any these funny untrustworthy other payment methods.

                  I ported my aircel sim to airtel on 12/march/2018 and today (17/march/2018) i inserted the sim. After some time i got network and got message from "atdsa" stating as following "your services has been set. Please restart your phone".

                  After restarting phone network is not coming even after selecting newtwork provider menually.
                  My phone number is [protected].

                  Please look into this.

                    I had transferred rs.5000 from airtel payment bank debit card to paytm account on 05 march 2018.in that transaction money is deducted from airtel payment bank account, but not transferred to paytm. Regarding this issue i requested paytm for the above transaction details, they had replied transcation has not done from sender's bank and ask me to getback the details from airtel. I complaint to airtel payment bank related to this issue they are not responding to my complaints.

                      I am also suffering from the same issues as debit freeze since 1 month and so couldn't transfer money. I am stuck with my money in airtel. I have sent the mail to higher officer also but didn't get any response. They are just doing # things with customer. Some higher authority should take actions on this.

                        I too had the same problem. I changed circle of my post paid sim. Night after 12 its got disconnected so i put new sim which got network in morning but not able to do tele verification. When i call to 59059 it is telling to subscribe caller tune services. Unable to receive any message or calls but outgoing is working. Please look into this issue asap. I am unable to get otp of banks transaction. This kind of service from top mobile network airtel is shame.

                          I want to tell you that my airtel net problem is not resovle by your airtel team member. I have many times contact your airtel team member and also go your service centre airtel model town.

                          There is no response yet.

                          Very poor service airtel net problem in previous 6 to 8 month.

                            Sir, i had given complaint regarding airtel postpaid unstable internet 4g connection and frequent disconnection.. On 26 th feb, 2018.. That was closed without my notice. And on 28 th feb again i had given a complaint.. Till date not rectified and not resolved. And i also spoked with an airtel supervisor but he said he cannot rectify and give me the stable connection in near future and asked me to pay the whole amount.. Even though without getting service.. Airtel cheated me with advertisements and hoarding by saying all india uninterrupted services.. By seeing them i trusted and shifted to airtel services by changing my port. But airtel is incapable to provide service in many areas like my place.. Then why they are advertising false statements.. Is really have to pay total amount to airtel without getting service?... Beside that i faced a lot of inconvenience, mental tension due to service problem during bill payments. Please ask the concerned to resolve my complaint and give amount deduction in this month bill payment for not providing proper internet service. And i would like to change my port to other services.. Ask them to provide clearence without queries.

                              Airtel is one of the most horrible service providers in india.

                              I took an international roaming sim before i left india last year. I had to pay extra inorder to get quick sim activation.
                              But, the sim never worked thereafter even for 1 sec (After i left india). Every month last year, i received the bills which were more than basic rental amount. Still, i kept on paying my bills every month with the hope of the sim working when i land in india.
                              Last month when i went to india, the sim did not work. Thanks to airtel.

                              The customer support team was never helpful in resolving my problem, instead asked me to pay additional amount to close the account.

                              Every time i called the help desk, they just kept my call forwarding.

                              Huge dissatisfaction!!!

                                Already 10 days are passed since i applied for porting from aircel to airtel and still no signal.
                                Even if i check status in mnp website, getting result as not found.
                                Even if i call to customer care of airtel their replay is the worst you can expect that is no information is available in the status or go and apply it again.
                                Once they are saying your request got cancelled so ask in airtel store, if there i am asking they just to wait for some more days max of 1 week but it's already 10 days and no signal or information on alternative number.

                                  I am unable to recharge my airtel number online through paytm or by my airtel app. The transaction gets declined in both the cases without any reason.. I tried recharging other airtel numbers and they all worked fine. I would like to request you to kindly look upon this issue and fix it as soon as possible.

                                    I have requested to move from postpaid to prepaid in airtel network. On the same day i got a message saying it will be activated within 24 hours. Now my postpaid sim tower got disconnected and in new prepaid sim still no tower. I don’t have another no to use. I don’t know how airtel is so irresponsible in customer service. When i called airtel customer care from my landline they are telling we cannot do anything with your issue go and ask the showroom where you bought the sim.

                                      My name is naresh kumar gupta and my number is [protected]. I have applied mnp from aircel on 22nd feb 2018 and paid rs. 300 for the same. I have receipt for the same. Then after rigrous follow up again some o[censored]r person came to my officeon 9th march 2018 and took all the proofs again with my finger prints and handed over new sim and told it will get activated in 3 days. But still now nothing has happened. Is this the service u provide to ur new customers. I think u should sort it and help me out in this case.
