Are you giving 4g or 1g it's take 30minutes to complaining by browsing... What the * your taking money from your customer... Why you all giving fake promises to us... I am always roaming around house for network and data... Getting so irritated by your horrible network... Please don't do another fraudulent by advertising 5g in future... Try to give good network now... I am wasting my time no use of complaining i think so...

    I need money 2374 rupees in my account, i am in urgent situation, but the money is not transferring to the bank account, i need solution, am already spoken with customer care, but i did not any solution.       I am amritendu dawn. Today airtel has activated a value added service named as comedy munch without my permission. Suddenly i have received a massage that rs. 35 has been deducted from my account due to activating comedy munch. Being a user of airtel for a long time i have come across this situation and i am so disappointed. The detailed message is enclosed below.

      i am rajeshri two days ago airtel activated comedy munch. without my permission. and comedy munch deducted my mobile balance rs 13.

        This is to inform you that today i. E. 22/03/2018, while travelling in a public transport, i have lost my phone which was run by of airtel sim. The mobile number is [protected] in the name of sutapa chakrabarti & recharged for rs.199.00 on 15/03/2018. I have tried to contact the customer care division by calling at 198 but in vain.

        In this situation, i request you to please block the abovementioned mobile number i. E. [protected] with immediate effect.

          Hello team,

          My complain is for airtel wallet, i was transferring 2000 rs online, somehow it got stuck at vendors end and airtel was showing successful payment at that time but as per given screenshot by vendor he did not received the payment so it means it was a false sms for successful payment, i got reply from airtel money team but till not issue is not solved. They are even not replying on my emails ""grievance. [protected]@airtelbank.com.""reference number 1710205.

            I purchase an iphone 7 on october 7th 2016. During the launch of this offer, i was promised by airtel that i will get an iphone upgrade every year. To abide with this offer, i had to pay 20, 000 inr downpayment and 1334 as interest for 12 months. We are not towards the end of march and my issue isn't resolved.

            I was contacted by nodal officers and they have promised my phone to be upgraded to either iphone 8 or 8+, however, they are asking me to pay the emi for 12 months for the upgrade phone post which that phone would be mine.

            Iphone 8 - 5300
            Iphone 8+ - 6075

            This is totally ridiculous. What will happen to my present phone? I have paid 36, 006 (20, 000+16, 006) for this phone. Who would pay 36, 000 to use a phone for 12 months? I need justice for this.

I was travelling from hosakote to bengaluru while getting in to the bus kolar-thirupathi ksrtc bus at around 8 am, i lost the mobile. I have /lodged complaint online also.                   I have been using the post paid number from the past 12 years and i have lost the my mobile hand set 25 days along with sim and the same has been intimated to the customer to block the number and until i receive the number.

                  When i visit the airtel post paid customer care to take new sim with the same number the same is in barred status no one is giving proper response regarding the issue.

                  Please do the needful as i am long back customer and i want the same please resolve the problem as a long standing customer.

                    My cellphone no [protected]

                    My cellphone was recharged on 18.02.18 for an amount of rs 399/- with unlimited calls offer and validity of 84 days as per prevailing scheme.

                    It is surprising that i receive a message today that amount has been exhausted and that there is no balance in the account. This is within only 32 days as against 84 days validity.

                    Pl restore above offer urgently else the loss of my being unable to contact would amount to loosing heavily as i am trustee of a well known temple and major project is on hand.

                    Distributor not visit last 4 months, . when i call him then he told me that taday he came & discuss with me the detailes of schems etc etc.
                    but till now he is not come in my shop & i also explaine the problem in his TL but no action taken.

                        Airtel prepaid money deducted but not recharged
                        I have recharged my airtel no[protected] for Rs 399 through sbi online banking.Money has been deducted but not recharged.I didnt get any message from airtel.Transaction reference no is UH38566121. My name is Deepa and account no is [protected].

                        Today someone from this number[protected]called and said calling from Airtel customer care, asked my debit card number for refunding the amount and I have given my card number.After that I feel suspicious...

                          Hi,

                          I would like to lodge a complaint against one of your branch located on mosque road, frazer town.

                          I am using prepaid 4g hub bearing number [protected] since last 2 years and today i walked into the above branch at 10:00 am to recharge and the recharge was not successful when i checked at home.

                          When i went to the same office complaining this issue, the staff there mis-behaved and talked rudely. This is not the first time this happened and the guys does not know how to talk to customers.

                          Kindly take this issue seriuosly and make sure such incidents do not repeat with other customers again.

                            Last 3 months, i am facing problems with airtel. First they charged me for my add on no, which was absolutely free in bill plan, when i went for port they convinced me to waive of my current bill. Again i decided to continue with airtel because i am working i don't have so much time to go gallery and do formalities. Same again they charged me for my add on no, again i contacted them, again they waived me unnecessary charges which was free.
                            Now, when all data consumed, every mobile services provides at least 2 g data for what's app, but these people totally stopped my internet. Again after contacting them, they provided me 10 gb without any charge for 6 month, and committed that will start within 1 hour, but even 5 hours went, again i contacted airtel, the executive saying that you have to do request again.

                            Disappointing all these services of airtel, i decided to move from it but i want to do complaint against airtel that not proper service providing to consumer and charging over amount with very poor and bad service.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I am using airtel connection number : [protected] for almost last 10 years.in a recent time i am facing lots of network and call drop issue. The complain of the same was raised in the month of december 2017, but it was not solved till date. But bills are coming as it is. Every time i raised the complain they are saying working on it and without checking with me internally they close the complain. The technical team never visited me to check the issue. When i put the connection in lte / gsm/wcdma i am getting only 4g not call, when i am putting it in wcdma/gsm i can make only calls not net or data. No one from airtel visited me till date.
                                  Now i am travelling they are going to block my call as i have decided not to make the payment till my problem is resolved.
                                  Airtel is cheating the customer like this.
                                  Request you to kindly look into the matter.

                                    I had an aircel sim which i ported to airtel on 6-3-18, i completed the process by submitting the details and other verification documents and received the airtel sim and was expecting that the sim would start to work after 7 to 8 days but it has been more than 12 days and there is no signal in the sim yet. There is no network in the sim now.

                                      I converted my aircel sim with the same number to airtel on 19/03/2018. But, still the airtel sim is not activated... How many days it will be activate? After buying airtel sim they told me it will be activate with in 3 days...4 days was over stil the sim is not activated... Please sir activate my sim as early as possible... It is very important for me.

                                        I have activated international roaming on my number [protected] on 18th of march 2018. My travel date is 19march18 to 22 march 18.

                                        Since yesterday i am struggling to get connected to network. My network keeps disconnecting every 10 mins and i have to keep switching to singtel 3g network.

                                        I have logged a comlaint yesterday and today as well. The complaint number is 248046 and 60389826. So far no progress in my case.
