Hi,
I am pankaj from bangalore, i went to airtel store on 1st march 2018 to port my airtel sim ([protected]). One of the staff told me that it will take 3-4 days on but after 7th working day still its not working showing no service.
I went again airtel store he gave me many excuses not solution, the concern person told me it will take 4 hours but still i am facing same issue.
I felt worst service from airtel, and this is very bad.. I got fed up from airtel service because i
Am using this number since last 4 years, and all of my family, friends and collegue are trying to contact but due to sim issue they are unable to
Reach me.
So kindly go through the detail and resolve the issue as soon as possible and i don't want the excuses again please.

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Hope you guys can understand that the we as a consumer do first connect with the department / service provider were the issue is but only when things are not sorted look out for other sources were this can be resolved but you guys are of no help if all you shall do is forward the complain.
We are still stuck with the issue were it all started from and we certainly want this matter to be resolved ASAP
