I am facing issue my mobile number [protected] during recharge. This number was bought has prepaid from thane-bhiwandi-kasheli (Maharashtra circle). I have started facing this issue since a month now. Earlier i was able to recharge my number.

1. Unable to recharge from airtel wallet. Message that i get is ‘invalid mobile number, please enter valid mobile number’. It is working fine with other airtel number.

2. Unable to recharge for internet, paytm and other modes. It give message unsuccessful transaction. This is happening only with my mobile number ([protected]), it is working fine with other airtel number.

3. I tried with other person asking him to recharge my number but it fails.

Finally i unable to recharge my mobile number [protected].

I have contacted customer care, branch and even emailed but still my problem is not resolved. Kindly resolve at the earliest.

    I am facing network issue with my airtel postpaid connection from last two weeks. I had raised complain with airtel cust care on same.
    But sadly network issue is still not resolved. Airtel cust care also refused to deliver replacement sim. I don't understand what kind of attitude is this? What is the use of any mobile network if it's network is almost always says "no network", what am i paying for? What's the use of airtel number if i am not even able to make call to 121???

    Is airtel going aircel way? I think airtel silently wants it's customer to start moving to other service provider because with this service (No service) to customer i don't think any customer can stay with airtel.

      I purchased this sim apx last 10 days n activated 559 plan unlimited 4g, since the day the pack is activated never got feeling that of 4g.net runs the speed of 4.1k/s n so on whenever i contact customer care regarding the same they say everything is ok from our side u mifht be in outer area even though i m in main market n home network. Sometimes i get a reply system is down from 4 hours plz contact after 4 hours. Such a drastic experience of buying a 4g sim from airtel. I lodged a complaint on 12th march with complaint id ot[protected] and it is also lying pending since as on date. I request u to check out such wrong advertisement played by airtel l8ke sabse strong network, hum pahuche waha jaha koi na ho. Very much dissatisfied.

        I have been trying to get airtel broadband connection from past 2 years, but my request always get rejected by saying there is no feasibility of service.
        I already have installed connect broadband connection but its speed is pathetic. I live in chandigarh and my house is hardly 500 meters away from showrooms where airtel broadband is available; and i think this is not a long distance for airtel to place a new source of connection. And lots of people want your broadband service here so please do the needful airtel.

          Here my simple question to airtel: 1) do airtel provides no incoming calls for mnp customers?
          2) i'm a bussines men i will attend so many calls every day. Who will bear the loss?
          3) no reply no calls for any complaints. Simply close the complaints. Do you really have any concern for cuatomers?

          I was coerced into buying a hotspot when i insisted on a dongle - i accepted it, but after that the employee named rani at the shivaji park airtel gallery in mumbai gave me this hotspot with out the data card and the sim card without installing it. No receipt was given to me, it was only when i viewed the you tube videos, i realized that installation of the hotspot requires a data card and
          A sim. I feel as an educated person - a teacher in fact i feel solely cheated by your employee as no other employee came to correct her.
          I am not sure how many customers have been cheated in this manner, i am most certainly very upset - at the honesty policy of your employees,

            Hi, i'm facing the issue regarding porting. I'm ported my number from bsnl to airtel. To my shock i'm only able to do outgoing calls, people who are trying to call me are receiving the info that the number does not exist, but i'm able to call from this ported number, it's been 10 hours since the issue had been started, please does the needful, i shall be waiting for your assistance to this matter.

              Sir, i accidentally recharged the number [protected], instead of my number [protected], through mobikwik.

              The amount was inr 425, and the transaction id was en[protected]. I tried calling the person, and he was playing dumb, though he did say that the number was an airtel prepaid.

              I called airtel customer service on 121, and the executive was fairly uncooperative. The only solution he could provide was to get in touch with the concerned person, and request him to recharge my number. Also, when i requested that he confirm the recharge to the wrong number, he expressed his inability, and redirected me to airtel prepaid. I was on the line for close to 10 minutes, but no one answered, and i was forced to listen to nonsensical advertising.

              Botth produce the same error: "no keyword match, enter proper message"

              While i acknowledge my mistake, i expected airtel to be more co-operative about this, as the wrong number was also an airtel customer. While this was indeed my mistake, i would like to say the following:
              1.in 2013, and airtel sales executive defrauded me of inr 300, claiming that it was for a security deposit, and didn't issue a reciept. Airtel repeatedly refused to co-operate. The ticket id is ref17842202. Till date, i haven't got the money back. I have used many service providers, and have never encountered anybody as unscrupulous as airtel.
              2. There was great harassment while trying to port my number from kolkata to delhi circle, ref18195147, and an e-mail to the nodal officer, who also couldn't help.

              So, considering that airtel finds it okay to
              1) defraud me of inr 300
              2) harass me while i try to port my number
              3) not co-operate when it easily can
              4) has a nonsensical aadhaar linking policy (This is a big story in itself),
              It is obvious that airtel does not value me as a customer. Hence, i have had enough, and have sent a port out request to 1900. I will port out on monday.

                I have changed my number from aircel to airtel. But then i'm not able to receive any incoming calls. Though outgoing is working fine. Could you please resolve this asap. As i'm facing more issues because of this. I want this to be get resolved asap. I'm really frustrated because of this issue. Please look into this issue and resolve this asap. Hope this gets resolved asap. Awaiting your response.

                    I have recharged my airtel number [protected] for the 509 rs plan two times on 17th march 2018 by mistake due to network issues. The money also has been deducted twice.

                    Kindly check and cancel one recharge since this is a special offer recharge and not a top up. If the recharge cannot be cancelled then please provide an extension of validity for 180 days since the recharge has been made twice. Otherwise please refund the money of one recharge back to the same account.

                        Last 2 months I have again & again complaint for my damage handset htc one a9. Airtel secure damage my handset repair time but he is rejected my claim. No solution for my problem.

                          All of a sudden yesterday i received amessage from airtel that in your mobile [protected], modelmaniawservices are activated and rs 30 /- was deducted from my mobile balance.
                          I do not understand how the company can activate such services in my mobile without my request.
                          The company does deduction without any confirmations to the customers. And customers are suffering.

                          I request the company to return my deducted money in my mobile balance.

                            प्रकिया एयर टेल कार्यालय भाटापारा से करायी गयी थी किन्तु इस एक माह में मेरी सिम चालु नहीं की गयी अत: आपसे सादर अनुरोध किया जा रहा है कि इस सिम को चालू किया जाय | जिसे कंपनी ने यह कह कर date 09/02/2018 को यह कह कर बंद कर दिया कि आपके documents सही नहीं है, चूंकि यह नंबर 12 साल पुराना है तो किस किस आधार पर उतने दिनोंसे सेवाए दे रही थी जबकि मै इसे नियमित रूप से रिचार्ज कर रहा था |

                              Gamepind services is automatically activated on my number and inr 60 was deducted from the balance, kindly credit back the amount as soon as possible. The request to activate this particular service was never made from my end, requeat you to resolve this at the earliest and credit back the money deducted without any reason. Also deactivate the gamepind services on my mobile.in future don't activate any of the services automatically.in case i need any of the services i will do it my self. [try to resolve the issue as soon as possible

                                Two times I tried to do an online recharge on the website http://airtel.in/. I used debit card and the redirection to the bank. Both times it took INR 509 and both times the recharge failed. I want a refund, immediately. Transaction IDs are[protected] and[protected]. I tried a third time using the one time password sent to my phone, and this recharge worked. But doing a 3d-secure payment does not work, it just takes the money and does no recharge. So please refund those two transactions. Thank you.

                                  Hello,

                                  My daily internet usage is 1.4gb which was finished and i needed more internet usage so i reacharged my phone with 49rs one day 1gb 3g/4g pack. Recharge was successful but i cannot use internet and also data didn't add in my account it seems. My transaction id is:[protected]. I contacted customer support, but they said i can use my internet and usage has been credited. But i cannot use internet in my phone. I have an active signal and there is no problem with my mobile.

                                    Sorry, but hijacking the security of online payment is a very bad idea. You must redirect to the bank website after i enter the debit card number. But i have to press an extra link which then redirects to the bank website. Then i can do my authentication there, and after it redirects back it is always saying that the transaction failed. Please change the interface back to the way it ought to be. Also debit card should be default, not any these funny untrustworthy other payment methods.
