Plan changed in jan 18 on your own. Complaint lodge on 3.3.18 vide no.93864798. Request for email reply not met with. Promised to revert back to the original plan & adjust excess payment not done. Whereas, again sent sms asking me to pay rs.706.48 instead of rs.245 by 31.3.18
When contacted again on 14.3.18 and asked about the fate of my complaint i have been informed that the complaint was closed, upcourse, without my consent. I talked to mr. Chandramouli and later the call was transferred to ms lavanya without any fruitful results. The game is blaming each other. She said she will inform the backend team.
I need detailed email reply. Please solve the problem and facilitate with email reply. Henceforth i will not make any payment until the problem is solved.

    I am your valued customer since long. I am residing in uae. Whenever i am reaching india.. I will recharge and use the number. I have no other connection. I have given my number to all my contacts.. Bank transactions etc.. If i am away more than 3 weeks, i used to make a call from uae, so as to activate my accounts.
    I left kerala on dec 7th last year.. I forgot to activate before march 7th... Remembered on march 10th only. Then, they say... Your call cannot be connected... May i know the reason? Can i get back the connection? Please get it corrected.. I am reaching kerala next month. How can i use the number again?
    Other network providers are providing solutions to get uninterrupted connection.. What i have to do, so that next time my connection will not be interrupted.
    My cable connection also, is airtel.
    I dont want to lose my number, or want get another connection. Please help me.
    I am ready to pay for 1 year interrupted service

      I had recharged last on 15/2/2018 accordingly a msg received as next due as 16/3/2018. Unfortunately on 12/03/2018 i have received another msg and mentioned therein my due date as 13/03/2018. On enquiry i come to know that i have subscribed a new chenel 192 wich is totally baseless. Same chenel is not activated also. So please look into the matter and rectify.

At that time my main balance was rs. 140/- balance in main balance. After 84 days my main balance rs. 140/- is also deducted in my account. Please credited this main balance account.

          In the morning i recharged my phone.
          Recharge was successful of rs 448. The transaction id :[protected].
          When i checked my airtel app nothing is reflecting.
          I rung up customer care number. The lady who answered the call was not helpful and i think she is not qualified for the job.
          My call was transferred to supervisor name : rahul.

          He was also pathetic. He was also not sure. First he told me to wait for 1 hour you will get the confirmation text of the recharge successful.
          Second :the payment is in process. Third : the money will be refunded back in the a/c within 7- 10 days. It is not acceptable. Then i got a call back from airtel. They lady told me rahul provided me wrong info. If the supervisor is providing wrong information. You are dealing with customer by misleading them and providing them wring information.

          I want my mobile number :[protected] to be recharged with the amount of rs 448.

            I have ported my aircel number to airtel on 7 march 2018 but still it sim card is not working and showing invalid sim. Even to day on 14.03.2018 sim is not working. When i have gone on network settings then it is showing not registered. I am using this number as my official number and now i am in very trouble please solve my problem. I is very urgent.

              Suddenly received an sms at 4 am in the morning confirming videopindw service activation on my airtel postpaid mobile number [protected] @30/- for 7 days with a threat of auto renewal. It asked to send an sms to some number for deactivation, which i did. But why was it auto activated without my consent in the first place and why wouldn't they refund the amount charged? This kind of auto activation of services and charging for that was the only reason i shifted from bsnl to airtel. Is it time to move again?

                Hello sir, my name is niraj chavan i was about to call me a complaint about the airtel service. About airtel store employee, i was going through the airtel store for a few days, my father's airtel number was linked to aadhaar but the airtel store's employee advised me to get a transfer in my prepaid connection into postpaid and then deactivate my father's airtel sim and said that your sim will be started in a while but my father's sim deactivate after that, then at least the airtel store i talked to them but still the employee of the airtel store did not activate my father's sim. I request you to activate my father sim and to any of the customers of aurangabad of maharashtra, of employee do not give bad service

                  Dear Airtel,

                  I have been made to understand by CRO - Sri Venkatesh that my claim for an accidental damage to my phone(because the phone dropped accidentally) is invalid due to the following reasons -

                  The definition of an accident is "someone pushing me"; "getting hit by a car" etc.

                  My phone fell from my hand accidentally (I am sure no one drops the phone intentionally because we can't live without our phones nowadays and a broken screen is quite inconvenient; if I was Fantastic 4 I would have stretched my hand long enough to control it)

                  Airtel is not responsible because they show in the add that someone gets pushed by someone and breaks the screen (one of the adds, airtel has around 2 or 3)

                  According to the T&C page you have proclaimed the following - https://www.airtel.in/airtel-secure-terms

                  2.4 Accidental Damage means Physical or Liquid damage to the Insured Product due to drop or collision of the Insured Product or any object falling on the Insured Product, caused due to accidental external means. It is that damage which occurs due to external causes that are not under the users direct control

                  Please explain or refund or change your terms and conditions and DO NOT MISLEAD PEOPLE WITH CHEESY ADVERTISEMENTS

                    Hi all,

                    I have been using airtel broadband connection for the last two months and it has been decent. I had to shift my residence recently which is around 2 km from the current location. I checked with airtel team and they confirmed the airtel broadband feasibility and the new location.

                    I raised the shifting request ticket with airtel and provided the details and address of the new residence. They confirmed the shifting will be done in 3 business days. I shifted on march 4th, 2018 and they could fix the broadband connection at my new residence by 7th of march. After that this has been a journey, they said the connection will be reactivated in half an hour time and ever since it has been a long wait. I have been following up with them since then, today it is march 13th and the connection is still not reactivated.

                    They informed me that there were no cases of shifting of broadband earlier and they are facing problem in fixing it in the backend. I spoke to the backend team manager and his next level, but no resolution it. As per airtel manager, my expectation is too high that the connection should be activated soon. Airtel is not ready to find a temporary solution till they could fix the backend problem permanently.

                    I have taken the six month pre-paid plan and i cannot cancel the plan since airtel is not ready to refund the money.

                    I am not sure what else i would be able to do to fix the problem.

                      I switched from aircel postpatd to airtel postpaid.I received message for televerification by dialing 59059 from Airtel. I inserted sim and tried severa times in basic as well as android mobiles swithching trays and but the network is not activated and it is showing "emergency call only". i have removed the sim and checked many times, also tired manual network search, but it is showing all other network apart from airtel. but it been 3 days i have been messaged for activation, still there is no tower at all. Everytime when i concact to the airtel person they are saying it will get rectified and but no result. I am really frustrated and disapppointed choosing airtel. I feel Airtel is not dependable and i should have better selected other networks. Really pathetic.

                        As per your cashback offer on airtel payment wallet 01st-31mar18, i had made transaction for 175.00from my wallet acct [protected] for recharge of airtel prepaid no on 05mar18 and 236.00 for postpaid bill on 09mar18.
                        In spite of my repeated reminders the due cashback not yet credited to my account. The same was brought to the notice of airtel grievances officer and principal nodal officer but no resolution given as of date.
                        This is most unfortunate as per customer service id concerned. Hope
                        I would get a urgent redressal.

                          I have not activated any service even though my currency have been deducted. It's been 3 days since the currency have been started to deduct. And the airtel customer care is also not responding properly. Please let me get a solution for this as soon as possible. I need refund as it's a huge amount. I have been using airtel since a very long time this never happened before. Please make sure sure the problem gets solved soon and please refund it.

                            I wanted to upgrade my sim to 4g, so had ordered a 4g sim online and recieved it on 08/03/2018 (Thursday).

                            After receiving the sim, i sent the new sim number to 121. I got a message that sim will be activated shortly.

                            Since then, both the sims (Old and new) are not working. Its been 6 days and i am not able to make a call. I am really irritated. This not the way to serve your customer.

                            Please help me on this.

                            My Airtel Bank accounts mpin has been blocked since 3 weeks . Tried to reset with Name on Aadhar Card but its saying Invalid .

                            It asked me to Visit Airtel Banking point . When I visit 3 points they are saying they don’t know how to ublock my Account.

                            Please help me.

                              This is just to inform you that i am getting call from international number. This sim card is on my brother's name. So i got a call before some days so i received, but when i got to know that it's wrong number i disconnected that. And after that +441 +361 no, again i got from these 2 numbers. I avoided 2-3 times. Yesterday n ight i got messege in my watsapp also with number [protected]. So i tried to talk in coustomer care and inform them but i couldn't. Hoping for your response

                              Airtel broadband service is not provided in the aadrsh nagar region why i dont know as i have 5 airtel connections of cellphone but no broadband why ?

                                I just recharged 219rs through airtel.in website which is said to offer 1.4gb/d for 28 days. And i got an sms showing i got the offer. Then i check my net balance and it shows nothing at all. I contacted customer care executive he forward call to a senior lady all i get in response was send my complaints to an email id. And she said email id while i was talking. Please respond to this issue asap and my phone number is [protected].

                                  I used to have a number "[protected]" on my name a year back. I have ported that number out of airtel to vodafone and later i disconnected that number 6 months back.
                                  Now am getting calls from that number to all my contacts. There's a female voice on the other end and she's calling all my relatives and disturbing them. I need to get some immediate actions taken for that phone number as the owner is using my personal details to contact people.

                                  I'm not satisfied with outlet service...
                                  Today I went to airtel outlet for duplicate SIM card charge is Rs.25 but they are taking Rs200 per SIM card why they are charge extra Rs75
                                  I ask them give me Rs200 bill which I'll paiy they won't give

                                  Sim not working till last 10 hours ago n i m take a action against airtel Frustrated with no response to your complaints. Companies/Businesses not paying attention to your complaints.

                                    This is fayyaz nakhawa using an airtel number - [protected].
                                    As i wanted to travel to tehran in mth o dec, was looking for an international roaming pack. Airtel had activated a 2999/- pack but this did not have the desired country. I was assured by the backend team in case of no service area i will not be able to use it there but were ever connectivity is available there should not be a problem. Now after 3 mths i get a bill of 30k and i am being told that there is no service available at all what kind of service is this. Airtel has duped me, completely misguided, false promises made and now due to their blunder why do i suffer this is certainly not at all acceptable. I have been chasing around to get a resolution but no luck at all.

                                    All the time different story and false promises, this is leading no where. I am facing business loss, harassed n tortured constantly for payments. Unable to get a resolution, all airtel is interested is that i should pay for their mistake.

                                    I strongly oppose this and want an immediate resolution and complete wavier for wrong charges placed.

                                    Airtel customer support is notified about the complain but what happens afer that? Is this forum checking for what happens afetr they have intimated the complain to the write department. If that is all this forum is to do then there is no point in giving services.

                                    Hope you guys can understand that the we as a consumer do first connect with the department / service provider were the issue is but only when things are not sorted look out for other sources were this can be resolved but you guys are of no help if all you shall do is forward the complain.

                                    We are still stuck with the issue were it all started from and we certainly want this matter to be resolved ASAP

                                      I was called over phone by few people, from airtel broad band line connection for installation.
                                      I accepted to upgrade from ll [protected]. There were couple of people who called continuously and check my address around 30 times and no one has come installation.
                                      There was a threat from airtel people. As on request i didn't give any complaint and they have removed the connection. Its almost four months now they are sending rs.1500 amount due.

                                      Can i know the amount claiming is right, i would launch official complaint on this as they abruptly remove connection in middle of month and claiming the amount.
                                      I would like to know whether i have to pay all amount and keep quiet or shall i fight

                                        I have already raised several complaint about network issues in my area. But, i don't see any improvement in quality of network signal yet.

                                        There are lots of call drops. I am not able to use data. And there is voice break as well.
                                        But, there is no compensation provided for such pathetic services.

                                        I am now forced to switch on to some other network. And, yes i won't be paying any due amount for this month as i am not able to avail your services.

                                        I raised a network related complaint around 3 months back. There was a complaint registered as well. But, I don't see any improvement at all. This is to inform you that I will not be in a state to pay any single dime for this pathetic service.

                                        Moreover, your call drops have drastically increased. If this is how you are improving your network then it's better to switch to some other cheap network at least I won't have to pay around 500 every month.
                                        As per your service engineer feedback 4g not coming my room.
                                        So I request to you please your valuable service stop on my no [protected].
                                        In my first Airtel bill[protected] it is showing international SMS 22 times to same number[protected] with charges Rs. 5 per SMS. I dont know what is this but it is shocking and ridiculous. Please resolve this issue
