I have been facing the issues with my internet from past 20 days. Despite 3 complaints i have not received any response from them. When i call them, they put me on hold for 20 mins at a stretch and nobody responded. Truly disappointed. Please don't go for airtel broadband. Its like buying a ticket for a airline and traveling in a rickety bus. And the logic they give is we got you to destination.

Really amazing how incompetent these guys can be.

    I have loged complaint to Airtel on 19.10.2017 regarding my network issue.. but till date there is no any improvement in the network and within the same time period company charged Rs. 10064 as monthly charges from sept 17 to feb 18..
    I aslo sent mail to airtel to retrun the same amount but no resposnse for the above subject also.

      Hi,
      I purchased airtel 4g lte hotspot device with 399 postpaid plane with advance rs 2400 for 6 month and they was saying no bill will be generate to next 6 month.
      But the end of the moth airtel send me a bill with rs. 2832 and saying its compulsory to pay.
      I am very disappointing about this. They harassing me from last month.
      I am going airtel office on every alternate day from last month

        I have ported my number [protected] from idea to airtel and yesterday i got message from airtel saying, my airtel sim will be activated on 8th march, 22:17:00. So when my idea sim went off, i inserted airtel sim. But i am not receiving network. Till now i am facing the same issue. Please check and fix this issue at earliest. It is stopping my works.

          I am living in treasure fantasy township near cat - rau road, rangwasa, indore.in the township around 300 families here. Most of the user of airtel network. Around all the users have problems of network even in my house sector-c.

          Please depute some one to solve the problem otherwise unable to alternate to go to another network.

          I hope after solve the problem will increase users to use your network.

              Hi,
              For the mobile number - [protected] i have made a porting request which has not been completed and there is delayed or least support provided to help solve the issue

              Date of request - 23-2-18 [porting request received]

              Date of approval - 1/3/18 [porting request validated and asked to change old sim[sim_old[protected]u ] and put new sim[sim_new[protected]u ]

              Till 2 days i waited and asked customer care for for help

              2 unsatisfactory responses came from airtel that served no purpose ref59646939

              As per the latest mail asked to change to a new sim "new_sim2 [[protected]u]" which i have done. But still service is not up.

              The vendor m watch [[protected]] is trying best to solve this issue, but no support from airtel executives and further suggested to wait 3 more days [8/3/18].

              When i called customer care - he said no info available for this number - [protected].

              The turn around time is now 14 days.

              And still it is not active.

              [protected] is my official number and i am not able to use it for more than one week.

              My alternate contact : [protected] kindly help me in this issue.

                I have ported my number [protected] to airtel. But after my jio sim tower gone, i tried inserting airtel, but it is not showing any tower, when i try to rheach customer care 121 or 198, nothing is routing to actual customer care, i have been hearing only automated voices. After tried 40 mins i left my hope. I don’t why airtel is treating the customer at worst. I feel bad for porting to airtel now. Please somebody help.

                  With due respect i want to tell you that in your branch office argora, ranchi their employ misbehaived with me and my brother because of that my brother tell him to give no prerechrged sim he tell us no and talked crewly with us when my brother ask her shop id no. For complain if your employy do like this then we are sorry and we will assist to stop your facillites as their are 6 sim in my own house

                    I have a saving account with airtel as no.“[protected]”. I did a transaction of rs. 750/- as a recharge of jio no. From the same account on[protected].
                    As per the transaction my airtel account was debited for rs. 750/- but the same has not been credited to the jio no.
                    by confirming from the jio team the same transaction has been failed.
                    i have attached the screen shot as the proof of failed transaction received from jio.
                    i request you to please credit my account with amount of rs. 750/- because of failed transaction as soon as possible.

                      I have been using my mobile number [protected] for past 11 years...In august 2017, I had changed my handset so got new sim & wasn't using it...In December 2017 i inserted the sim again in other handset, it showed inactive...visited airtel store, submitted my Adhar number, & wAs given new sim, with assurance that it will b active within 2 days with same number...

                      But even after 2 weeks it didn't activated & recently came to know...

                      Airtel is cheating by activating the international roaming services late and by not providing the complete activation. There's other problems as well which is as follows:
                      I'm sick and tired of detailing the issue and explaining it numerous times to each one that called me from the Airtel. Here is my last explanation.

                      1. Calling - Was disabled on the whole of feb16th which was the day of activating the international roaming service. I was on the streets of a foreign country as I didnt have internet nor calling facility and my sister was on the phone with customer service the whole of that day and finally calling was made active at the end of the day that day.
                      2. Data - Data wasnt made active and again I had to raise numerous tickets including this to get it active. It was made active only after 20th of Feb.
                      3. SMS - SMS was working for over 8 days until I had to call out in this ticket.
                      4. Call Drops - There are calls drops even till this date, your customer care including yourself have called me and there is a call drop after every minute. This continues inspite of the manual setting changes that you asked me to make.
                      5. Outgoing calls - Each time I make outgoing calls, it says the number is incorrect from march 8th and I'm unable to make calls anymore.
                      9. Incoming calls - People have to make multiple attempts to reach me as the phone won't connect.

                      After all if this, they want me to pay 6000 rs as roaming charges for this pathetic service. And I have raised multiple tickets, emails and customer service calls but they won't resolve my issue but just want me to pay. Can you please help me from this exploitation?

                        On march 7th airtel had activated some entertainment plan without my knowledge. I was not aware of it until march 8th when i received their entertainment message. I immediately checked my balance and saw that ₹15 was deducted.
                        I spoke to the customer service person and he was saying that they cannot do anything since its been more than 24hours since the service has been activated..
                        This is a clear cheating done by airtel.. I did not get any message stating that a plan has been activated, else i would have immediately called them to deactivate it..

                          I have bought a new airtel sim some days back and i didnt recieve any activated text or messages yet. I have tried calling the no 59059 but it doesn't says anything about my sim being activated. However my incoming call is working fine but i cannot recharge my phone at all.. I have been trying to recharge for days now but in vain. Mobile no is [protected]. I would really appreciate i[censored] could kindly help me out.

                            I have valid airtel secure subscription but option to claim the same is removed from my airtel account when talked to 121 and 198 they said that airtel stopped this service for prepaid customers. If company stops any service it can stop for new enrollment not for the subscriber who have valid subscription and paid already for the same. They removed claim option from my airtel account.

                              I have subscribed for 1 year airtel digital tv hd package in feb2018 paying rs.5999
                              Now airtel suddenly stopped showing star hd channels. They are not entertaining customer calls. I want to terminate airtel dth connection and want my refund back.
                              I dont care if star has increased their price but the package i opted for contains star hd channels. They cant remove it from my package like this. I want to make them understand and set an example so that they dont treat their customers like that.

                              Airtel is cheating customers and even 2 weeks is not completed when i opt the taken connection

                                Dear Sir, [protected] are my postpaid nos. I want to migrate to prepaid. I had been to Distt. SAMBHAL west (U.P) airtel showroom many times for the for the same. They refused to do saying that no stock of prepaid sim cards.

                                I hereby inform that i am not able to pay monthly bills and want to be with airtel family. So pls help me in this regards.

                                Please treat this as my final letter for the payment till today.

                                I will not be able to pay any more amount in future if charged.

                                  My plan was infinity 499/- on my mobile no. [protected] in which company provide unlimited call and 100 sms per day, while check my bill of january and february 2018 company has been charged rs. 158 for sms in january and rs. 228/- in february 2018. Whereas i am hardly send 10-15 sms in month from my mobile no. [protected]. We do not understand why company has sms charged.

                                  I am regularly follow up with company but there is no response in this matter, you are once again requested please provide me sms detail for the month of january and february 2018

                                      I am seva singh. My airtel number is [protected]. Maine 01-march 2018 ko vodafone se airtel me mnp karvaya tha. Or mera mobile no. 05-march 2018 ko airtel me port ho gya hai.  airtel dealer  commited me to provide all outgoing calls for local and std free + daily 1 gb data for 28 days (Frc rs 229). But i am not getting the same. Usne mere number par all outgoing calls for local and std free + 1gb data for 28 days (Frc rs 178) wala plan active kar diya hai.
                                      Plz help me.

As most of the things are happening through app on mobile, its highly inconvenience when there is no data network. How come you are claiming data network in remote areas, when there is no coverage in Bangalore?
