I am an airtel customer and am constantly get messages from AL-ARWINF about Airtel offers & schemes .

Today,[protected], I had received a message from the same regarding
"Swachhta Packwada" CERT-in and to click www.cyberswachhtakendra.gov.in . I had downloaded the bot removal software from this site, would like to know if this is actualy from airtel or fake.

I was availing services of idea cellular. Last month, airtel invited me to port my number to them, assuring me of good connectivity.. However, since i shifted to airtel, from 2nd feb, i am facing extreme hardships.
Connectivity is so poor, that i am not able to receive phone calls,
I receive sms so late i am unable to do any online transactions....

I would like to complaint to airtel and inform that there is no network in my area since last 1 month or more and same with my mother's airtel number also which [protected]. We both are unable to receive calls from morning till evening. Evening we get the network. Please check what's wrong with the network. We are missing important calls and facing inconvenience since a month now.

Dear Team,

I am using Airtel secure mobile insurance plan via one assist.

I had an accident and fell down the stairs at my house and damaged my mobile phone. The incident happened on Feb 4th. I got hurt and mobile was also damaged. I have recently ported to airtel in february 2018. I live in center of pune city, but there is zero network coverage. I have vodafone and had idea, both have excellent coverage.
