We are unable to get the signal inside office, not even the traces of signal, i seriously have no idea why it is been so, outside the office signal strength is excellent, don't know what happens inside the office we don't even get single tick of network, while idea and jio are working absolutly fine. Even our clients who visits our office are facing the same problem which does not make comfortable for them while they are on call reception. There might be requirement of signal booster kind of thing inside office probably. I have even gave complete teicw before with reference to the above mentioned complete till now no improvement has been notified nor non of any service person have come to check the this problem. I requested you provide us some signal booster even that has not been done by you. While other network like idea and jio could provide better network at indoors, i seriously don't know what wrong with the airtel network. Because of this issues we are missing some important calls from our clients and site engineers. Please try to understand intensity of problem, and please provide the solution. If at all you are helpless in this issue please feel free to tell the same, we ll find some other alternatives. But please don't come up asking time like 15day, 1month. We have lost so much by this issues and we are not ready to take this any more. I hope you can understand our pain because of this issues. Hoping that airtel will never give up their costumers

    This in in regard to a recharge done online from the airtel website in the month on december[protected] of rs. 448.

    Its sad how a company of your bandwidth is waiting for customers to claim their refunds. Its been about 3 months that i have received my refund for a failed transaction that i was charged for.
    Pfa my email correspondence. Its disappointing that i have been asked to do go to my bank and ask the refund from them, illogical isnt it?
    Hope to receive my refund at the earliest.

      My adhar and 2 prepaid mobile sims of airtel belong / purchased from patna (Bihar). I am presently in bhiwadi, rajasthan. I tried to link adhar dialling14546 when i was asked to suffix 0, but that too did not work as it was anonced to be invalid number. I cannot go to any retailer here nor i am to move to bihar within coming 3 months. Any support please. My sims and adhar belong to same state, viz. Bihar.

        March 1st 2018, i had rechraged 110 rs at 12.48 (Ref[protected] balance deducted by bank but recharged have't done... This same happens for another 2 times 2.38 and 9.33 and total 330 rs from my bank deducted still my balance not done...
        On the same day i complaint to customer care they told me need to contact another dept so and so
        I completly unsatisfy this network... And i need to change my network to another brand...

          No 3g and 4g network is available in my area... My internet speed is too slow... K have unlimited 3g plan active on my phone... But no network is there... Internet speed is slow as 2g... Very bad network.. Pls help... Internet is not working. Very bad network of airtel in my area.. Wasted my money... I changed my internet settings also but nothing happened... Pls help

            Today the balance showing is rs121.00.
            Attached screenshot
            Kindly refund my full money rs150.00 do not keep credit in my airtel account, my airtel account displays data caps of 1gb per day instead of 1.4gb per day.
            Hope airtel ensure not only all my no's but all airtel prepaid subscribers are treated at par with the current features of data, voice, message, etc. An aggreived common man of our great bharat.
            I want to initiate the process of porting all the no's from airtel to other service provider. Kindly mail the process urgently.

              I have taken up new broadband plan of 700/- per month from airtel yesterday for 6months in advance. After payment and activation of service, i was refused to amazon prime services even though i am eligible for the plan.

              I also have a post paid number and yet they refused to activate amazon prime as they have advertised.

              So i have requested for the refund of remaining 5 months for which they said they cannot provide refund as per their policy itseems and this whole conversation was with airtel appellate authority so there is no point to think they are reliable. They were very good when jio was not there. Looks like things have changed.

              If you are looking for prime then i recommend you buy it directly from amazon but not from airtel offer.

              Note: the 500gb bonus data won't be rolled over by end of the month itseems.

              This is my experience so far as on march 1st 2018. Hope they resolve it soon.

                Hi hello I’m somanath unfortunately you’re old customer nowadays am facing lot of network problem. I’m staying in karthik Nagar Marathalli post bangalore 560037. This is very idol place of Bangalore. And I’m facing netwoyrk issue here in my home. I’m not able to browse internet and even I can’t able to talk properly.

                Regarding this I gave complained many times u dint care atleast now try to do something . Plzzzzz

                  I have 4g tp link [protected] and prepaid [protected] mob no. For the last 2 months speed, network is not available. Data unconsumed for the period. On complaint it was told that tower upgradation job is going on, then said you get the sim reset which i did atleast 10 times. Today it was told to get the sim changed. Talked to executive and seniors regularly. No sr being raised and then told that no previous complaint in records. Same issue faced on pre-paid number [protected]. Nobody visited. Should i go for change of service provider.

                    I have airtel sim and i have recharged with rs 148 pack for unlimited call and internet.
                    But unfortunately internet is not working well, always having problem while surfing, internet is working very slow and sometimes not working. Some times showing e symbol only never surfing with good speed.
                    Sometimes calling problem also.

                                I have been sending email to airtel customer support ([protected]@airtel.com) for the past 3 days till now i didn't get proper response from them.

                                Below is my concern with airtel:

                                Could you please help me on this. I am using airtel number [protected] and i have activated international roaming on my mobile. I will be in abroad for next five years and i am using this number only to receive otp messages. Currently monthly i am paying nearly 450 rs for this connection which is huge amount (Considering my stay of 5 years abroad). Just to keep my number active as i don't to loose this number.

                                Could you please give me some other plan which is less compared to this or i might have to force myself to change my service provider.

                                Below is the last mail i drafted to customer support this is my last try, if you cant provide proper service to your customer then we have to go the harsh way.

                                Its been two days i am following up with you for some solution. If this customer support is to provide resolutions and still if i am not getting response then i am not going to pay my bill from this month. You can deactivate my connection and i use this mail chain as reference for further communication between us.

                                I stress on word that i am not going to pay my bill from this month as i didn't get any update or response from you. Any charges that you impose on me i wont be liable.

                                I want changed my postpaid airtel connection into prepaid connection and i submitted an application in airtel service center on 15 02 2018 and payed my total amount of bill but my connection of sim card not deactivated and the company of airtel send me again new bill

                                  Please note that on 20.09.2017 I had surrendered my above DATA Card through Airtel Customer Care Service over phone no.121. It was confirmed by the concerned officer over phone that my Data Connection will be disconnected with in 24 hours and upto the disconnection, a proportionate bill will be sent to me. Accordingly I had received a proportionate bill for Rs.2360/-( against my monthly rentals of Rs. 4000/- plus tax) under Bill no.[protected] dated 13.10.2017 and the same was duly paid by me on 27.10.2017 by cash. Please note that I have not at all used the DATA card from the date of surrender i.e. 20.09.2017.
                                  From 1st week of January'2018 I have been receiving repeated phone calls from Airtel office saying that there is huge outstanding amount of around Rs. 14000/- and then I immediately wrote a letter to them on 15.01.2018 and informed that I had already surrendered my Data Card Connection on 20.09.2017 and upto the date of surrender I have cleared the amount of the bill on 27.10.2017. During last 2 months I have received a number of phone calls saying that around Rs. 14000/- - Rs 16000/- is outstanding. I have repeatedly clarified the matter but nothing has been done at their end.
                                  I would request your good-self to kindly take strong action against the telecom company, who is deliberately harassing me inspite of the repeated clarification.

                                    I am using airtel for the more than 9 years, after introduction of the 199 pack ul calls and 1gb/day, the network got worse than ever. Calls and data are not getting connected. To add these even call is getting connected in between its voice break and blank out voice is happening.

                                    Even i complained to airtel customer care about that, they are saying that there is an up gradation going on and it will be resolved within 3 days. It has been two months now. Still the same issue is there.

                                      I have applied for airtel broadband connection on 15th feb 2018 from my chandni chowk shop by an airtel executive comes with an airtel full year plan of rupees 10150/- which gives me airtel phone free modem and free installation. At the time of booking they r saying they will install it 2 days but till now nothing happen and no action taken by airtel company..
