Hi,

I have applied for airtel broad band on 7th feb, 2018 and have been asked to pay installation charges rs 500/- and promised to install within 72 hrs. Even after multiple follow up, no installation has done. We cant able to contact customer care if we do not have an airtel phone num. Even i got one num from customer care that we can call from non airtel network for the status but the num is not working.

Atlast i have mailed to customer care about the issue and has been promised to payback the amount within 5 days but not paid yet. Again, i have raised, they told it will be done in again 3 days. Those 3 days are also finished.

These people are making the customers to suffer and are not keeping their promise.

I want the money back and want to take suitable action against the.
I have all proofs regarding this. Let me know if you need any info from my side.

    I see some international sms charges on my postpaid bill for 72xxxxxx01. I did not send these sms.

    Please reverse these fraudulent charges along with gst thereon.

    I had similar charges in the earlier months too but they were very small. Now the charges are increasing. This seems like a scam to me.

      It shows debit card for this account is not allowed and i have my money stuck in airtel wallet and i'm unable to use it either send back my money back to the bank account from which i added or make my airtel bank debit card fully functional. If this does not get resolved within 2 hours i'm filling complaint regarding fraud from airtel payments bank company.

      I really need my that's stuck in your bank account and if not resolved i'm going to take this to court and sue your company for a greater price so make my account fully functional including debit card or return the money to bank account from which i added or else i'm going to send legal notice at your door step for fraud from airtel payments bank. I hope you resolve this problem as soon as possible.

        Sir the outgoing calls of my prepaid sim card are blocked. I complained almost 4-5 times in your laxminagar branch. But no further actions were taken. I just got only one answer that my complaint is registered and further proceedings will be done. But its already been 15 days of the continuity of problem. Sir please solve my problem of my sim [protected] or i am gonna throw this sim as i am fedup enough of complaining.

          I have an airtel postpaid connection since 2005, now that there are so many offers in market, i thought of switching to prepaid as my current bill is nowhere less than rs 1, 000 a month. I have been visiting airtel express showroom for the past 2 months but all they say is that they do not have a sim card for this series.

          Airtel is not only costly but is not willing to retain its loyal customers. Airtel will for sure loose its customer base.

          I got my airtel mobile charged by 448 plan 15days back. Call and data is satisfactory though not best. Sms sending is blocked. Why, when it's unlimited plan. Moreover, I would like to bring to everybody's knowledge that 4G service is not equivalent to bsnl 3G .. Bsnl 3g data service is best in comparison.

            Guys this is mohit. I request you people to please don’t ever try to port your number in airtel. Because airtel will simply make you you fool. You will receive a text from airtel that your current service provider will stop today, and airtel will start.
            But guys you will be in loss, because your current service provider will stop working, but airtel will take atleast 1 week to start there services.
            If you think that you can live without your number working. That’s your call.

              Airtel activated some service called videopindw and started charging 30rs per week. I realized it 3 weeks later and deactivated it immediately. Airtel executives does not give any info what that is. They just say it is some third party app. When i search the google store, i don't find any app related to that.
              On my phone also, i did not install any app related to that.

              1. I haven't sent any international SMS to[protected] and when checked in Google, I found that few people have already registered a complaint saying it's a fraud number.
              2. Airtel has started charging on toll free numbers.

              I'm unable to download the mobile payment Receipt for Jan 2018 .

              My mobile doesn't connect to internet even when I have enough data balance. When I try contacting the customer care IVRS received the call and says I have entered an incorrect data and reached maximum amount of tries even when I don't press anything. My contact number is [protected].

                आज 25 feb 2017 के न्यूज़पेपर मे बोहोत बड़ी गलती पाई गई आज मैंने 2 दैनिक भास्कर को चेक किया तोह दोनों पेपर मे अलग अलग न्यूज़ थी। पहली थी की एक पेपर मे श्रीदेवी के निधन की न्यूज़ थी और दूसरे पेपर मे ये न्यूज़ ही नही थी । और दूसरी गलती स्पोर्ट्स न्यूज़ मे न्यूज़ ही अलग अलग थी दोनों पेपर में यह कितनी बड़ी गलती है।

                I recharged through my Airtel app. The app showed me if it is a first recharge through app you will get a Max of 100 rupees cash back.I recharged with 399 rupees offer. Help me to get cahback please.

                  Before porting from vodafone to airtel network bangalore, airtel had promised me to provide 30gb data with unlimited calls, roaming benefits and sms for rs.249 lifetime but after porting, airtel is saying they do not have any plans for rs.249 and if they provide also, they can give only 10gb data i. E. Only few benefits compared to promised plans. Please take serious action on airtel and get me the promised plan.

                      I have logged a complaint regarding network issue in my area of residence on december 18, 2017 for my connection [protected]. It has not been resolved till now.
                      Every time i make a follow up call i have received the feedback that it is on hold.
                      I have raised a request of port even then where is no action take.

                      And when i called the costumer care executive, he said it will take 3 more months to resolve the issue.

                      I pay my postpaid mobile bill on 15.02.2018. But still now i am not receiving the payment receipt from airtel still now.

                        3rd january 2018 i have done porting of my mobile number from post paid vodaphone to airtel pre paid. I have taken a plan of rs. 449/- for 84 days. I have been paid my vodaphone bill of that month and paid rs. 449/- for the new airtel plan. As per this i was not supposed to get any bill as my number is pre-paid. Also my plan is for 84 days and as per my understanding after 84 days usage only i need to recharge my mobile.

                        Now i have received a bill for an amount of rs. 370/-. I didnt understand why i have received this bill and why i need to pay this amount just before finishing one month
                        Till now i haven't received any response on this... Instead again you have discontinued my phone services... This is not at all acceptable.. Because of your staff's mistake i am struggling like this. Instead of accepting your mistake and resolving the issue you are trying to put back the blame on me and asking me to pay for your mistake... How ridiculous it is! Is it the right way to treat your customers?.. The biggest ever mistake i did is the porting of my vodaphone number to airtel.

                        Despite speaking to many of your executives and writing many mails to your office this issue has not been resolved till now... What a poor customer service!

                        My mobile services has been discontinued now.

                        I want you to waive off my false bill amount and activate my services

                          I want inform to you that in up west uttarakhand at the area srinagar garhwal the 4g internet speed is like 2g. The highest speed is 114kb/s on 4g. I am very disappointed to show the speed of 4g internet spped on our device.
                          It's request to you please solved all the problems on this area. This is lowest speed since i use 4g internet on airtel.

                            On 26th feb got a message stating my balance was deducted. When i checked *121*51# 57.83 rs balance was deducted on 26th feb at 12:06 am. But i was sure i had not used the data at that time hence i called customer care. They told me 57.83 rs was deducted on 25th feb at 10.15 pm.
                            Need to understand why there is a information discrepency between the two sources?
                            I am sure i had not crossed my 1 gb data limit by 25th feb 10.15 pm. But yet my balance is deducted. Also there was no sms sent to me to inform about balance deduction. But customer are executive was adamant that i had crossed my 1 gb data limit. Then i asked customer care executive about the time i crossed the 1 gb data limit. So they said they dont have that information. I want to know who has that information. I was cheated and need to understand how and when my data got deducted.
                            I called for rasing the complaint and i was told complaint can not be taken for this.

                                I have transferred money rs.5000 from airtel payment bank master card to payzapp wallet on 10.02.2018 vide transaction id[protected]. My transaction was successfully deduct that amount from my airtel wallet. But not credited to my payzzapp wallet due to my payzz app wallet monthly limit cover. After that i gave a complain to payzz app. After that they return the same money to airtel payment bank vide reference number[protected]. But after 15 days cover airtel payment bank not credited to my account. After repeatedly complain to artel bank they reply a same massage that your problem solve within 2 working days.in this type i gave complain 15 times. Every time their reply is same. Till yet they not credited the same amount to my airtel account. So sir please help me to recover my amount rs.5000

                                  I got message from airtel on 27th january that viralclip got activated on my airtel and they deducted rs 90 from my balance for the service which i never ordered. Again on 26th february they renwed this service and i lost rs 90 again. And this is not my 1st experience about airtel. Please refund my money as soon as possible which you are deducting for useless services without even consumer demanding it

                                    Sim card not working in dubai.. Facing lot of problem. This is the number which the registered number for everything and i feel like handicapped as unable to transact my day to day life. Request you to kindly sort this out and solve this matter.                                       Just because garbage is a polite term i decided to roll with it. After the jio-like offer for 399/- the speed is pretty much down in the gutter. 1gb per day is a joke, it's so slow you'll be lucky to consume even 100-200mb per day. No wonder people are porting to jio. The speed i get from it is inherently better and way more stable.
                                      Anyone reading this, please stay away from airtel. Don't waste away your 399/-. It's truly, utterly garbage.

                                      P. S: customer care was of no use before pointing it out. No proper answers or suggestions were given, besides "sir aapke area me net acha show kar raha hai, net pack dalwa lo". My a* acha net.

                                        Im a resident of singh state area from kandivali east mumbai.. Your internet service is worst😡.. I really shocked that you told everyone that you having beat internet service across india but it's seem to be pathetic... Bcz if your anil ambani is not able to provide good service in mumbai only.. Then how could you say that u having best service.. Really shame on you

                                        So i having single request from your shameless internet service provider to resolve it.. Bcz we pay u fr good service bc...
