I got a new sim last year (2017) in airtel prepaid (approx.before 6 months from now) suddenly I was not able to make any type of outgoing calls. My outgoing was barred without any warnings, remainders or alert msgs.This made me too frustrated. I was not able to contact even the customer care.There is no response from ur side for this issue. This made me so disappointed.

    In My Area 'Utarai Uttar Pradesh' is Very good Signal But Here is Calling and Data Speed Problem.This Problem doesn't Can Face Any Time But Everyday Evening time and Mid noon This Problem Can Face.So Please Make it Good At All Time.And When I Callings then Always coming A Busy Tune{All Line is busy} So Please Clear that.

      This is with reference to the recent payment done at airtel franchise - chrompet - chennai, after my successful porting from jio to airtel on 21st feb 2018 10.50pm, the amount which paid by me rs 495 + 25 = rs 520.00 at chrompet airtel franchise on 15th feb 2018 seems not credited towards my mobile no [protected], i visited their office on 22nd feb 2018 at 3.30pm to explain my status, however they said, it will be activated with in 10 minutes hence left the office. Then called the number which they gave [protected] ended with poor and indispine way. I called the number gain only to realize not able to connect. Now i am not able to speak to my clients due to non payment. I request the airtel management or concern department to look into these type of issues to sort out at the earliest and help your customers. Hope i made it with clarity.

        I had given my number for porting to airtel (2 connections) from docomo through corporate connection. The service and experience has been really horrible. 1st kyc was done on 29th jan 2018 and then address verification was made negative since we are working and i had clearly mentioned that we will not be at home during offfice hours. Though the landlord confirmed for our address, it was still marked negative. Later, i had to follow up multiple times with office counter to get the status changed for pending verification. Again, the person came during office hours though i had told to come before 9 am or after 6 pm. Since i didnt want to go through the process again, i went from office to home to complete the address verification. He said all is fine and we should be good now. Though the verification for both the porting requests/numbers was done at the same time, they rejected 1 and approved 1.
        Again after a week, when i encountered in my office airtel counter, he said kyc had to be done again. Inspite of second kyc being done, it is again marked as negative. Now the same process. Again asking for kyc. Really fed up with the service you guys provide. I am really surprised to know you are one of the top mobile service providers in india. Horrible service during porting itself.

        I am considering moving all my family members on airtel to a different network.

          Hello,

          I have opted for porting my number from vodafone to airtel. I had received my upc and it got successfully processed on 20-feb-2018. I received an sms saying my porting will take place on 20-feb-2018 at 11:40. Now after my previous network is gone and i insert the new airtel 4g sim card in my phone, i am not being able to make outgoing or incoming calls on the new sim (Nor even on the old sim). I am stuck without any network connection in my number. This is absolutely a nightmare and a situation that cannot be accepted.

          I am even unable to proceed with my televerification. Please look into this urgently.

          Airtel 4g network is almost available nowhere. Really disgusted by the their network... Moving to join 4g this Month

            The number was ported from assam to up west and since then i am not able to reacharge it online even with airtel app.
            Error message :
            -inaccurate card/account details entered
            -insufficient account balance.
            -technical error
            I am able to recharge other airtel numbers which were ported from assam to up west (Agra) but having issues with only one number in online recharge.
            Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            GAMEPIND service activated in my mobile number without my consent.
            This is deducting 4 times every month of rupees 30 each which is 120 rupees
            I had recharged my mobile no.[protected] dated 09.02.2018 online through net banking. The balance was deducted from my account but I have not received my balance.

            Kindly refund amount or credit balance on my account.

              On feb 11th after talking to airtel rep i recharged 29 pack (Don't remember the amount exactly, sms is for 21) and also recharged 200 talk time even after having 199 unlimited pack. 200 talk time was for international talking i thought.
              Now i went to maldives on feb 14th and came back on 19th but my phone did not work. I was not able to do outgoing calls and i was not receiving incoming (When my cousin tried calling me it was saying temporarily out of service). So isd pack gone waste. After i came back. Today 21th i was trying to call a local number. As my 199 time is over i thought 200 talk time should be there but to my surprise my main balance is 0. So airtel eat my 200 talk time also along with isd pack. Waste fellows as we are not changing the network they are playing with us.

                For the past one month, we are facing severe network issues like incoming/outgoing calls and mobile data services with airtel in the area of
                "dnr college rd, sri rama puram, balusumoodi, bhimavaram, andhra pradesh 534202" under the region of bhimavaram in the west godavari district.
                It is a very bad and horrible experience for us to be in connected with airtel. Hope u l resolve as early as possible or help us in port to other network service providers like idea, jio etc.

                1) For Incoming Call, Caller is getting an IVR that "The Number Ur calling is Out of Coverage Area or Not Reachable"-- Horrible.
                2) For Outgoing Calls, I am getting "call forwarding on Conditional" after 2-3 minutes that too on trying for atleast 5times.
                3) Mobile data is on, but not at all getting any signal

                  I have change my mobile plan postpaid to prepaid with rs.448/- plan dt.9.02.2018 from your airtel gallay, goghale road, naupada, thane (W), maharashtra. (Customer care excutive name is mr. Balram) but from that day my recharge plan still not activated. I have visited gallary 4-5 times and also making call to mr. Balram regarding this issue but still plan not activated and i am suffering to much.

                    Hello,

                    Yesterday i received a message from airtel that my port request is approved an by 11:50 pm my number will be ported.
                    But after 11:50 pm my old sim stop working and when i inserted my new sim provided by airtel operator i am getting message "mobile network not available".

                    Please make my number operational.

                    Hoping my issue will be resolved in time.

                      I applied for mnp conversion from jio to airtel (Mobile no:[protected]). I got a message saying that porting will be done on 22.02.2018. The next day i changed my sim and put on the new airtel mnp sim. Until now there is no signal. But they dont obey these rules. I cannot call anyone to inform this (Not even customer care). Currently i am in a town where the alternate number i provided is not available.

                        Unlimited local, std, roaming call+100 sms/day along with 1gb/day
                        On rs399 for 84 days
                        Or
                        On rs149 for 28 days
                        Non-commercial use. Call 505’

                        After doing recharge i have received a message it is applicable for 70 days... If i call to customer care they are telling it is not applicable for you... If my number is not eligible for that offer then why u send message

                          It was the worst and faaltu company i have ever seen. I simply tried to use my debit card to recharge the amount of rs. 448/-. The transaction was not successful. But those # have made such system that the instead of recharge, they transferred the amount to bloody airtel payment bank. I never agreed to this. The recharge should have directly be done on the number or else the amount must have been returned to my bank. Why the hell this # airtel bank is coming in between.

                          I want my money back or recharge the account with 448.

                            I have no service on ny airtel prepaid sim since 12 hours after applying for prepaid to postpaid. I got a tele-verification call from the airtel executive and after that my sim is deactive. I have emailed and dm’ed airtel on twitter but to no avail. I called 59059 from another number but there was no tele-verification option there. The only email i got back from airtel said that my tele-verification is pending and that i should call 59059 to do that but there does not seem to be an option for the sane when i cal on 59059. Please help.

                              I have ported my number [protected] from vodafone to airtel. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already. I am loosing my business calls and i am going to consumer forum against it.
                              This is such a bad service for postpaid users like us. We wholly depend on our phone.

                              Your associates keep bugging us about your plans and finally when we try it we have to face this. I urge you to start my number immediately. Here is my email i’d if further details are required: [protected]@yahoo.com

                                [protected] is my number and airtel deducted rs.30/- from my account yesterday for enabling videopindw service which nobody requested. Later we sent sms to deactivate. There is no way to talk to customer care as they changed everything thing to ivrs. I tried 3-4 numbers. This is like cheating customers and robbing our money.
                                Please refund my amount at the earliest. Thanks.

                                  This is a regards to frustration complaint towards Airtel customer care executives

                                  2 days before I had raised a complaint regarding amazon prime membership which was a complementary package for 499 plan

                                  However till now I have received nearly 1000 sms reading the same

                                  This type of behaviour from Airtel executive is not acceptable

                                    This complaint is from a location called coorg district 571213, kaikeri, gonikoppal, karnataka. Kaikeri is a well developed place next to gonikoppal town where the population is good and where there are many vehicle showroom's and other factories but we are not able to use 3g or 4g cos of poor network. We the people of kaikeri request to place a 4g tower or improve our 2g network to 3g at least pls do take this as a serious complaint as no other proper network is available other than bsnl and airtel so we kindly request u for this this issue seriously

                                      I am the user of airtel postpaid number-[protected], with 549/- RS. monthly plan. It provides me 7GB 4G DATA and all calls @ free of cost except roaming charges.
                                      On 5th feb. 2018 airtel introduce new plans with 399/- RS monthly plan which gives the facility o[censored]nlimited free calls including roaming charges and 20GB 4G DATA.
                                      As compare to my plan, i was paying extra 150/- rs with less benefits and now when airtel decides to free the roaming charges to the customer on 5th feb. 2018 effectively, they still applied a roaming charges on my bill after 5th feb. 2018 while taking extra 150/- in monthly plan.
                                      I have no issue with my plan charges, i.e. 549/- but i request to airtel that wave my extra roaming charges after 5th feb. 2018.

                                        Sir in my airtel payments bank my amount is credit in my wallet but now amount is not debit and not reflect to bank due to my date of birth is mismatched with my aadhar card so airtel customer care says please upgrade your ekyc for resolve the problem but now the ekyc process of airtel payments bank is suspended and my amount is remain in wallet and i am unable to use that amount so please take action on this problem.
