I was booking a ticket from paytm. I have only 5 rupee in paytm so i request to my airtel payment bank 483.84 rupees. But during ticket booking the sms come failed transaction... Transaction i'd is[protected] and airtel upi transaction i'd is[protected]... Paytm atonce refund rs.5 but airtel did not reverse the money... So plz refund my amount.. My airtel payment bank no.[protected]. I call airtel payment bank customer care and told him that my amount 483.84 deduct from my account... See my transasction history... There also show failed... But they talk me stupidly... My amount deduct 11:32 p. M.in 26 february... Plz cheque my transaction history and refund the balance as soon as... Because ticket not booked.

    Every time he is putting the balance on his mobile and the amount have automatically deducted from on his mobile with the mastipack

    Today (On 27th february) also he recharged with rs.39/- from on his airtel account at 7:29 pm within 1 minute rs.30/- balance have deducted from his account with masti pack

      I have a Broadband no[protected] name of Mahesh Kedia. From today morning i have continue complaint to customer care for disable network of my line so that i was face heavy problem of my business related works.there was not properly reply from your side till now.i was called to your technical Dept.on Mobile No.[protected] to Mr.Yoyesh.He was commit me after half an hour services will continue, when i was call after 45 minuts he was again said after half an hour your services will continue, when service was not available then i was call again to mr.yogesh he was given my call to Mr.Balram he said after 1 hour your services will continue.again i was called to m.balram he said till morning services will not continue.

      What is this when you are not confirm that services will continue so why commit to us again and again.

      if my problem not resolved till 12 pm please disconnect my number.i don't have this connection.same problem i was faced again and again please see the complaint log.

        I am facing delay in receiving SMS such as OTP from bank or any rest activities since 3 months. I have already reported twice to Customer care via call, but they are always saying they will resolve the issue within 24 hours like that..but no reply or response from them yet.. :(

        Please help me here, otherwise I need to port my service from Airtel to other providers. I was using Airtel since more than 6 years, so this is the first complaint I raising to Airtel and having bad immpression with customer care services also.

          I am using a prepaid Airtel mobile connection since year 2006. The connection was taken one of my family member. I want to transfer the ownership of the SIM in favour of my name and my current residential address. My family member given me no objection in this regards. But airtel does not giving option to change the ownership as well as address. This crates big problem to me.

          Airtel does not take any action till date.

            Good morning, i bought yesterday a sim card in a airtel store. They told me it would be activated within 24 hours. It is still not working : it is impossible for me to call the 59059 number, the number is not functioning from any phones.

              From yesterday i have been trying to get network for my sim but it doesnt work out. I have the sim of 4g supporting but the when i choose the 4g as network perference the network of my sim goes off. But when i those the network of my sim as gsm only network comes back but i am unable to use the data pack.

              I have been told to take the duplicate sim also. I have taken the duplicate sim but that sim is still not activated.

                  My Airtel vFiber broadband is not working for almost a month from 2nd Feb 2018 till date.

                  1) I have been using airtel from Jan 2018 and within 1 month of service usage I am facing an outage for almost a month with not ETA nor resolution steps from Airtel.
                  Every time I call Airtel I had to give them 1 hour of all the story.
                  For such an outage shouldn't airtel have proper issue resolution and tracking at their end. Now as customer I had to call them every and spend 1 hour with them.Also the 121 customer care just forward it to the next level then goes to a technician, beyond which there is no update.

                  a) Can Airtel give a realistic ETA,
                  b) then can they resolve the issue with status update to customer on each step.
                  c) In case of airtel not being able to attend to this within realistic duration then they have cancel my connection without any billing because I have paid them installation deposit of 1000 rs which is of no use.

No. Are not in use for internet & calling are stop he ask me that your varifaction not done and he gernated the mail for varifaction but last 2 _ 3 days no one varifiyacton in my permeant address. Agian and agiain he refused me

                      Hi Airtel Team,
                      My SIM is not activated after porting to Airtel .It was almost 3 days.
                      Please find sequence of events after porting.
                      1. Got a message saying sucessful porting.
                      2. AFter 12 hours outgoing calls worked for sometime.No incoming/SMS .
                      3. After 4 hours of outgoing call, Incoming calls worked for 10 minutes.
                      4. Then i got a No service message .
                      5. When i inquired the sales person who provided me with the SIM, he told that he is not responsible and also didn't provide any CUSTOMER CARE number.
                      6. When i contacted the Airtel CUSTOMER CARE (Bunch of irresponsible CUSTOMER CARE officers) . DO know the process for activating sim.
                      7. Went to Airtel shop near my place and they told only the sales person is responsible.
                      Now the person in the Airtel shop informed me that i my lose my number, if the SIM is not provisioned.

                      And this going in merry loop for almost couple of days without any proper response from any one.

                      Before porting these ### called me number of times . After porting they just ignoring the call and giving wrong info .

                      One of the worst network and CUSTOMER CARE i ever came across.

                        I have not been receiving internet connection on my new sim for a week. Even after constantly complaining to airtel about the same, nothing has been done and no corrective steps have been taken though i was assured that they would be. This is creating problems in my day to day life since internet access is vital nowadays. I was always loyal to airtel. Very dissatisfied.

                          I am not able to use the internet & facing the same issue from past few month and no solution yet.

                          I have called several times in customer support as well but there is no resolution.

                          Customer service is very poor no-one listen and address the concern.

                          I am fed up with the service provider.

                          If you cant help me with the internet issue then i request you to refund my balance so that i can port my number to other service provider.

                            Very good morning to all

                            This is veerendranath d. I was ported my mobile number from jio to airtel
                            And i submitted all require documnets on the 19/02/2018 and and i got a message from air tel your services is activated and reset your phone i did all this things, but there is no response from airtel, i started the follow up customer care and whos issued the sim from the store. There is no proper response from any one, and again they new sim on 26/02/2018 due sim problem. They said with in 4 hrs it will be done. Still now there is no reply from any one.

                            And i am suffering from lot of services will be stopped due to negligence of airtel employees.

                            Airtel customer service people of dwarka sector 4 new delhi are too rude and not courteous. They have name sake queue system. They charge money for quick service of which no receipt is provided. Its corruption and unethical. The manager of airtel shop told me do what you want to do and i have to pay extra for the service. The senior management must look into this matter. We want India corruption free.

                              Airtel is a worst network of india. He says that india's fastest 4g network but fact is that its a poor quality network in 4g internet as well as voice calling. When i called to anyone suddenly network goes down wards and cant talk clearly on call. Voice calling problem, sound echo problem, net surfing problem its a bunch of many problem.in my opinion trai blacklist this type of nonsense companies they are cheated with the customers.

                                  I had given airtel postpaid to prepaid conversion by monday (19th feb) and my postpaid got disconnected the immediate next day. When i call customer helpline numbers, i am asked to visit the store in person for any information.

                                  • my number is down for last 7 days
                                  • for everything i am asked to visit the store in person (The people at the store are lethargic in service and they don’t have any direct number to reach them), i have visited the store at least 4 times till now
                                  • asked for extension of time, more than 5 times with false promises
                                  • converted from postpaid to prepaid once, then swapped the sim once and now being asked to swap the sim once again.
                                  • customer helpline numbers says, they don't have any information regarding this and so i have to contact the store (In person)
                                  • the store people says that they have already submitted the request and are following up, that's all they could do, but till now there has been no solutions.

                                  I got in touch with the airtel representative named “sowmya” and the store manager named “syed” of ramamurthy nagar branch, bangalore and i am frustrated by the service they have given me so far.

                                  Please help me in getting my number ([protected]) activated immediately.

                                      Sorry to inform that i was operated the number [protected]. This was given to aadhaar also. How it was happened? Due to my ill-health unable to recharge. I request to allot the same number since i have given the same number for all purposes. Immediate reply is requested. Since, i was approached to the airtel dealers it was informed that my number allotted to someone. It is clearly shows inability carelessness of the airtel.

                                        The same thing happened to me, a year ago i added some rs 1500 to my airtel bank account which i use for paying bills for our airtel post-paid mobile accounts. Recently i started getting an error and the customer service at airtel told me that my account is in 'debit freeze' and asked me to submit proof of id and address proof which i did, now they are asking for aadhar card number which i as a nri cannot get, in fact indian govt has prohibited nris (Foreign citizens) from getting an aadhar card since it subsidizes certain payments for indians. Now airtel, one of the biggest telecom company in india has left me high and dry, basically its daylight robbery if they are going to keep my money as a basis of not having aadhar card, its all a scam since they should have asked for all such id information before opening a bank account, even now the scam continues since they will allow me to deposit money in this account, but will not allow me to use the same for debit transactions such as paying bills that will benefit their own company.

                                        I registered on airtel money wallet this month however when i am trying to initiate any transfer from my account, it shows debit facility has been disabled in my account. The number is [protected]. I have submitted all valid identification documents as per KYC norms to the airtel money email id. I dont know what kind of foul play is going on, they are just trapping people to use airtel money to receive gifts in form of cash for shopping and spending and paying bills, and once you get the money in wallet, they will stop the debiting. My wallet is not even a month old. And got a lot of balance, and now they have blocked it. They are now asking me to send to them the sender's bank account statement. Is it even logical? Why on earth will the sender share the bank a/c statement and as we know these details are very sensitive and confidential. Airtel assured me number of times for a proper resolution. But this aint a resolution even. I run the account, the account is in my name, i am the authorized person, i have submitted my verification documents. But when the company is here to loot me, how can i save my back? IF YOU ARE READING THIS, I EARNESTLY REQUEST YOU, NEVER EVER TO USE AIRTEL MONEY. ITS A BIG SCAM
