My no-[protected], name suvadra sahoo, linked with aadhar mobile after paying the charge but found that due due to non submission the service blocked, kindly guide the means or ways to get the service continuously
If this kind of service goes to people living in inaccessible area then this is injustice to the customer. The help may be rendered from your end to provide
A meaningful service...

This is to inform that "gamepind service" is automatically being activated in my cell which led to the deduction of rs.30 each time from my balance. I. E total rs 60. This was never activated by me neither it was asked to activate.

I request you to resolve this at the earliest and credit back the money deducted without any reason.

I had submitted a request to change airtel number from post paid to pre paid on 6th february 2018 but still there is no information shared to the another supported number given in the application form. It has been 4 days since i gave request.

I have already written to airtel team and no response has come from their side.

No one is ready to help also. I tried calling them several times everyone is giving different options and no one is actually helping out.

I am airtel prepaid customer from last 5 years.

I am travelling abroad and kept my international roaming active.

I missed one recharge on 2 feb 2018 and within one day i noticed that my sim is not working.
Immediately i tried recharging my number but it was showing that i am no longer airtel customer. I contacted customer service and they replied that due to no activity last three months it is disconnected...

A value add service named super store has been activated in my mobile balance has been deducted accordingly without my confirmation.

I have contacted the customer care and they are telling this has been activated through clicking some third party url's. I'm sure that i haven't done such activities.

I had to change my prepaid sim card i hyderabad though acquired at bangalore, since it currently got damaged and doesn't get recognised in mobile devices.

However i have been misguided by customer support and airtel stores on fixing this issue which wasted my time, energy and money.
Eg., made me transit between airtel stores, prepaid team promised to connect me to the next authority but transferred my line to post paid...

My sim card got deactivated without any prior notice. I stay in pune but my sim card is registered in valsad. So, they told it cannot be done anything in pune. My all the important details bank account, office work and other important work are registered with same number. I cannot do anything and airtel is not understanding problem and not helping me....

I tried to maintain my airtel broadband connection in safe custody mode from past 5months. But airtel customer care is not responding. Instead, they are generating bill every month perfectly and taking my salary. I already raised an issue to customer care, which they were unable to process unfortunately. I didn't subscribe airtel movies n music. And airtel now flash on 09/02/2018. But it was subscribed to my airtel number [protected] and charged 90 rs for 30 days.

I am sending port sms since one month iam getting reply as unable to generated upc code at present due to system issue.

I called customer care for more than 10 times and they will say we will resolve your issue within 24 hours and after putting down the call no response.

They have already charged me money for porting with the previous port code to convert to postpaid which is expired in between this process.br...

Hello i am an airtel sim user i have a bill pending.
Airtel collection person call at my wife number and talk very misbehave i told him please call me to my another number and talk to me he was talking very cheaply.

My daughter working in accenture chennai has purchased wifi device from chennai airtel store and this person mr. John from airtel [protected] has been promising the activation of sim for last 3 days and he says every 15 minutes it would be done but he is not seem to be doing the activation
