The sim I'm using is registered with my Fathers ID. I want to change the sim ownership to myself.

    There is an internet pole planted in front of the house. This is done without our permission when we were not at the house. This is causing a lot of inconvenience and have completely eaten up the parking space. The pole has also become a hub of a lot of wires mostly local tv cables causing a complete mess. Please help in getting it removed.

      I got my duplicate sim issued yesterday (27/6/22) at 6:30 pm. My sim is still not activated or working

        I have done recharge on 25th June of amount 719₹ and 455₹ however I wanted to recharge ₹455 on another no. How can I transfer my recharge to Correct number. Service Provider is Airtel. Also I tried calling to customer care using 198 but no option found in IVR to speak with Customer care agent.

          My sim has been damaged I asked for a sim change on 16.06.22
          but till date 27.06.22 my sim card is not been activated

            I have used three numbers for post paid under some family scheme. I had cleared all the dues and requested to change all the my numbers to Prepaid. I had to go to customer care at Airtel JNTU Hyderabad and Airtel KPHB. Airtel got tricked, Changed only two numbers and then charged me Rs: 1178.82. Airtel has explored wrong way to trick customer and charge extra amount. Resolve it immediately

              I have been using airtel postpaid for 5+ years. Just for paying the bill one day later I have to pay 100 rs late fee. This is looting people of their hard earned money. Why trai has not looked into this issue.

                My airtel mobile [protected] was working fine when i came in saudi arabia in Dec 2021, i was always making recharge on this no. to keep my no. activated and working but since 3 month when i making call from this no. always showing call barred while making call. i tried to make it deactivated but can't. Please make it free from call barred my no.

                    There is a 4th unauthorized transaction on my Airtel FAST TAG without me/my car crossing the Toll Plaza since Nov'21. Rather everytime my car was at home when this unauthorized transactions happened. I have reported the issue multiple times through call/email/social media but it went to deaf ears. They are not ready to take any action

                        Yesterday, I have recharged my airtel sim ([protected]) number for 455 rupees through credit card. The amount has been debited still it says plan validity expired. I can't able to make outgoing calls. Also, there is no proper help line number to speak with customer care executive.

                                Outgoing calls not working location problem

                                I had bought an airtel sim back in 2012 in Tamil Nadu. I have been using this sim since then. I currently reside in Dehradun. I am unable to make outgoing calls and I have been facing this issue since 3 months now and then. I am just able to make calls to airtel numbers. And when I try to call airtel customer care number (121), the automated voice speaks in Tamil. Atleast it should be in hindi or in english for all the airtel sim users regardless...

                                Today i received a call from an unknown caller on what's app luring me to have video sex with her .. she called me and started recording her screen..i got little carried away however once the call got disconnected she started to harass me stating that she is going to upload the video on multiple channels .. and demanded 11k from me .. i objected and told her to do whatever she wants .. she said by tomorrow morning all the channels would have my video .. she also has my WhatsApp photograph .. please suggest what to do i have the number and her video as well as suddenly i remembered to record my screen as well

                                  This is to bring to your kind attention that I have raised a complaint no 65556380 on 13th june 22 from registered mobile no. After that, for
                                  next 4 days, I got daily calls from Airtel that they don't have any engineer and they rescheduled the request multiple times and finally Mr Mulayam visited my house on 16th June. He inspected and told me that he needs to fit a device called Line Amplifier to improve the signal, now when my connection was started in first week of June Mr Abhishek who came for installation he said I need line amplifier which he had fitted and taken Rs 900 from me [WITHOUT ANY RECEIPT DESPITE MULTIPLE REQUESTS]
                                  Now Mr Mulayam says that he never installed Line amplifier.
                                  After which he also left and never came back.
                                  SO not even one single day I could watch TV properly, and its now 9 days since I have complained but there is absolutely no response from AIRTEL
                                  Iam profusely regretting getting AIRTEL DTH
                                  Should have gone for Jio or tatasky.
                                  Worst service
                                  pathetic customer support
                                  Cheating the customer in name of installation

                                    This is with regards to the refund that has been processed on my account on 13 Jul 2021 amounting to Rs. 942.36/- through cheque.
                                    I do not live anymore in the location where the account was been activated. The amount has still not been credited to me in any form and I am still awaiting a response from Airtel team on the same..

                                      Refund not received for cancelled broadband installation

                                      I had booked an Airtel broadband connection on 5/5/2022 with order ID 21 - [protected]. I booked the connection for my NRI uncle who just returned to India and asked me to book an airtel broadband connection. The next day (6/5/2022) an executive from airtel asked me to pay rs 2828 for the enitre installation and for the plan opted and i paid it. But my uncle visited an airtel store on 6/5/2022 and they offered an connection with the same...
