Inspite of several complaints the Airtel customer service is not resolving my problem. The international roaming package was prepaid before I left india and I am unable to make calls to india or even within usa. Please reimburse the amount nd u can verify from call history reg the authenticity of the claim

In spite of several complaints this matter is unresolved. Re customer service there is very poor response and the nodal officer in tamilnadu remains unable to solve the problem. It makes customers to go thro hardship as we r stuck without any remedial measures. Only legal action is the option if the problem is not resolved

    You guys stole my money on may 3rd 2022. I paid my postpaid bill but airtel add some DTH connection with my number i asked refund but still no response one of the worst company i ever see.

      Dear Sir,
      The Airtel Fiber connection has been recently installed in my house about 02 weeks before ( Rs 999, 3 Months, Data Unlimited router speed upto 200 mpbs) in name of Ambika Upadhyaya . Since 21/06/2022 around 06 PM in evening the connection has been abruptly disconnected just with standard SMS from Airtel side, " our technical team is working on the issue". Even though now 24 hours have elapsed without any logic assistance from Airtel team identifying the problem and actual time required for resolution of this issue??
      Kindly help with solution on this issue.

        Hi was using vodafone and ported Airtel yea back however i am really unhappy and felt vodafone was better. And past 1 year i facing pathetic
        network issue and unable to make calls or data speed is available. I have raised complaints more than 50 time but the answer is from customer care is same which they say we are working on the issue.

        Hence i decided to port to other network ASAP. I also make sure that my family members and my friends who are using Airtel will port to other network.

              Dear Sir,
              Airtel has dug up multiple pits along the houses in Sarvapriya Vihar, New Delhi 110016. Since 3 days no work is being done on them and they are causing hardships in the form of obstruction and car parking problems.

              The Residents were assured that the work will be done in a couple of days.

              A couple of dugouts have been haphazardly filled leaving pavements unfit for walking.

              Kindly take action.

                The dth box got faulty and it is under warranty… the service person confirmed it should be replaced and Airtel purposefully not doing it for the past 15 days. The customer care person misbehaved while raising complaint.

                Pathetic. Attaching the evidence filing a complaint in consumer court soon

                        My broadband connection has not been working for 25+ days. Complaint was raised immediately after the connection was down and was meant to be fixed within 48hrs.
                        I have spoken to customer service, supervisors multiple times and everytime I am told the issue will be fixed in next 4hrs. I'm writing this on 21/06/2022 (issue not yet resolved) and the complaint was raised on 26/05/2022

                          I recharged airtel xstream fiber having dsl id
                          [protected]_dsl via airtel thanks app (Registered mobile no. Is [protected]) for rs 799 on 14 jun 2022 but the recharge got failed and money was debited from my account via google pay upi id having upi transaction id[protected]. It's been 7 days but i didn't get any refund till now.

                            I have been using my phone number since the year 2003 and since then i stuck to airtel as one of the prepaid/postpaid/individual/family plans
                            Currently, i am in the 999 plan which gives me 3 additional voice+data numbers and 1 data-only number
                            I am very happy with the plan and i am using it for maybe 2 years.
                            Today i got this message

                            I was surprised why this hike since I have not asked for this. Moreover, all the free offers given are of no use as I had already taken annual subscriptions for them already.

                            Called customer service to express my grievances. The response I got was on the lines of yes we can do this and TRAI allows them to do this. If you want to continue using all your numbers move to a more tariff plan and pay us 200 rupees extra for the exact same service.

                              I recharged for Rs 7000 for Airtel Prepaid paying cash but the message was not reflected even after two days.although i got a paper receipt (which can be misused for daily liquid cash usage by miscreats since no day to day checking) i had to follow up to recharge. I think the staff misusing customers cash. Pl check.

                              While complaining [protected]@airtel.com giving the registered mobile number as requested no proper or satisfiable response was given which means even the support staffs joining in this link which is not known to higher authorities. . Instead asking for registered mobile number which is in fact harassing the customer wasting time and energy, tarnishing the image of AIRTEL, its credibility and zero helping attitude. In this context let me see other means to convince your higher authority strict actions for such unnoticed misuse from lower staff and protect tecustomers minimum needs.

                                We have taken an aritel black connection and now its giving a major problem and adding to frustration.
                                twice the broadband has been disconnected ( from the central team/ system) not by us.
                                After multiple calls, raising tickets and talking to multiple people in "relationship team" the problem is not solved.
                                I will soon have no solution but to get rid of the black connection and take up other connections such as jio, etc.

                                This is causing us a major issue in our daily working lives.

                                There is no proper complaint channel or number provided or a person dedicated to solve issues.

                                Do not expect this from Airtel.

                                Every next call, no one in the team knows the previous ticket number or complaint raised, they end up raising a new complaint and yet nothing is getting resolved.

                                its highly frustrating and not expected from a company like airtel.
