There is an internet pole planted in front of the house. This is done without our permission when we were not at the house. This is causing a lot of inconvenience and have completely eaten up the parking space. The pole has also become a hub of a lot of wires mostly local tv cables causing a complete mess. Please help in getting it removed.

Mistakenly recharge done on incorrect contact number

I have done recharge on 25th June of amount 719₹ and 455₹ however I wanted to recharge ₹455 on another no. How can I transfer my recharge to Correct number. Service Provider is Airtel. Also I tried calling to customer care using 198 but no option found in IVR to speak with Customer care agent.

Postpaid bill generated even after giving request to change it to prepaid clearing all the dues.
I have used three numbers for post paid under some family scheme. I had cleared all the dues and requested to change all the my numbers to Prepaid. I had to go to customer care at Airtel JNTU Hyderabad and Airtel KPHB. Airtel got tricked, Changed only two numbers and then charged me Rs: 1178.82. I had bought an airtel sim back in 2012 in Tamil Nadu. I have been using this sim since then. I currently reside in Dehradun. I am unable to make outgoing calls and I have been facing this issue since 3 months now and then. I am just able to make calls to airtel numbers. And when I try to call airtel customer care number (121), the automated voice speaks in Tamil. Atleast it should be in hindi or in english for all the airtel sim users regardless...
Today i received a call from an unknown caller on what's app luring me to have video sex with her .. she called me and started recording her screen..i got little carried away however once the call got disconnected she started to harass me stating that she is going to upload the video on multiple channels .. and demanded 11k from me .. i objected and told her to do whatever she wants .. she said by tomorrow morning all the channels would have my video .. she also has my WhatsApp photograph .. please suggest what to do i have the number and her video as well as suddenly i remembered to record my screen as well

This is to bring to your kind attention that I have raised a complaint no 65556380 on 13th june 22 from registered mobile no. After that, for
next 4 days, I got daily calls from Airtel that they don't have any engineer and they rescheduled the request multiple times and finally Mr Mulayam visited my house on 16th June. He inspected and told me that he needs to fit a device called Line Amplifier to improve the signal, now when my connection was started in first week of June Mr Abhishek who came for installation he said I need line amplifier which he had fitted and taken Rs 900 from me [WITHOUT ANY RECEIPT DESPITE MULTIPLE REQUESTS]
Now Mr Mulayam says that he never installed Line amplifier.
After which he also left and never came back.
SO not even one single day I could watch TV properly, and its now 9 days since I have complained but there is absolutely no response from AIRTEL
Iam profusely regretting getting AIRTEL DTH
Should have gone for Jio or tatasky.

This is with regards to the refund that has been processed on my account on 13 Jul 2021 amounting to Rs. 942.36/- through cheque.
I do not live anymore in the location where the account was been activated. The amount has still not been credited to me in any form and I am still awaiting a response from Airtel team on the same..
Whenever I contact customer care I always get a response to Email them thr issue and then after Emailing they never connect with me nor they respond on Emails. This issue is now almost an year long and I am still awaiting my refund for the same.
