Iam using airtel prepaid sim from last 2 years. Am facing signal problem from last 6 months and i complained about it around 7 times, they just say your problem will be solved. Every time i call them they say same answer of it will be solved. I've ported my number from airtel postpaid to airtel prepaid. And after activation, i tried to recharge it online but i was unable to do so.
I called customer care many times and mailed them as well but my issue is not yet resolved. I can't port my number to other network as it needs 90 days to be in a particular network.
