આપ શ્રી ને જાણ કરવાની કે મે મારા એરટેલ નંબર [protected] ઉપર 13-ફેબ્રુઆરી, 2018 ના રોજ 448/- રૂપીયાનુ રીચાર્જ કરાવેલ જે પહેલી વાર નીષ્ફળ જતા મે બીજી વાર રીચાર્જ કરેલ. બાદ મા બન્ને રીચાર્જ કંફર્મ થયેલ હતા. બાદ મા મે એક વખત ના રીચાર્જ ની રકમ પરત મેળવવા માટે એરટેલ ના હેલ્પ ડેસ્ક કસ્ટમર કેર મા ઓનલાઇન ફરીયાદ કરેલ હતી. ત્યારબાદ તા.[protected] ના રોજ મારા ઉપર એરટેલ ના એક અધીકારી નામ- દીપકકુમાર શર્મા એમપ્લોય આઇ.ડી. 21095 દ્રારા બપોર ના 4.00 વાગ્યા આજુ બાજુ કોલ આવેલ હતો. તેને કોલ મા એમ જણાવેલ હતુ કે તમે તમારા એ.ટી.એમ. કાર્ડ નો નંબર આપો જેથી તમારા રીચાર્જ ની રકમ પરત આવી જશે. જેથી મે મારા કાર્ડ મો નંબર જણાવેલ હ્તો. પરંતુ તેમાથી તેણે પહેલી વાર - 896/- રૂપીયા તેમજ બીજી વાર- 2896/- એમ મળીને કુલ -3792/- રુપીયા મારા ખાતા માથી કાપી લીધા હતા. આપ શ્રી ને જાણ કરવાની કે આ બાબતે યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરી ન્યાય મળે. તેમજ એરટેલ પ્રા.લી. માથી આવેલ આ ફેક કોલ નો યોગ્ય ચકાસણી કરવામા આવે જે થી અમોને યોગ્ય ન્યાય મળી શકે

    I am Raj Kumar Saw from noida, I had requested to port in airtel 2 months before and still I am on hold due to so many known reasons. today's situation is I am not even with IDEA not in Airtel. Just because of miscommunication of Airtel Custmer Care Services. In this period I request four times to generate UPC to port out and given to Airtel, I cleared all my dues with idea and submitted all my documents in airtel. Also physical verification has been done. But now a day I still waiting to activate my new Airtel SIM . Even I visited outlet and requested for same, and they again ask me for ID Proof.. it was really iterating for me.
    I don't know when my number will be activate or even not.

      I am facing network problem since last six month. I have postpaid Plan. Continuously i am complaining since last six month to customer care as well as nodal officer. But no one resolving our problem. Its networks problem increasing day by day. I am not understanding that What to do or where to go for complain. Really I am very frustrated this time with being a airtel customer.

        Since i have ported my network from reliance into airtel continuously i am facing problem in using data with a single point of network in my mobile, also i cant use 2mb data per day request you to let me know what should i do with 20gb per month data and what should i do with the per month exceeding in my account for which every month i am getting bill also.

          I am not able to use my internet at all its really very slow. I have raised complaints thrice however airtel is not doing any thing and your care executives are are not helpfull they keep asking the same questions. They not even trying to help. Either fix my probleb or let me know that you will not be able to resolve it. I will change my network. I am paying for it and i am nopt getting it. Airtel is not even trying to resolve it. Airtel is not able to ior not trying to help the customers. Airtel is taking the money from their customers but the customers are not able to use it. Please resolve the issue or let me know if you will not be able to resolve it.

            My airtel mobile number was not using from 9.10.2017 to 29.1.2018.. As i am out of station. I recharged it on 31.01.2018. Rs.399.. I got the message saying that recharge successful. But my mobile number is not activated. When i went to the bangalore office they said the number is given to some other person by airtel. My mobile number is very importent for me. I want the same number. Please help.

              On 13 feb. 2018 i needed additional 1 gb 4g data for my airtel no. [protected] so i recharged with 53rs. Internet data topup validity 1 day. But, did not receive it in my account. The funniest part is... Airtel customer care rep. Told that the 53 rupee re-charge for additional 1gb will work in night only from 00:00 am to 06:00am only, rather on web-site validity was mentioned as 1 day. This is something unacceptable & cheating with customer.

              I used internet in night between 00:00am to 06:00am but airtel dedcted 690mb from my existing plan which is 399 where i get 1gb data per day... Why???

              Your customer service is worst only, no doubt, simply wasting customer's time & selling false plans.

              Your service reps. Do not know about plans and repeatedly asking the same query.

              Your my airtel app also sucks. Not showing my additional 1gb data.

              I need an immediate refund of my recharge of rs. 53 or 1gb+690mb 4g data in my account.

                I had been to canada and the u. S. For about five months. There was no airtel service during this period.

                On my return, to my great surprise, i discovered that there is no service.

                On checking with airtel office at anna nagar, i was told that it got deactivated and nothing can be done and was advised to check with h. O. At santhome. On 05-02-18 at santhome h. O. I was told that as the deactivation was not reported within 15days i had lost that no. When discussed about the next step, i was told that my no. Would have gone to the bangalore marketing office.

                I now request your good selves to assign my no. [protected] to me please.

                Reasons to assign [protected]:
                1) it is needless to say the immense inconvenience it is creating to me and to my contact persons.
                2) all my financial institutions and government departments have this no.
                3) i did not receive any notifications from airtel saying that my no. Is deactivated. Had i known it i would have taken the necessary action.
                4) i have been your faithful customer for a long period of time. You can check the opening date and the amount of money i had spent as an individual.
                5) despite attractive offers from reliance jio free offers... Etc i never switched to other vendors. I had been a faithful customer to you.
                6) how can you be so blunt and so rude saying, i did not report the deactivation when i had no chance of knowing it.
                7) considering the fact that i was abroad (From 20-8-17 to[protected] and i was not aware of the deactivation and i that i received no notifications from airtel... I request you to be kind enough to assign my no.[protected].

                I upgraded my airtel sim from 3G to 4G on 29/10/2017. but i am not able to send or receive text message from that date.
                i have already made complaint to customer care (two times) and mailed also to nodal officer. still problem persists.

                  We are facing so much regarding the network in victoria plaza, 385, garia main road, kolkata-700084 from month of november2017 but no one is resolving this issue.                     It is to bring to your notice the strong displeasure at the service and treatment meted out to the existing and prospective customer. Let me share brief facts with you.

                    I am existing airtel customer and contacted airtel broadband and fixed line section at 121 to understand about the broadband plans. I decided to go for airtel broadband plan with six month advance rental and was told by airtel’s representative (Mr. Sarit gupta in lajpat nagar-iv, new delhi) that the connection will be installed by 14th feb2018 if you make the payment by 6 pm on 13th feb 2018. I made the payment and submitted the required document to him. Now today, i came to know that instruments are out of stock from last three days and it will take another week to get the instrument for making the complete installation. The dsl/internet is activated at my premise today but the fixed line instrument is yet to be connected and i am at airtel’s mercy to provide me the instrument at their own convenience since i am already locked in for six month by making advance payment. My fixed line plan is activated but instrument is not installed. This means i am being charged for the service by the airtel but was not provided with the instrument to use the service. If you already know that instruments are out of stock then why are you deceiving customers into making payment by promising that your connection will be installed in a day. I take strong objection to this and reserve my right to knock the doors of consumer court regarding this event.

                      I contacted airtel for new broadband connection on 11 feb 2018, their field agent contacted me on 12 feb 2018 and told me that only 999/- plan is available in my area and after taking my documents he shared a link for advance payment and assured me that after payment within one day i will get the connection. On 12th feb 2018 i made the advance rental payment of 3537/- and shared the payment confirmation with the field agent. However after getting the payment confirmation the field agent stopped taking my calls and then on contacting airtel customer care i was told that it is not feasible to provide connection in my area. Now i am waiting for the refunds which as per airtel team will take at least another one month.
                      Seriously disappointed by airtel customer service.

                        We have connection - circuit id - 9078919, for our company. We sent a request on 9th of feb for shifting the lease line in the same building same floor just to a different room. But we never received any response. Mr. Prasad the account manager never picked up the call till 14th. On 14th of feb he told he needs 4-5 weeks to shift the line. This is not professional, we were never informed about this while taking...

                        When we linked our airtel mobile no with aadhar without intimating us our gas subsidy is going to airtelbank. From 11 months our gas subsidy amount is not transferring to my karur vyasa bankaccount. Kindly see this and please transfer our gas subsidy to said bank account. Sir we are suffering by this. Without our intimation how any bank can take our money. If you do not take action we will cut our airtelsim and deactivate it. Please transfer our money to that bank...

                          I am using airtel postpaid. Iam not getting proper network, many of the tym ppl tel that my mobile is not rechable and call gets disconnected in middle. And 499 plan comes with 40 gb data but m getting 20 gb that too very slow. They are charging me miss call alert charge but till nw i din get evn single msg. I have complained this many times but no solution. And cant port also bcoz 90 days waiting period really this is very worst experience. Never thought airtel has come to this footpath level.

                            Kindly note that we have called Mr. Rajkumar (Airtel executive, Contact No - [protected]) .

                            Then, through his link some executive from Airtel visited our office and all the procedure for the payment in cash was done.

                            We have received an Airtel form with a promise that the new broadband connection will be initiated within next 24 hours.

                            But it has been more than 12 days and we have no response from Airtel yet. No one is answering our call neither anyone has any status update about the same.

                            I am sending you the Airtel form copy provided to us. Please find the attachment.

                            Kindly look into the matter urgently.

                            It's a shame that Airtel cannot keep their promises and if we didn't receive any urgent action in this matter then it's better to remove our other Airtel office connections as well.

                            Every time a executive from Airtel drop a mail on my mail ID and then call with a promise that it will be done but still nothing happened.

                            Everyday they make same promise and then prove that all their promises are fake.

                              I have a post paid mobile connection with airtel with number [protected]. I went to one of the airtel outlets (Vel layambalam, trivandrum) as i had been informed to link this with my aadhar number. When the examined my fingerprint there was no print available. I am 87 years old and the fingerprints have disappeared. I was told to upgrade my aadhar. I did the same & went to the airtel outlet and the same was the result. During upgradation the akshaya centre took the retina reading but the airtel cetre had no equipment to read and verify it.
                              The airtel people said that in this instance they are helpless and after end of march they will be forced to cut off my mobile. Please inform as to what i can do to prevent disconnection of my mobile due to reasons beyond my control

                                I have 2 Airtel numbers with Airtel money registered. My [protected] number is active and [protected] is inactive which is connected with bank accounts. With first numer I am not able to generate UPI, while the other is inactive. Kindly deactivate or delete my Airtel money/payment bank account linked with [protected].

                                  Activated rs.399/84 days prepaid plan on 11.02.2018.
                                  After activation too many sms received, as i was busy couldn't read them properly, that too for various vas. On 12/02 my main account balance reached rs. 0.42 from rs.170 (Approx), then yesterday i recharged main account by rs.100/- and immediately several sms received towards vas, and my main balance again went to rs 0.42, further i didn't do recharge.
                                  I tried customer care, as usual lengthy pre-recorded voice message, at the end i couldn't able reach anybody in customer care. I sent mail to them, awaiting for reply. Then i checked sms and found out all the 23 vas were activated without my knowledge, each vas having different plan & different amount (One week, four days, one month plan like that). How this airtel can deduct money from my main account towards activation of vas with my consent. This is absolute breach of trust & and creating suspicion about the manner in which the airtel taking money from customer. To counter jio airtel offering several plans, but in other innovative method they are taking money from the customer.
                                  To all my friends, plz stop all the vas from airtel app immediatly, otherwise main account balance will keep on reducing. Jio is much much better than airtel, giving the service whatever they promisted.

                                    I have ported out my number [protected] from vodafone to airtel and the final message of porting came on 9th february, from then till today my sim is in emergency call mode and that was my official number. I am facing extreme trouble. I didn't expected this kind of service even before starting to avail it. I am highly disappointed with this.
