Hello team,

I have been using airtel services for more than a decade now and want to continue this relationship

However my experience now with dth customer care is forcing me to request for connection surrender, below are my complaint numbers, on 11th i was having trouble in viewing few channels hence i called customer care from my registered mobile number [protected] (Husband name registered ankit saxena)

Cs executive did run some backend config post which none of the channel were visible, on my various follow up on many days one engineer came and he was asking me the issue and just told i m unable to find the issue after 2hrs of investigation, and it seems suddenly my connector, cable, setup box, dish everything gone wrong, i wonder how it was working before i called the customer care post thisday i keep calling customer care and only false info is being share which is shameful for a provider like airtel

From two days they are giving me fake committment sla and fone number over call with cs which are wrong, you can cross check todays number shared for engineer called prabhu [protected]

I am looking your support for strong action against fake information provided and immediate resolution

    Airtel has the worst network.in my home my phone always shows no service. Most of the time my number is not reachable. I have to use whatsapp calling, its much better than airtel.
    Now these days while calling my number it most of the time shows user busy even while i m not using my phone. The problem is not only with my number.in my family we have 7airtel connections, all are facing network issues. We have airtel connectios for more than 10years, i think we have to switch to other network. I have complained to customer care many times, but the issue has not been resolved

      I have ported my 2 numbers to airtel since then i m not getting network coverage in vishrantwadi pune. They have pla to upgrade towers here. I have asked them to send technician on feb 14th so far no action taken from them. I'm unable to use internet as it's not working due to network issue. I agree network issues will be there in few areas but my question is why they are not sending technician to home address for connecting booster or repeater. They are saying we need to use their service atleast for 3 mon. Im ready to use lifelong if there is no network issue. My only expectation from them is to arrange technician to connect booster or repeater

      Engineer visited on 17th Feb. And updated airtel regarding the network coverage issue. They promised to solve the issue by connecting router, repeater or booster. But no response.we took 499 rs plan and no use of this as we are not getting network coverage and not able to access net and facing issue with calls I think we have to bear this harrasment from airtel for 3 months. The main issue is they are not solving issue and asking us to wait till they upgrade towers here. We are disappointed that we ported our numbers to airtel.

      This company should be rated as best company for its worst services. The only thing they do is just send these type of mails as it involves no cost.

      The above reply we got when we requested to install booster or repeater. This company will never grow and should learn something from its competitors.

        We have been using the above mentioned airtel number for more than 15 years and this number is disconnected because of no usage (First time in 15 years).
        After we come to know about it, we have been in touch with airtel through the email, no action has been taken and no options provided to me to get the number back.
        I am in a short assignment period working in united states and no provision given to contact airtel except through email and their only response to go and contact airtel store which is not possible for me as i am out of the country now.
        While this outstanding complaint is on with them, now it looks to be like this number is given to somebody else and all my personal financial transactions are going to that number which provides further issues as all my information is now shared to the third party.

          I tried recharging an Airtel number - [protected] with Rs. 199 on 13th January 2018, but failed, I was wrongly charged and did not received refund yet. I also tried recharging another Airtel number - [protected] with Rs. 199 on 22nd of January 2018, failed, yet was charged, did not received any refund till date. kindly do something about it.

            My number is [protected], i am in singapore and on international roaming, i had activated internationa roaming 2498 plan on my number. I had tried doing it on 20th jan and i received the information that the transaction failed, therefore i did it again on 21th jan. On recieving my credit card statement i realized that both transaction was through. I request you to transfer on of my services to the next month

              Hi,

              I have complained many times that no network in munnekolala area 560037 in bangalore. They said would resolve but no response from them.
              Recently also i complained the guy told go for port and we cant do anything that they agreed no network in homes in your area.
              As i am using airtel more than 10 years.
              Sometimes rudely they speak.
              Very bad network airtel now a days they dont even respond

                I have received special offer of about 199 and 399 rupees.. I already have 409 rupees as my balance amount in my mobile. But i cant recharge those offer from my main account.. It is fully cheating.. Now a days no one is use their main account balance for voice call, sms, etc. Only use it from special monthly unlimited call sms packs.. So all my 409 rupees will going to useless.. Thats the technique of airtel to cheat their own customer...

                  Post sim swap, my new airtel 4g sim was active for few minutes but it soon became inactive and my phone is showing server error. Check your network and try again. All i see in my phone is emergency calls only. It has been 6 days and no help recieved from airtel customer care team. All they say is reboot my phone. They are not even serious about customer's issues. I have tried reaching them on 121/ airtel enterprise mail chains. All they say is wait for 24hrs it will be resolved. I am unable to make or recieve calls. Unable to do any bank transactions. I feel like porting to jio instead of this ineffective airtel.

                    Airtel has deducted charges so many times. Recently they deducted whatsmob service activate charge which i don't even know. Called up customer care they said user must have click on pop up and immedietly reversed the charges. Airtel is totally fraud company. They don't have ethics. If they don't know about the service how can they reverse the amount within seconds. It happened with me 4-5 times. They have looted us all these years. Now, jio has teaching them lesson.

                      Your network & net service is not good in our aria, its too worst. Already we made complaints many times but no use. Your 4g is only nominal but not in practical. Shame on you, when you say "india's largest network" pls take this complaint seriously, otherwise will go to port.

                        I have been using airtel 4g/3g plan which gives 1gb/day. After sometime i start noticing they show that my 1 gb is over but althoung i have only used 800. It happens daily now.
                        I am just fed up by their cheating.
                        I have attached 2 photos
                        One is of my airtel app and second is of my mobiles default data usage.
                        Please airtel dont cheat your users.

                          Dear sir / madam

                          This to inform you that with reference to customer id [protected], i have recharged with infinity pack for rs.5801 for period of 1 year ie. On 17/02/2018. When i requested details over phone they say that validity will be till oct 2018 which is not correct which should be till next feb 2019. I have also received message saying that long duration pack could not be updated. Please kindly update to long duration pack or i think this will be our last recharge on this service provider as we have also faced many problem in past which not at all promising and services from airtel have been worst for us. We have been customer of airtel digital tv for past 7 years please take action or you may be loosing most of your customers. Please kindly update details and also provide details of validity. Please do it asap and revert back.

                            Attracted to much hyped slogan ' india's fastest 4g network' i bought a 4g airtel sim and recharged it with frc 88+data 349 (2.5 gb per day for 28 days) to use high speed internet on 11.02.2018. Since that night i am realizing that i am the stupidest personfor wasting my 437 rupees for the largest 'chor' in indian telecommunication market.
                            My data transfer rate never cross more than 50kbps!! Since 11th feb, airtel has looted my at least 14gb data!! I had contacted with their customer care unit. And they only have one solution, that is ' we'll rectify this as soon as possible' so it may be 10 days, 20 days, 30 days or even a year!! And as per my knowledge, they don't have any data refund policy.
                            So, airtel is the largest telecommunication scammer in this country. I am leaving airtel simcard on 11th march 2018!! I'll never buy their 2nd sim in future.!!

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              I want to tell you that i'm a customer in airtel prepaid number last three to four year's. I have many times contact your tollfree number or your airtel office in model town hisar. But there is no response due to net problem.

                              I've also use airtel prepaid number in my home many number's but enough. I've changed my all number in airtel to another prepaid number.
                              In last four to five month's i've not using my 4g net properly. There is a very poor network or service problem in last 4 to 5 month.

                                Recently i have shifted my house. I had requested airtel to shift my connection no. [protected] to my new house on horamavu main road, bangalore 560043. The area distributor shifted my connection which worked for three days with video problem and problem of intermittent signal loss. From forth day it stopped completely. On complaining the technician was sent on third day when i found all the wires hanging loose from amplifier. Your area distributor has done shoddy work and not worked on back bone systems. The wires and connections should be in lock and wires should be joined using connectors but it's not so. Our building management staff had instructed for proper installation but your area office was not bothered. I have complained through mail to customer care who is promising me that by that day evening connection would be restored and credit for days for which i have been deprived of the service be given but that is not happening. Please let me know what is to be done. Also please let me know if i should file a police complaint for fraud and harassment to a senior citizen. Please revert immediately.

                                  Hamare yha par august me 4g hua tha pahle speed thik thi lekin ab uski speed 3g se bhi jayda bekar hai kuch bhui nahi chalta hai.
                                  Mera online work hai. Airtel se mai kuch bhi search nahi kar paa rha hu.
                                  Mere ghar par 5 airtel connection hai.
                                  Mai in sabhi no. Ko port out kra doonga agar jldi se jldi problem solve nahi hui.
                                  Maine isme kareeb 450 rs ka recharge karaya tha lekin sabhi bekaar gya hai
                                  Iske baad mai kabhi bhi airtel me recahrge nahi kraunga na hi kisi ko salah doonga airtel me jaane ki agar koi jaata bhi hoga tab bhi mna kar doonga.
                                  Bahut complaint ho gyi kuch hota to hai nahi bekar me reacharge jata aur upr se racharge bhi koi tumhara itna sasta nahi hai

                                    Airtel, i don't know what type of service you are providing, i'm staying in the same house. But from last weeks i'm not able to place any call and my phone is also not reachable when someone is trying to call. And coming into the mobile data, it is the worst. Not getting 4g. Can you please tell me why i'm paying 500/month for this type of service. I'm planning to port my connection to vodafone. Because day by day your network is getting worst.

                                      I have been living in the same house and using the same phone and sim for the last 2 years. Since 16th feb, the network strength has become so low that it blanks out as soon as i move into the house from the balcony.

                                      What if somebody tries to reach me in case of emergency? Or even worse, what if something happens to me and need to call someone for help?

                                      Seems vodafone is adding towers and airtel is reducing them.

                                        My incoming call services stopped working abruptly on 14 feb. When i try calling airtel regarding this issue, they just keep giving me new resolution times, 24 hours, 48 hours, 4 hours. I am unnecessary suffering for airtel's mistakes & facing terrible business loss.

                                        Before incoming calls, my data pack stopped working for couple of days even though my device always used to show 4g signals.

                                        I am terribly frustrated by airtel services now & seriously thinking about porting out myself & 25 other family members that use airtel on daily basis.
