debit is not allowed even though there's money in the wallet

It's very disappointing when airtel promotes its wallet by "use instantly". I created an airtel wallet for irctc ticket booking. I credited wallet by 800 rupees but when i tried to buy the ticket, i got a message "debit is not allowed" neither the customer care reply to email ids.in our country getting tickets is not so easy. I feel helpless inspite of having money in wallet, i am not able to use it. My number is [protected]...

new airtel ported sim is not working

I've ported my no.[protected] from aircel to airtel and i have also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service....

Hi

Ported my number from vodafone.
My voda number had stopped working and airtel number is not registeted as it saying when i call 59059.

Please do the needful verification urgently.

airtel 4g sim stopped working suddenly

Suddenly on 3rd feb, 2018, the airtel sim on my phone stopped working. Initially thought it might be a phone problem. Restarted phone several times, changed sim slot, tried it in another phone, tried stopping other services like wifi. All of no use.
All this without any intimation from airtel. I was about to receive important calls and messages on this number. Lost peace of mind due to this carelesness.

worst network & worst 4g speed

Worst network i am facing right now.. Even sometimes during a conversation suddenly whole network vanish. Same as data too.. Worst speed i ever used.. Sir i honestly request u.. Plz keep ur quality for which airtel is known to us... We r ready to pay more but can't compromise quality...

I have attached a screenshot which shows how much data i have used in whole day... It's really a embarrassment...

network , internet and calling problem

My airtel prepaid number seems to be inactivated today. I have been using this number for more than 5 years. Please reactivate it. I will be back to india next month from usa. Your help on this would be much appreciated.

I am using this number for all my banking transactions and provided to other services as well.

worst 3g/4g network

Recently i i've switched from jio to airtel expecting better data services, but it didn't happen, even though i use in 4g coverage area, when i use youtube, play store and some streaming apps data services are good and have a speed of 3 to 10 mbps.
But while playing online games like war robots, some app, and browsers doesn't get 3g/4g...

network fault

The network is worst, with its coverage. The complaint given regarding same in 2016 still not resolved. Everytime to use the data need to be out in open space or road from inside the office premises as neither my customer nor anybody can hear anything, and frequently call drops. Stop fooling customers. Need compensation for the loss due to it. The audacity of the company employees is too much where they even can't escalate the same issue...

worst customer service in nagercoil

Here in nagercoil tamil nadu since 6months we are asking for a fibernet we are in living in center of the town but they are simply blabbing something like copper material is not provided by the company that's why we are not able to provide you the service is this the way a prestigious company responds to their senior customers (We are using this broadband since 2007). delay in activation of my number

Once i came back recently i wanted it to reactivate.
I had submitted all my document and address verifier verified everything and he says he has cleared it from his end.

airtel secure rejecting claim no of times

I was damaged before and claim was approved by airtel. And airtel replace my handset from apple.

network issues

I complain before 2 months ago for network issues but not resolved. I called customer care about 3 times a day all executive says we resolve as soon as possible. This is your service? Really disappoint.Vodafone service it's too much better. check this issue and slove as soon as possible because it's too much harassment. Check this and slove within 7 days either I will mail you a higher level....

bill payment issue

Team,

I had migrated from postpaid to prepaid, at the time I was cleared all my outstanding bill amount on 10th of January 2018, afterward it's showing the bill amount is Rs -47.

My connection got changed and after few days again the same bill amount (Rs 226) got deducted from HDFC credit card on[protected]. I am herewith attaching the report of all the transactions for your reference.Hence I want to refund...

postpaid bill- wrongly calculated and customer care is the worst

I have been calling Airtel customer care and asking them to remove international roaming pack (which i activated in the month of November). After calling thrice each month the plan is still active and the amount is wrongly added in my bill.
Customer care person is repeating just one line (sorry for the inconvenience) and couldn't even understand my issue. After asking to speak to their manager, i was put on hold for 15-20 minutes on...

blocking of my account

My airtel payments bank is freezed and i cannot debit my 333 rs from my account. I have done only one payment from my account. The next time i added rs 250 and when i tried to pay my phone bill using my wallet, it is not letting me do that. I even cannot transfer that money to my bank account. My post paid contact is [protected]. I am using this number from last one year. But unsatishfiedly i want change my sim postpaid to prepaid. Rajajinagar and basaveswar store staff always giving the wrong information. We are asking any thing they giving always wrong information and rudely behave i am not continue this plan i want quickly change postpaid to free paid pls suggest quickly....
