My Airtel broadband connection wire was disconnected on 31/5/2022 and i raised a complaint ([protected]) and they said the issue will be solved within 24 hours but still after 5 days they haven't sent anyone and if i try to reach their customer care they play auto recording and say that it'll be resolved within 24 hours from the past 4 days, the technician who installed the wifi says that someone else would come instead of him and still the issue is pending and I've paid for 6months and it's still the first month, please take action against it

Complaint marked as Resolved Within 24 hours after receiving the complainant the company assigned an engineer to address my problem and the engineer came to my doorstep, checked my connection resolved the issue and left, I'm glad for the help provided by consumer complaint website, thank you for helping me
