I m from surat. And in my number no one scheme is activated and i want as is it, i doesn't want to activat any scheme from your side and how ever 90 inr are deduced from my balance, please recheck it, because i m not interested to activate any scheme like whatsmob, it is my mistake that i prefer airtel, solve this problem and contact me as soon as possible, otherwise i claim against your compny.

    I am sending port sms since one month iam getting reply as unable to generated upc code at present due to system issue.

    I called customer care for more than 10 times and they will say we will resolve your issue within 24 hours and after putting down the call no response.

    They have already charged me money for porting with the previous port code to convert to postpaid which is expired in between this process.

    Now iam unable to generate new upc.

    Thought to lodge a complaint and not providing me service.

    Such a pathetic service airtel provides really

    Customer care is useless no technical knowledge for there executives all foolish people

      Hello i am an airtel sim user i have a bill pending.
      Airtel collection person call at my wife number and talk very misbehave i told him please call me to my another number and talk to me he was talking very cheaply.
      His mobile number is [protected].
      I had call to 100 number and complaint him.

      Is this the right way to call any customer?
      I want airtel take action at him.

        My daughter working in accenture chennai has purchased wifi device from chennai airtel store and this person mr. John from airtel [protected] has been promising the activation of sim for last 3 days and he says every 15 minutes it would be done but he is not seem to be doing the activation
        Is this the way airtel works

          port request cancelled

          I applied for porting request on my current operator which is airtel postpaid.
          I wanted to port it with vodafone prepaid service. As per the process, i sent port requesting message as 'port ' to 1900. Then, port code is generated.
          And, further procedure followed for the application of new operator.

          Few days later, i got message from vodafone saying that 'your porting request has been rejected by your current operator...

          I am a subscriber of airtel postpaid mobile service. The company had launched an airtel secure service for its customers to insure their handsets against liquid / accidental damage on payment of a regular premium everymonth. I had subscribed to this offer and was paying my premiums regularly. On the 05 of feb 2018, i accidentally dropped my phone in a drain and it was damaged. The phone was an expensive one plus five make costing 38000 rupees. So i approached airtel for covering it under the insurance clause. I was harassed by the customer care executives for last five days asking me to submit various details. Some embarrassing questions were asked as to how did i drop the phone? What was i thinking when the phone was dropped? Etc. My adhar details were taken now all this was neither asked not sought at the time of selling me the insurance. However the moment a claim was raised all sorts of proofs became important. Finally today on the 10th february o have been informed that the claim has been rejected as it does not fall either under accidental or liquid damage. Ian aghast at this justification of theirs because my phone was dropped accidentally and was damaged for to a liquid. I think that airtel is running a scam by charging it's customers for insurance. I think that they need to be investigated and the customers like me should be protected by such

            Dear sir,
            This is regarding several communication i had with airtel representatives relating to the no portability since last 20-25 days i have been received calls from airtel from different people and different no.. They told me that i have submit a request for no portability from my vodafone no. [protected] to airtel but actually i didn't and they call me for the same on regular basis.

            I will take strict action for that

              My airtel no : [protected] in the name of juthika poddar.
              From the last 2-3 months i am observing that unsuddenly my balance position becoming nil.
              This month also i recharged it on january 8th with rs.50/-.
              From that time i made very very less calls. Because most of my calls are made through my husbands phone.
              2-3 days ago also i found there was more than rs 30/- balance.
              Suddenly from last day 08.02.18 at the time of dialling yours system informed " yours balance is not sufficient for making outward phone calls. Please recharge etc etc.
              I dont know where my balances are going on???/
              Please explain and take necessary steps to recover my balance.
              For your information i am a housewife of 60 years - neither i do facebook, nor internet from my phone. So0 how it has been deducted.

                I am currently facing connectivity issue with my airtel broadband dongle for post paid and my repeated calls to the airtel customer care number (198) and
                [protected] yielded no response from the airtel showroom.
                Because of the above, i am unable to do my regular office activities even after getting the dongle device. Kindly fix it at the earliest and if not, i have no other way except to escalate this to the ministry of telecommunication.

                    I have applied as per airtel marketing person guideline for 40mbps connection. But i got 40mbps download and 9mbps upload.

                    I called customer care they said whatever plan you can buy, but from the plan you will get only 80% download and 20% upload

                    They're nowhere mentioned 80% download and 20% upload only possible with us.

                      Dear sir,

                      I had tried at least 3 times to get my postpaid number converted from postpaid to pre-paid in the past few months. Everyone i had been given false promise that conversion will reflect in your account after to hour ironically it never happened. Today when i visited to ground floor, site no 36/37, chinnappanahalli village, kr puram, hobli,, east tal, maratahalli, bangalore, karnataka 560037 i had been told they don't have form to switch a number to postpaid to pre-paid.

                      When i asked them why they don't have they said they don't have again. I asked them why they don't get the forms their answer same.

                      I have humble request to you take the proper action against these airtel stores and operator.

                        I am calling from esamia bazar, hyderabad.
                        We are experiencing a lot of call drops and network issues in airtel network in this important - sultan bazar area of hyderabad.
                        We have complained many times, but nothing has been done by airtel yet.

                        If airtel doesn't improve its services over here, many customers will shift from airtel to other new networks.

                          Yesterday after recharging my airtel prepaid no. With 150 rs i got another message within 5 minutes that 35 rs have been deducted for the namkeen pack, since i was not using airtel since 5-6 mths i never activated that service. Sms provided me one no. To deactivate the service, when i called that no. The service was deactivated but 35 rs were not returned. I want my 35 rs back, i better give this money to a beggar than to these filthy corporates.

                            On 8 feb 2018 my at night my network gone and never returned till date. Next morning i connected to customer support and they advised me to change the sim from airtel store. Afternoon i get the message to restart my phone but again there is no network. I called up again and the customer care advised me to wait for 4 hours. Now today is 10 feb 2017 and still no network. As usual they ask 24 hours to resolve the issues. As these days everything is on mobile and i'm facing the horrible experience for being airtel customer. My banking stopped for more than 3 days as they asked me to wait for 24 hours. Being an old customer i never ever going to promote or recommend airtel connection to anyone i know.
                            As im calling them so many times and in return i get more and more time to wait.
                            After this no more airtel connection in my life.

                            Thank you airtel for such wonderful experience and the loss of money im facing due to you.

                              Yesterday i recharged my airtel digital tv recharge through airtel app amount of rs.415 /- the transaction was failed but amount deducted. I tried again, again my amount rs.415/- deducted but nit recharged and refunded. I was very disappointed. See attached my account statement that amount deducted from bharat tel. Please help to refund my money immediately.

                                This refers to the subject matter, please note that for the airtel number [protected], i have recharged from airtel application through airtel bank for rs.399/- and it was not reflected to this number and i could not able to call also and messaging low account balance. There after i have called up on airtel customer numbers several times and got to know that the query will be resolved in 2days and also asked me to recharge for rs.10/- more to get updated. That also done by me but rs.10/- only got immediately updated to this number account. However till date inspite of several complaints rs.399/- was not updated to my [protected] number till date.
                                So now what to do about, i don't understand.
                                Please resolve urgently.

                                  I had an active unlimited since 1 gb was not enough i wanted to club it with another unlimited pack. To confirm that on topping up i will not losse the previous data i. E 1 gb i contacted airtel via 121 service customer care executive told me that full venefit of 1 gb and 2.5gb willl be credited, seeing this i proceeded with the recharge but now i am just getting 2.5 gb whose fault is that. I request being a bonafied person i get the full beneifit.

                                    Since around 1 year now we are experiencing heavy network issues with airtel.in our area everyone using airtel is experiencing the same issue.in spite of number of complaints and follow-ups we are not getting any satisfactory reply. Neither there is any resolution to the issue. Phone does not work at all in the area venkatapuram and nearby in jamalapuram. Airtel claims to have best network but sorry to say that its not true and also we are experiencing very bad customer service. We have no idea by when will this get fixed. We all are now thinking on porting out which seems to be a better solution here.

                                      Not even getting 2g speed on this daily 1gb pack...I had put a 3g pack of 399rs for my airtel SIM..but I'm not even getting a 2g speed..this is first time airtel is cheating like this. The pack says it's for non commercial use. Does this mean that we can't even use it for 2g speed. Hardly one whatsapp message goes from my mobile .
