Previously I was using Vodafone in December 2017 I port my number to airtel. And this is my biggest mistake that I chosen airtel. False statement given by airtel that it is largest network.

Pathetic network. While talking call gets disconnected. Finding issue with connection constantly. Well if my problem is not resolved at the earliest then I will escalate this matter to the higher level and file compliant with the consumer forum.

    Am not getting 4g internet fast and getting messages that
    (Dear Customer, we have upgraded to 4G services at your Area. Experience superfast 4G speeds by inserting your 4G SIM in SIM Slot 1 and select network type as 4G/LTE. To check your Handset compatibility and SIM status give a missed call to 577 (Toll free).
    Again if I get that message I'll keep case on Airtel company...
    Am not getting 4g internet speed and some time Signals will not show
    It shows no service
    If I on data on top of the signal it's shows like this !

      Complaint is about my personal mobile not the one mentioned above.in aug i have asked them to put in safe custody. So they asked me to clear the previous bill plus pay the safe custody charges. Paid the same + safe custtody charges + 6 months (50*6). All this paid upfront. So safe custody done.in aug end i wanted to take it back from safe custody due to some personal reasons. Now these jokers and [censored]er started they drama. It took them one week to take it out of safe custody and then on their own they have or their system has initiated 5 plan changes in a day (Point1). Also there is data pack of 700rs (Point2), whcih i told them who has enabled and told to disable next day itself. Which is absurd totally as they dont change any plan and packs without customer confirmation. From sep17 till jan'18 if we go by simple thumb rule the bill comes (399 round of 400 * 5) = 2000. Now starts the whole frusturration... To my shock bill came to some 2000/- per month. Every week calling these jokers to rectify the same and useless any on call is we cannot help oru senior will help and somebody will call. Keept calling on weekly basis and keept explaining in every call where they have done mistakes. To my shock, they reversed the extra amount after three months and some 10 calls. Best useless explanation comes that they are not able to remove 700rs data pack some issues are there. So every month on billing i ahve to call explain some jokers on the call and wait to get useless response stating we cannot help somebody will call. Best part this time when i call person the call says why i am not pay outstanding amount and he tell me that i am unnecessary making issue. Airtel team if 500 makes you rich you can take that amount. I have already started closing my relation ship with you which goes back to 12 years. Where till date i have not defaulted even once and my account has already been in credit balance. If can do something before next billing fine. Else roll it up.

        Since shifting to uae, i am unable to make payments because the airtel online and mobile payment portal does not work.

        While airtel does not resolve the issue, it harasses the india based senior citizen family members by calling for payments. They even said they will send people to the doorstep to collect the cheque payment.

        If they do so, we shall have no recourse but to make a police complaint against whoever turns up at our doorstep and seek appropriate justice

          Hello,
          I am vardhaman aitawade. I have airtel postpaid number [protected] (Maharashtra).
          On 2nd december 2017 i converted it postpaid to prepaid with paid all the outstanding ammount by using netbanking at devidas airtel pimple saudagar pune.
          My outstanding amount is 640/- rs but same time my account debited two times. (640 + 640 = 1240 rs)
          I can complaint immediately to airtel, they said extra amount will sending you at billing address by cheque, within 45 days. Today is almost 60 days completed, but still i can't get cheque. So i called airtel customer care, people are not responding properly, and again they said wait more 90 days.
          Kindly requesting you please resolve this problem and refund my money as soon as possible.

            Hi, i am pallavi sharma from faridabad, haryana having airtel prepaid connection no. [protected]. I lost mobile yesterday night, hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card as soon as possible.

            Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid sim card (If possible, with the balance amount from my previous sim). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

              I have raised multiple complaint to airtel resolve issue. Still now we are getting less than 1 mbps of speed in krishanagiri district 4g airtel data.
              Intermediately mobile data got disconnected. After multiple times only able to test the speed of the internet through speed test.net. I have raised this issue in october month after that in december now its been february.
              Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              I ported from voda to airtel and there is no signal.

              The verification call happened and the signal vanished after my birth year entering. Now there is no signal since then. How to call ??? I dont have any alternate number.

              Such a bad service!!!

              Airtel — not able to connect to AT&T toll free no 000117, and able to connect to same number from Vodafone mobile number. I have daily usage of the number 000117 to attend conference calls. Please assist on this.

                Hi team,

                I am writing this email regarding my mobile network. My mobile number is[protected].
                I have ported from vodafone to airtel on 29th of january 2018. And my vodafone network has been disabled from feb 5th.

                When i inserted my new airtel sim to the mobile, i am unable to find the network. As the network symbol is showing as blank. If any one tries to call they are getting the message as - "all the incoming calls has been barred". Even i am unable to call any one.

                I have given multiple complaints in garudacharpalya airtel store. But there is no response from them. I am facing very difficulties with this airtel sim card.

                I request you to an action on this and let me know where the issue is from.

                I have added 657 rupees. Once I try to pay my mobile bill it shows "debit for this account is not allowed".

                  Its been a month iam facing the problems while making a call, always i have to dial a number around 3 times, then the call gets connect, suggest me what to do, this the first time and last time iam writing here, network is to poor, vashi navi mumbai near station above joyallukas jwellers and also in sector 6 vashi. I always call your customer care to ask them they always suggest me remove sim and insert it, but doing it many times still the same problem.

                  Suggest you to look into this matter, other wise will change the network as i am having around 20 connections in my home that too post paid connection.

                    I have been using airtel no: [protected] since five years.in the same phone elephone p8000 in other sim slot bsnl is working. But suddenly from 06.02.2018 showing "no service". Also i tried in other xiaomi mi5. But still the sim is showing no service. It gently requested to resolve the issue and give me the explanation of why it happening though there is still balance amount in account.

                      1) airtel offered us office internet plan by saying that upload speed will be half of download speed and we opted for 2mbps/ 1mbps plan.
                      2) but till date upload speed never achieved more than.45 mbps
                      3) when i complained then got the reply that 1mbps is not technically feasibile in my are i. E. Office internet paln is not possible and they can convert it into normal broadband connection.
                      4) when i asked for the return of amount charged by airtel from last one year for office internet and rs 5000/- as installation charges than no repl received.
                      I have escalated this issue to nodal officer, mr gopal vittal and mr sunil mittal but not getting any response.

                      It seems that airtel is cheating the customer.

                          I am writing this email in response to my complaint regarding network issues am facing in my location and every where i travel. I spoke with different customer care persons but all of them promised like it will be resolved in 3 days, 1 days and even the last agent told that it will be resolved in 2 days and i will get a call from network or backend team but those 2 days are over and i didnt get any call nor my issue is resolved. I am facing this from past 6 months from the time i bought my sim. Even i took duplicate sim and i followed all instructions given by customer care persons like putting the sim in different phones and changing slots but nothing worked out. The signals are very fluctuating and there wont be complete signals available and due to this call drop will happen and when i turn on internt i get only 3g even if the area covers 4g. I am very unsatisfied with this and the way custom care people are handling this issue. I told one of the person to take a complaint he told he will but he didnt. This is person id with whom i spoke for the last time that is 2 days back "[protected]". I have got messages from 247 for facing network issues. Nothing has been done till now. So am raising a complaint.

                          This is regarding network issues with my airtel postpaid connection. My number is [protected] Few weeks back I raised a complaint and airtel technical team followed up well and promised to resolve this issue by 3 days and even they admitted that there is network signal fluctuations happening. But now even after a week its not resolved.Its not occuring in a particular location but in most of the locations its happening and cant complain each time for each location as they are good and well developed locations in bangalore where this network signal fluctuations are happening. Its time to expose Airtel disppaointed service to consumers in socical media and whereever possible. This is my 2nd complaint in consumer forum. Nothing will be resolved just they are eating our money and providing worst service even after following very patiently. They cant provide proper service in bangalore and how come they give service in leh and ladak. Just making people fool. Will start a program to expose airtel scam and fooling people.

                            I'm one of your customer for airtel prepaid from last 8-9 months. I have great experience with you earlier but from last some days approx from last 20 - 25 days i observed many issues regarding your networks. Most of the time my call is not connected to any one and i have also 1 no. Of vodafone at the same time when i dialed from the vodafone call connect easily without any problem. Because of this i have to used my voadfone no, instead of airtel. This is not an update of any particular area this condition is belongs to any where and some of m, y friends also face this issue. As airtel is the no. Brand and i doesn't expect this type of service from you. Please check as update

                              I have lost my phone yesterday afternoon. Incall airtel customer service today at 10am to block my sim card. An executive named pravin.
                              1. He denied to block my number because i couldn't give him the exact detail of my last recharge. Though the sim card owner name n address matched. And not only the last recharge but last lapu recharge he wanted. Whereas, i have told him that since long now i have been recharging online and sometimes i may take credit.. And the usual recharge amount is rs100/200. But mr. Pravin was least understanding n helpful.
                              2. He was very rude as i asked / tried to convince him that yes i am the rightful owner of the sim card i want to block n kindly do so, so that it can't be misused.
                              3. Clearly denied to block it.
                              4. My point is, if my name n address matched... Is it not enough? How can someone remember the last lapu recharge or any recharge for that sake, if it is not memorable or significant for some reason?
                              5. Why was there no alternative ways to verify if i was i... N i was not lying.
                              6. N why the hell will someone block some number? Wont that fraud know that the actual owner can get that same number dim later?
                              7. And as airtel have denied to block my sim.. If anyway my number is misused who will be responsible? And simply don't understand why can't you block it just bcz the last recharge i m unsure of? This is ridiculous!

                              For the first time now i have found airtel to be so unsupportive /unfriendly to the customer. While all my family members have been using airtel all the while.
                              If you look into this matter i will be glad!
                              N no customer needs to go through this almost an add on harassment because we approach the service only when we are in a tiff already. N i do have problem with mr. Pravin/anyone who does this kind of behaviour.

                                      For the past few weeks the 4g hotspot is not working in roaming. It only blinks red signal whenever i switch it on. I did recharge the internet packs and also i have recharged the sim with some top-ups. I tried switching it off and on many times but it's not working. Earlier it used to work somehow in roaming but now it only blinks red signal and couldn't get any signal. Kindly provide me with effective solution asap.

                                      Just reset your dongle (holding both Power and Wifi buttons for 3 seconds- in my device), then it will work fine.
                                      I bhought my dongle in Chennai and tried to use it in Mumbai. Faced the issue but resetting simply solved the problem.

                                        I'm trying to switch my airtel number to other network. But i received "message not sent". I tried in different handset to send the message but i'm getting same message. When i contact customer care they asked me enable premium messaging service, but no use because it was already enabled. I'm facing this issue in all 4 airtel numbers in home we use.
