I had unused data of around 180 gb (My plan was 649 bucks plus taxes), i called the customer care to inquire plans and came to knew i am getting same benefits under 499 plan, i was already being cheated.
After i requested to change my plan so i would end up paying less for same benefits. All of a sudden i lost my previous data for which literally i paid a hefty 800 a month.

I want my data back or wavier in my next bills. I am not gonna pay my bills until i get a clarification and settlement.

      Internet speed of 4g on airtel is terribly slow. I recently upgraded from a 3g sim to a 4g sim. The speed offered by the 3g speed was satisfying. I hence decided to stick with airtel although jio offers larger data packs at cheaper prices. I am however gutted at the ridiculously slow speed that the airtel 4g network is offering. I did a speed test yesterday at around 11pm and would you believe my download speed was 2.2mbps 😠

        Hi i started process to port my vodafone number [protected] to airtel and then got regular calls (10 call in a day from airtel side and hence decided not to go with this unprofessional company. From last few days getting calls in local languauage stating you wont be able to work with vodafone also. They threat me on phone which is very immature behavior from airtel side. Really want to take legal action against air tel and his partner who called me at 1053 am (Today — sunday — 04th feb) from number [protected]. They actually forced me to switch to airtel from vodafone or else i wont be able to continue with any of network :- (

          Internet is not working from past 8 days, i am not able to use data network on my airtel number [protected].
          I already registered the complain on 28th jan[protected], which they have closed from their end only without my confirmation.
          Through this network i am doing a small business, which i am not able to support from last 8 days and i am losing money on that.

            Sir I have a great mistake of my own fault. I have done one wrong recharge of amount 448.00 on an wrong number. I have recharge it twice and now want to recharge another mobile number with the same amount so that i don't suffer from any loss of 448.00 Rs. Please sir please solve my problem. I am very thankful to you.

              My mobile number is [protected] i'm using regular airtel customer recently activate 4G data plan EC 399 the data speed is very very slow normally google web page opening take long time take compare other (jio) network is best options..customer care complaint not connect the network, i am hardly irritating on this airtel network.. so i change the network.

                I could not regenerate mPIN in Airtel wallet.no transaction I could make after adding money.i called customer care many time but whatever they could not resolve the problem.they asked me to call number 400 where I was guided into ivr many times.airtel network was told one of the best and it's become waste in teams of customer service.

                  I recharged my pre-paid number online with a Rs.448 voucher and unfortunately my father also recharged the number with a Rs.509 voucher without my knowledge from a cellular point in Eluru. I called the customer care and they just keep saying that I have done a mistake and they don't want to do anything about it. This is not fair, as this is a genuine mistake and this happened for the first time.

                  Can you please kindly cancel/refund the online transaction or extend the validity on the account for 82+90 days. Many thanks.

                    Hi,

                    It has been really sad to observe the worst ever services from airtel. I bought an airtel secure plan in the month of nov'17.
                    I never have been careless in my handling of the phone, you can check the condition of the phone. It is still has same new finish. However, i was never aware that slipping of phone as to be some specific occasion until i heard that my claim has been rejected due to keeping my phone in my jeans pocket i was travelling on a bike and i slipped due to y carelessness. What a rubbish statement ever...

                    The very next minute i called up the customer care and after that went to an airtel store and enquired about this and then registered for the claim.
                    There was no support for a customer. They gave no good responce and insulted me saying careleness and denied my claim.

                    May i request you to look into concern as after many days of rigorous follow up i could register my claim and i have been told that claim is rejected. I have not taken this secure services from insurance provider and i dont want to hear their lame excuses. I am going to proceed with legal option if not taken my request seriously.

                      Suddenly my airtel sim was deactivated very important noticed next day after recharging of 199rs plan... I want my sim to be reactivated with my 199rs plan... I will pay reactivation charges of 20rs which is informed by customer care to me. At any cost i want my money back if not wil cancel all my services of airtel n port to other well known networks.

                          Worst internet service, even though iam receiving 4g signal the speed is much slower than 2g, worst speed i have ever had, but in addition they deduct money for unknown services without my knowledge, if i call customer care they said while using internet i might activate that services but iam confused that iam not using airtel internet nowadays due to slow net service, i think the only way to escape from these is to change from airtel network...

                            From last 6 months automatically some games, ciniplus packages are getting activated without any request from my side. Money is getting deducted without any messages. Called cust. Care so many times and am really fedup with airtel. If i raise the complaint supervisor will say sorry and they refund the money and very next day it’s getting deducted again. This is happening from last 4 months. I have lost almost 1000 rupees.

                              I have added rs. 5097/- money in airtel payment bank as on following :
                              30/11/2017 - rs. 1000/-
                              06/12/2017 - rs. 20/-
                              12/12/2017 - rs. 4077/-

                              But i am unable to do any kind of transaction in my account from that day. I tried every mode of transaction like recharge or transferring money but an error occurs saying "debit for your account is not allowed"

                              I called customer care they said me to send my kyc details. Which i sended to them.
                              For which i received a case id : 1296618 on 01/01/2018
                              But it doesn't work so, i called again they said you have to send the statement for the same from where you added the amount. So, i sended the statement of my card from where i added money. For which again i received a case id : 1320121 on 05/01/2018

                              But still no resolution provided from airtel. Every time i call to customer care they said that we are forwarding the same just wait for 48 hrs your case will be resolved.
                              But at the end no solution done from airtel till. Its almost 03 months and still i am unable to do any kind of transaction.

                              Please do the needful. An early action will be highly appreciable.
                              No company official replies here..whats the use of posting our complaint here?

                                We have been airtel customers for more than a decade and all my family members have been using airtel connection for longtime now.

                                The subject number is in my name though is used by my wife. She visited dubai in the month of oct 2017 and opted for an international package for rs.2999. This amount was paid in the subsequent billing cycle.

                                She again made 2 weeks trip to dubai starting dec 23rd 2017 until jan 6th, 2018. We were debited rs.2999 two times (Apprx rs. 7500 inclusive of taxes), even though we had not opted for this service on this trip. You would notice that there has hardly been any usage on this number while we were in dubai. I fail to understand how could the same service be auto activated without taking a consent from the customer.

                                The total bill amount has been paid in a timely manner in spirit of a long drawn relationship with airtel, i am surprised that no action has been taken despite my multiple calls to your customer care.

                                You would notice that only 5 calls were received attracting a charge of rs. 630 only. L during our stay in dubai during the period stated above.

And now say work complete nhi hai isly payment nh inki link nhi chalne k karan 2 din main whan se data gayab ho gya or call krne pr kha gya koi problem nh aap kaam kro.

                                    Airtel has self activated whatsmob service on 3/02/2018 and deducted r/s 75 from my balance without my consent.
                                    On seeing the message i got it deactivated but r/s 75 were not returned.
                                    It is unethical practice and need to be stopped.
                                    Airtel to return the money and penalty for unethical deduction and pain to customer.

                                      I have opened a airtek payment bank wallet middle of january 2018. After that i have deposited rupees five hundred in this wallet. When i wanted to recharge airtel number from this wallet system shows error that this is a deit freeze account. After contacting customer care they ask me to send pan card and aadhar card scanned copy. I have send those documents very next day a case no has generate bearing no 1407703 dated 21 01 2018. But till now no sollution made by apb. When ever i call them they said it took 2 days to solve the problem. I called them 5 to 6 times but they always say it will take time. I just want to know how much time will it take to solve the problem. This is worst service and very bad behaviour of customer care exucutive, backend officials are worthless. My fault is that i have open a account in a worst bank of airtel. If they are unable to serve services then why they opened payment bank.

                                      Kindly resolve my issue as early as possible.

                                        I have recharged my airtel mobile number 82*79 using paytm.com and got recharge successfull email with order number [protected]. But i didn't received any recharge in my airtel. I ask for that from paytm and they asked me to ask from airtel. I call airtel and they told me that they had not received any recharge request from paytm. Later paytm addmited via mail that the problem was on their side and my debited amount 498/- will be added to may paytm cash. But it didn't happen. I have mailed paytm many times but i got not more than a auto generated mail to take care the issue. More disgusting is that when today they ask me again to talk to airtel. Now where that recharge amount had gone. They are not taking my issue seriously and not willing to refund my 498/-
