I was charged excess amount for which the airtel executive claimed that exceeded my limit in voice calls which I haven't and have proof also for that..this is not the first time happening.i have collected all recording proof and also document proof.
Kindly refund the amount.please solve this issue asap.hope to see anyone responding me atleast.thank u

    I have 4 airtel connections in my home and i feel it is worst network provider in navi mumbai.i complaint regarding these by calling customer care and they accepted there is network issue and it will sort out soon. But from last 3 month i am waiting for soon. They are charging proper bill amount and not giving any discount for bad network.i feel they are just taking money from customer and not giving proper service.

      Airtel has never been known to have great customer service, but their new postpaid plans seemed attractive so i made the switch in sept-2017.

      Since then, strange things have been happening to my phone.

      On or around 27th of every month, since oct, my mobile internet speed dips down to 100kbps.
      It displays "4g" in my phone, but i get speeds of 0.01mbps.
      I've had this issue repeat every month after this.
      Oct-27th, nov-27th, dec-27th, again now jan-27th-2018.
      I have complaint id's matching the dates i've mentioned.

      Every time i raise a complaint, airtel people say "there is an offer i. D. Mismatch" on my number.

      How can the mismatch happen every month yaar?

      If you don't wanna give us the data, just don't give it. Playing around like this is such a bad move. Extremely disappointed with airtel mobile.

      Today I have recharged my phone for RS 199. The amount was deducted from my bank account but not credited to my phone.
      I have recharged my cell [protected] by 149 on 28 the morning by 10 30 am
      Got the SMS screenshot attached
      So for benefit of the recharge not received and my balance of Rs 37 has been consumed .
      You are requested to resolve the issue at the earliest
      Sir 29/1/18 my airtel number [protected] offer 149 recharge unlimited local std roming call and 1Gb /day for 28days but I received only 300Mb data
      Today I have recharged my phone for RS 199 . The amount was deducted from my bank account but not credited to my phone. PL.vetify.
      My name ikram Hussain and my airtel PREPARED NO IS [protected]. I HAVE Done RECHARG ABOUT 448 at10.45 AM ON[protected] BUT MY RECHARG HAS NOT DONE YET. I TALK TO MY RETAILER HE SAID ON THE MY SIDE RECHARG HAS DONE AND MY BAL.has cut off. I lost my money and no one take responsibility for this. Please do something ASAP
      There is no proper network in my area.I talk to customer care but he is saying that there is 3G network here but it is also not proper .So my request to please fix this problem as soon as possible.

        I am getting too much problem past one month while using mobile data & call drop problem, signal problem.
        What kind of worst network, you have made it now.
        If you will not solve my problem, i will port both my no.

        Same on you airtel, i'm using it past 7 year.
        You do not have any liability to satisfy your customer while lots of advertisement you do.

        Yous 4g data is working like 2g.
        Very sad/

          I am a regular postpaid customer of Airtel from last 1 year i am facing a very poor network problem from last 6 months also raised so many complaints but still these complaints are in pending state and there is no benefitting reply from airtel customer regaring my issue. also they are not accept the request of porting out from airtel as of now we are 3 members in my room all are facing same issue. my last complaint is of 20 september and complaint no is 79637858 .
          Please support as we are continue facing this issue since long time

            Pathetic service. From 21th Jan to 30th Dec the service down and no action being taken.
            - 21 Jan 2018: Scrambled Signal . Complaint no: 70143265
            Somebody came to check. Went back say it is a cam card issue.
            Till 24th Jan they didn't turn back and from 21 jan to 24 jan they kept rescheduling for 1 day. Finally concluded that CAM card stock not available.

            - 28 Jan 2018: Escalation Complaint no: 70391213
            They came after so many follow-ups and installed a new Cam card. Then classic sentence "Service will be active in 20 mins". That 20 minutes never came. I called again and spoke to them for almost 1 hour . They raised a new as below

            - 29 Jan 2018 : he asked me to do many things in my TV for 1 hour. after he could not resolve, he rasied ticket no: 70428924.

            - I got a message to contact service engineer. When I called me, he said activiation is not in his control and asked me contact another number.

            "LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE EXPECTING CUSTOMERS TO KEEP CALLING THEM AND MANAGE TO FIND A PERSON TO RESOLVE AND ALSO TO FIX THEMSELVES"

            - i called customer care again on 30 Jan 2018, and they raised ticket 70449016 with title "Repeat complaint" and they have assured to resolve by 5:30 today (30 jan 2018).

            I contacted the nodal office by email explaining the problem and tweeted to airtel_presence. They only regret for inconvenience but they never resolve the problem.

            I have wasted so much time calling them and go through some much of mental stress. 3 times transferred to higher officials and nothing is being done to sort out the issue.

              Submitted postpaid to prepaid on 24th of january in brigade metropolis airtel outlet in whitefield, bangalore.

              The postpaid number immediately stopped working. The prepaid sim is not activated even after a week.

              I was told by the representative that it will be activated within 4 hours on 24th of january. But even after week and several follow up visits to the airtel outlet, sim is not being activated. Every time i go to the outlet they say it will happen in 4 hours.

              I am not able to get my important messages and calls from past one week. False commitment made by represntatives several times. It is a big mental harrasment to me.

              I am unable to done any transaction or use my money from airtel payment bank and now one to help in that.Is Airtel doing such a fraud to their customer?Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                I am venkateswarlu from bangalore rajarajeswari nagar,
                Since from two days i am having missed calls on airtel service.
                I had migrated from vodaphone to airtel because of this.
                First month ok.
                Started problem from two days.
                Airtel sms will come with out fail.
                But we can't make or receive calls.
                Very problem.
                Enable to make our going calls, network is gradually reduced.
                When we stop call immediately the network is good and sms will come stating that you had missed call from number.

                  I have paid inr 1199 to airtel to activate international roaming (For malayasia) in my number [protected] on[protected] after speaking to airtel store @ goalpark, kolkata. They failed to recharge as there was link failure.
                  They suggested me to recharge online and i a have done that on[protected] through my citi bank credit card, which was successful. To my surprise there was no network in my phone during my visit at malaysia from[protected] to[protected]. I got into trouble without a phone and was disconnected from all my contacts in india. I incurred loss in business.
                  Airtel customer care is refusing to refund the money i had paid for the service - which airtel failed to provide.

                  Surprisingly my balance shown "0"
                  The service providers are doing something mischief

                    I had already sent a massage as sim following backside code to activate 4g sim. After two days also i am unable to get the network in my 4g mobile. Please help me go resolve this issue. This sim was taken from o e of your outlet. And thy asked me to msg with the number to activate. After sending message i got confirmation as sim will get activated after 24 hours.. Already 48 hours completed.. Please help me resolve this issue.

                      I am an airtel prepaid customer with mobile number [protected], and very unsatisfied due to recent plan activity. I have taken a plan of rs. 169 on 16th of january. The details of the plan are given in the attached photograph. As it is mentioning the validity for 28 days but its end on the 14 days. For this haphazard provide the half of amount as plan worked only for half the period.

                      Look into the matter and revert at the earliest.

                                I did a recharge for an orissa circle airtel number in airtel app, it was shown as 150 rs full talktime. However, the talktime received was 127 rs only as seen in the sms and balance (Attached). Please check and add the pending balance. Also let me know why did this happen. Is airtel misleading its customers?

                                  Incoming calls & messages on my number [protected] is not working since the day i have ported it from vodafone (26th jan'18). Done everything right from raising complain on customer care, visited airtel stores, changed my sim & phone but still probem is not fixed.

                                  Can you help me in activating my number in correct circle. I came to know that my sim has been activated on some other circle and not on home circle of haryana. As far as i think that it is a crime for not maintaining a customers number on correct circle in your hlr.

                                    Have been staying overseas since january'17 and a customer of airtel since then. The inter national roaming service was active (Only for incoming sms and no voice calls or data plans). After an alert for abnormal amount, had to de activate the international roaming from november15th, while in uk. Had to re activate the services from dec.15th due to travel to usa.in the next four days got a message that charges for data utility is rs.2867/- and it reached rs.5800/- in the nest two days, when landed in usa. I always use wifi and maintain separate mobile numbers both in uk & usa. Charges for data services used in usa, even before reaching usa. Is levied. Some foul play or error. No appropriate response to my various mails (Presently am in usa). Highly atrocious. Am a senior citizen and have been travelling overseas for over a decade and aware o[censored]sing mobile services, while abroad. K. Mahalingam

                                      Recently deposited an amount of rs 2000 in my airtel wallet. Now when i try to do any transactions from it a notice appears and says "debit for this account is not allowed".
                                      Cc from airtel what does it mean. Quite frankly i care less about what it means. I want you people to kindly solve my problem because i got other things to do too

                                        My number is [protected]. For the past few months i am experiencing that i have been charged for unwanted 54321 services. I have never subscribed any of the services. Whenever i stop any service, another services automatically gets activated. I have lost rs. 200 with this unknown reasne on deduction. I feel like cheated. Please stop all this. I was so disappointed with airtel service by deducted my money. This is not fair i being cheated by airtel company. If the company did not stop as soon as possible. I am going to change to any other company.
