I recently ported my mobile no. ([protected]) to Airtel from reliance communications due to closure of rcom operations. I chose Airtel instead of Idea or vodafone as i fell for Airtel's tall claims of fastest 4G network. But their network is very very poor. I have used rcom 4G and JIO and never has their mobile network shown 'H' or 'E'. But ever since I ported to Airtel, I am hardly getting 4G. It's only 3G for most of the times and the data speeds are very poor. After experiencing rcom 4G and Jio's fast internet, I am getting extremely frustrated with such slow data speeds.

I have also given a complaint to their customer care. It's been more than 12 days and their response is " Sir, It will take time. We are ungrading the network. We cannot tell you how long it will take as our network team have not mentioned any time limit". I am just staying 5 kms from their gurgaon head office but this is the state of their network.

If Airtel still needs to upgrade their network even in areas close to their head office, how can they claim that they have the fastest 4G network in India? This is outright cheating o[censored]nsuspecting customers.

If anyone is ever planning to port to airtel, please don't. Their claims of fastest 4G network are completely false. I have no idea when my complaint is gonna get resolved.

    I am an airtel postpaid customer, recently ported my number from vodafone.
    Every now and then signal is dropping all of a sudden in most of the places even in hi-tech city and mindspace areas in hyderabad. I supposed to get 4g or 3g but always i get either edge connection or no internet.
    This is really annoying me whenever i need internet in urgency i never get it even though i have enough internet allowance. I work inside building no 20, raheja mindspace, hyderabad.

      I had a airtel prepaid sim no [protected] issued on the name of my mother, which got lost by me. I have been using the sim for more than 10 yrs now. I went to the airtel centre at silvercity dehradun and told them to issue a new sim with the same old no in my name as my mom is not here with me at the moment. They asked me to submit my mom details and mine which i did. It has been more then a week now and today they have told me that my address is not matching so they can't issue me a new sim. I told them that the address has been changed and gave them the id for the same. But they insisted that sim cannot be issued. I am very sad to say that after following up for my new sim and visiting the airtel office 4-5 times i have come to know this, this is kind of harassment. What service are they providing. I have been using there service for more than 10 yrs now and still want to continue with them but this is the service i am getting. What reason is this that your address is not matching with the old one.

        I recently ported my number from Idea to airtel Gujarat .since the day it got activated, i am unable to recharge online through paytm app. The transaction gets declined in both the cases without any reason.. I tried recharging other airtel numbers and they all worked fine. I would like to request you to kindly look upon this issue and fix it as soon as possible.

          I am using Airtel network Since 2011. ONCE UPON A TIME it was known for its network, its services and everything. But nowadays its graph is going down with comparative to other providers. I have 4G connection but rarely use it since my phone catches 3G network or 2G sometime. Airtel itself called open network but I am having lot of issues related to network.

          Coming to the second issue I can't send SMS. If I send 100 SMS in a week only 1 or 2 were delivered and all other were failed to deliver and all the Customer executives always says same line" have patience sir, Your complain will escalated to concern department and they will call you shortly." Then communication will end and no reply from Airtel.

          Airtel Please solve the issue

            I made a transaction on MyAirtel app to add Rs. 500. Amount got deducted but was not credited in Airtel Account. I called Airtel Customer Care, they said it will get added within a week. But it was not credited.
            I had exchanged 5-6 emails with Airtel and DBS bank but none of them is taking responsibility for the said transaction. Airtel is saying that Bank will resolve it, DBS bank is saying that Airtel will solve it.

              Dear sir,
              I purchased an airtel 4 g sim (Mobile no. [protected]) on 09th jan 2018. Since that time neither internet is working nor call works smoothly and also i am not able to send sms. Regarding this when i tried a number of times to connect to customer care executive but again i am not able to connect to them.
              They claim to be the fastest network. But they are cheating and looting using that name and banner. They cheat.
              Due to this i have suffered a lot such as banking/ personal/ official and others.
              They do not care about customers.
              Please help me and ask the company to compensate my sufferings.
              Please do the needful.

              I have recharged my number with 448 pack and it's still active with unlimited voice
              I had a balance of more then 82 but my balance got deduced on voice class in the past few days

              This is very disobedient form airtel if they keep on doing this I have to change my operator

                I paid my outstanding amount using airtel app through hdfc net banking... Money got deducted but no confirmation.. Airtel says i still haven't paid the bill and bank also didn't refund my amount.
                Please call me.

                  When we linked our airtel mobile no with aadhar without intimating us our gas subsidy is going to airtelbank. From two months our gas subsidy amount is not transferring to our uco bank account. Kindly see this and please transfer our gas subsidy to our uco bank account. Sir we are suffering by this. Without our intimation how any bank can take our money. If you do not take action we will cut our airtelsim and deactivate it. We are from vzm. This is on my fathers name. Phone number is [protected]. Gas is also on his name. Our hpcl gas subidy is in uco bank. Please transfer our money to that bank. I[censored]sing 400 we transfer from our mobile the message is coming that money is transfered but in uco bank account the money is not going. They are telling to ask airtel bank.                     In december i was traveled for singapore, and without my request your team activate roaming for my [protected]. My wife also used airtel card, even though her card was nor worked in singapore. So why your team activate the service over my number.
                    I asked them to submit me any proof which show that request was done by me.. They just give us fullished explaination.
                    They charged me 4000+ bill.

                    I am using 1 GB plan but no 4G signal coberage from last 10 days. 4 G speed is only 20 to 30 kb in this area. Contact customer support . Nobody taking action.

                        Services called funstore1 and vemes have been activated randomly on my account without consent. I have been charged for these services even after i have sent deactivation messages.
                        I have recharged my number and the services have deducted money again. I do not want to lose any more money due to these random services which i have not asked for!
                        Please look into this issue and i want to deactivate these services permanently.

                        I am living in Thirur Village near Sevvapet Road, Thiruvallur District . There is no proper Airtel tower signal in my area, I complained about this issue, I need a New Tower with advanced Technologies, Many users are using Airtel Tower in my area, So don't delay the process in my area. Soon place a new tower to get proper signal.

Rajasthan circle to bihar circle as mnp airtel to airtel firstly on 04/01/2018 and secondly 27/01/2018 both times confirmation message received but mnp not done till now please solve my problem.                             Namaste, I am unable to deactivate the airtel wifi hotspot anywhere online on airtel's website, self care, through 121, local centres and through email to their custoemr care. They have made it impossible to disconnect the wifi hotspot. It is exceptionally bad, there is very low speed and it does not work properly. I am desperately looking for help to deactivate it but airtel customer care is continuing to bill us for the same. Please help.

                                I was call on 121 on 31/01/2018 in matter of problem in making and receiving call but one of your customer care executive who received a call behaving a very bad and said if you having problem then please change the your call company from airtel and when i'm telling about my problems he said i'm not free to listen if you said same thing or you making counter question then i will cut the call... and after some debate he transfer his call to Tejal Parmar.

                                  I have opted for a broadband connection from Airtel. fixed line no.: [protected]. I had raised the issues at least 10 times to the customer care and every time the service person comes and rectify for that moment and again the same issue continues. Last 1 month I have raised many complains but no one is taking any action to resolve the issue permanently.

                                  I have spoken to the retention team as well and on 29th Jan and the person simply bluffed me and no action has been taken even after 48Hrs gone past. when I called back again to know the status, the other person named "Gunaraj" from retention team informed that no ticket has been raised by anyone on 29th Jan. Then I asked to disconnect my connection and refund my 5 month's amount back, as I have paid for 6 months while taking the connection and it is about 1 month I am using the broadband. I have got harassed by the various team across the organization (Airtel) and when I wanted to disconnect the service, Mr. Gunaraj told that he can't refund my advance payment.

                                  I am really disappointed and if this note has not been taken care of, I shall go for filing a case in consumer forum. Please respond back to my concerns as soon as possible.

                                    when i talk to customer care they cannot give me a satisfied response... Please Check the proof of my Complaint...

                                    now they suggest me not to do recharge online...

                                    here my question is that if they told their customer not to do recharge online then why they have given facilities/options of online recharge in their online portal...

                                      I have recently converted my postpaid number [protected] to prepaid of kolkata circle.

                                      I am now in chennai.

                                      The sim shows tower and network. But inspite of all these i can't call 59059 for sim activation. I am in serious trouble since this is my primary mobile number and all my otps come to this number only. Please help me to activate this number.                                       Please help me to verify this number to 59059 to get it activated.
                                      It is very difficult for me to travel back to kolkata from chennai now and i won't be in kolkata for the next 2 months.

                                      I will be in chennai only and this is my only primary and necessary number where all the otps come.

                                      I have given this number every where and all my bank accounts and everything is connected to this number only.

                                      I need your serious help.
                                      Please help me to activate this number by any other means.
