I tried to recharge an Airtel number [protected], the money got debited from my bank account but the transaction failed and I didn't get the money back that is refunded. RS.399
SYN- INR 399.00 debited to A/C No. ***8144 on[protected]:58-for POS txn at[protected][protected]-BHARTI AIRTEL LIMAvl Bal:203.35. Helpline [protected]
And then there is no transaction history of this failed recharge . So please look into it

    After calling customer care 5times they are not supporting and not taking complaint. They only assure that it will be solved as soon as spossible work is under process. Since 3months when i took airtel i am facing such problems. Call drops while talking data is not stable goes to 2g maximum times. Only 1 tower when it shoes 3g.

        Hi, my airtel app shows me new offer of 199 plan. But i am unable to activate that plan with my main balance. I have balance of rupees 210. I called customer service for help but they told me to recharge for rs 199 and cant be activated with mobile balance. But why should i spend money when i have balance in my mobile.
        Its very disappointing service provider.

        i have no solution for this Airtel is very bad network and only Airtel user face call drop problem and poor internet.
        Can i change this network but this is not solution for this problem. In india billions of people using Airtel Network and face this problem. So Airtel Network company resolve this problem instantly. I hope my problem solve early...

          Respected sir/madam . First of all i am unable to cantact ur customer care . I have recharged for 560 something for 4 months ineternet pack . Still internet symble is not connecting i am unable use airtel internet on any mobile . My mobile no [protected]. Please do needful . Otherwise i will do legal action on bharathi airtel(indias fastest network) not for me.

            I Recently buy a new Airtel 4g Hotspot 999 and no is [protected], i found that i couldn't recharge it through the net. I usually recharge through paytm, but it keeps failing for no apparent reason. Paytm immediately refunds the money. On the other hand the my airtel app declines the the transaction quoting a bank problem and the money still gets deducted (Gets refunded in a week). I tried recharging another airtel sim, and the transaction went flawlessly. I waited for a week and then again tried to recharge for my number, but to no avail. Then i probably thought it was the sim and changed that as well. I try recharging and i see the same message - 'failed'. That has led me to guess that this is somehow related to my number. I request airtel's customer care to attend to this nuisance as soon as they can...

              By mistake i have done recharge for wrong number but could you help me on this. When we approached the hdfc bank for stop payment but they are not agreeing on this. Every transaction would take minimum 24 hr to be updated

                Dear sir,

                Even after making full payment and submitting all required documents, i am not getting the broadband connection. I am staying in heart of the city and no issues with airtel connectivity. From past 1 week i am doing 1-2 follow ups every day but unable to get the date when i will get connection. Each time i call to cust care, i need to give the complete story and talk to new person, no complaint registered till date and no complaint number available on this issue.
                Finally with somuch frustration, i called today and told them i will use social media for no and false response, i suddenly got a call and informed that they have some technical issue and it will take 3- 4 days to do the feasibility study. This is really an unprofessional behavior and handling customer after taking 100% money. We have option to approach consumer form to sort out my problem... Before to that if some one looks into the issue, it would be great.

                My micromax keypad phone had been stolen yesterday with 2 Nos.of Airtel 4G Sim card bearing Nos.[protected] and [protected]. But both of my sim is using by the thief till today. Please take immediate step to luck both Sim Card for any misuse otherwise I will be responsible for any mishappening.
                While trying to make a call I always receive " All Channels are busy at the moment try calling later"... We are not paying to hear this msg. I[censored] cant provide a better service then don't charge high amount and don't give ad that states Connect everywhere anywhere anytime... So annoying to hear the Channel busy voice.. Do something on that..
                I hadRecharged successful RS. 199 on 8/01/2018. Trans ID[protected].
                Unlimited all local STD. 1 GB/day.

                But I am able to access internet from that day. Please look into the matter and rectify.

                  making an outgoing call shows invalid number

                  From last 2 days when i am calling on a airtel phone number it shows invalid number i dont know why it shows that, please sovle my problem as soon as possible.
                  Otherwise i will port to other provider.
                  I am not face this type of problem before it is first time for me. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

                  I never subscribed to these services. I have no idea what these services are for. It seems that they are badly in need of money and have subscribed me to these services. They have earlier charged me with inr 35/- thrice for some absurd services which i was able to unsubscribe. But now to get more money, they have subscribed me with these useless services.

                  They says that they have the fastest 4G network.. But it has the poorest internet service. It dont even give upto 10kb/s its lower than 2G network... Worst network ever used. And no action is taken on any complaint towards the customers.

                  Several times have mailed them about the justification of my outstanding bills after i have disconnected the service. but without any justification i have received a letter from lawyer for my non payment. still the matter is unattended.
                  I have told to stop the postpaid plan at the end of November and still they are generating bill every month.And my wallet has been lost.Please stop the connection.
                  I have full signal but am not getting any in coming calls n not out going calls and inter net is connecting very slowly, airtel network is going down slowly n waste network...
                  I had an old Airtel Sim I swapped that number to a 4g Airtel Sim. I was asked to message a number to 121 which I did. Later I get a message welcome to Airtel make a selection message which asked me few options and I replied with 1 to 121 for which I get a reply that: this is not a valid keyword please send help to 121 what do I do.

                    I am airtel previllage customer since 2 years.
                    I have subscribed to airtel secure poicy to protect my handset from damages.
                    I have subscribed to this airtel feature on 12.10.2017.
                    Recently my mobile screen got damaged due to fell down from hand and i have registered the complaint in airetl secure to replace the screen under airtel secure policy on 22.01.18. With a service request no 2792108.
                    But i have received a mail from airtel secure on 27.01.18 stating that claim rejected due to improper handling of mobile handset.
                    But i have registered this airtel secure policy for these type of damages protection only.
                    I am very much surprised to hear that claim rejected due to improper handling
                    How can it possible to reject the claim if i have subscribed for the damage protection.
                    Plz clarify me in this regard
                    Expecting positive reply from airtel secure.

                      I was having vodafone no and airtel customer care person has called and convinced me to port the number and we you will get another number free of cost in one billing. So done the same formalities and given all the proofs only one no has got port and another yet to activate still not activated its been 7 days and more. Airtel customer care given me the wrong information and number not yet been activated..

                        I recently ported from vodafone to airtel to avail a better pack (Big mistake!!). My sim got ported without notifying me on 26th jan 2018. I replaced the vodafone sim with the airtel sim immediately, as i was not receiving any network on my vodafone sim. But since then i have no mobile network on my phone. Absolutely pathetic customer service from airtel. I have called them multiple times and also written emails to them. No response from them. Still struggling.

                            Re: forcing service on customer by call center staff after disconnection of service.

                            Sir,
                            My mobile no.[protected] our airtel landline no. Was[protected] it stopped working during last week of december, 2017.

                            The internet connected with that landline was slowly down and the connectivity speed was 64 kbps finally on 30/12/2017.

                            Immediately i made a personal complaint to local hub and complaint on in the note book available at the local hub were ignored by the airtel staff.

                            Then, i made complaint to 121 on 4th and 5th since year beginning was a holiday for their company.in response to this, after lengthy explanation, the airtel resolution officer ms. Pavithra, gave a waiver and recorded closure on 6th jan 2018 only and assured that i will not be billed beyond 6th jan 2018, which is suffixed below. But i received a full bill on 20th inst though my connection is down and no longer in use.

                            The call center staff contact only on sundays and torture me verbally to for getting re-connection and threten that i will be charged for further length of time.

                            I wrote even to the appellate authority but only sunday call center staff represent the appellate authority and after verbal torture say i will be charged for a further month.

                                I had called for my cust id - [protected] for change in my current monthly package of dth connection, they had wrongly changed what i have asked to do and they have even no knowledge of ala cart item also as per them.

                                Firstly i call customer care from reg mobile number, one man pick up and looking he has no knowledge of company and just enjoying his paid holiday, second time i asked one person he changed my plan but wrongly changed what i have supposed to ask!! Is any responsible person exist in airtel dth company?? Inspite of these looking they are doing favour of me and talk i have done this and that but actually not done what is asked!!!

                                  I have been complaining so many times with following issues but all in vein.
                                  Even company is not bothered to listen / resolve customer's issues. My complaint is on hold since Oct'17 with following issues

                                  1. Call drop
                                  2. Drop in network strength from full to emergency network
                                  3. Poor data speed from 4g to 2g & sometimes even no internet at all

                                    Everytime i recharge for something again and again this funstore 1 and other non sense services gets auto started
                                    I have never requested for any such ###
                                    All it is doing is deducting my balance unnecessarily for some non sense i have sent that stop message so mANY TIMEs but its not workinh my almost 250 rupees have gone regarding this ### service i want telecom service to take care of this ### and make sure without asking customer nothing should be implemented

                                      I received otps and messages successfully registering for airtel payments bank when i have not applied for it at anytime. It is linked with my email id also. This is completely without my knowledge. I also received a message for successful registration for gstind with arn aa[protected]w. I have not given for any registration.
                                      These registrations for airtel payments bank or gstind is without my knowledge. I called gst helpline number...
