I have deposited rs. 5, 000/- to my airtel payment bank account on the date of 18/01/2018.
Problem is it's showing rs.5000/- balance in my account, and i am not able to use the balance.
Kyc of the a/c has been completed.
Whenever i try to transfer or recharge, it's showing error like debit for this account is not allowed.
I have called customer care so many times. It's been 10 days, but the problem is not solved yet.
So please rectify the problem as soon as possible.
