    I have bought a new airtel postpaid sim, butbsince the time i have had this sim, i have signal strength at 1 bar, and i have never received 4g services ever, i am on a 499 plan and i do not even get 3g services, i always have 'e' denoted on, and even that has no receiving signal.

    I did numerous complaints to customer care, and even gallery. The person at the airtel gallery his name is amir, he told he that he cannot allow me to change to prepaid as my sim is brand new,. It needs to complete 90 days.

    While the person at the customer care told me i can change my sim to prepaid anytime, the 90 days is for sim porting.

    When i mentioned this to the person at the gallery, he told me and i quote "we at the gallery have no connections with the people at customer care, customer care is different and gallery is different, we don't function as per the customer care, but we function as per how we want at the gallery".

    I explained this guy at the airtel gallery amir, that i have no service since the time i have got the sim, there is no point in me continuing with postpaid services. He tells me, "let the 1st bill get generated, pay that bill and then only i can transfer to prepaid"

    This makes absolutely no sense, why would i pay for services i have never gotten whilst i was promised 4g and network.

    So basically airtel wants me to pay for no service just because i am a post paid customer.

    (I have attached pictures which show signal strength, speeds and no internet when wifi is off)

    Please help me.

    Now a day airtel is become worse than Worse from past six years I am using Airtel Now a days signal become weak and worse

    It download speed is 0.5mbps. I given so many complaints to customer case no proper reply I keep on travel through out AP but every where I am facing same issue
    I have ported from Airtel postapid to BSNL prepaid and cleared all the dues of Airtel. However my number is barred even though the dues are cleared.

    I have confirmation sms and bill receipt from airtel for the paid dues.

      I couldnt assume that airtel is expert in stealing main balance even not connected to internet. I have contacted them, simply replied our database is showing like that. We cannot do anything.

      Though recharged 199 inr for couple of months still main balance deducted. See the attached.

      For a single sms 25 inr charged, can you believe this? See the attached screen shots.

      Finally decided to port all airtel sim to other network.

        श्रीमान, प्रार्थी के मोबाइल नंबर [protected] को आधार से वेरीफाई कराते समय मुझे बिना बताये एक बैंक खाता airtelबैंक में खोल दिया गया। जिसमें 18/12/2017 को मेरे इंडेन गैस कनेक्शन की एलपीजी सब्सिडी बिना मुझे सूचित किये मेरे बैंक bob के स्थान पर एयरटेल बैंक में भेज दी गयी। जिस पर मेरे द्वारा 24/12/2017, 03/01/2018, 15/01/2018 (कंप्लेन रेफरेंस नंबर 1379470), 17/01/2018 बादहू 25/01/2018 को आपके कस्टमर केअर से उपरोक्त अनाधिकृत रूप से जमा सब्सिडी 271 रु0 मेरे मूल बैंक bob में अविलंब वापस किये जाने तथा भविष्य में उपरोक्त एयरटेल बैंक के खाते में सब्सिडी बंद कर मेरे मूल बैंक bob में ही पुनः सब्सिडी प्रदान किये जाने का निवेदन किया किन्तु दुर्भाग्य से अब तक कोई सार्थक उत्तर नहीं मिला और न ही मेरी सब्सिडी धनराशि मेरे मूल बैंक को वापस की गयी।
        अतः पुनः आग्रह है कि अविलंब मेरी समस्या का निदान करते हुए सब्सिडी धनराशि मेरे मूल बैंक bob को वापस कराना तथा भविष्य में मेरी एलपीजी सब्सिडी मेरे मूल बैंक बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ौदा में भेजा जाना सुनिश्चित करें। कृत कार्यवाही से प्रार्थी को अवगत करने का कष्ट करें।

          Initiated the process of mnp on my 2 vodafone numbers on 6th jan. Still no update from airtel gallery on status. Have visited gallery 3 times since 6th jan, 21st jan, 25th jan. They put it on trai saying process confirmation on their end.

          Paid bill for both vodafone numbers till date on 10th jan so that process of mnp should not suffer. Went to gallery on 21st again to check status and suchit mallah asked me to resend port space mob no. From my both vodafone numbers. To my surprise, he said the port code expires within 15 days so i have to resend. I agreed and resend the code on 22nd jan to him wherein he said port would be done in 4 days. Again i asked him on payments to be made to vodafone so that it wont effect portability and accordingly i paid till date payments on both numbers. Still no update from airtel on portability. Unhappy with vodafone services hence porting to airtel. But airtel clueless on process / status on mnp.

When i credited my wallet with money i am unable to pay the bill as it is saying that unable to debit from this account. I want you to resolve this issue, or make refund of money. And if you cannot handle a service stop offering that service to common people.

              Network ported from Idea to Airtel, As per message from Airtel it as get activated on 23/01/2018 23:09, But Signal issue is fixed on 25/01/2018 16:53.
              Between this period, I had called customer care more than the 20 times & visited outlet for 2 times to resolve this network issue. But both response is so bad failed to fix this on requested time and every call they are just postponing the time to fix the network issue.

              Response from manager of JP nagar 2 Phase outlet is so bad communication with customer.

              Even network related issues raised earlier from past 1year 6 months+ many times with different mobile no from our family members are using.

                R/sir,
                I am faced some over billing time to time previous some time about 7-8 month to till date I was say to your customer care officer for disconnected my internet service previous 6-7 month & assure to disconnect service but billing with Internet charge after communicate your costumer care deducted same amount, but deducted amount add in next bill with Internet charge so many time. So, am tired your wrong billing & fill harassment on this situation. Kindly shortout the matter & start my mobile service as early as possible

                  I'm unable to use internet from past 2 days. At times it takes hell lot of time just to open a single page on web.
                  I wan this problem to be solved at the earliest.
                  And there's problem even in the network.
                  If i try to call a airtel user i call disconnects automatically.
                  I am facing this problem since 15 days. I had even complained on the same but i don't get any response.
                  Kindly resolve it at the earliest.

                    I have visited Airtel Store in Chennai ( Bazullah Road - TNagar) and given request for Mobile Number portability. I have received message for the same that my request will be processed in 7 days. But after 7 days i have replaced the new sim given in Chennai but still the connection is not active. Now i am not able to use Old Bangalore sim and New Chennai Sim, both are not working. I have enquired about the issue with Airtel Store Chennai they are not responding properly and i am not able communicate and not able to recieve important calls from my office.I need to file a complaint against this issue.

                    MY INCOMING CALLS AND MESSAGES ARE STILL NOT ACTIVE FOR MORE THAN A WEEK. I WANT TO CANCEL THE CONNECTION. SERVICE OF AIRTEL IS POOR AFTER COMPLAINING TO ALL AUTHORITIES THERE IS NO RESPONSE TILL NOW.

                      Very slow Internet speed is disallowing to use various services through Internet. I am a job seeker and everyday I need to update my resume in various job portals. I need to check and send number of emails also. Many other dependencies are also there. I have been continously subscribing airtel data services. Earlier in my present place I was able to get considerable Internet speed. But now a days it has been slowed. It may happen. But accordingly the necessary facilities should have to be be upgraded to the current infrastructures. I checked in open network where I found very less no of towers at my current place. Specifically we have a scarcity of towers at this reason as I can see in the map visual. Even the surrounding towers are of 2G facilities which are required to be upgraded. The thing is that I have been paying the price airtel prescribes. With a payment for such price I am rightful to claim the corresponding services for the price I have paid. I am surprised about how airtel can do this type of negligence. It is a kind of injustice.
                      Another matter is under the same circumstance other networks, particularly Jio is providing good services. Me and my friend are staying at the same room. He is having Jio and enjoying every moments. Where as I am regretting to have airtel now. It would have been better to have a Jio rather than an Airtel. I am awaiting for your prompt action. All the airtel customers have the same issue here in this locality. So it would be good enough to upgrade or establish new towers in this locality. Otherwise customers would see for the alternative network.
                      Recently I had gone to my native and its a rural area. Still I could use Internet through airtel. But this is bangalore. Naturally here it should be more actionable. It is clear evident that airtel needs to establish or upgrade its towers to 4G in this locality. This is the solution.

                      I live in Kirandul District - Dantewada State - Chhattisgarh Pin code - 494556. I m very unhappy with the service provided by Airtel in Kirandul. The internet speed is hardly reaching 20 KBPS. You can't even check your email with such a slow speed. We pay too high charges for the service we get in this area. The unlimited plans we choose and pay for it is useless because we can't use the data. In the age of 4G we can't even get 3G facility from Airtel and in the advertisement they Say that they provide best speed. Very unhappy with the services of Airtel. The worst network.

                      The Airtel network in this area is so worst that the speed don't even reach 10 kB/s. The unlimited packs which we're paying too high charges is of no use.whenever we used to call Customer care they used to say it's the phone issue or may be due to slot... This is because of your weak network provided in this area. The service provided by Airtel is really worst.
                      Hope you'll look on this matter and hope a positive response...
                      Airtel net is unavailable for almost 20 hours in a day and it will be available only between 1 am to 5 am . I am staying in Chikkabanavara, Bangalore. From past 3 months I have given almost 10 to 15 complaints regarding this but day by day it's turning from bad to worst .. Dint expect this from Airtel ..
                      Living in pratap nagar, Jaipur. Here the 4G speed of airtel is quite poor. I always get 2 to 3 bars of connectivity out of 5 and the average net speed is about 10kbps!
                      Internet Download speed is very slow in Puttaparthi. Hardly reaching 20 KBps
                      I am from village BISHUNPURWA, district WEST CHAMPARAN, Bihar, pincode 845455, I have been facing slow network problem with Airtel 3G in my area since 12 july 2019, speed is too slow to search a single web, i have made complaints to Airtel customer care but i didn't get any improvement in speed of internet. I paid for 399 unlimited plan but I'm unable to use my internet.

                        I have been moving for months coz my airtel agents line [protected], I'd 10152391 was removed from the system and have got no help and I have been given surpevisors numbers but keep playing me around and they don't even pick there phones ..they are no help to us just after money that I should pay 500000 for anew line ..imagine even with out float..please consider my compline coz am in need of the line.

                          1) i recharged on 31st january 2017 towards one year infinity pack for rs5500/-. As per airtel employee it ended on 25th jan 2018, another employee says it will end on 26th january, whereas online portal says balance of rs82/- on 24th jan 2018.
                          2) however, i got it recharged on 24th jan 2018 for rs5551/- on 24th jan2018 on advice of airtel employee. When i got the confirmation of recharge it says rs5500/- as recharge fees and not rs5551/-. Secondly, validity again has been reduced to 19th january 2019.
                          Question: on one hand airtel is giving discount and on other hand it is reducing number of days? Why?
                          Second why discount rate is varying?

                            Please refer your above bill which was paid by cheque no 134701 dated 03.08.2017 rs 1120 again bill no.[protected] dated 25.08.2017 for rs. 2499.92 paid cheque no 134731 paid rs. 2500 dated 09.09.2017 detail previous balance 1119.50 this month 1380.42 total 2499.92. Thus bill rs. 1119.50 paid twice.in spite of our repeated request to your zirakpur office. The same have not been adjusted till date. And you raise a fresh bill no.[protected] dated 03.01.2018 for rs. 765.82 please look into the matter on priority.

                              I had visited a store in 'balapur x road, hyderabad' their i had raised telecom circle change after 4days my old sim was disconnected and today is 10th day still my number is not actived regard this issue i went to the same store their response is fully negligible and reversly they are shouting on me and they had charged 600. When i went to balapur store they are telling that ur sim is not activate it still in karnataka circle only and when i went to karnataka store they are telling ur number is disconnected in karnataka circle for more details u has to contact to andhra store these two peoples are just playing with me. They are not resolving my issue this balapur store peoples are fully head weight people they not even telling status

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                This is to bring your kind attention that, i used to recharge airtel number +91 [protected] by using airtel application.

                                I recharged ₹ 248 on 23rd january 2018 by using quick recharges option. It was showing 1.4 gb/day + unlimited calls (82 days) for ₹ 248. I recharged this. But after recharging i got just 3 gb data for 28 days.

                                I guess it might be technical problem.

                                I called customer care on 24th january, they suggested to visit nearest airtel customer service. But i cant visit customer service office due to i stay outside india. My mother is using +91 [protected] this number.

                                I appreciate if you rectify it and add same offer or could arrange for the refund of the same.

                                I would be very grateful to you if you could do the needful at the earliest. I would be obliged if you look into the matter personally and solve this at the earliest.

                                  Hello,

                                  This is the 3rd time that my unlimited plans have been terminated early. The rs.349 plans were terminated 6 days in advance twice and the rs93 unlimited voice plan, recharged a2-3 days ago has been terminated aa days before the 14 day validity.

                                  It is good that companies like airtel are being sidelined for a change by companies such as reliance; airtel has been taking its customers for a ride; even my 84 year old mother has not been spared whose unlimited plan was terminated 6-7 days earlier as well.

                                  Is trai going to do something or they are also "fixed".

                                      Myself sivaramakrishna undavalli. This is regarding bill generated by airtel. My plan is 349 (Unlimited calls+20gb net + 100sms).in my plan 100 rental discount. Since 3 months i got same issue in bill generation. What is this i have seen every month. You didn't provide proper service. Here a lot of network issue, call drops, not connected calls, suddenly not working data. What is this? Please resolve my problem as soon as possible as serious issue.
