Dear sir,
My name is navashad ali i am using your airtel service from 2007, and i am happy, but now my personal prepaid no. ([protected]) has been deactivated because of not recharged from 120 days, but i am getting incoming calls and every messages, but now network is stopped, now i am suffering more because i am given that number to my personal banking service, credit cards payments alerts, adhara card link, gas connection, so i am facing so many problems,
My request is please start my service activate my same number or please provide me a another same number sim card i am ready to pay charges.
I am compliant so many customer care office they are telling we will send a request if number will available we will inform but still i am not getting any calls.
This is my humble request you to please response my mail and start my same number service.
