Hi,
I have added 20000 in my airtel wallet, after that airtel blocked my wallet service, each time i try to make transaction from my wallet getting this message "debit transaction is not allowed". After they asked for pan, aadhar and bank statement now 9 days gone, no soltion, yesterday (17/01/2017) one of customer care executing was saying that problem will be solved by tomorrow (18/01/2017) but when i call to cce today (18/01/2017), now they are saying that your date of birth is miss matched. I dont know where airtel india is matching my date of birth i have already submitted pan aadhar and bank statement, i did not get any mail from airtel india, they did not inform me about my dob, now qustion is if they informed me about my dob mismatched then why yesterday cce assured me for solution by today

Updated by sudahkar each time making false promise to customer on thursday they promise me issue will be resolved by saturday but moday is monday still my wallet is freezed, i have recorded call records for their salse promise for last 15 days they are making false promise my case id is 1351406
