My airtel mobile no.[protected]. I dnd since couple of yeares but i was wondering how the gamepind & bollywoodscope service got activated? I got deducted from my prepaid account so many rupees.
Kindly credit the all amount since activate immediately otherwise i try to complain proper authorities.

I have requested for port with airtel, and they took 3 weeks to complete the port request. Even after 3 weeks call services are working completely. I can able to make a calls but i am not getting incomming call and messages from other mobiles. And i have raised the complaint many times through mails and calls to the airtel customer care but they i did not received the proper response, i have got only one response from airtel is backed team...

Iam prepaid user of airtel mobile service.
I went to link my aadhar (Uid) with my mobile as its is mandatory by government, what i found was they are keeping prepaid cards user to keep outside in sun light, where at same time they are doing same thing with postpaid user inside the airtel store in cool air conditioner facility.
When i inquire with one of staff of there, he told me that it is company...

Hi i am using airtel mobile number.in my area airtel tower is not working. My family uses around 4 airtel mobile numbers. We used post paid moile numbers also. Without using class and data every month we are paying. We frustrated. Please do the needful otherwise we will go for someother network.

I chose airtel because it is an indian company but regretting it now as network is damm poooooor people can not reach me, call drops.. I think airtel only invests money in tv and print advertisements and make false claims rather than investing in network improvement. Jio haa juat launched and giving amazing network to theirr users so what is the excuse airtel has now??? Will soon port if no action taken... Which i am sure will not be taken...

Hdfc bank smart pay has processed my hidden bill which was done though airtel back end without informing me.

Now airtel is telling its final bill and you have consumed so much...

I raised postpaid connection to prepaid connection request on 6th jan'18 at 4pm.

After 5:30pm i received call from retention team ([protected]) for retain the post paid connection. I agreed that offer, which contains rental discount & additional minutes for my existing 199 corporate plan (Refer msg attachment). But after 7:45pm my connection is disconneted without any information.

I downloaded airtel app.. This app didn't show the daily data usage. Only shows data usage 0 mb.. Please resolvey problem.. And also didn't show used codes only data usage... I downloaded this app last 4 months back.. But same problem face me.. I was complete customer care number.. But.. Didn't resolve problem.. Please don't ignore problem.. Thanking airtel......

I have changed post paid to prepaid.

The guy from airtel told me that within 48 hrs your new sim get active. Now almost 5 days. Still not getting activated. Pathetic service. Called 121 multiple times and they are saying same story every time.

Got signal now but couldn't make 59059 verification. I liked airtel service before now planning to think about it.

Have other sim while doing this kind...

Issue is: converting my numbers [protected] from postpaid to prepaid request

I am very disappoint and feel very unsatisfied with all airtel customer services, level 1, level 2 and level 3 support and reply regrading this simple issue to convert postpaid to prepaid.
They don't care of the issue just provide the time frames to fix the issue and after that again some time... Same circle is going on.
They don't care...

I wrongly recharged of rs.448 to some other number [protected] instead of my number [protected]
When i seeked for reversal of the same i was told that it is not possible
However other mobile service providers are reversing or transferring the amount
To the right number (Copy of the same case of vodafone is enclosed)
I want my money to be either refunded to my bank account or to transfer it to my mobile number asap...

Hello myself suraj chokhat and my airtel mobile phone number is [protected]. There is a issue that i can not send or receive any message from any operator and also can't able to send any sms to any service provider. Please resolve this issue..
I also tried to called to airtel customer care but there was no option to connect or. Contact to customer care officer. I am really disappointed of your service....
