Hi

This is regarding wrong transaction happened on 31st Dec 2017 for Airtel of INR 11974.00 .There is wrong payment of INR11974.00 is done from my account while doing payment for my Airtel No[protected] instead of INR 1197 INR 11974.00 got deducted .

Please refund my amount to my account.

As per customer service they are saying the will provide refund by 15th January 2018 but still yet I have not received the refund . Bank statement of this month attached for your reference .

Please provide my refund its already 22 days now .

    Icon service has been activated automatically on my mobile phone number [protected] on 22 jan 2018 at about 9:41 am and rs.76 deducted from my talk time account.
    I never opted for this service and i don't know what is it. This is very unfair on the parat of siegel.
    I have to say that this icon service be deactivated immediately and rs. 76 be credited to my talk time account without delay.

      It is more than 15 days airtel money holded my 20000 in my wallet, i am not able to make any transaction from my wallet, it is more than worst service how company can block some money if they are providiing service. What is going on. I got call from airtel payments bank that my issue will be resolved by saturday but today is monday still my wallet is freeze, i have recorded there how they making false promising to customer and making them fool.

        I wanted to port my phone number from vodafone to airtel and i did all the documentation that was required on 17th january 2018. My vodafone operator killed my network on 20th january and sent me a sms that my porting request has been accepted. Its been 2 days now and still my airtel sim has not yet been activated. I have lost 2 days just because my mnp code is not generated and i am suffering a lot of loss on my work due to it as people arre not able to contact me. This has been a 8 year old number so i cant change it too. Please see through it and activate it asap. As if its not activated by tomorrow i might have to file a case on all my losses of work that was caused by this problem.

        I had ordered an Airtel DTH connection by making on 25 April, 2017.
        Before ordering the service, I was assured of installation in SIX hours, however after ordered still the connection not getting.

            My airtel post paid no is [protected]. On 10th of jan i made the bill payment of 654rs for the the month of dec. After making an online payment of 654rs. I noticed that payment was reflecting in other user account id mobile no [protected].

            Soon i had a conversation with pushpa (Airtel) she advise me to have word with [protected] mobile user and request him to speak with airtel authorities to reverse inr 654 from his account to [protected]. Which was transffered to user account of [protected]

            As per my conversation with ms. Pushpa (Airtel) i had a word with user of [protected] and requested him to have word with airtel authorities to get reverse my payment from his account which was done on 10th jan 2018.

            He spoken to ayush (Airtel chandigarh) and requested him to reverse inr 654 to user [protected]. He denied to do the same. Whereas pushpa (Airtel) from the same company ensured that it can be done.

            Can you clarrify? Who was correct and why the same organisation team is not well versed with sop.

            This is unaccepatable and inconvenienced caused.
            Kindly reverse my payment as other user have no objection.

              I have requested for mnp of my reliance prepaid no “[protected]” to airtel with code “re236631” but still it is not ported. Airtel guy’s said that your request has been cancelled by reliance. Network of reliance is already gone, step by step incident is as follows-

              1. (27/12/2017) request to airtel to port my reliance prepaid no ([protected]) in airtel.
              2. Follow up with airtel customer care 15 days but not resolved.
              3. (13/01/2018) again visited to airtel store then they raised a new request an provide me new airtel sim.
              4. (22/010/2018) continuous follow up with airtel customer care but it is still not resolved.

              So please look into this.

                Without any request, why my airtel payment bank account No.[protected] has been closed from your side since one month, and I am unable to do any transaction, several time I tried to register also to open again airtel payment bank account again, but no action/initiate has been taking from your side, please look into this matter personally or either activate my account as soon as possible.

                  My airtel mobile no: +91-[protected]. Total outstanding balance is rs. 1500/- but airtel company has withdrawal/theft rs. 10000/- from my credit card without any approval or without my knowledge.

                  This is not fair i had trust on airtel but now onwards. This is a fraud company and this is not good for who has trust on airtel.

                  Airtel company has online withdrawal Rs. 10000/ amount from my RBL credit Card without my knowledge and without any physical activities in my mobile phone. However I have total outstanding amount of Airtel postpaid only Rs. 1649/- but Airtel company has withdrawal Rs. 10000/- from my credit card. This is big issue.

                  I have Airtel app in my mobile but I not using but Airtel has withdrwal the amount from my credit card. This is the fraud transaction by Airtel.

                    My name is anup & my airtel mobile number is +91- [protected]
                    Airtel have charge me rs 35 on 21 jan 2018 at 11:42 pm for superstore service.
                    After talk with customer care they told me the service is active by wap & they cant refund my money as i am not eligible for refund.
                    I have not used my mobile for any purpose from 11pm to 1am, also my mobile internet was not active bet that time. Airtel have activate service without my consent.
                    If airtel does not solve it & refund me i have to transfer my number other other operator using mnp. This is not the first time airtel activate service without my consent its happen before.
                    If i have to file police complaint i will, as i am sick of airtel lies service.
                    So look in to this matter

                        On 21/01/2018 i have done 199 plan via airtel app.. For 28 days plan unlimited calls local std.. 1 gb -3g, 4g speed per day... But only my calling is activated.. But data network is not responding.. I need a call back and resolve my issue... 2 days are wasted of mine u will have to extend my plan for the days this plan is not working for data.. Complaint... Ridiculous service..

                          I have an account of airtel money with account no. [protected]. I already have another airtel payment bank account . And the account name i used is my 2 year old sister's name . She does not have any documents . Neither am i willing to continue that account . So they informed me that they can close the account and send the fund to the source bank from whuch it was received . When i told then to do so they are not replying . I sent more than 60 mails from different email id but they did not reply or ask for kyc . When they already know that i do not have documents why are they asking . Its a type of cheating and trying to engulf my money . This is a SCAM . PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING AIRTEL .

                          Moreover no documents was asked while creating account . So why now? If they need kyc they should have asked then . Then my account would not have created neither my money could have been stolen by them .

                          It is their technique to trap clients and EARN who cannot provide documents . Neither the ### have any value of their words . Absolute ### thieves .

                          airtel is a scam .

I have started facing this issue from past 15 days. I visited to nearby Sorrel Store in Chandanagar 3 times and each time sorrel Store people are dropping email to their internal team but no resolution...

                              I m your post paid customer having no [protected]. I have my carry forward data pending 12 gb. Since last 2 months i haven't use data. Today i'm trying to get it use but i'm not able to use it. Than i call you to customer care they told that i have already use that data. I have not use any more but still your customer care representative not check. Then i talk to senier customer representative they told that you have changed your plan so that your data got lapse.

                              I request you to please check and recredit my carry forward data to my account as when i have changed my plan your reprentetive told that your pending data will carry forward.

                              Kindly look forward in the issue and do the needful urgently.

                                I have got this my number from airtel 2 months back.. M not getting single sign of network availability still they are giving me one after another bill. So many time i went to their store for cancellation but they are not willing to help.
                                Everytime they just say, you need to complete 90-120 days. If i getting not any service n you ppl are charging me why the question of minimum days arrive.
                                I just want them to investigate about it and get my money back for the time i didn't use service.

                                  Hi,

                                  I am facing the issue that I have 8000 rupees loaded in my airtel account.
                                  When I was loading the amount, I did not receive the notification that account is frozen but when I try to make a payment it says the debit cannot take place.

                                  Kindly revert back the charges to my credit card back. I feel this is lack of information communicated to the customer.
                                  Had a very bad experience.

                                  Kindly revert the amount asap.

                                    Iam terribly upset on the request made by me on 26 dec 2017 and still open as on date (Almost one month).

                                    I don't get any proper response and have been shuffled from one number to another number to know status and complaint. Very painful

                                    Msg from airtel :

                                    Airtel activation update: request no.[protected] has been booked dated 26 dec 2017.

                                    Several times i followed with the airtel office where i applied this airtel show room @ 253 gst road chrompet and never get any proper response.

                                    I have registered a complaint on online and received a feedback that the same will be sorted out in two days.

                                    Sms from airtel :

                                    Reference no. 82878137 for your airtel mobile has been registered on 21-jan-2018 10:12. The same will be closed in next 2 days. For status update, sms sr (Ref. No.) to 121

                                    Now ms suma l reference : [protected] contacted over phone and asked to send an official mail with this details to sort out this

                                    As a customer am worried last one month am running between office and people over phone, now i have to start afresh with mail..

                                    All office representative are very cool saying that this is back end issue, that office issues, contact this number, go to the same office etc..

                                    I have sent a mail today with all above details.

                                    Now some one called and told that i need to again go. To same airtel showroom and start re application.

                                    God can only save me.

                                      I have been using the same number for five years; now i am not able to receive sms / frequently can’t receive nor make calls. This has been reported since over 2 weeks, there seems to be no cure. Airtel has changed my sim twice, i am not able to carry out banking work / and have lost credibility with my customers who can’t get in touch with me. There is no one to sort out this except getting calls from call centers speaking like parrots the same sentences with out a solution. Frustration is the only word i can use here..!!!
