Ganapa veeraswamy to inform you that at the time of linking my airtel sim[protected] with aadhar[protected] they created airtel payment bank a/c [protected] and linked with lpg subsidy without my consent as a result my lpg subsidy credited to above airtel payment bank a/c. After noticing the same i reuested to de-activate the above a/c with lpg subsidy after that i received sms to above airtel sim "if you wish to reverse and switch back to your previous bank a/c sms yes to [protected]" on 22/12/2017, immediateliy i sent sms. After i received sms"your request will be submitted to npci and we share an update with you within 72 working hours". But till today the dbtl status shows airtel payment bank a/c.[protected], hence, i request you to de-link above airtel payment bank a/c [protected].
Hoping an early action. My email id [protected]@gmail.com
On 13 jan 2018 i have transferred 244 rupees from airtel payment bank to another account. The money was deducted but i did not get the amount credited in either accounts. Please give my money.

    Pls provide me document detail of my airtel number... Plsease ensure that i m the user of sim but the document given by any other person. I want to know which proof were shown for the same number.
    I herbly want to thanx for this service because of it i will find and start the same number and join with my adhar card... To change from that i'd proof to this my i'd proof...

      I have done a wrong recharge of rs 448 on my airtel number using my airtel app instead of my father's airtel number. I was trying to contact the customer care but i think they blocked my number. I then contacted them from another airtel number of my mother. They are not shifting the recharge.

      As i already had a plan on my number and both of the plans are getting overlapped, i require a refund of rs 448 to my account as i have already recharged the other number because it was urgently needed.
      Also the kind of behavior of the airtel customer support is pathetic. At least they should have directed my call to to the customer call executive.

        I have been using airtel postpaid ([protected]) services since feb_2016, in april 2017 i swapped to 4g. Since thereof i had been facing slow internet speed and lodged umpteen complaints, but all in vain. I tried to pay my bills through airtel app but couldn't complete the payment due to pathetic internet internet services, i used to get payment initiation messages, but later the transaction failed due to weak internet speed. I wrote many mails to the service provider to improve my internet speed as it is so pathetic even i am not able to pay dues through app. I received few calls from the airtel and was told to swap phone, i tried that too, again was asked to swap sim again, i tried that too but all in vain. Finally they could not improve my internet speed. I paid advance payment for one month in june, i mailed them that as i have not been able to use the internet services since last 5 months as promised in the plan i will pay only 600 instead of 800 bill of august and september) (Rs. 399 corporate plan), but have not received any response to that mail,. Finally i decide not to pay till my problem is not solved. As they failed to solve my problem they blocked my number and i am unable to use the same since november _2017. I called customer care many times but they said we could not help you, go to showroom but showroom is 89 kms away from my place of work.
        As such you are requested to look into the matter and direct the concerned service provider to unblock my number so that i am able to use that number again.

          After recharging (15.11.2017) with airtel prepaid 399/- with e-recharge, airtel app shown the validity 84 days but 20.01.2018 (67 days) at noon call facility is over, how is it possible???
          On this day (20.01.18) when i contact the customer service executive, they (Senior & junior) are given me different type of answers. Please look into this matter. Thanking you.

            Performed the online recharge of 448 through airtel web site on 30th dec 2017 from hdfc bank
            The amount got deducted from the account however i received the message as recharge failed.

            The transaction id for the payment messaged to my mobile from airtel[protected]
            The bank ref no for the payment - [protected]

            I moved to an airtel store and enquired, got information that the amount will be refunded within 5 days.

            Its already more than 20 days still the amount is not refunded. The airtel team is not providing any particular reasons over mail.

              I am having two airtel numbers [protected] and corporate no. [protected] on behalf of sbi. Undue bill is raised over and above plan amount every month on mobile no. [protected] for which no satisfactory clarification is ever given by your customer care deptt. Which are bei g charged on account of value added services every month which i never applied. Even your senior staff is never availavle on pretext of being busy. Pl let me know the next forum where i can raise my voice else i have to go in for portability for both of my numbers to some other operator if not solved immediately

                  I had vide email dated 01.04.2017 complained about your poor services and had requested surrendering of services from then onwards.

                  You had acknowledged my mail vide your mail with reference no as quoted above.

                  However you kept on sending me bills even after that without stoppage of services.

                  This smacks o[censored]ndue advantage of garnering revenue on your and i reiterate that i shall be paying your bill only upto that date i. E. 01.04.2017.

                    I am shocked to receive your email stating that an amount of rs 2311.38 is overdue for payment for the mobile services availed from bharti airtel limited [bal] towards mobile no. [protected], in this context,
                    Please be informed that we were not using your services from june, 2017 on wards and after making payment of whatever outstanding to you to your air tel show-room at tripunithura, kochi, kerala we had switched over to idea pre=paid connection no.[protected] services. We had also informed your show room that we are no longer interested in using air tel services due to roaming factor on account of our permanently shifting from bangalore to kochi permanently.

                    You may close the account forthwith.

                      I have loaded money into my airtel money wallet. But when i am trying to use that money for bill payment, it is saying debit from this account has been disabled. When i called customer care they are telling that i have to send the photocopy of my pan card and aadhar card and they then they will allow me to use that money. Now my concern is that at the time of loading money thay are not asking for those details and once the money is loaded thaey are asking this. Why this types of rules are there? Do they think we dont have any value for our money? If this is a rule then they should ask for the photocopy at the time of loading money also.

                        Icon service (I have no idea what it is) got activated a few minutes back on my cell and rs 76 deducted automatically. I donot need this service.

                        Kindly deactivate this and credit back my money.

                        Message which i got says "thanks for choosing icon on your airtel mobile. You have been charged rs76.0 for 30days. A/c balance: rs861.62 at 18:37. To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223"

                        My account is also looted with Rs. 35/- saying ICON service is activated for 7 days, which I didn't not do that...

                        why government is not tracking these kind of malpractice by these Corporate on innocent people...

                        Airtel is managed by a bunch of crooks cause they make quick money for charging for ICON SERVICE WHICH I NEVER REQUESTED in fact I don’t even know what it is, so they already deducted 35 Rs for 1 week, but they are not the only company that rob their customers, Tata Docomo did the same until they went broke.
                        Some legal action is to be taken under पिल as to stop these malpractices by air to automatically activate Icon services. Nobody knows what the heck are these services about.

                          Airtel charged amount rs 4700/- without any data plan active and minimum usage of calls and sms.

                          Many times we talked to the customer care, every time they assured to do the needful action, but finally the due amount is 659.38.

                          Following are the complaints number when issues reported to airtel -

                          Complaint no. 81547148 dated 01 dec 2017 (At this instant bill amount was rs. 4700/- and reduced to 1060/-)

                          Complaint no. 82090768 dated 20 dec 2017 (At this instant bill amount was rs. 1060/- and reduced to 659.38/-)

                          The current no. Do not have internet data opted.

                          This is a very ridiculous and unprofessional. This is absolutely a loot from the airtel. First to charge high amount and later to reduce when customer complains.

                            I used airtel network last 14 year, but i dont face any problem regarding the network but last 3 month i am facing slow network, sometime my network tower is not visible in my phone, also please note that when i used my data the network is not working and network tower showing blank in my phone.

                                I was downloading only a single file of size 647mb.
                                I have'nt even used 400mb of daily internet data but my daily internet usage touched 1gb
                                Within 20minutes between 12am-12:20am. Even your internet speed is a crap. It fluctuates
                                So much. There is no consistency in data speed. Sometimes it goes below 100kbps or gets
                                Disconnected completely. How is that possible?
                                I have talked to customer care too. No satisfactory response.
                                This is a fraud on part of airtel. Its a clear mistake of airtel company but you don't
                                Want to accept it now.
                                I'm just one consumer. There would be thousands & lakhs of people facing the same fraud
                                But as this is little time-consuming to file complaints, may be consumers are waiting for
                                Next day to use internet data. And you are taking advantage of this & looting small
                                Consumers to make money in a fraudulent ways.

                                  Very slow internet service, subscribed for 4g and having an access for h, h+, e, type internet facility. Several times i have complained. Now i am in bangalore which is an international city. Even here airtel is providing such ridiculous service. My roommate is using jio sim. He is having a very good network. I need to ask for his data where as i have recharged rs. 448.00 with airtel. What is the use of this? Some time 4g symbol would appear on the top of my screen, but the network speed would be the same which i have mentioned above. Even many of my friends have been complaining about their difficulties to contact me. I am searching for a job now. But due to such stupid reasons i am not in a position to interact with others. Yesterday one caller told me about the difficulty to contact me for offering a job. I had to give my friend's mobile no. It is really very very frustrating. I tried with 121 to call the customer care. There are also horrible options. I couldn't get an option to talk to the customer care people. I feel i have shared my position now with you. Now it is your duty to do what next. Otherwise i would prefer to switch from your network. Its enough...

                                    I mistakenly have recharged a wrong number [[protected]], now i need to transfer the amount of 100 back to [[protected]]. With transaction number[protected] on dated 20/1/2018
                                    Pleasae share the solution asap.
                                    This need to be done very soon else the person might use all the amount and it might not get rtransferred back we have also tried with 'wrc (Wrongno) (Transid) (Amt) (Correctno) send to 59109' but it is giving no keyword found message

                                      I registered on airtel money wallet last week however when i am trying to initiate any transfer from my account, one month later it shows debit facility has been disabled in my account. I have submitted all valid documents as per kyc norms to the airtel money email id. I dont know what kind of foul play is going on, they are just trapping people to use airtel money to receive gifts in form of cash for shopping and spending and paying bills, and once you get the money in wallet, they will stop the debiting.
                                      Please find some solution about my issue...
