[protected]. I am receiving very very low 4g speed from airtel this is happening everywhere. If i am inside the house or inside any building the speed is very very very less but if i am outside the speed is fast. Does this mean that i have to go outside every time to browse my net on airtel 4g. Please give me a reply before i move to consumer court against you thanks by dev

    Dear customer complaint department:

    On 26 july 2017, i notifed airtel in writing and with a personal visit to their koramangala office in bangalore that i was leaving india for 2 years of travel.

    I requested to deactivate my accounts effective 29july and put my and my wife mobile numbers into "safe custody" for use when we return.

    I paid rs 600 each or a total of rs1, 200 by online transfer at that time, for this safe custody service covering 1 year.

    I am now getting emails from airtel advising that i owe rs 2439/- past due on my account without any explanation as to what is the basis for this charge.

    They have not email address and their web site demands that i have a mobile and use sms/otp to log in. Since i am traveling overseas and do not have an active mobile number due to deactivation and high expense, i am unable to communicate with airtel about this issue.

    I find the inability to communicate with airtel by a means other than mobile ap and mobile number to be very unprofessional.

    Please provide me with an airtel customer service email address.

      My hotspots no. Is [protected] it ws started at 18-09-17 its validity ws for 6 months 1gb/day ..i hv also recieved confirmation mail but the service has been stopped in between ..i called upon the costumer care i talked to "LOKESH VERMA " AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE INDORE ws talking arrogantly and "WAS UNABLE TO SOLVE MY PROBLM AND HAVEN'T FORWRDED MY COMPLAINT" my another number is [protected]

        Dear team,
        I am carrying 3 numbers of airtel. Several complaints have been done, what i get in revert.. Only a assurance. None of then technical employee ever visited my area only numerous calls received just to ask how r the services.
        Hence, not paying the bill's until and unless services didn't get on the track. Numerous calls logs have been done from my side without my knowledge its been closed.
        Neither i can able to talk properly nor able to receive calls using a 3g services but its worse than 2g.
        Don't know what to do

            Airtel store, kharar branch, landran road, mohali.

            The store do not give right information. Staffs make their own profit. Against the real pricing of airtel, every sim has a price that too with only higher packs.

            I went there for porting my other state number. Beside giving me the right information, they displayed me the chart of the unlimited pack plans saying that those where the only frc that must be done for porting my number.

            When i said, i just wanted the sim for mere call purpose. They dropped the price but that too with "a self made plan". They said to "recharge frc 100 and get rs 22 as talk-time". They even completely denied the availability of frc 57.

            As per airtel, sim is for free and a small recharge is needed to activate sim. But as per store, the price completely differs. Standing there, i did not feel like i was in company store, i felt like i am standing in a shop bargaining for a sim.

            Well done airtel, you lost another customer.

              I use Airtel sim for a very long time but from some months Airtel giving some network issue and I have compliant about my problem but they didn't resolve my network issue problem after some day I wasn't able to receive any incoming calls or messages from others and when I call to some person then sometime it's show no service on my phone I have tried lots of time complaint but non of airtel customer care executive were able to solve my problem...

                My self Pradip Ramdas Laigude Having your postpaid connection [protected].
                I raised already many complaints regarding billing issue from 20.12.2017 to 11.01.2018 but till problem not solve by india's no.1 company .My humble request you to following the problem solve at earliest .

                1 ) when i call the customer care they told me your Plan 349/- infimty plan plus additional discount Rs.50/- = Monlthy rental 299/- + Taxes & account no.[protected].

                2) But your technical issue from last three month i have received the invoice account no showing in bill [protected] & plan 299/- family 8 pack plan.extra calling charges .( Bill attached for Rs.640/- & 494/- )

                3)I received call alternate three day your problem solved within 72 Hours but till issue not solved .

                4 ) Because of technical issue & customer said ignore that bill, i paid bill ( Rs.640/- wrong bill charged for calling infinty plan ) after due date charge me Rs.100/- plus taxes & 289/- Plus taxes . Please waived off your technical problem charges .

                Its my Last & humble request you to waive off 100/-+289/-Plus taxes charges & correct the account no. issue

                  I didn't even opt for this then why this has happened to me?
                  I deactivated the service sent stop sms to deactivate. I need My money back.

                    I have recharged with rs 448 and i was able to use 1 gb /day for one month but after that my network is speed is like a 2g. When i check in network status in open network, it shows okay. What the hell is wrong with the airtel sim.
                    I am missing everyday 1g/day.
                    Please fix it fast, or i have to get another sim.
                    Just fix this problem very fast, i am not able use my data plan at all

                      Hi,

                      I have gone twice to the airtel help centre in saltlake, kolkata. I had gone first on october, they didnt help me with the request, were rude and continued to charge postpaid money, sent bill though i wasnt using, they removed by network after a month, continued to charge the bill amount.

                      Yesterday, i received a call from the customer care and i was asked to pay 520 rs to continue using the number. This is fraud... Unnecessarily charging as they kknew, i would leave airtel. Now, i am bound to pay full bill in order to use the number.

                        I am use for aircel [protected] network in chennai. Your customer care people ask me i[censored] change ur network sir so i say ok on 21 th august.
                        After 3 days ur office person came collect rs 300
                        For network change. So many time i ask for ur customer care but nobody response for that. After one month ur people called me for network change then i told reason the say i check then i will call u but not called. So we attached that bill.

                            But the recharge was not done and balance was deducted from bank

                            It's status shown on patm as payment confirmation awaited

                            Kindly look into this matter and refund the amount

                              Front page of airtel makes a false promise: it says "every problem that is yours to face will be ours to solve. You don’t end up using all your plan data? We will add it to the next month.". Whereas they have removed my 150gb of carry forwarded data making a statement that i have downgraded my rental plan. Even though i have downgraded my airtel plan but the data which they have removed i bought it on higher rental plan so they do not have any rights to remove that. Also i have not downgraded my data plan initially in 1199 they were giving me 26 gb of data now in new plan i will be getting 50 gb of data.
                              This company is a cheater company they are making false promise on the front page of their site. You can see they are promising that they will forward all the unused data to next month.. I can not see any * mark saying terms and condition apply but after removing my data they are making all nonsense terms and condition.

                                Airtel is the worst service provider.. I am a corporate customer and using airtel since ages.. I wanted to convert from postpaid to prepaid.. Its been 10 days.. Nothing has happebed.

                                They took documents told it wil b done in 4 days.. Nothing happened.. They gave me a new sim which later they said is of no use and i hv to take another sim.. Then the said there is "system problem". The staff behaviour at hinjewadi phase 1 outlet is very rude and boorsh..

                                Airtel is fraudster and enployees goons as employees..

                                    I had to port my airtel kerela sim to airtel tamil nadu with an mnp plan of 229 rs. My sim was activated in 7 days, but the sim was not recharged. I enquired with the airtel velechery office from where i bought the sim. The store employees were not interested in my problems and its been 3 days since, i have still not got a reply nor has my sim been recharges. I am not able to call anybody due to this, and have no idea in what to do. I am deeply disappointed in your customer service.

                                      Vodafone is my current network provider. I wanted to port out in airtel. I have submitted all required documents on 22/12/2017 in office at address: shop n0 105, smriti nagar, bhilai - c. G, smriti nagar, chhattisgarh 490020. Mr. Harish who's contact number is[protected]‬ said that the porting will be done in next 7 days. Till today my porting request has not been processed. When ever i call harish did not answer my phone. I have submitted documents again on 08/01/2018. And yet there is no response from harish.
