Hi, airtel india i have recently ported my number from tata docomo to airtel expecting a better service @ airtel. But to my utter disbelief airtel service is pathetic, even after successfully porting my number to airtel, its been almost 48 hrs. I am not able to recharge my prepaid number, no frc, top up nothing works, always there is a message recharge failed, have tried with paytm, freecharge, bank and with airtel.in, still not successful, customer care team is also not providing any resolution nor the airtel store people, its frustating to be with airtel. My number is [protected]. Please fix it asap

Hi, airtel india i have recently ported my number from Vodafone to airtel expecting a better service @ airtel. But to my utter disbelief airtel service is pathetic, even after successfully porting my number to airtel, its been almost 48 hrs.     Since my data plan got exhausted, i have taken booster pack, to my surprise its getting auto renewed every month without notifying.

    I trust on airtel before this hence i was not checking the bill every month... But its a clear breach...

    I have not expected this from airtel and when i called customer care, they said that it will not be reverted back..

    What does a booster means? It is supposed to be an additional data recharge which should go off automatically next month...

      My mobile no above mentioned is ported out from mtnl dolphin prepaid to airtel haryana circle but mobile no [protected] is still non operative and not working inspite of various reminders mail and calls to airtel haryana circle complaint numbers and mail to nodal officer haryana and appellate authority but nothing has been done so far. By this airtel communication is loosing it's creditibility.

        Sir/ma’am,

        I was an airtel consumer since last 10-11 years, and i was using [protected] (Prepaid) since 6 years. And used to carry it while i go abroad, lasts november 2017 i have received a sms and as per sms i recharged the above mentioned number, immediately after couple of days phone stared to show “sim card registration failed”

        So very next month i came back to india and i approached one of the airtel outlet (Thoppumpady, kochi, kerala), and explained to the customer care executive about the rough experience that i have gone through. But unfortunately the executive’s response wasn’t a pleasing one. Even i was ready to go for a postpaid connection.

        Because of that bitter experience, i went directly to vodafone i applied for a postpaid connection, they gave me the number which similar to my old number, hence my family members also switched in to vodafone.

        As a last attempt i am writing this email, if there is any chance to gain my old airtel number [protected].

            I have lost my postpaid sim and have blocked the calls even 2months back. My sim belongs to odisha and in karnataka when ever i am going to any of outlet they suggest me to go another retail. I belived airtel ll give best service and now i am paying the monthly charges. Could any on say i work in banglore and for getting mu sim back i have to my home town back to odisha... Please help else i have to look for some other serious options. My lost no. [protected].               Dear sir
              I have a mobile of samsung company. Model no is galaxy a9 pro. Which cost at purchasing time is 29900/-. I am customer of airtel. Airtel launch scheme for mobile protection. I taken this facility 79/- per month from airtel for mobile protection. One day my mobile damaged in court dated-9/01/2018. I claimed mobile on airtel. But after 3 days airtel told mee your claim closed due to improper handling. If i proper handling of phone than how can damaged phone.
              Its fraud with mee by airtel company and they misguide mee.
              Sir, i request to you please justify this issue and give me justice.

                  Sir i want to complain against airtel company who continuously cheat to customer. I have recharged with 448 with airtel payment bank. But recharge is not done and this amount is transfered to airtel wallet. When i want to use wallet then it show your account is not allowed for debit. I complain at 400 number but problem is not resolved due to d. O. B in airtel payment bank not match with adhar d. O. B.

                    I have been raising complaints to airtel since i am unable to use 4 g and there is no service in my current location.

                    I got tired and i tried to port my number multiple times to another service provider.
                    Every single time i tried doing that, airtel kept giving me consolation that they will work on the issue. It has been a month and a half and the issue has not yet resolved.

                    Yet they are asking me to make a payment for 2 months to port my number to another service provider. My airtel account is reflecting the amount of data that is unused.

                    Not just that i have suffered heavy loss in business because my customers were unable to contact me.

                    I want airtel to wave off my bill and i want to port my number to another service provider. Also, i want a compensation for constant harassment, mental torture and the losses i incurred because of their lax attitude.

                      I am not able to recharge my mobile
                      Airtel prepaid mobile [protected] from last many days, every time i am getting same error i. E. Transaction failed. Itried to recharge through many ways i. E. My airtel app, airtle website, 3rd party websites etc.

                      I have also contacted customer care many a time but not getting any satisfactory reply or solution which is very frustrating and unprofessional.

                      Please help asap otherwise i would like my number to be ported out please.

                        I have converted my airtel number ([protected]) from postpaid to prepaid today. When i try to recharge error msg appears 'please enter a valid airtel number'.

                        I checked with the customer care as well, they said that the number is active and functional. I can receive calls but not able to make any outgoing calls because of insufficient balance. I tried to log a complaint at airtel office, but they are saying it may take more than 1 week to resolve this issue. I have been using the same number as postpaid for years. This is a very poor service from such a reputed brand. Just frustrated with airtel service. Its better to shift jio compare to airtel. Airtel don't even care their customer. I

Still am facing. If i call to customer care from othr no. They tell to send a message to 121. I tried it so many times. Nothing worked out. I dont know what kind of service airtel is providing. Can u pls help me out.

                            This is regard to airtel connectivity - net cable wiring needed — opposite to artemis hospital, sec 51, gurgaon, haryana 122001

                            I am residing in this sector - 52 from last one and half year and i have been contacted more than 3 times to customer care for broad band connection but they are saying - no setup present (Airtel net cable wiring not present) so it can't be done. This sector is fully developed now - so many new houses built up - many people are residing now. More than 15 to 20 house owner wants to take airtel broad band connection.

                            So i request you to setup net wire connectivity asap. So that people of this sector - 52 can take airtel broadband connection.

                            Please adhere this request asap.

                              I had broken my postpaid airtel sim before 1 year. I suddenly notice that someone using my ph no. I request u to block the sim. It may causes harm. So i am request u. My number was [protected]. Please block this sim card. It is spam. Please fix it as soon as possible. I am not using the sim since 1 year. I have called in this number today from my another number. Still it is active.

                                Pls call me [protected] urgently. Last month you charged 750 bill and my actual bill was 160. My plan is 99 and i had still 2 gb data balance as on 10 jan 2018 still you charged net charges 450 after i complaint airtel wave 450 net charges and after that payment was 288 from that i am getting 120 discount as per my plan so my bill was 160 i paid 150 but you still not wave off rs.120 from my dec.17 bill as airtel customer care executive promised that i will get 120 wa

                                  My main concern is the following (Why i have raised complaint):
                                  1. Call drop issue: no network available most of the time and you assure better connectivity network. Don’t know why?
                                  2. Speed of 4g, 3g and 2g is not good. 2g of vodafone is much better than your 3g and 4g network.
                                  3. Calls get disconnected frequently.
                                  4. Why complaint has been closed without customer feedback (Does customer feedback value for airtel or not).
                                  5. Complaint was raised last year 2017 but no update/resolution has been provided yet. We have to call them and get update. But they don't have any moral responsibility to update us.

                                  There is a problem in my airtel SIM no.[protected] in this SIM when i place call then other side can not hear my voice but when others call on my mobile the voice quality remains excellent kindly look into it as service personnel could not be contacted despite several efforts
                                  My incoming, outgoing and every service stopped on Thursday night . In the morning i complaint to customer care(Ref. number is CICPL[protected]). Executive officer told me your incoming call will be started in 24 hours but now 34 hours spend but still my incoming call service stop.
                                  My airtel aap me 448 ka offer show kiya 82 days ki validity ke saat mai recharge kiya magar mujhe benefits sirf 70 days hi mile aur min 50. Rupees cash bak ka offer tha magar kuch bhi nai mila please help

                                    my 4g services turn 'e' when i enter pantnagar university
                                    I lost my mobile and need to deactivate the Mobile Number [protected]. I am trying to reach customer care but couldn't able to do.

                                    No complaint is registered yet. Need to deactivate the mobile number.
                                    I opted for 399 plan this morning. (Unlimited calls with 1 GB usage per day valid up to 70 days)
                                    The amount is debited from my account, however the Airtel balance is still showing 0.
                                    Tried 3 times to reach customer care (121). I was unsuccessful.

                                    I’m using iPhone 7 and despite using a 4g handset I’m not able to use internet at a good speed. I feel very irritated at all times. Even in a metro city like Bangalore it’s happening. In your ads you post that you get full Tower in Himalayas ! Clearly cheating consumers.

                                      I am using 448 rs plan for 1 gb 4g data daily but aitel given 2g speed and cost me 4g speed. I never spent my 1 gb data because of data speed. It niether downloads a video nor a single image. So i want... Please return my left money in my acount and i will choose jio services, jio gives better 4g speed as compare to airtel and also give more validity in same cost...

                                        I have two airtel dth connections. Recharge my one airtel dth tv with 350 rupees. After checking balance. It was showing 320. After confirmation of customer care they told me that is late recharge fees dedicated from my account. I don't understand till now why they charge late recharge fee on prepaid services. Please help me about this concerns. This is directly make money form customer.
