Airtel india... It is frustrating to complete the claim process. After multiple attempts through uploading documents on the site, sending multiple mails, calling the call center - my claim status still shows that the documentation is incomplete. Sms for call back gives an immediate response saying you will be called within 2 business hours, there is no call back even after 8 days. Top it all there is restrictions on number of calls the customer can make to the call centre. No responses to emails. Why create a service which cannot be delivered? My multi connection no is [protected] whose activation i want, call me [protected]/[protected]@gmail.com

    delay in address verification for postpaid connection

    I have taken a new postpaid sim from airtel store of panthur, kaduneesanhalli, bangalore on 8th of january 2018. The person in charge promised me that address verification will be done in 24 hours and the connection will get activated.     Yesterday night my number [protected] to airtel. But im not able to receive incoming calls and sms to my number. I have tried calling with all network mobile numbers. Please help me as soon as possible. Airtel is not connecting me to customer care also. This is totally negligence on customer. Airtel please respond immediately and resolve my issue.

      I have 220.00 rs.in my main balance but still i cant activate offers with my main balance through my airtel app. Why do i spent money to recharge, as customer care said me to do, while i am having sufficient balance as my main balance. Please give some alternative as my airtel app is showing only two options that are net banking and pay with cards like debit or credit card. Though my airtel app balance is nil but i have much more money in my main balance than the amount of recharge as shown in offer i. E. Of 199

        I am trying to do recharge through airtel app using my airtel wallet but it displays, "debit for this account not allowed."
        This is causing too much trouble for me. I am a student and ₹448 is too huge a sum for me to be stuck somewhere.
        If it was meant to be freezed then i should not have been allowed to add that sum of money to the wallet in the first place.
        This is very bad from airtel.

          Company failed to update on aadhar
          Many attempts, all failed
          Waste of time
          Waste of transport cost
          No response so far??
          staff at Airtel, was unable to explain as why they are not able to update the Aadhar records,
          They tried and failed
          They told me to change the instrument, without reason
          Other messages are well received while Aadhar update message not received
          No reason
          Airtel not keen on Aadhar?

            My name is abhilash. My airtel number is [protected]. I had recharged my airtel number of 448 plan with a validity of 70 days but soon after jio increases their validity of the same play, airtel too increase the validity to 82 days of 448 plan. So what about us who is still using the 70 days of validity but others using 82 days of validity of same plan. This is really feels disgusting for me to digest this formula. Airtel should definetely answers me. What is that...

              My company allows to claim reimbursement of my cell phone bill. For the last 3 months, airtel has been inflating the bill amount which is almost 3 times of my average bill. After talking to the customer service reps, the correct amount gets updated online and on the app. However, this doesn't help me as my company accepts only printed phone bill. After repeated requests, airtel managers stated that they cannot issue a bill with the correct amount. I was promised that this issue will not reoccur but it turned out to be a false one, as always. I need airtel to reimburse the bill amount as i am not able to claim from my company as it is entirely airtel's inability to rectify the issue at their end.

                My ac had a bal of rs 200 and now today 11 jan its showing nil balance. and the customer support guy is giving the reason for deduction is that i was on international roaming. where as i never travelled outside india. kindly refund my money, you people are cheater.and worst customer support specially a guy from airtel Mr. Santosh pawar who behaved so badly with its customer.

                Hi, i have airtel no .with me. last month did a recharge of rs.300 and today, 11 jan 2018 the balance showing is nil. when i spoke to customer support they gave the reason for deduction is international roaming whereas i never travelled out of india. this is the wrong Balance deduction done from my account. kindly resolve the issue and refund my money.

I called couple of times to Airtel customer care but there is no proper response from their side. Actually My plan 3G+4G pack but I'm getting only 2G services.This is not a fair, I paid bill the amount but I'm getting less services from Airtel...

                        I purchased aitel prepaid number [protected] in jalandhar and used for 3years.
                        On 5/1/2018 i requested to port this number to delhi circle. I was promised that my previous balance amt. Will be given me and also i got number recharged for rs180/- against which i will be getting free local/std and 1 gb data. But neither i got data nor free local/ std till date.

                          My claim is rejected due to improper handling of the phone, let me know clearly what does an proper handling mean? What should be the reason to make a claim against airtel secure?

                          Is this reason is adequate to make the claim "i was having the phone in my hand due a sudden impact from my colleague i dropped my phone in the water."

                          If this is not adequate then let us know how an eligible reason should be....

                          Hello,

                          I am having problem in porting my number from BSNL to Airtel postpaid. On 27th Dec'17 I applied for my MNP process via online then on 28th one of the airtel associate came to office and collected documents regarding the process and said sim will get activated in 1 week. After the 1 week time my Bsnl sim was deactivated but still airtel didn't get activated.So i called Customer care regarding this issue they said your number was deactivated so plz visit airtel showroom so that they will activate your number. On 8th Jan'18 i went to Airtel Relationship Office, Near CTS, Okkiyampettai, Chennai and submitted my port pin number(BH334987) and all the documents they said me to submit and also given Rs. 300 for that as they asked me to pay. Now this is 11th Jan'18 and my number not yet been ported into Airtel. They made me a call regarding porting and asking me to pay Rs.3500 for activating my number.I have been using that number for more than 5 years and i just want to port my number from bsnl to airtel but they are asking that much amount for activating it. Is that necessary to pay that much amount to activate my number???

                              I am an airtel user and unable to use internet and there is no range/network to speak. What is happening with airtel. Monthly some problem. This is issue is happening for past 1 week and nobody is ready to take care of it. Its not about giving 1gb per day, but make sure that the consumers are using it in their wish. Please don't make people so upset.

                                Hi Team,

                                My name is sharan holding airtel prepaid no [protected].
                                I am currently in mexico for the next 30days so i recharged with 3998 pack but im unable to make any calls because my out going call barring is activated. I m not sure how it got activated. Im unable to deactivate it as it is asking for 4 digit password. I tried with 1234, 0000, my last 4 digit phone no. None has worked.

                                I even talked to customer care executive twice, they said everything is fine on your phone and we would not give you passcode and i even contacted samsung operator(Im using S7 edge) they said your service provider will give you the passcode.

                                My current network is TELCEL provided by Airtel

                                Request your help in getting passcode to deactivate call barring.

                                  In my airtel bill also for the period: 05-dec-2017 to 04-january 2018 bill no:[protected], it was showing that i have sent an international sms to the number: [protected]. Details as per below:
                                  07/dec 2017 22:17:03 [protected]

                                  But i haven't sent any sms to that number and no idea about that number. I was charged rs. 5

                                  It is a cheating by company with its own customer.

                                    I am applying to airtel for porting my number to airtel. Each time the airtel store gives me sim saying the number will be ported within 10-15 days.

                                    I have received messages that validation of documents have been completed. Airtel activation update requested no.[protected]. Nothing done, received no update till date.

                                    It is ridiculous that a customer is visiting airtel store time & again and spending time and money and the staff is giving only some words that the porting will be done. I have given porting code to airtel :

                                    I) ad648887/ expiry 6-8-2017
                                    2) id798166/ valid[protected]
                                    3) id568117 valid[protected]
                                    4) id675471 valid[protected]
                                    5) id829134 valid 5-1-2018

                                    I request you to inform if airtel is not capable of porting the number so i will switch to some other service provider like voda, aircel.
