There is an airtel junction box in front of our house for past few years.
The box is blocking the place in front of my house and i am unable to park my car. I tried contacting the customer desk but was not able to get it done.
There is a proper place at the end of the road where it can be placed so it does not cause inconvenience to anybody.
It will of great benefit if the box is relocated.

    Dear team,

    I had a discussion with customer care team on 12th jan 2018 @ 121 and has explained my issue well, whereas the same stands unresolved. I request you to please get the below specified issues fixed i. E. Pertaining to my respective numbers associated with airtel. I¿m facing this issue since i¿ve added all my numbers into family plan.

    Unable to use internet. Similar issue was faced & reported multiple times earlier also on below numbers.

    My call back number will be [protected].in case if call is unanswered, then alternatively you can try calling on respective airtel numbers as mentioned above.

    Above all, uncertainly my number [protected] is showing not reachable and m receiving missed call alerts for every call.

    I’m unsure what has been done from backed team, they are still saying that my basic data component was deactivated. Please fix it.

      On 15 th january at 4.19 am sms was sent of activation and charges rs 15 deducted from balance
      At 6.53 am the service was deactivated after sms to stop the service on phone no [protected]
      Charges still remain deducted
      This service was even sent for activation earlier also but due to lack of balance could not go through
      So please do the needful

        Airtel broadband reference no. Ontmbanga38521258c:

        Before i took the connection from airtel, the sales lady told me to make advance payment of 3 months to get an installation/activation waiver of rs. 1000, and i made payment of rs. 3788/- (Plan 999 + 99 topup for free std/local unlimited calls + tax) on 23rd sep 2016.
        After this airtel broadband was installed on 9th october 2016, and on 27th oct 2016 as per my bill cycle the account got reset and inside airtel my app mobile application it is showing that a payment of rs. 1949/- is pending. For which i raised the concern the same day. After this every weekend i had to spend 2-3 hours of calling up customer care and writing them emails for about 11 months, and every time they responded with an answer that it will be resolved within 48 hours-2 weeks time depending on who was on the other end from customer care. I even escalated this to highest escalation in the matrix, the nodal office, but no one was providing me the resolution, just false promises.in the meantime airtel team keeps sending me the bills for entire year increasing the due amount and they barred my internet connection for the nov and december month as well, for which i had made the payment and was entitled to use the services.
        Post this hassle for about an year i stopped following up, and in 27th july 2017 bill the team posted the amount paid by me in the account and deducted that amount from the due amount of the entire year, which included the installation fee of rs.1000 and the late fee etc.
        Now when i'm asking for the waiver of the installation fee again by follwoing up with the customer care after multiple followups they agreed to waive off the rs. 1000 amount and to be reflected in 24 hours, but not to my surprise, that also didn't happen for next week, i called up again, and got an response that the promotion team had made false promises gto you and there will be no waiver, and i have to make the due amount payment of rs. 3367 as on 15 jan 2018.
        I have lost complete faith in airtel team as they make false promises, are lethargic in doing their work and hassling customers for not working on their end.

          My number ([protected]) is showing invalid for more than a month and i am not getting any satisfactory answer from airtel executives. I am doing continuous follow up but still there is no resolution. Its my primary number and because of that i am unable to use any digital mediums like paytm. Also, it might be the case that i lost any important call because it is my 3 year old number. Could you please help me in this.

            Sir,
            I got 1gb 4g/3g data for 3 days... Today when i started the mobile and data and check the speed... After turning off the mobile data... The charges has been deducted from my main balance... There is no deduction from data balance... I lost 47rs todays even though i have still 1gb data unused...
            I tried changing from 4g to 3g network type... And again done recharge of rs 10 and start the mobile data... And after starting mobile data... And checking the speed... Again i lost rs7
            I lost total (47+7) rs... Rs54

            I am your customer from very long time... I never face any issue till today... But the today's incident made me really unsatisfied...

            Please resolve this issue... I need my money back that i lost today

              Sir/madam,

              Am having airtel dth (Airtel digitaltv id[protected]) service for the last one year. And there is charges (Penalty rs.15) for late recharge. Though it is a prepaid plan then what is the necessity for penalty?? The disclaimer details provided by them didn't mentioned anything about penalty for late recharging. Though this may be a strategy for them it seems to be cheating.

                Yesterday night i had activated 50% night data cash back... I used my data after 12pm... But i didnt receive half of my used data in the morning... I'm experiencing worst response from airtel... If this continues i will change my network... Please try to resolve my issues... Dont try to cheat customers... All your data packs are costly even for customers using airtel for 7 years...

                  My airtel cell no [protected]. I just saw my bill which am paying on line.
                  To my surprise you have added rs 244/- as value added services.
                  I never opted for that and i never used it.
                  Am enclosing the screen shot.
                  The way you cheat me is highly regrettable.
                  Am now 65 and are you not ashamed to cheat me like this?
                  On that day i talked with your customer care executive (If my memory
                  Is good his name is mr ravikumar) and instructed him not to charge any
                  Amount like that - as i never opted it or used it.
                  He gave me assurance you won’t do.

                  I hereby give you notice and warn you to remove that amount and send
                  The revised bill -
                  Failing wich i will approach consumer court for redressal with proof
                  Of my claim.
                  I have recorded his phone assurance and will use it as my supporting evidence.
                  I am your oldest and loyal customer and has three airtel sims.
                  I never expect this type of cheating from a reputed company like yours.
                  Already you earned govt action for misusing aadhar details.
                  If i report this you will have to face the consequences from the govt.
                  I give you 4 days time. Today is sunday.
                  If i don’t get a positive reply from you before friday (19/01/2018) -
                  I will take up the matter with both consumer court and pmo’s office
                  And take you to task.
                  Don’t play with my sentiments.
                  And don’t think i will keep quite.
                  Hope you will act quickly and avoid any unpleasant action from my end.
                  If i dont receive a positive reply i will forward this to pmo ‘ s

                    Everytime i watch anything on airtel tv when toggling to 4g-lte live tv only buffers and it stops after every 10 seconds and start buffering and it is very irritating during watching any channel also same issue in you tube as checked speed test speed is almost good but during online live tv or anything watchs on youtube so much buffering. As this is airtel own app it should not have buffering kindly do something to resolve as when watching some interesting has to switch off 4g and to switch jio due to so much buffering.

                    Airtel live tv is buffering on airtel 4g whereas internet speed is very good but watching airtel live is very annoying. Plz airtel fix the issue

                      This is to bring to your kind attention that i was travelling abroad for the duration of december 25th 2017 till january 4th 2018. At india gandhi international airport, delhi, i got an international roaming pack activated for 10 days for the amount of 2999 from an airtel customer executive. The travel pack was activated and i was told specifically by the executive the pack would deactivate on its own, post expiration. I returned to delhi on january 4th 2018, the data pack was auto-renewed for a period of another 10 days that is from january 4th-14th 2018, but there was no intimation by email or sms after the auto-renewal. Since i was unaware of the auto-renewal i paid a bill amounting to 3500 on january 10th 2018, for the duration of one month from december 11th 2017 till january 10th 2018. On 14th january, i got a bill from airtel with the international roaming pack amount added again. When i tried to contact the airtel customer service regarding the same additional charges and about no information recarding the re-activation of the pack, i was in communication with mr kamala singh from the airtel punjab circle office who told me i used data on the morning of january 4th 2018, due to which my plan was reactivated. As i had requested my international roaming pack be deactivated after 10 days, i fail to understand why it did not happen. And if i used data on the morning of the 4th of january, it should have been included in the normal bill that i pay for the next billing cycle. I was duped by the executive at the airport, if the pack was on auto-renewal, why was i not informed at the airport by the executive despite specifically asking regarding the same! Also after talking with the executive, i was told that i would have to pay the extra charges for which i was not informed at the airport or in any email. My phone number is a post paid number, so the bill amount was added and now i have to pay charges for a pack i did not ask to be activated. Kindly see to this lackadaisical attitude of your customer service so that these extra charges are waived off and justice is met with.

                      I also tried to change the plan details today to deactivate the international roaming pack for 2999 which did not change despite requesting the customer care service for the same. I also tried using the airtel app for the same, but there was a technical error. Now since the 2999 plan is still activated, I might have to pay money despite asking for it to be deactivated. A message was shown on the airtel app, attaching the screenshot here with.

                        I have opt air tel mob services after permanently closing the rcom mob services on dtd 22.11.2017 through retailer bu sim.[protected]u of mob, no, [protected] and i have receipt a massage from airtet "thank you choosing airtel! We are setting up your services please wait" on dtd 26.112017 & 27.11.2017 but after passing about 20 days without activation the retailer again process the porting req with another two no. Sim. But till date i have not get any response from the airtel co.
                        So please help me to activate my mob no as it is so impotant for me.

                            My balance of rs99 automatically deducted for activation of international roaming rental dtd 14.01.2018, whereas i have not activated it my self. I have my international number and i use airtel only when i am in india. I never pick any in coming calls on airtel when abroad, so i don't need such product. I will stop recharging airtel balance if my balance is not restored back.

                              Am venu [protected] one of the airtel post paid customer, without any mode of intimate airtel will stop the service for post paid customer am one of that. And completely pathetic service from customer care, they will promise in next few hours it will get resolved. Finally after doing the payment also customer should beg to activate network/service i[censored] are using only one sim. There is no value for premium customer who will pay the bill in thousands every month. Think twice before opting airtel post paid...

                                Sir, I am experiencing poor connectivity and network quality issues in Ahmedabad . While on a call, the other person is not able to hear my voice properly. This happens almost everywhere in Ahmedabad. Secondly, the internet quality of 4g is poor as compared to other carriers like Jio and Vodafone.

                                Kindly resolve the issue.

                                  Dear team, i, sanjay using airtel number [protected] had given a request to change my number from karnataka circle to kerala circle as i was transferred there. I went to the airtel store in cochin and the representative asked me to send a porting request and gave me a new sim. He told me the previous sim will get deactivated in 7 working days and i will have to continue with the new sim after that. The previous sim got deactivated on 11th jan 18 at 00:02 hrs but the new sim did not get activated. To get this resolved i visited the same store. They had no resolution and he told me he will escalate the issue and get it resolved. However it is still unresolved. I have been visiting airtel stores and calling the customer care everyday, only to be promised new timelines to resolve the issue.
                                  I have also emailed to the airtel appellate authority and many concerned repeatedly but i have not received any response from them. I am worried if this number which i am using since 11 years will get deactivated permanently. I feel i am being harassed without any resolution from anyone in airtel.
                                  My visit to the airtel store in cochin was so horrific that the supervisor mr anand threatened me to walk out of the store.

                                  Please help me in this regard

                                    I have converted my postpaid number to prepaid but now i am not able to recharge it via airtel app or any other recharge medium. I am able to receive calls and use internet but not able to recharge because of which i can't make any outgoing calls. I tried calling airtel customer care but it says don't have sufficient balance.
                                    Even i tried calling from different number but the call gets disconnected as soon as i give my airtel number.
                                    Pathetic service from airtel who claims to be india's largest mobile service provider.

                                      On 12 jan 2018, when i reached for mnp of my vodafone no. [protected] in airtel at - airtel store, shop no.-343, 1st floor, supertech (Shopprix mall), sector-61, noida.

                                      Airtel authorised partner representative/ owner refuse to switch my no.in airtel prepaid without any pack,

                                      They said that "there is no any procedure to switch without any plan, you have to buy a plan like 495,,, etc etc otherwise we dont port your no.

                                      I also attach photo of store owner/representative.

                                        Since i deposited my money to airtel payment bank they have debit freeze my account and by holding amount they are earning interest using our money.
                                        I called 3 time to customer care and they asked me adhaar card, pan card and bank statements to de-freeze my account. It's been more than 5 days i have sent the details on [protected]@airtelbank.com but no respond. I am still not able to make my transaction via world worse airtel bank payment. I would disclose my account number when you needes on the forum.

                                        What the hell. I can not use my money??? I have case number of the complain also.
