My company allows to claim reimbursement of my cell phone bill. For the last 3 months, airtel has been inflating the bill amount which is almost 3 times of my average bill. After talking to the customer service reps, the correct amount gets updated online and on the app. However, this doesn't help me as my company accepts only printed phone bill. After repeated requests, airtel managers stated that they cannot issue a bill with the correct amount. I was promised that this issue will not reoccur but it turned out to be a false one, as always. I need airtel to reimburse the bill amount as i am not able to claim from my company as it is entirely airtel's inability to rectify the issue at their end.

    My ac had a bal of rs 200 and now today 11 jan its showing nil balance. and the customer support guy is giving the reason for deduction is that i was on international roaming. where as i never travelled outside india. kindly refund my money, you people are cheater.and worst customer support specially a guy from airtel Mr. Santosh pawar who behaved so badly with its customer.

    Hi, i have airtel no .with me. last month did a recharge of rs.300 and today, 11 jan 2018 the balance showing is nil. when i spoke to customer support they gave the reason for deduction is international roaming whereas i never travelled out of india. this is the wrong Balance deduction done from my account. kindly resolve the issue and refund my money.

      Dear Team,

      I'm customer of Airtel Network and my mobile number is [protected], [protected].. I was facing 4G/3G internet problems. My mobile supported to both 4G and 3G services. I called couple of times to Airtel customer care but there is no proper response from their side. Actually My plan 3G+4G pack but I'm getting only 2G services.This is not a fair, I paid bill the amount but I'm getting less services from Airtel...

        Hi I'm dheeraj I am regretting to use Airtel Network sim Totally irresponsible authority to think about why Network problem maintain same after complaining about it. No proper number to call customer care executive to say our problem directly. Now feeling very bad Network company in India to give satisfactory service.

            I purchased aitel prepaid number [protected] in jalandhar and used for 3years.
            On 5/1/2018 i requested to port this number to delhi circle. I was promised that my previous balance amt. Will be given me and also i got number recharged for rs180/- against which i will be getting free local/std and 1 gb data. But neither i got data nor free local/ std till date.

              My claim is rejected due to improper handling of the phone, let me know clearly what does an proper handling mean? What should be the reason to make a claim against airtel secure?

              Is this reason is adequate to make the claim "i was having the phone in my hand due a sudden impact from my colleague i dropped my phone in the water."

              If this is not adequate then let us know how an eligible reason should be....

              Hello,

              I am having problem in porting my number from BSNL to Airtel postpaid. On 27th Dec'17 I applied for my MNP process via online then on 28th one of the airtel associate came to office and collected documents regarding the process and said sim will get activated in 1 week. After the 1 week time my Bsnl sim was deactivated but still airtel didn't get activated.So i called Customer care regarding this issue they said your number was deactivated so plz visit airtel showroom so that they will activate your number. On 8th Jan'18 i went to Airtel Relationship Office, Near CTS, Okkiyampettai, Chennai and submitted my port pin number(BH334987) and all the documents they said me to submit and also given Rs. 300 for that as they asked me to pay. Now this is 11th Jan'18 and my number not yet been ported into Airtel. They made me a call regarding porting and asking me to pay Rs.3500 for activating my number.I have been using that number for more than 5 years and i just want to port my number from bsnl to airtel but they are asking that much amount for activating it. Is that necessary to pay that much amount to activate my number???

                  I am an airtel user and unable to use internet and there is no range/network to speak. What is happening with airtel. Monthly some problem. This is issue is happening for past 1 week and nobody is ready to take care of it. Its not about giving 1gb per day, but make sure that the consumers are using it in their wish. Please don't make people so upset.

                    Hi Team,

                    My name is sharan holding airtel prepaid no [protected].
                    I am currently in mexico for the next 30days so i recharged with 3998 pack but im unable to make any calls because my out going call barring is activated. I m not sure how it got activated. Im unable to deactivate it as it is asking for 4 digit password. I tried with 1234, 0000, my last 4 digit phone no. None has worked.

                    I even talked to customer care executive twice, they said everything is fine on your phone and we would not give you passcode and i even contacted samsung operator(Im using S7 edge) they said your service provider will give you the passcode.

                    My current network is TELCEL provided by Airtel

                    Request your help in getting passcode to deactivate call barring.

                      In my airtel bill also for the period: 05-dec-2017 to 04-january 2018 bill no:[protected], it was showing that i have sent an international sms to the number: [protected]. Details as per below:
                      07/dec 2017 22:17:03 [protected]

                      But i haven't sent any sms to that number and no idea about that number. I was charged rs. 5

                      It is a cheating by company with its own customer.

                        I am applying to airtel for porting my number to airtel. Each time the airtel store gives me sim saying the number will be ported within 10-15 days.

                        I have received messages that validation of documents have been completed. Airtel activation update requested no.[protected]. Nothing done, received no update till date.

                        It is ridiculous that a customer is visiting airtel store time & again and spending time and money and the staff is giving only some words that the porting will be done. I have given porting code to airtel :

                        I) ad648887/ expiry 6-8-2017
                        2) id798166/ valid[protected]
                        3) id568117 valid[protected]
                        4) id675471 valid[protected]
                        5) id829134 valid 5-1-2018

                        I request you to inform if airtel is not capable of porting the number so i will switch to some other service provider like voda, aircel.

                                I have called up the customer care for slow network as it is taking too long time.. Much slower than 2g. Your executive couldn't resolve the issue as i am still facing the issue of slower net speed. I switched to airtel recently but i guess jio was working much much better than this. I guess i did blunder mistake for recharging airtel.

                                Bakwas Internet speed, I have recently taken a new sim card instead of jio. But the Internet speed is not good better than JIO, I am very sad after taking taking airtel no. As I am going to port this airtel number to JIO. Better than nothing :(

                                  By mistake i did an online recharge through paytm on the wrong number for the amount of 500.

                                    At about 2240ist the train stopped at ambattur rly stn. Suddenly a thief snatched my mobile jumpedout to rly track. By this time train moved towards central. I was listening songs while sitting inside the train. I shouted. People came.                                       A debit cannot be processed without aadhar linking to airtel payments bank, but how come credit to the same account is processed without an error?

                                      They call themselves as airtel payments bank, but they cannot process the reversal of the cr transaction?

                                      The complaint cell 198, the most educated, responsible and respective
                                      Representative and his manager both cannot explain
                                      • why their organization or app informs customer that aadhar is mandatory while registering?
                                      • they cannot provide customer complaint call reference number for future reference and
                                      • they cannot take complaint from customer and provide ticket number.
                                      • and they are trying to convince the customer that their system does not provide ticket or sr number

                                      You better update your useless my airtel app, to not to perform cr and db operations if a customer doesn’t link their aadhar.

                                      Why are you so greedy for people’s money and arrogant to reversal their money?

                                      Why you need customers aadhar electronic copy by email?

                                      Please explain
