Pls call me [protected] urgently. Last month you charged 750 bill and my actual bill was 160. My plan is 99 and i had still 2 gb data balance as on 10 jan 2018 still you charged net charges 450 after i complaint airtel wave 450 net charges and after that payment was 288 from that i am getting 120 discount as per my plan so my bill was 160 i paid 150 but you still not wave off rs.120 from my dec.17 bill as airtel customer care executive promised that i will get 120 wa

I was doing recharge by using Airtel application.. at the time of recharge it was showing that recharge with 399/- and days was showing 70 but when I recharged I got on 56 days.
Recharged for airtel prepaid no:[protected], amount deducted twice. Refund the amount

    My main concern is the following (Why i have raised complaint):
    1. Call drop issue: no network available most of the time and you assure better connectivity network. Don’t know why?
    2. Speed of 4g, 3g and 2g is not good. 2g of vodafone is much better than your 3g and 4g network.
    3. Calls get disconnected frequently.
    4. Why complaint has been closed without customer feedback (Does customer feedback value for airtel or not).
    5. Complaint was raised last year 2017 but no update/resolution has been provided yet. We have to call them and get update. But they don't have any moral responsibility to update us.

    There is a problem in my airtel SIM no.[protected] in this SIM when i place call then other side can not hear my voice but when others call on my mobile the voice quality remains excellent kindly look into it as service personnel could not be contacted despite several efforts
    My incoming, outgoing and every service stopped on Thursday night . In the morning i complaint to customer care(Ref. number is CICPL[protected]). Executive officer told me your incoming call will be started in 24 hours but now 34 hours spend but still my incoming call service stop.
    My airtel aap me 448 ka offer show kiya 82 days ki validity ke saat mai recharge kiya magar mujhe benefits sirf 70 days hi mile aur min 50. Rupees cash bak ka offer tha magar kuch bhi nai mila please help

      There is a wide problem of signals
      my 4g services turn 'e' when i enter pantnagar university
      I lost my mobile and need to deactivate the Mobile Number [protected]. I am trying to reach customer care but couldn't able to do.
      Date of Incident : 06th Jan 2018

      No complaint is registered yet. Need to deactivate the mobile number.
      I opted for 399 plan this morning. (Unlimited calls with 1 GB usage per day valid up to 70 days)
      The amount is debited from my account, however the Airtel balance is still showing 0.
      Tried 3 times to reach customer care (121). I was unsuccessful.

      I’m using iPhone 7 and despite using a 4g handset I’m not able to use internet at a good speed. I feel very irritated at all times. Even in a metro city like Bangalore it’s happening. In your ads you post that you get full Tower in Himalayas ! Clearly cheating consumers.

        I am using 448 rs plan for 1 gb 4g data daily but aitel given 2g speed and cost me 4g speed. I never spent my 1 gb data because of data speed. It niether downloads a video nor a single image.           I have two airtel dth connections. Recharge my one airtel dth tv with 350 rupees. After checking balance. It was showing 320. After confirmation of customer care they told me that is late recharge fees dedicated from my account. I don't understand till now why they charge late recharge fee on prepaid services. Please help me about this concerns. This is directly make money form customer.

            Airtel india... It is frustrating to complete the claim process. After multiple attempts through uploading documents on the site, sending multiple mails, calling the call center - my claim status still shows that the documentation is incomplete. Sms for call back gives an immediate response saying you will be called within 2 business hours, there is no call back even after 8 days. Top it all there is restrictions on number of calls the customer can make to the call centre. No responses to emails. Why create a service which cannot be delivered?                 I have 220.00 rs.in my main balance but still i cant activate offers with my main balance through my airtel app. Why do i spent money to recharge, as customer care said me to do, while i am having sufficient balance as my main balance. Please give some alternative as my airtel app is showing only two options that are net banking and pay with cards like debit or credit card. Though my airtel app balance is nil but i have much more money in my main balance than the amount of recharge as shown in offer i. E. Of 199

                  I am trying to do recharge through airtel app using my airtel wallet but it displays, "debit for this account not allowed."
                  This is causing too much trouble for me. I am a student and ₹448 is too huge a sum for me to be stuck somewhere.
                  If it was meant to be freezed then i should not have been allowed to add that sum of money to the wallet in the first place.
                  This is very bad from airtel.

I had recharged my airtel number of 448 plan with a validity of 70 days but soon after jio increases their validity of the same play, airtel too increase the validity to 82 days of 448 plan. So what about us who is still using the 70 days of validity but others using 82 days of validity of same plan. This is really feels disgusting for me to digest this formula. Airtel should definetely answers me. What is that...

                        My company allows to claim reimbursement of my cell phone bill. For the last 3 months, airtel has been inflating the bill amount which is almost 3 times of my average bill. After talking to the customer service reps, the correct amount gets updated online and on the app. However, this doesn't help me as my company accepts only printed phone bill. After repeated requests, airtel managers stated that they cannot issue a bill with the correct amount. I was promised that this issue will not reoccur but it turned out to be a false one, as always. I need airtel to reimburse the bill amount as i am not able to claim from my company as it is entirely airtel's inability to rectify the issue at their end.

                          My ac had a bal of rs 200 and now today 11 jan its showing nil balance. and the customer support guy is giving the reason for deduction is that i was on international roaming. where as i never travelled outside india. kindly refund my money, you people are cheater.and worst customer support specially a guy from airtel Mr. Santosh pawar who behaved so badly with its customer.

                          Hi, i have airtel no .with me. last month did a recharge of rs.300 and today, 11 jan 2018 the balance showing is nil. when i spoke to customer support they gave the reason for deduction is international roaming whereas i never travelled out of india. this is the wrong Balance deduction done from my account. kindly resolve the issue and refund my money.

                                  On 5/1/2018 i requested to port this number to delhi circle. I was promised that my previous balance amt.                                     My claim is rejected due to improper handling of the phone, let me know clearly what does an proper handling mean? What should be the reason to make a claim against airtel secure?

                                    Is this reason is adequate to make the claim "i was having the phone in my hand due a sudden impact from my colleague i dropped my phone in the water."

                                    If this is not adequate then let us know how an eligible reason should be....

                                    Hello,

                                    I am having problem in porting my number from BSNL to Airtel postpaid. On 27th Dec'17 I applied for my MNP process via online then on 28th one of the airtel associate came to office and collected documents regarding the process and said sim will get activated in 1 week. After the 1 week time my Bsnl sim was deactivated but still airtel didn't get activated.So i called Customer care regarding this issue they said your number was deactivated so plz visit airtel showroom so that they will activate your number. On 8th Jan'18 i went to Airtel Relationship Office, Near CTS, Okkiyampettai, Chennai and submitted my port pin number(BH334987) and all the documents they said me to submit and also given Rs. 300 for that as they asked me to pay. Now this is 11th Jan'18 and my number not yet been ported into Airtel. They made me a call regarding porting and asking me to pay Rs.3500 for activating my number.I have been using that number for more than 5 years and i just want to port my number from bsnl to airtel but they are asking that much amount for activating it. Is that necessary to pay that much amount to activate my number???
