Dear airtel
Please go through the below mail conversation with airtel support team.
As airtel claim that he having a largest network in india for he is not providing services in ncr.
I am continuously following up with airtel for the network issue in greater noida inspite of providing solution i am only getting commitments that the issue will get rectified soon and am still empty handed.
Airtel is so busy that after multiple reminders they don't have time to response.
Please suggest what to do now???

Their no improvement in the airtel network problem.
We are waiting for reply as airtel was given commetment.

On 19th of december i have raised a complaint for network issue in our area (Paramount golf foreste, villa number d - 217, opp zeta sector, surajpur, greater noida).
One of your executive came and identified that there is serious network issue and airtel will try to resolve it by raising frequency or incorporate boosters so that network issue can be rectified, now today we received a call from back end team and they clearly denied for putting booster.
Just to let you know i and my wife both have corporate air-tel connection and we operate our work through phones and this is highly disappointing that our work is getting effected as airtel is claiming to be fastest network in all over india however this is the reality of network in delhi ncr.
Please let us know in written email if nothing can be done we plan to switch our network and also in our same society people have booster provided by airtel and it is completely working fine.
