Hi,
I was not used airteldth from nov 2016 to nov 2017 (Was out of town) then i got sms offer saying recharge for rs 999 for 1 year and continue same as your previous. I did a bundle and everything was fine until 4th jan 2018. Suddenly they stopped all my sun network channels and i called customer care. They are saying it's not part of your package, pay 66rs extra per month to continue the service. Also, customer service is very rude.
Before i recharge it was showing all the channels, after some days they stopped some channels and pay extra, it's like cheating to pay extra for those channels. Need the solution for it?

    I use airtel home portable wifi service.
    I have been facing network connectivity issues since 2nd jan'18. No or very low speed, not good to even open a mail box.

    I have complained several times over phone and email, however i only get to hear that the airtel tech team is looking into the same and will resolve soon.

    I work from home and my job depends on this 4g service.
    72+ hours and airtel has still not figured out what the issue is, let alone fixing it.

    I was also promised a technician visit on 4th jan'18. I am still waiting for that to happen and it's 6th now.

    Guess airtel is taking their customers for granted.

    Need a resolution here.
    I stay in pune, new sanghvi, next to new sanghvi police station, near sai chowk

      I recharged with rs 448 for daily 1 gb high-speed data but not showing any data plan in my airtel app. I called 198 for query they told me that this plan hide from app i said ok. But still not opening my internet on any browser. I restarted my phone many time but continue facing problem. I am also jio customer jio browsing very good without any recharge but airtel 448 plan not working... Also called 198 for same issue but not get positive response... Customer service is very bad

        I am facing issue my mobile number [protected] during recharge. I have ported from bsnl (Andhra pradesh circle) to airtel (Chennai circle). Iinitially i am able to recharge online but from last two weeks i am facing this issue. Earlier i was able to recharge my number.

        1. Unable to recharge from airtel wallet. Message that i get is ‘invalid mobile number, please enter valid mobile number’. It is working fine with other airtel number.

        2. Unable to recharge for internet, paytm and other modes. It give message unsuccessful transaction. This is happening only with my mobile number ([protected]), it is working fine with other airtel number.

        3. I tried with other person asking him to recharge my number but it fails.

        Finally i unable to recharge my mobile number.

        I have contacted customer care nearly 8 times, and visited airtel retail branch and even emailed but still my problem is not resolved since 2 weeks. Kindly resolve at the earliest.

        Still there is no proper response from airtel. Didn't expected this from so called India's largest network provider.

          Whenever i check the daily data usage of my rs.448 plan on my airtel prepaid sim i see so much different result. The actual usage in my phone is 2mb but what airtel shows is 448 mb. I had registered many complaints but none found a soln. Its not the first time and i started collecting proofs too. The difference is too much inflated that you cant imagine and i get blocked from data usage due to this reason

            I am a foreign student from europe studying in delhi since 2015. I have renewed my student visa in oct 2017. The competent government authorities took 3 weeks for this process - which meant that my visa expired on 28th oct 2017 and i received the renewal on the 7th nov 2017. I submitted my new visa to airtel immediately as well as the application for the reactivation of my number. They told me at the shop it will take 3-4 days. 3 weeks later after numerous calls and visits there they told me there was a problem and that my number will be reactivated in 24 hrs. It is now january 2018. The new simcard they gave me still has no network and hence cannot call 59059. Today i called my old number[protected] and someone else answered on it. Which means airtel allocated my number to someone else. This means, all my accounts, including the government of india will call this number and give sensitive information to a complete stranger.

            The rules say that you have 1 month to complete the application for renewal. I did it as soon as i have received the visa. I even went the day of my submission of visa renewal application with the document frro provides to ask airtel to not disconnect my services as i am waiting for the renewal of visa. The government officials said that paper was enough to ensure my phone number stays activated but the airtel people in the shop said only visa can work.

            I am now stuck in a foreign country with no phone number - i am using a friend's phone number. My embassy and the bank and all my contacts are trying to contact me on this number and i am having a lot of issues. Please help me get my number back this is unacceptable. I have done everything according to procedures yet this level of low service that plays with my security and government laws is not ok. I will be forced to make this a diplomatic issue and report it in the court of law as well as to the media.

              Today I received a message to continue or close airtel payment bank account by sending 'A' and 'D'. But I can't submit 'D' for closing the account.
              How could you even dare to open any account without my concern? So, close that account no-[protected] immediately, otherwise I'd rather make complaint to the telecom authorities or ombudsman.

                Rate bhi batate nahi apne aap rate badhate rahte hai, aisa faltu service hai,
                Aur online payment kiya to 15 massage aate hai dish ka payment kiya hai,
                300 ka recharge kiya to 100 ka recharge hua, 150 ka recharge hua 50 ka recharge hua aisa aata hai

                  Respected sir/madam,
                  I am jayashri kamble. Since i am using my airtel number [protected] for more than 9 years. From the past week onwards there is a call & missed call from anonymous person i don't know who they are. His/her motivation is to irritating missed call to my number. I am patient i can't tolerate this kind of activities. Please kindly accept my complaint and block the culprit number as soon as possible.

                    I notified customer care about inflated charges as soon as i noted on airtel app that unbilled amount has crossed my credit limit of rs1400/_. And that my usage is not that much. I asked customer care to find out the reason of inflated billing. But i was told to wait till the end of cycle. I shared my fear that till the end of cycle the bill will accrue much more and my usage is not that much. The bill raised upto 5800/_till the end of cycle. No bill was sent to me by email or post. I had deactivated the app due to some problem in mobile handset. I switched service provider as i found the attitude of customer care very callous. I had infirmed them about the bill running into huge amount and much above my usage, just 5 days into the new cycle, still they didnot take any action.

                      I working at airtel past 6 months before. That time airtel money number going on issue that show room. Partner said, take that number in your name. Partner given to the commitment. Still now he said i am not paid the bill. What ever u do.. I will not paid the bill. Still now that number in barred status in icrm. Mobile no.[protected]..                         Sir i got a call from unknown no. Who tells me i have complained fir in police as some body has stolen his note and he has find his alterned no. But the purson who has stolen the notes has not use his use of his ulternate no. From 7 months. And the fact is that the same sim card let me now from 5 months. So the person whome which the notes is been stolen is now calling to me plz sir call me on [protected].. My next no. [protected]

                          4g data problem in my airtel post paid conn is not working from past 3 days and it is not resolved even i complained 3 times, finally i decided porting to jio and my mobile operator is not allowing porting, i am trying from past 2 days and complained today but no resolution provided yet. Issue is as below when i am trying ti port it to other network. It seems system is blocking the porting.

                          Error: due to system issue we are unable to generate the upc code at present, please try after some time.

                            I am having postpaid connection of your service having no [protected] o[censored]ttrakhand and currently I am in j&k and there is no network since 3days.                               My wallet is showing debit is not allowed in your account. So what should i do to pay the money please help me. I am not able to pay any bills please resolve my problem.                               Today my phone has been robbered today ..no [protected] I want to close this no so that ..no one can disturb other...please take fast actions against this...
                              I had port my number [protected] from reliance gsm to Airtel. I am very disappointed from network. Please invest amount on make network proper rather than advertising. I am not getting proper internet speed. And a proper network.

                              Still Airtel is deducting my main balance.

                                I have ported my number [protected] from vodafone to air tel. I have received the message stating that porting got successful and my vodafone number got deactivated, when i inserted air tel sim i am not getting the signal. I have contacted your customer service so many times but none responding the correct way. I am facing this problem for the past 1 and half day. I have cleared all the outstanding amount on vodafone side and they are saying that there is no issue on there side. Is this the way you treat the customers? This is the worst response i have never seen on the network operator side, others are way better

                                  Meanwhile using other service provider, i am able to connect through.

                                  Hi, 6-7 months ago i got a new sim card from airtel but after some network issue i asked their executives to closed the number after paying the first 2 months bill. After that i never received any bill or communication from airtel. Suddenly after 5 months i received a legal notice from airtel to pay a bill of 2000 rupees. As i have not used the number i am not going to pay the bill for it. Its airtel fault that after getting my number closed they are still creating bill for this inactive number without my information. This is very annoying.

                                    Starting 03/01/2018, i've been unable to access mobile data for the postpaid numbers [protected] and [protected]. On checking in myairtel app, the app displays that both of my numbers are invalid airtel accounts. On trying to contact 121, i get an option to key in my mobile number, following which, ivrs says that my number is invalid. On contacting customer care center, i was given a airtel network related number 12118. On contacting this and explaining my concern, an sr #82465845 was raised regarding this issue and i was promised that the an airtel network team representative will call regarding this issue and will be resolved in 48 hours. To my surprise, i never recieved any call from them, but the status of the sr stands closed and i recieved an sms stating the issue has been resolved. However, the issue has not been resolved. Later, i tried contacting 12118 again, and this time i was told that it'd take 72 hours to fix the issue. I seriously don't understand what the problem is with my sim and your customer care. Finally, after result less tries, i've decided to port my network, however, on requesting port code to 1900, i get a message that there's a system error. It has been 3 days without mobile data! Can you even understand the situation! Hope to hearing from you asap!

                                      I have been using this airtel internet connection since july 2015. I had no issues or complaints until july 2017.

                                      I started facing the network connectivity issue (Basically the network coverage issue in and around padmanabhanagar, bangalore where i stay) back in july 2017. I was absolutely not able to connect to the network inside my residence.in august 2017, i raised a complaint with the airtel customer care and requested them to resolve the issue at the earliest as i relied mainly on this airtel internet service to do my office work. Also, i made sure that the dongle instrument i was using was fine and it was the issue with the airtel network.

                                      Initially, i was told that the issue will be resolved within 48 hours. I followed up with the customer service people to know the status. For almost two months they told me that the issue is on hold (Not sure for what reason). One person told me that there is some problem at the junction box. I could not understand which junction box. After two months one fine day, one of the customer service person told me that the ticket has been resolved/closed at their end (Without actually resolving the issue). I was still not able to connect to the network.

                                      As there was absolutely no service from airtel for almost three months and airtel did not resolve or rectify the network issue that i complained, i stopped paying the bill. No one would be happy to pay for something that they are not able to use. So, i immediately requested the airtel customer care to disconnect the connection from their records.

                                      Instead, they have been generating bill on my dongle for every month. Now, they have summed up the bill to rs.5, 186.92 which is quite a huge amount and they have been calling me every day to pay the bill. Every time, a different person calls me, i have to narrate him the entire story and no one seems to do anything to sort out this issue.

                                      I am an airtel customer since more than ten years and i used this airtel internet connection through dongle for more than 3 years. I never had any problem with airtel all these years. But, now i am seriously disappointed with this pathetic service from airtel.
