I have recharged my mobile for rs. 199 through hdfc net banking on 9th jan 2018. The transaction was successfully done and my money also has been debited from my account. But i didn't receive any recharge from airtel. I went through the process of knowing the wallet balance. But due to inconvenience, i couldn't make it. Please let me know the update even after receiving money why the recharge is not done.

    I reside near hill road bird song cafe and am suffering from extremely poor network coverage as regular call drops etc since starting october 2017 and had registered a complaint with airtel and was promised that some one from their networks team will call me in 72 hours. It’s been two months and the issue remains the same!!!
    Every second call made either gets blank or does not connect.
    Why is airtel fooling the public by stating they are india’s fastest growing network when they can’t even fix an issue in a prime area of bandra west.
    Until. Ow no one has bothered to call me.
    I will soon port all my numbers to another operator as airtel is simply not up to the basic service delivery and i also suggest that govt authorities read this complaint and take airtel to task under trai terms.

      Mujhe ek din rajiv sir ka call aya ki mein airtel company ki taraf se bol raha hu. Jo ki india ki no. 1 company hai hamari company ne "online airtelcaf form filling" ka work start kiya hai jisme apko pehle 2149 rs ka security amount jama karna registration ke liye. Uske baad apko demo diya jayega demo ke baad agar aap work nahin karna chahte hai to apko 2149 rs ka amount refund kar diya jayega. Magar mjhe mera amount abhi tak bapis nahin mila hai. Please sir help me to refund my money.
      Mene 31 december ko airtelcaf ke caller ko payment kiya tha aur unhone mujhe 3 january ko demo diya tha demo ke baad mene rajiv sir se kaha ki mein apke sath kaam nahin karna chahta hu ap mujhe mere money bapis kar dijiye to bolte hain ki aap ab helpline number per call kijiye tab se mein unhe call kar raha hu but wo mjhe refund nahin de rahe hai aur airtelcaf ka helpline number per call kiya jisme ravi sr se bat hui bolte hai kal tak apke paas refund ke liye call aa jayega but abhi tak koi call nahin aya hai. Please help me.

        I have submitted mnp request within the same network (Airtel) from postpaid to prepaid ([protected]) on 06th january 2018 and request is yet not completed. All my services are down which is impacting my day to day work.
        When i have submitted the port request airtel care told me that they will take only 4 hours of downtime to proceed this request but as of now downtime is exceeded its limit 17+ hours.
        I have contacted 3 times on airtel customer care and everytime i got new response from the customer representative. All were not in sync for the same issue.

        One of the representative told me that it will take 4-7 day to process this request
        Second representative told me that it will take 72 hours to process your request.
        Third representative told me to visit near airtel store there is an issue with your sim.
        Fourth representative told me there is no details for your number.

        Now why customer is suffering in mnp request its airtel responsibility to sync between postpaid department and prepaid department. When postpaid services are taken off make sure prepais sim activate within 1-2 hours.

        Who will pay all the loses while services are down by the airtel?

        No response after sending so much emails and call on customer care. After that i visited nearest Airtel Store and they have done some reset from their system. Once reset was done network was populated on my handset. Overall downtime was 20+ hours for sim port on same network.

          Hi team,

          This is arun.

          My plan is rs299+ tax but my account keeps debited for rs646.64. I have approached one of your airtel showroom month ago which is in valachery (Near velachery railway station) regarding my billing query that i am paying more. Was informed that he sent an email to deactivate the add on plan so this will not happen again but this month again i am charged for rs 600 so i approached same showroom but did get proper response. Executive called kannan who addressed my issue not customer friendly. He didn't pay attention to my query and was discussing something else with other colleagues. I am not happy with the support received and my issue is still not resolved. Want to cancel my service. Please take this as a special request and do needful.

          Hello Team,

          I am unable to make out going calls from My mobile number [protected].

          Customer team said that "its failed due to cef outgoing blocking"(I am not sure about this issue) .

          Many times reached customer care but it didn't resolved.

          Please escalate to higher authorities.

          Let me know the root cause.

            Airtel has charged me multiple times for sending messages automatically in various spam numbers. And even they are charging 649 rupee as saarc roaming charges, which they have activated themself. Now while speaking to customer care they respond that it has been sent my me. While searching on google i found other victims of airtel, from multiple people airtel have been sending messages automatically without customers consent.

              I had a recharge of rupee 199/- from which i got 1gb/day 2g/3g/4g data + unlimited calling + 100sms per day
              But i am not able to use 4g data, i am in excellent 4g connectivity area and raised many complaints to customer care. Even visited local airtel outlet in ambala cantt and purchased a new duplicate number because one of their customer care guy suggested me to do but everything is vanished. They did not resolved my issue yet.
              Now i am considering consumer court option or number port option

                I am having airtel gujarat sim which was previously a corporate postpaid number. I got this number converted to airtel prepaid. The number i got activated as per the directions through the ivr menu.. Now the same number which was previously working is not active now. Whenever i call through the sim the call gets dropped.
                Kindly look into the matter please.

                  This bala [protected] (Postpaid), unfortunately i made the postpaid payment of rs, 3500, i raised the complaint with airtel team they said that your amount will be refund with in 10 days via bank check but still now i'm not receiving the check.

                  Again i called to the customer care he said that your amount has been refunded you can check with your bank dec 26th, even i check with bank they said there is no transaction has been happen to your account, almost 1 and half month there is no response from the airtel end they are saying the same thing.

                  02 jan 2018, i dropped an mail to airtel team, they said like your amount will be transfer with in 72 hours

                  I don' t know why the airtel people are playing with customer's. Even i don't if some one from airtel end respond or not,,

                  Very very... Worst.. They will my money or not who know's cheater's

                    We had taken 6 connections ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) in the company name of kobolt robotics pvt ltd and have noted that airtel has with no prior information to us activated the vas at different times to different numbers thus charging huge charges. Inspite of complaints they refuse to reimburse the charges which is fraudulent.
                    We dont understand why the charges can not be reversed as this was not requested by us

                      I take a pack of 399 on 30 oct. 17 valid for 84 days.
                      On 09 jan. 18 12 days pending of this pack.
                      Now i retake a pack of 509 on 09 jan. 18 they deactivate my previous plan on the sport and activate new plan.
                      I recharge by airtel app no any this type is mention that old pack is deactivate by take a new plan.
                      I call on 198 but there service is very bad.
                      They talk will other attitude, this is not to be refund or not extend any validity

                          Bharti airtel and future generali india insurance company name involves in 4g network installation scam - giving false promise to common man!!
                          Date: 09-jan-2018
                          Sub: request for clarification of bharti airtel and future generali india insurance company name associated with 4g network installation scam, with false commitment!
                          Recently i was cheated by few peoples in name of bharti airtel and future generali india insurance company ltd and i am requesting you to give me right clarification of your involvement if any, in this scam and giving false commitment and i seek your kind cooperation to give justice to me, punish the culprits and stop this scam going forward and your name bad mouthing in the market used by scamsters! (If you are not involved at all) i am sharing here a summary of the incidence happened to me few days back... Recently (Towards end of dec (27/28), 2017), i got a call from +[protected] in the name of sandeep roy, saying he is calling from bharti airtel from kolkata with a proposal from bharti airtel regarding leasing out our land to them for their 4g network tower installation. He explained me the whole proposal. Followed by sandeep, i received call from same number in the name of akashi roy and she was taking forward all the communication. When i asked her to give me the authentication that you are from bharti airtel and asked her to send all details through email. I received an email from bharti airtel with proposal details pdf file attached and asking to send the documents. As a not so techie guy, i could not realize that this email might not belong to bharti airtel (But still i need clarification on this). Also i had received a sms from m: [protected] on dec 27, 3:31 pm: email-bhartiairtel. [protected]@india.com (Required docoments-voter id, aadhar id, pan card, 1 photo, any land paper).in between, i had received follow up call from another person in the name of abhinandan sharma (Who was pretending senior authority to sandeep and akashi) and the above mobile number [protected] belong to him. After receiving all my documents (Adhar, pan, bank account details, land details) through email, she informed me that, we have verified your property location through geo-satelite from our mumbai office and it’s eligible for network tower installation. Then she asked me, to go for property insurance with future generali (As our insurance partner) to protect your property from natural disasters as per proposal documents before agreement. I asked several times, if any other hidden charges or money i have to pay before or after agreement, before i go for insurance. She clearly told me, you do not have to pay any other charges other than this 1 year refundable insurance fees. Regarding insurance, she told me, you are buying this policy just for 1 year and this policy amount paid by you will be refundable either at agreement time or within 3
                          Months from agreement and you can buy the insurance directly from future generali through online on my guidance. She also told me, if at any point of time, the agreement not happening for any reason; full insurance amount paid by you will be refunded back. And next year on wards bharti airtel will renew the insurance. She told, after you go for insurance, share the transaction id. Next within a week, insurance bond paper will reach at your address; you have to sign across and send us the scanned copy. Once we receive the same, then our officers including me will come to your place for agreement and start with installation work. And installation will take 2-3 months’ time. Rs.15 lacs (Non-refundable) will be paid to you at agreement time and rent rs. 32, 500/month will be started from agreement date and other benefits of providing 2 jobs (An operator and a security) will be provided to your family members as per proposal documents. She told the agreement will be completed within maximum another 7 days of your receiving insurance documents. With her words, i purchased insurance, paying rs. 38, 550 (I borrowed this money from my brother and one colleague, as i did not have the money) on 28 dec 2017. When buying the insurance on line, i did not notice any term (Duration) of policy cover mentioned or if mentioned, i might have over sighted assuming for a year as per her words. Then i gave her the transaction id qp102454. She told me to wait for a week, till around 1st week of jan 2018 to receive the insurance bond paper at my address and inform her once i receive the same to proceed further. Meanwhile i had also received a sms from md-artlnt on dec 28, 3:49 pm: dear customer, thank you for applying bharti airtel network installation in your premises. Your application id is air 22834520. Your land has been selected for network installation. Kindly co-operate with your project coordinator for further details. T&c apply. Then she told me, she will be on new year leave and will be in touch with me to take further action after i receive the insurance document by 1st week of jan 2018. She shared her mobile and what’s app number: [protected] and i was constantly following up with her. Then i received a call in between from abhinandan sharma, saying we are releasing your license and will be starting installation work very soon. I could not connect what he was telling, as he was telling out of topic or earlier discussed matter. Very next day, (On 5 jan, 1:27 pm), i received another sms from md-artlnt: dear customer, license number has been generated with license number 1027644. Kindly co-operate with our service executives for further details. T&c apply. I immediately forwarded the same to akashi. Then i got a call from abhinandan sharma and his explanation was like game changing: he told me your license is generated. You have to pay trai license fee around rs 30, 000. Then we are sending installation vehicle from maharashtra, that will reach your place (Odisha) on 13 jan and the installation work will be completed by 18 jan. This communication totally contradicted from above commitment given by akashi. So i got shocked and immediately asked for cancellation of my application. Then he disconnected my call. Then i straightly called to akashi. She also showed her colour this time and said, you have to pay the license fee. I told her, i asked you so many times and you clearly told me i do not have to pay any other fees other than 1 year refundable insurance fee. Then she tried twisting her, i was not aware of the license fee. I told her,
                          But you are not doing this for 1st time, right? Then i told her, i cannot pay anything before agreement as per your commitment and if you wish, you can deduct the license fee from agreement fee you are supposed to pay during agreement. I am ok with this. Then she told, i will try. Next, another person in name of rohit singh called from +[protected], saying, i am taking feedback on your application process and asking me why your application is pending (As if it was pending from my side, where as i was waiting for the insurance documents to reach at my place and following up with akashi for the same, as per her words). Then i explained the above incidence. Then he told me, now you can pay rs. 12, 000. So i can release your soft copy license and balance amount you can pay during agreement, then you will receive physical copy license. Then i realized it’s totally a scam. I asked him to cancel my application and i do not want to proceed further, as i cannot trust you people any more. Then i called to akashi several times, but she did not pick my call. I sent a message to her and an email to the above given email id to cancel my application and refund my paid full insurance fees (Rs. 38, 550) as you had committed to refund full amount in case of cancellation. But unfortunately, i did not get any response from them. Then i called future generali for cancellation of my policy and they asked me to send an email application for the same and mentioned the refund will be on pro rata basis, that against my earlier clarification with them of full refund. Then i found few discrepancies in the policy against the earlier commitment:  in the policy, the mobile number associated, future generali executive mentioned was [protected] that belongs to abhinandan sharma (From above network company, i was dealing with, as they claimed above). I would have never given a third party number to associate with my policy. (I would have given my number [protected]/[protected] (Nominee) or my father’s number ([protected]) (Policy holder) and the quick pay payment screen shows, a sms sent to [protected] (My number) confirming your transaction. So the above third party number associated with my policy, either updated by future generali or by them on sharing the transaction id to them, without my knowledge.  on receiving the policy document, i could see, the policy coverage term was 10 years (From 00:00 29/12/2017 to midnight of 28/12/2027.) but i was told to buy the policy for 1 year only. That means, i should have paid only around rs. 3855/ for a year, against i end up paying rs. 38, 550/ for 10 years without my knowledge.  then, as per their commitment, i am supposed to be refunded full amount i paid, not on pro rata. I have sent my policy cancellation request to future generali on 06 jan 2018 and waiting to hear regarding my refunds.
                          Meanwhile i am attaching supporting documents and evidence that i have received and requesting you to investigate this matter on a customer friendly manner and stop bad mouthing bharti airtel name in the market. Post your clarification on this, i will take it to all media and highest authority (Trai, dot, irda, consumer affairs forum, so on..) to investigate the matter and as a loyal and honest costumer, i do not want bharti airtel and future generali india insurance company name to be bad mouth in market
                          Unnecessarily without their involvement in the scam!, as i have a very high regard for the company.in summary, below peoples claimed to be representatives from bharti airtel were coordinating with me from kolkata location (As they claimed): 1. Akashi roy (M: [protected]) [main antagonist, who kept on telling lies from starting and coordinating throughout) 2. Sandeep roy (Coordinated at beginning 2-3 times from customer care no. +91 [protected]) 3. Abhinandan sharma (M: [protected]) (Pretending their senior authority, who changed the game and contradicting to all promises given by akashi) 4. Rohit singh (Who called from above customer care no. To take the feedback of application process and bargaining for the license fees) and the email i was receiving from bharti airtel bhartiairtel. [protected]@india.com and the message i was receiving from md-artlnt. I checked truecaller and the details shows as: [protected] - avinanndan standard, (Vodafone, west bengal, india) [protected] - akashi roy (Aircel, kolkata, india) +91 [protected] - airtel 4 g, insurance, uan, india

                          I am really feeling harassed and embarrassed and never expected such kind of fraudulent activities happening associating big brand companies like bharti airtel!!! And future generali!!!

                            I frequently travel abroad and in one of my travels to serbia for which i have international roaming pack, airtel said that my network was latched to the mobile network in macedonia which should not by my problem as i didn't travel to macedonia.
                            I was charged more that 290000 in bill.
                            1.) first of all this is an uethical bill which i won't pay.
                            2.) even in worst case if i consider that fact that i have to pay some money then i have been charged higher than my credit limit with airtel. My services should stop or i should get a notification at the point where the credit limit gets crossed.

                            I asked airtel for disconnection!

                              I’m using iphone 7 with airtel 4g sim. I have an issue regarding incoming calls as well as outgoing calls. If someone tries to call me it always comes unavailable or out of reach. After 3-4 tries, call rarely connect. But if i change my phone settings to 3g than this issue somewhat reduce but with 3g settings, net hardly works. I have reported this issue to customer care also but they sometimes say network upgrading is going on sometimes recommend to change my sim. Airtel store said it’s a network issue. Please look to my issue else i have to port my number. Thank you

                                From last two days i am seeing an app icon of my airtel app in my app tray even though i have uninstalled it long time ago and when i open it a prompmt open to download 10mb of data. I have downloded it and uninstalled it again and again but it appears again and that undowloaded version cant be unistalled. I dont know if its a bug or not but you should not force your customer to download your any app

                                  I am rahul katira & my mobile number is [protected]. The problem is data not working from last 10 days in my mobile. I had add on this number to family plan/ child plan & number is add successfully but the problem is data not working & i had call on customer care last 10 days but they not support & said i disconnect your number & one of customer care executive raise the complaint for disconnection with out my permission & said your number will be disconnect in 7 days but i asked my net not working in my mobile what can i do plz suggest but he said i raise your request for disconnection. Please help on urgent basis otherwise i port out our all numbers because airtel services & peoples are not good & not supportable...

                                    Hi i am using samsung s8 plus and in month of november i bought airtel secure. Yesterday unexpectedly phone fell from my track while i was sitting in chair and phone glass got broken up and i raised for claim. After submitting documents and all i got a call from airtel secure team saying that they can't process my claim reason being improper handling of my phone, such a silly reason they gave and rejected the claim, can some one help me in this case.

                                      I am using airtel from last two months. From the first day till date i am facing same problem of poor signal and no network. It will show 4g but without any signal. I am highly disappointed with this. Firstly your customer is in problem and your customer care procedure is too complicated. Not even single time i am able to talk with customer care executive. This thing is very annoying and disappointing. Airtel is fastest network this moto is fake completely.

                                        I, the undersigned, digvijay gaikwad would like to complain regarding the 3g & 4g data services of bharti airtel ltd.in our area of nere village in new panvel - 410206.

                                        The network range shows full in our area but only 2g data is available when we recharge for 4g packs also. When asked in the company they tell that the network is available in your area and that 4g is active on your mobile.

                                        There is problem with the 3g & 4g in our area and only option available for airtel in our area is 2g data which is of no use. Company claims that the airtel network is available everywhere and it is the fastest network is completely wrong.

                                        Vodafone is giving complete 4g network in our area but problem is with airtel as i have that number too.

                                        Kindly take some prompt action against the network issues.
