I have changed post paid to prepaid.

The guy from airtel told me that within 48 hrs your new sim get active. Now almost 5 days. Still not getting activated. Pathetic service. Called 121 multiple times and they are saying same story every time.

Got signal now but couldn't make 59059 verification. I liked airtel service before now planning to think about it.

Have other sim while doing this kind of activity.

For past 4 days struggling lot. Couldn't book any tickets.

    Issue is: converting my numbers [protected] from postpaid to prepaid request

    I am very disappoint and feel very unsatisfied with all airtel customer services, level 1, level 2 and level 3 support and reply regrading this simple issue to convert postpaid to prepaid.
    They don't care of the issue just provide the time frames to fix the issue and after that again some time... Same circle is going on.
    They don't care if they lose one customer as they have large number of customers that why they are in demanding position.

    For my issue level 3 has given 48 hours to complete and fix my issue, but they also failed.
    This how your customer services department is working.
    If they do not fix simple issue than what they are doing regrading major issue.

    I home phone from airtel also feeling to remove this services also.
    I will also post comment on all social website regrading this issue. Eveytime i call to the customer for the status and they provide the time and they say that it's still pending

    Very unsatisfied... Below the emails regarding reply from airtel support.

        I wrongly recharged of rs.448 to some other number [protected] instead of my number [protected]
        When i seeked for reversal of the same i was told that it is not possible
        However other mobile service providers are reversing or transferring the amount
        To the right number (Copy of the same case of vodafone is enclosed)
        I want my money to be either refunded to my bank account or to transfer it to my mobile number asap

                    Reference to my no[protected], i've received a call from airtel representative mentioned a complaint has been registered on my number and my mobile no service are de-active these not fair because i was not using any promotional or marketing radom calling via these number this my professional number.

                    As per my knowledge i've not made any promotional call on 29/12/2017 around 2 pm.

                    Pl clarify if i've made any call or the number on which the call has been made.

                    I'll do check my call details of 29/12/2017.

                    Please suggest for this matter how can i am resolve this.

                      Please go through the below mail conversation with airtel support team.

                      As airtel claim that he having a largest network in india for he is not providing services in ncr.

                      I am continuously following up with airtel for the network issue in greater noida inspite of providing solution i am only getting commitments that the issue will get rectified soon and am still empty handed.

                      Airtel is so busy that after multiple reminders they don't have time to response.

                      Please suggest what to do now???

                      From last 2-3 weeks, airtel network is down in Greater Noida, knowledge park 3 region. I have already filed two complaints on airtel customer care and each time make an excuse.Earlier it was all good network quality was great, i also recharged for a big plan and now my money is wasted as I see it.I request airtel to please resolve the problem.

                            Hi,

                            I have been using the airtel connection broadband for approx 4 years now, due to relocation to new place i had requested airtel to disconnect the broadband connection with landline on 22nd december 2017. The request number as 91611560

                            From the day of the request i received calls on daily basis from customer care requesting me to retain the connection or transfer it to some other person but do not disconnect.in all the calls i clearly stated that i want to disconnect my connection. I do not want to take any hassle and just disconnect my broadband with landline - happy to make any pending payments.

                            On 4th january' 2018 i received the call stating that i have to make pending bill payment as i have accepted a different offer from airtel and they have closed the disconnection request. This is a total false and wrongdoing from airtel as i do not need the connection and just want to disconnect.

                            If airtel customer care can provide recording or and evidence that i have requested to retain and accept new offer, i am happy to pay 10 times the bill amount. As an evidence from my end i have the above disconnection request[protected]

                            I would like to know why customer care of airtel is indulging in such wrong doing where customer has never accepted any offer for retention.

                              I had a excellent service till i change my plan to family plan adding my another existing number and new number.1st, internet stopped working on my additional existing number, many time complained airtel, no action. Now existing number stopped working, i contacted airtel customer care, suggested to change the sim, after changing i had the same complaint.

                                We have been receiving dirty call from a international spam from middle east (Kuwait) number on my sister's mobile number which +91 [protected]. I know that person he was a friend in kuwait accidentally i happened to share my sister's mobile number with him and now he has been take a undue advantage of that and is using slang language with me and my family he very well knows he is calling on a female's phone but still doesn't stops the problem is that the number cannot be changed so we want the calls should not come anymore now.

                                Kinky provide a solution for the same.

                                  I added rs 4600 on dec 31, 2017 and when i tried to make transaction it's saying debit is not allowed.. I'm not able to make any transaction using airtel payment bank and my amount is blocked with them. I tried calling airtel payment bank customer care on number 400 but it's not connecting to customer care executive.

                                  Please do the needful on urgent basis as my money is blocked.

                                    Dear team,

                                    Still there is no network, network went out on 4th january at 6.10 pm. As of now no network in my phone 📞. I have faced hell out of problem during my roaming period.

                                    I called to ur customer care 2 times, as they promised network supposed to come within 4 hours. But unfortunately as of now no network. Even after i swapped the sim, new sim doesn’t have the network as of now. Allmost 54 hours passed away.
                                    @i have sent 20 e-mails to airtel team, nodal officer but nobody is responding my email. Still now (6th jan 10.57 pm ist) no action from airtel.

                                    Even after restarted my phone multiple times
                                    Also i reinserted my sim but no luck.
                                    Please find the latest screenshot that no network.

                                    Meanwhile i will be available on ‭+[protected]‬. Do reach out me on this number.

                                    Requesting you to all, do the needful action as i will be traveling tonight upto in roaming area.

                                    I had very bad experience with airtel this time.

                                      I'm using airtel in andrapradesh & telangana circle, mancherial district,
                                      I'm sending sms ' port to 1900' sending daily from 2 months but not received upc code yet. Everytime coming reply from 1901 'due to system busy we can't generate upc code'. And i'm contacting with airtel's customer care executives but they not given a solution to me to get upc code, they saying only you wait for 3days you'l get your upc code, but i'm still waiting from two months and sending porting request daily but not received upc code yet
