Issue is: converting my numbers [protected] from postpaid to prepaid request
I am very disappoint and feel very unsatisfied with all airtel customer services, level 1, level 2 and level 3 support and reply regrading this simple issue to convert postpaid to prepaid.
They don't care of the issue just provide the time frames to fix the issue and after that again some time... Same circle is going on.
They don't care if they lose one customer as they have large number of customers that why they are in demanding position.
For my issue level 3 has given 48 hours to complete and fix my issue, but they also failed.
This how your customer services department is working.
If they do not fix simple issue than what they are doing regrading major issue.
I home phone from airtel also feeling to remove this services also.
I will also post comment on all social website regrading this issue. Eveytime i call to the customer for the status and they provide the time and they say that it's still pending

I have submitted the documents for postpaid to prepaid migration on 28th december 2017 at 1:00 pm in airtel store the representative said that it will take 48 hrs and will change to prepaid but till today my sim has not changed to prepaid.
