I aliasgar s chechatwala used to hold postpaid connection of airtel but im shifting abroad for my business purpose due to that i had given request to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid. From 5-jan-18 my pospaid connection got deactivate and yet my prepaid sim not activated bcause of that i won'nt be able to communicate to some officers for my visa and other formalities.

I had visited at airtel galary in the morning (6-jan-18) by 10:30 am they told that we have sent mail to higher up for the activation of sim and it will get activate within 24 hrs and then i called your customer care by 13:30 for the update but they told that it will take 24 hrs. Then i called to your airtel galary where i had visited in the morning they told that my sim will activate by monday (8-jan-18).

Im not getting satisfaction answer from any of the customer care people and airtel galary executive and due to deactivation of my sim im losing my business. Airtel is the biggest telecom in india but providing this kind of pathetic service to there customer and also due to that airtel will lost most of his customer.

    I paid rs.1000 (8th nov 2016, caf no. Rai[protected] for airtel broadband service online when airtel excutive came to my home with all plans details. He said they will give me the connection in one week.

    But after a few months (After their asking more time again and again), one day i got a call from aitel regarding my request. They said "sorry, this service is not available in your area due to some technical difficulties". I said ok, then make refund of my advance payment. They said "it will be done asap"

    After calling airtell office and asking about the refund many times during a few months one day they said refund has already been processed on a teliphonic conversation. I checked my bank account, there was no such money deposit in my account. I told them the same. They asked me to visit airtel store, sk i did.

    An excutive at aitel store told me the same that refund has already been processed. I told them that i haven't recived the money. So the excutive asked my contact details and said they will contact me but they didn't.

    After a few weeks i managed time to go there again and they asked me to come back with bank statement, i did. They told me to come back with a blank check. I gave them without wasting an hour. And it was a blank check but with no printed name. I told them i dont have that and my bank dosent provide that. They said ok, the refund will be processed soon.

    But i havent recived the refund by now. I didn't get any call or sms about this issue. I think they don't care.

      Airtel claiming that their network is reaching everywhere, every corner of india but at the same time i am facing the network issue inside my flat. I am kshitish kumar jena living in flat no-614 block f, orchid residency, road no-7 extension, kagalnagar, sonari, jamshedpur, jharkhand, 831011. When i am in my society and outside of my flat, the airtel signal is good but as i am entering my flat, network goes out. Not a single signal is coming inside my flat. So i am facing huge problems for call and internet as i owned all of 3 sims from airtel. So as an old user of airtel i think you will take this matter seriously and resolve the issue as soon as possible. I would like to hear back you soon.

        Dear sir, on seeing the marketing campaigns and after calling me repeatedly i switched to airtel postpaid 4 months back
        However it has been a harrowing experience for me using their services due to the following scenarios
        1. Call drop in every call i make and the receiver not being able to hear a word due to bad connection
        2. Their mobile tower in my area caught fire and we did not have access to any network for 7 days. Being a working girl it was traumatic as my work suffered and family memebers couldnt contact me. On lodging a complaint we were assured the signals would be back soon but it took them 7 days to the the tower working
        3. Since this accident the signal and network has gone from bad to worse and many times throughout the day we have no service on our phones. Even when the phone shows 4g we hardly get even 2g internet speed
        4. However, the latest trick played by them is adding 2 boosters of rs. 1, 000 in my postpaid bill that i didn’t activate. I already had changed the plan from 649 to 1119 and still have 134 gb carry forward data. They have added 2 boosters of rs. 1, 000 worth 8 gb data. Why will i buy 8gb data for rs. 1, 000 when i already have 130 gb data in my phone.

        Sir, i am a professional and my hard earned money is very precious to me. On speaking to their executive they only sai they will reverse 500 rs. On my phone and i will have to pay the remainder rs 500 for a service that i didn’t even ask for

        Kindly address the matter at the earliest and help me out.

          2. On 6 janauary 2018 3000/- balance transfer to my lappu sim without my permission so many time same way of conduct and come to my shop to please give me the amount

          Is this is a true businness rule we come from village
          Any time without my calling transfer is not best way
          Please avoid this
          Due to tense situation we stop this lappu transfer businees of airtel after complete my lappu balance

            Had submitted the porting request from bsnl prepaid to airtel postpaid on 18th december 2017. Every document was collected and sim was provided. They said it will be done in 7 days. After 7 days i calls airtel and ask for the status they say its pending from bsnl. When contacted bsnl they said they never received a request from airtel.

            Porting has been pending for 2 weeks know. Airtel has collected all documents from my side and given me the sim, but still not activated. My current network hasnt got any request for port out. Airtel has no clue and they keep saying we are excalating the issue and will be resolved in 48 hrs. This been going on since jan 1st.
            Now they not letting me cancel my port request.

            They just going in loops here. And need a solution

              I have visited airtel show room and submitted relevant documents i. E aadhar card and company id for conversion of my prepaid to post paid plan of 499 and after 24 hours also it is not converted and i kindly request you to do do the necessary as soon as possible by changing it from prepaid to post paid.

                Its been more then 15 years that i am a loyal airtel customer, my office in mumbai - 301 dhukka chambers, poddar road, malad east. Mumbai and other office at 703-704, devatha plaza, 132 residency road. Bangalore 560025 faces tremendous issues to network and either or other side cant listen voice properly. There are continues call drops and worst things is after repeated complaints airtel turn deaf ears.

                  We have drop cheque at your airtel gallary located at mulund mumbai 400080, but we have received 10 calls from your office for no receipt of payment, though the cheque is cleared from our bank and clearly showing the debited entry in favour of bharti airtel, the same details along with cheque no date amount we have shared with your staff calling from [protected] & [protected] but there is no action taken as yet.

                  In the mean time our broadband service is slowed down and some time stopped
                  Please suggest what to do???

                    I m ramgarh cantt (Jharkhand) some day ago my phone theft in train after that when went to your distributor satyam communication for took a new replacement sim but at the distributor point they demanded rs. 200 for a new sim. Is it not a harassment of customer. Kindly take action against the distributor satyam communication ramgarh cantt.

                      The data speed is very low as compared to other internet service provide. I am using the portable hotspot as well as a sim card and i am observing this issue for both the device.
                      It is showing that it has the 4g network but it does not have 4g's speed.
                      If you gone find out the issue and respond me, then do it as early as possible.
                      Other wise i will be changing my service provide.

                        I added rs 10000 on jan 06, 2018 and when i tried to make transaction it's saying debit is not allowed.. I'm not able to make any transaction using airtel payment bank and my amount is blocked with them. I tried calling airtel payment bank customer care on number 400 but it's not connecting to customer care executive.

                        Please do the needful on urgent basis as my money is blocked. My number is [protected].

                          The below has been raised several times at customer care but no response and it is just poor handling service at customer care.

                          Raised complaint po[protected] on 26th nov 2017 which nobody resolved.

                          Being charged for isd services during my travel to italy. Before travel, i received call from airtel care for isd which i refused. When reached italy on my 1st day i noticed isd is active. Raised complaint po[protected] on 25th oct 2017 to deactivate but nothing happened. I had no means to switch off mobile as had matrix card on other sim slot and sim slot could not be opened (Needed pin for the same).

                          Now i am being charged 6 day isd service. Have been loyal to airtel (Mobile and broadband). But now being cornered to pay for these irrelevant service charges.

                          Airtel has messaged that if amount not cleared then outgoing call will be deactivated in 2 days. Even if you force me to pay this unfair charge, i am surely taking number portability.

                            Hi,
                            I was not used airteldth from nov 2016 to nov 2017 (Was out of town) then i got sms offer saying recharge for rs 999 for 1 year and continue same as your previous. I did a bundle and everything was fine until 4th jan 2018. Suddenly they stopped all my sun network channels and i called customer care. They are saying it's not part of your package, pay 66rs extra per month to continue the service. Also, customer service is very rude.
                            Before i recharge it was showing all the channels, after some days they stopped some channels and pay extra, it's like cheating to pay extra for those channels. Need the solution for it?

                              I use airtel home portable wifi service.
                              I have been facing network connectivity issues since 2nd jan'18. No or very low speed, not good to even open a mail box.

                              I have complained several times over phone and email, however i only get to hear that the airtel tech team is looking into the same and will resolve soon.

                              I work from home and my job depends on this 4g service.
                              72+ hours and airtel has still not figured out what the issue is, let alone fixing it.

                              I was also promised a technician visit on 4th jan'18. I am still waiting for that to happen and it's 6th now.

                              Guess airtel is taking their customers for granted.

                              Need a resolution here.
                              I stay in pune, new sanghvi, next to new sanghvi police station, near sai chowk

                                I recharged with rs 448 for daily 1 gb high-speed data but not showing any data plan in my airtel app. I called 198 for query they told me that this plan hide from app i said ok. But still not opening my internet on any browser. I restarted my phone many time but continue facing problem. I am also jio customer jio browsing very good without any recharge but airtel 448 plan not working... Also called 198 for same issue but not get positive response... Customer service is very bad

                                  I am facing issue my mobile number [protected] during recharge. I have ported from bsnl (Andhra pradesh circle) to airtel (Chennai circle). Iinitially i am able to recharge online but from last two weeks i am facing this issue. Earlier i was able to recharge my number.

                                  1. Unable to recharge from airtel wallet. Message that i get is ‘invalid mobile number, please enter valid mobile number’. It is working fine with other airtel number.

                                  2. Unable to recharge for internet, paytm and other modes. It give message unsuccessful transaction. This is happening only with my mobile number ([protected]), it is working fine with other airtel number.

                                  3. I tried with other person asking him to recharge my number but it fails.

                                  Finally i unable to recharge my mobile number.

                                  I have contacted customer care nearly 8 times, and visited airtel retail branch and even emailed but still my problem is not resolved since 2 weeks. Kindly resolve at the earliest.

                                    Whenever i check the daily data usage of my rs.448 plan on my airtel prepaid sim i see so much different result. The actual usage in my phone is 2mb but what airtel shows is 448 mb. I had registered many complaints but none found a soln. Its not the first time and i started collecting proofs too. The difference is too much inflated that you cant imagine and i get blocked from data usage due to this reason

                                      I am a foreign student from europe studying in delhi since 2015. I have renewed my student visa in oct 2017. The competent government authorities took 3 weeks for this process - which meant that my visa expired on 28th oct 2017 and i received the renewal on the 7th nov 2017. I submitted my new visa to airtel immediately as well as the application for the reactivation of my number. They told me at the shop it will take 3-4 days. 3 weeks later after numerous calls and visits there they told me there was a problem and that my number will be reactivated in 24 hrs. It is now january 2018. The new simcard they gave me still has no network and hence cannot call 59059. Today i called my old number[protected] and someone else answered on it. Which means airtel allocated my number to someone else. This means, all my accounts, including the government of india will call this number and give sensitive information to a complete stranger.

                                      The rules say that you have 1 month to complete the application for renewal. I did it as soon as i have received the visa. I even went the day of my submission of visa renewal application with the document frro provides to ask airtel to not disconnect my services as i am waiting for the renewal of visa. The government officials said that paper was enough to ensure my phone number stays activated but the airtel people in the shop said only visa can work.

                                      I am now stuck in a foreign country with no phone number - i am using a friend's phone number. My embassy and the bank and all my contacts are trying to contact me on this number and i am having a lot of issues. Please help me get my number back this is unacceptable. I have done everything according to procedures yet this level of low service that plays with my security and government laws is not ok. I will be forced to make this a diplomatic issue and report it in the court of law as well as to the media.

                                        Today I received a message to continue or close airtel payment bank account by sending 'A' and 'D'. But I can't submit 'D' for closing the account.
                                        How could you even dare to open any account without my concern? So, close that account no-[protected] immediately, otherwise I'd rather make complaint to the telecom authorities or ombudsman.
